Sorry about the long wait, I didn't mean to take this long to update, I'm having some problems with my computer and at the moment I only have a few pre-written chapters that I'm halfway through editing but I don't know if I'll be able to update for a week or two because I have a job now, so I'll only be able to write on my days off.

I quickly walked into first period taking a seat in the back corner of the classroom, trying to avoid everyone in the room. "Adrienne?" I glanced up to see Tori smiling at me "hey Adrienne, how's everything going?" she asked taking the seat in front of me
"…Its getting better, how's the gang?" I asked resting my head on my palm as she began filling me in on everything I've missed in the past few weeks, I began tuning her out as I noticed Beck staring at me from the hallway. He lifted his hand to wave before another girl went up to him.
"I guess you heard about Beck and Meredith?" I looked at Tori with a shrug "I don't care about it, I mean if he wants to date someone else that's fine, I'm moving on in my life" I stated, she raised an eyebrow "your seeing someone?"
"I'm getting back into music" I said pulling out my songbook, "ooh, you should come sing karaoke with us this weekend, it'll be so much fun" she suggested smiling widely at me "I don't know, I haven't performed in front of anyone in months"
"You can always come practice at my house, I'll invite the gang we could order a pizza and it'll be like old times" she offered, I smiled "that does sound like fun" I stated, as her smile grew even bigger "great, I'll invite everyone" she said facing the front of the room as our teacher came in.
—Beck POV—
"Hey! Adrienne, I brought you this book you left at my place" I said stopping her once she came out of her classroom, she glanced at me "oh uh, you could've just given it Robbie" she stated once I handed it to her "yeah, but I saw you and I thought it'd be better to give it to you in person, just to make sure you get it"
She gave me a small smile before turning around to walk away "There's a showcase coming up, are you gonna be in it?" I asked walking beside her she paused for a second looking up at me "what are you doing?" she asked "making conversation with you" I answered smiling at her
"We broke up, remember?" I nodded "yeah, you rejected my proposal, packed your bags, then ignored me the entire drive back to Hollywood" she scoffed "I didn't reject your proposal until you gave me an entire speech on about how all you've done with me was a mistake, even though you were asking me to marry you" she explained
"And I regret saying all of that" I stated as she crossed her arms, giving me a look "Adrienne, I still love you" I said stepping closer to her "stop, we agreed we wouldn't get back together, so you can go ahead and date Meredith and I'll ignore your existence"
"Who said I was with Meredith?" I asked raising an eyebrow "that's what I've been hearing" I frowned slightly "I'm not seeing anyone, Meredith and I are working together on the showcase that's coming up" she shrugged as she walked away from me heading towards the parking lot.
—Adrienne POV—
"Adrienne, you should come out with Louis and I tonight" Taige suggested as soon as I answered my phone "I don't know, I've got a lot of makeup work" I said looking over the papers that were spread across my bed "please, we barely hang out anymore and it'll be fun" she pleaded
I thought about it then smiled "fine, call me when you guys are on the way" she shrieked "yay! Louis is going to be so happy that your coming with us, he misses you the most" she said before hanging up.
I smiled before going to get ready.
"Adrienne, where are you going dressed like that?" Mom asked once I got into the living room "oh, I'm going over to Taige's house to practice for the school showcase" I lied, she looked over my outfit again, shaking her head "at least put on a jacket to cover yourself" I smiled grabbing a jacket from the hall closet and heading outside as Louis pulled up in my drive way
"Hi Louis!" I said hugging him tightly before getting in the back "so where are we going?" I asked turning to Taige "I was thinking about going to a lounge but Louis said that a night club would be more fun, and I agree so we're just gonna go to King King then maybe Circus Disco" I nodded agreeing with both suggestions
"You've got ID, right?" Taige asked looking back at me, I shook my head before she handed me a fake ID with my picture on it "when'd you make this?" I asked raising an eyebrow at her "let's just say, I've been holding onto it for a while" she said smiling at me
"I hope this doesn't creep you out, but that guy over at the bar has been staring at you for the past five minutes" Taige said as we sat down, taking a break from dancing "who?" I asked scanning the bar "the one who's now holding two drinks and heading this way" she said as he approached us
"Hi, I'm Carter" I stared up at him blushing slightly "I'm Adrienne, this is my best friend Taige" I said "would you ladies like a drink" he offered holding them out to us, I glanced at Taige before we took them "thanks" I said smiling at him
He smiled back biting his bottom lip before sitting next to me "do you live in Hollywood?" I nodded turning to face him "I've been here all my life" I stated "hey, I'm gonna go find Louis, I'll be back in a minute" Taige said standing up, I nodded keeping my eyes on Carter
"How is it that a beautiful girl like yourself isn't already with someone?" he asked staring into my eyes "I actually broke up with my ex last week" he nodded "do you wanna dance?" he suggested, I nodded standing up as he wrapped his arms around my hips, leading us to the dancefloor.
He held me close to him as I moved my hips to the beat, grinding against him. I rested my hands on top of his as they moved up and down my body; he turned me around pressing himself into me as he stared into my eyes leaning in to kiss me. I wrapped my arms around his neck as I kissed back
He pulled away as he kissed down my neck stopping at my collarbone. "Do you wanna go back to my place" he offered smirking at me, I bit my lip as I nodded. He wrapped his arm around my waist as we headed outside to his car.
"Adrienne, where the hell did you go last night?!" Taige yelled once she opened her front door "I went home with Carter" I said smiling as we went upstairs to her room. I saw Louis asleep on her couch "did you guys stay up all night, waiting for me to come back?"
"Yes, Adrienne you left and we didn't know where you went, and I'm surprised that you expected us to not wait up for you" she explained as I took off my jacket, I went to her closet to pick out an outfit to wear home "I'm sorry I didn't call or text you guys, but I had a really fun time with Carter" I stated as I got changed
"Did you have sex with him?" she asked pointing to a few of the hickeys he left. "Well…its not like I haven't had sex before, it's natural" I explained, her eyes widened "Adrienne, are you even yourself right now? Your telling me that you went home with a guy you know nothing about and slept with him?" I nodded "He's a really nice guy, he invited me to lunch tomorrow" she scoffed "does he know that your only 17, wait, do you even know how old he is?" she questioned
"Taige, why are you making such a big deal about this? I wouldn't be upset if it were you" I stated pulling my hair up into a bun "because I would never sleep with some guy who I've only know for a few hours" she yelled, I crossed my arms over my chest
"You're supposed to be my best friend, not my mom" I stated grabbing my things and quickly leaving her house. I zipped up my jacket as I began the long walk home "need a ride?" I glanced over smiling when I saw André "thanks" I said getting in the passenger side
"So why are you walking alone at 10 in the morning?" I sighed "I got into a fight with Taige and Louis was sleeping so I didn't really have any other way to get home" I explained playing with the zipper on my purse "wanna tell me what it was about?" he offered
"…Taige's upset because I had sex with an older guy we met at the club last night" his eye widened slightly "how much older is he?" I shrugged "he can't be any older than 25, but he's a really nice guy, he invited me to lunch tomorrow and he said wants more than a one night stand from me."
"Does he know your 17?" I sighed "I'm going to tell him tomorrow" I said as we pulled up in my driveway, "thanks for the ride, I owe you one" I hugged André before getting out and heading inside. I made my way upstairs to my room finding Robbie sprawled out on my bed asleep.
