The chopper came really early that morning, as soon as the sun was up. They got in the chopper and went to the house where Kate was being held. They flew over the house checking with a infra-red camera and they spotted 2 persons.
They landed somewhere close, but far enough so that James couldn't hear them coming. They got armed, of course Castle only had his writer vest on. They surrounded the house and the FBI went in first. The plan was to first get James and then look for Kate.
James sat in his living room and was shocked by all the armed officers. He surrendered and they cuffed him. "Where is she? What did you do to her?" Castle yelled in his face. "Ah, so im guessing you're the boyfriend, or should I say ex-boyfriend?" James laughed evily.
Espo punched him in his stomach. "Don't let him ask you again. Where is she?" Espo yelled too.
"She is upstairs in the bedroom. Don't worry, I got her good. She probably wouldn't even want you in there right now." He laughed again. The 3 got upstairs quick and went to the bedroom. "Kate, Kate honey, where are you?" Castle said softly, not wanting to scare her more.
He opened the bedroom door and saw her asleep on the bed. He quickly ran over to her and tried to wake her up. "Honey, wake up. Its over, we have him. You're safe now." She started to open her eyes slowly. When she fully opened them, no one would guessed what happened next.
"GET AWAY FROM ME!" Kate yelled and started having a panic attack. "DON'T TOUCH ME! LEAVE ME ALONE!" she screamed.
She got up from the bed and ran to the bathroom, locking it behind her. "Kate honey, open the door." Castle started speaking, after he got himself together from being yelled at, "Honey, its just me, Esposito and Ryan." "No, you're not. You want to hurt me." she said, sitting as far away as possible from the door.
"No honey, we will never hurt you. Im your boyfriend, I couldn't hurt you." He spoke calm and slow, not wanting to scare her even more. "You're not my boyfriend. You got the picture with me kissing Javi. And after what James did to me you don't want to be my boyfriend anymore." Kate said.
"I know he forced you Kate, im not mad. Why would I be mad at you, I cant be mad at you. You're the sweetest person in the world." Castle said. When she didn't answer Ryan pulled him aside. "You should see this Castle." He said and walked back to the bedroom.
"You see all the blood on the sheets? When she ran to the bathroom I noticed there was blood on her legs aswell. He raped her Castle. That is why she is acting like this. She is really scared. She probably needs to hear a womans voice.
We called Lanie. They went to pick her up with the chopper, she should be here in 2 hours.
In the meantime, Lanie said she needs to have food and a lot of water. I think we should give her some. But we leave her there and don't go in. She would probably freak out even more." Ryan said. He had sent Espo downstairs to get some food and a bottle of water.
Ryan walked to the bathroom door and started talking: "Kate, I know you're scared now, but we need you to drink some water and have some food. We called Lanie, she is coming over. I will put it on the floor in front of the door. Can you please get them? We will go downstairs so you can get the water and the food. Is that okay?" Nothing.
"Kate, please say something." "Okay, I will get it. You can stay, I will open the door and you can shove it inside. Don't come in. DON'T please." she answered softly and Ryan heard her walk to the door and unlocking it. The door opened a bit, and Ryan shoved to food and water inside before she quickly closed the door.
