Chapter Twenty-One : On The Hill-Side :

After the screaming and the jumping and the hugging and the kissing and a little bit more screaming, we finally got over the whole 'moving in with Scorpius' thing.

Well, Scorpius and I did … neither of our families did.

So we gathered all the things that I would need (etc. iPod, clothes, pillows) and went back to the Malfoy house, stepping out into the living room, both of us carrying two hands-full of my things each, looking around.

"So … you're moving out of here, huh?" I asked, looking over and up at him.

He looked down at me. "Yeah. I guess I am."

I scratched the back of my neck. "Does it upset you? Knowing you're going to leave the house that you grew up in?"

He took a step towards me and shrugged his shoulders. "Nahh, not really. I mean, I'm moving in with this amazinggirl."

"Oh, yeah?" I smiled back at him, taking a step towards him.

He moved me so that I was facing him and we both dropped my things to the floor next to us. "Yeah."

I put my hand against his chest. "Scorpius … you know what I want to do?"

"I know what you want to do ." he winked at me.

I grabbed a handful of his shirt and leant in to kiss him but, at the last moment, pulled away. "I think we should pack."

He let out a disappointed moan but didn't say anything, walking out of the room, and re-appearing a moment later with a few boxes. "We have heaps of them out back, like four hundred. I think Mum and Dad were waiting until I moved or something so they could have a party. They were sure happy to know that I was leaving, that's for sure."

I winked at him. "At least I'mgetting you."

He nodded his head. "Yeah, I guess that's good."

I opened my mouth a little to say something, but thought the better of it, shutting it again before thinking about what to say. "Okey dokey, well, can I see this house before we start packing, or … ?"

Scorpius dropped the boxes to the ground and grabbed my hand. "It's a little far away, but it has a network, so everyone will be able to just walk through their fireplaces." he let out a little chuckle.

"So can we go and see it or not?" I asked him, raising my eyebrows, rubbing the back of my neck, which was starting to really irritate me.

He looked over at his fireplace (which we'd stepped out of minutes before), squeezed, and we walked towards it.

After seeing manyfireplaces, and green fire, we finally stopped, and stepped forward.

The first thing that I saw was hay. Lots and lots and lots of hay. Everywhere, everything was hay.

Next to a bale of hay in the corner, was a rake, a shovel and a tractor.

No furniture, nothing other than hay, garden tools and a fireplace.

"Baby? I hope you didn't pay too much for this place." I said softly, looking around the 'house' that was meant to be so cute and wonderful.

He laughed. "We're in the shed, you dope."

I mentally slapped myself for being so stupid. Of course we were in the shed. I didn't know what had gotten into me that night.

He walked over and pulled the shed's door open, waiting for me to walk ahead of him.

When I stepped down into the garden, I gasped in amazement. It wasn't the size of a Quidditch pitch, but it was amazing.

There were trees everywhere you looked, with flowers planted underneath them. There was a little stone path to walk on to get to a wooden porch that led to a white house. It was one story, with a red back door (and front door that I would later find), four windows that I could count, and a little blue mailbox out the front.

Scorpius walked beside me and smiled, holding out his hand for me to take.

I took it quickly and then we half-walked/half-ran inside.

"OH!" I squealed with excitement as the light came on.

Through the back door, we'd come into the kitchen. Wooden floor boards went all through the house, even in the two bedrooms. We had an oven, a fridge, and many cupboards.

The dining room/living room was just one big room, but it was beautiful, with custard-yellow coloured walls. The kitchen joined onto the dining room. Going down the hall, there was a laundry, a bigbathroom with a huge spare bath, a sink, a toilet, cupboards and a shower. Next to that, was a walk-in cupboard, a really big bedroom, and a smaller bedroom. All in all, we had five rooms and one walk-in cupboard and a shed. I loved that house.

"Ohmygosh, Scorpius! I love it!" I jumped up and down, hitting him hard on the chest with excitement.

He laughed, grabbing me and hugging me tightly to his chest.

My hands tightened on his shoulders, and I lay my head against his chest, looking around the room. "So when are all of our things gonna go? Wait-we don't have any furniture!" I frowned, leaning back so I could look at his face.

He winked at me. "Don't worry, baby, I have it all sorted out."

I licked my lips, catching his eyes on them. "And that is meant to mean...?"
He smiled, his eyes travelling back up to my eyes. "Meaning, you know the furniture in my room?"

I nodded my head.

"None of that." he said, and I sighed, shaking my head at him.

"Don't worry about it, baby. I've had a bank account set up since I was born for this day." he smiled, kissing my forehead before he pulled away from me and walked around the room twice, my being speechless.

"Scorpius! You're not spending your entire savingson our house!" I nearly yelled at him.

He shook his head. "No, I'm not. I have a bank-account for when I was moving, literally. Mum and Dad put something like $30,000 in it."

I stared at him, open-mouthed. Thirty-thousand-dollars?!

He looked over his shoulder at me. "What?"

I had to use my hand to shut my mouth, shook my head, closed my eyes, and then turned around and walked out of the room and into the hallway.

I ran my hands along the light-blue walls. Looking into the rooms, I could see that there were windows in every single room.

Our bedroom was twice the size of my bedroom and it had an amazingly-large window in the corner that looked out at the beach.

Making me jump, Scorpius' hands hit down on my shoulders, and he pulled me back against him.

"Do you like it?" he whispered, putting his chin down on my left shoulder.

I stared out at the waves, so close yet so far away. Separated from us by one fence.

The house was beautiful. Everything about the house.

"I love it, Scorpius." I said softly, putting my arms up and wrapping them around his neck.

His hands slid off my shoulders and around my waist. "It'll be good for our kids."

I looked at him in the reflection of the glass. "We're having kids?"

He smiled, kissing the back of my neck. "Of course we are! We have to have one, at the least, so we can teach them how to play Quidditch! What, with both of our skills put together, he'll be a genius!"

"What if she's a girl?" I snapped at him.

He laughed lightly. "Then she'llbe a genius."

"You know I'm not pregnant, right?" I asked suspiciously.

He hugged me tightly. "Yes, I know you're not pregnant."

I nodded my head. "Okay, well, good than."

"Good than." he repeated.

I took a step away from him and walked out of the room, running my hands along the walls of the hallway.

I was telling the truth – I loved the house. Our own little house on the hill-side.
