Author's Note: Well, Here's another chapter. Now what I'm thinking about doing is updating this story on every thursday, instead of everyday like I initially did. That way its a little easier for me. Obviously the day I'm adding this chapter is not a thursday but this will be the only exception. So starting next week it will be Thursday's I'm updating. Also I will be hopefully be doing longer chapters each thursday after, Two of a Kind is done.

Anyway, with that out of the way enjoy this chapter.

Chapter 7d: Two of a Kind

The next morning, the Twins, Tucker, and Sam walked into the Twin's home to see Maddie, Jack, and Jazz being interviewed by some women. As they entered, Maddie looked up and saw that Danny's hair was a little messed up then normal. "Danny," said Maddie, a look of worry on her face, "Look at you. I'm not so sure I like this overnight zoo research."

"Come on, Mom," Danny said, in reply, "Were only a couple kids. In a zoo. At night. Alone. What could possibly go wrong with that." At this the interviewer, Maddie, Jack, and Jazz looked at the four kids questioningly.

"Um," Dani said, stepping in, "We'll be in our room." With that the Twins, Tucker, and Sam walked up the steps towards the Twins room. As the four of them stepped up to the Twin's door, Tucker finally spoke up. "Alright Danny," said Tucker, "Here we are. Home in time for some well deserved rest." O f course, when Tucker finished saying that his PDA rang. Taking it out and looking it over, Tucker added, "But you better be quick because you only have thirteen minutes."

Before anyone could respond though, both Twins ghost sense went off. "Not now," Dani said, as she watched Danny reach for the door and open it. As the door opened, at first the four kids could not see any ghost inside, then a moment later one appeared with what looked to be flaming hair and some sort of metal body.

"Hello Ghost Children," the ghost said, smirking a little and leaning forward. Before either twin could react though, the ghost raised his arm and fired two nets from it, each one grabbing either Danielle or Danny. As the ghost dragged the Twins inside, the door closed with them.

"Guys," Tucker and Sam said in unison as the door fully closed, just barely able for the twins to hear.

"Hmm," said the ghost, "The human ghost children in their natural habitat. How excellent."

"Who are you," Dani said, struggling a little to get out of the net.

"I am Skulker," said Skulker, holding up a hologram of a cage of current things he had collected, "A collector of things rare and unique. And you Ghost Children are that and more." With that Skulker laughed, moving ever so slightly enough to step on and crush a spaceship model that Danny had left on the floor by accident.

"Hey," said Danny, still a little shocked at their situation, "My Rocket, I built that."

"Pity though," said Skulker, as he continued ignoring Danny's comment, "I hoped you both would put up more of a fight."

At this the twins both briefly looked at each other, and then said, in unison, "Don't worry about that. We'll give you a fight." With that the twins both went ghost, and surprisingly passed through the net. After passing through the net, both twins flew forward and punched Skulker right in the face, sending him flying into the wall. Skulker though, besides the initial shock of being hit just grinned, savoring this fight for his prey. Launching himself off the wall, Skulker went straight for Danny with a punch of his own, knocking Danny back to the wall.

In retaliation, Dani flew at Skulker and did a kick at Skulker. Skulker though just stepped to the side, and swatted Dani hard towards her brother, causing the phantom twins to land as a heap on the floor. "You alright sis," Danny asked, as he stood up but keeping a eye on Skulker.

"Yeah," Dani replied, "I'm alright. But I'm definitely going to kick that ghosts butt." With that both twins flew at Skulker again, each sending out a punch at the hunter ghost. This time though the punches connected, sending Skulker towards the wall where he soon went intangible and passed right on through. Following Skulker to the next room, the twins barely missed being hit by the computer that Skulker had picked up in the room and thrown at them. "Hey," said Danny, as the computer passed by, "My computer... Wait, never mind. That's Jazz's."

Shaking her head at her brothers comment, Dani once again flew at Skulker once again trying to kick the ghost. Seeing his sisters attack, Danny flew forward as well, but he once again did a punch. Skulker on the other hand was once again ready. Catching not only Dani's leg, but Danny's Punch, throwing both twins down hard onto the floor. This though caused the twins to break through the floor, landing hard down on the kitchen floor below. Skulker followed right behind them, crushing the kitchen table as he landed.

"Come ghost children," Skulker said, not slightly irritated, "Time to see your new home." With that, Skulker grabbed the twins by the throats, not enough to suffocate them of course, and flew them down through the kitchen floor to the lab. Skulker then aimed both twins down towards the floor where they landed with a thud. A moment later, Skulker had both twins up in the air and now stood in front of the ghost portal.

"What are you doing," Dani said, as both her and Danny struggled to get free.

"Bringing you both back to my world," Skulker said, with a big grin, "Where I can put you both on display."

"What," said Danny, a little nervous. At that Skulker clicked a button on his wrist, and the ghost portal turned on. This of course, briefly confused the twins as they didn't know how this ghost had something that was connected to the ghost portal. Though they quickly threw that thought aside as Skulker continued to speak.

"At last," Skulker said, "Time to put you both in your cage." At this Danny let out a "No" while Dani just was stunned. Fortunately for them though, Sam and Tucker showed up, with Sam running in front of Skulker and putting her arms up, causing Skulker to stop and look confused a little.

"No is right, Danny," Sam said, "Cages are wrong. How do you think Sampson feels like being locked up in a cage."

"But," Skulker began, only to have Sam interrupt him.

"He's a beautiful animal and deserves to roam free," Sam continued.

"I," Skulker once again tried to speak.

"Should be ashamed," Sam said, in response. Skulker though now looked unamused. This though gave the Twins a opening. Both twins then swung their legs back, sending two powerful kicks at Skulker, not only making Skulker let go of the twins but sending him back towards the entrance to the lab, where Tucker who was still standing around there, tried running out of the way of the ghost. Unfortunately though, Tucker was unable to get out of the way in time, causing him to be knocked down as well as having one of his PDA's fall out of his pocket. As Skulker stood back up, he looked behind him and saw the PDA, picking it up.

"This technology," said Skulker, "So sleek. So advanced." He then looked at what he had on his arm, and got an idea. "Hm," Skulker said, "I wonder." At that, Skulker took off the old equipment he had on his arm, and placed the PDA on it.

"What is he doing," Dani said, softly, trying to decide what to do for her next move. As the PDA came in contact with the other machinery on Skulkers arm, the wires that used to be connected to the old technology started to connect themselves to the PDA. "Hey," Tucker said, "I still have three more payments on that." Skulker though just looked unamused at Tucker and knocked him aside.

Deciding now was a good time to act, Danny flew towards Skulker, getting ready to punch him again, Dani flew right behind Danny. Skulker though just smirked, and let out a quick, "Marvelous." As the twins got closer, Skulker raised up his arm that now had the PDA, and a gun came out of it, which Skulker quickly fired two shots from. Before Danny and Danielle had time to react though, the two shots hit them head on, causing both to fall to the floor with what appeared to be ectoplasm cuffs on their ankles and wrists.

"Way to go Tucker," Sam said, as she saw it happen, "You just made the bad guy more bad."

"How was I supposed to know my PDA was ghost compatible," Tucker replied.

"Say goodbye to this world, children," Skulker said, raising his arm up again. Both Dani and Danny looked at each other and gulped. Strangely though, the PDA on Skulkers arm made the same beeping noise it made earlier for Tucker.

"What," said Skulker, as he looked at the PDA, "Fly to Library, Get a book on eating habits on Purple-back Gorilla?" With that, two wings and engines appeared on Skulker's back, causing him to jump a little due to him not summoning them on his own. They then flew him up towards the ceiling where Skulker let out a "No stop the hunt is not over." He then passed on through the ceiling and actually the whole building, heading towards the library.

As Skulker flew away, the ectoplasm cuffs disappeared off the twins with Sam helping them both up. "What happened," Sam asked, confused.

"I don't know," Dani said, as she dusted off her clothes, "At least we can relax a minute and figure this out." About to nod his head in agreement, Danny heard Maddie call out to both twins from above him. "Danny, Danielle," said Maddie, "Where are you? Somebody here wants to meet you."

"Shoot," Danny said, looking over to Dani, "Our room!" With that both twins leapt up into the air and want intangible flying right back to their room. As they appeared in their room, both twins returned to normal just in time for the door to start to open. "Danny, Danielle," said Maddie, as she introduced the interviewer from genius magazine, "This is Connie from Genius Magazine." Before either woman could get a good glimpse in the room though, Danny grabbed the door and began to close quickly. "Don't you people ever knock around here," said Danny, as he slammed the door.

"You do know Jazz is going to kill you for doing that," Dani said, folding her arms and looking at the mess their room was in. Danny only nodded his head.
