Okay guys! I just wanna tell you guy one thing and one thing only... FUCK THE SCHEDULE. I cannot keep up with the schedule and I just rather not even try to make one. I'm going with the usual I'll update when I update because I'm trying to juggle a YouTube channel AND fanfiction account as well as some other things. SO I JUST WANTED TO CLEARIFY THOSE THINGS. As for Izaya and Shizuo getting married, I honestly have no idea when that is going to be. It will happen though.
"S-Shizuo! W-Wake up!" Izaya yelled, before feeling the grave pain in his abdomen making him cry out in pain. Shizuo groaned before sitting up, looking at Izaya who was holding his stomach and panting.
"What Izaya, what now?!" he yelled, really annoyed that this was the fifth time Izaya woke him up, and he really hoped that it wasn't something stupid. Shizuo has specifically told him to only wake him up if he were going into labor... wait...
"S-Shizuo... t-the baby..." he groaned, staring daggers at him lover and Shizuo's frown from earlier transformed into concern.
"Oh! S-Shit! Um... stay here, I'll call Shinra," Shizuo yelled, stumbling out of bed, falling face first into the wooded flooring but getting up as if that hadn't even happened. Izaya would've laughed if he weren't in so much pain, another contracting coming making him scream out in pain, tears threatning to fall from his eyes.
"THIS IS WHY GUYS AREN'T SUPPOSED TO GIVE BIRTH SHIZU-CHAN!" he cried out, feeling as if he weren't even going to live through the pain. He rubbed his stomach, trying to calm his labored breaths but he just couldn't. When Shizuo wasn't back, he started to panic wondering where the brute could possibly be.
"S-Shizuoooo!" he cried, wanting Shizuo to be by his side right then, and soon enough, a blonde head came through the door, but it wasn't Shizuo.
"Izaya-san are you okay?" he asked, looking scared from hearing Izaya screaming from his room and Izaya pointed to toward the door.
"G-Go get S-Shizuo... p-please Delic... P-PLEASE!?" Izaya begged, desperately wanting Shizuo to be there to comfort him. He felt hot despite the air conditioner being on full blast, and he watched as Delic left the room screaming for Shizuo.
"Izaya, I'm here, I'm here, Shinra is coming okay? Just breathe slowly, and don't panic, just think about Psyche. Think about our little boy," he said, and Izaya tried controlling his breathing as Izaya slid his and into his, interlocking their fingers. Izaya immediately felt calm when Shizuo made that small movement. Another contraction came, making Izaya squeeze Shizuo's hand and let out a loud cry. Delic, who refused to see Izaya in pain, was standing in the living room shaking from fear as he heard Izaya screaming as if he were dying.
Is this what's it's like to have babies, if so... I never want to have babies. Well... I bet Hibiya and I would have adorable babies... Hibiya... Delic through realizing that he had apologized to Hibya, and even thought Hibya had forgiven him, he still held a grudge over the whole situation. At least he agreed to be my boyfriend again. He thought contently. He heard a knock on the door, before going to grab his baseball, and walking over to the door.
"Who is it?" he asked, before hearing panting on the other side, and Delic opened the door before being faced with a tired looking Shinra who was wearing his pyjama's still. (btw guys, is the there even a proper way to spell pajama's? Tell me please!)
"Thank's Delic," Shinra said, walking past Delic who smirked, sticking his foot out and tripping Shinra, making the poor man fall forward, almost knocking his teeth out. Delic giggled, before asking Shirna was he okay, and Shinra looked at him, giving him a dirty look.
"You're so evil," he said, and Delic looked at the fallen doctor innocently.
"What do you mean? You're just clumsy Shinra-san," he said, before hearing Izaya scream loud and painfully upstairs. Shinra sighed, knowing it was no use, Delic was never going to like him, and hurried upstairs to Izaya's side. When he opened the door, he heard Shizuo yell "Shinra duck" and Shinra saw a flash of silver impale the wall next to him. He looked at the knife in fear, then slowly turned his head to a tear faced Izaya.
"YOU SHITTY FOUR EYES WHERE WERE YOU?! YOU STOPPED AT FRIKKEN MCDONALDS WHEN I'M HERE GIVING BIRTH!? YOU'RE A SORRY EXCUSE FOR A DOCTOR I SHOULD KILL YOU!" Izaya yelled, before screaming from his contractions coming closer and quicker.
"Izaya, please, just calm down. We need to get you prepped for the delivery. Like I told you earlier, you might just have to push him out," he said and Izaya stared at Shinra in pure horror.
"There... is no way in hell... I'm pushing a baby out of my ass..." he said through labored pants. Shinra groaned, knowing that he was ready for Izaya to say that so he glared at him, which wasn't something Shinra did.
"Well, it will hurt, yes, but since that's where the makeshift uterus is connected to, it should reach ten centimeters which is big enough for the baby," (Ten, seven, could be either of them) he said and Izaya squeezed Shizuo's hand in fear.
"O-Okay... p-please, j-just get him out..."
WARNING: UNEXPLAINABLE NATURAL BIRTH IS GOING TO OCCUR. DO NOT COMMENT ON HOW IMPOSSIBLE THIS IS, BECAUSE IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO BE 100% REAL. I HAVED WARNED YOU AND IF YOU DO TEND TO COMMENT, I WILL PUT YOU ON SHIKI'S HIT LIST.
"Izaya... you have to push harder," Shinra encouraged him friend who was crying in pain, despite the drug that was given to him. Izaya was holding Shizuo's hand desperately as tears streamed down his face as he pushed harder than before. Celty had come to take Delic to school, since it had been hours since his water broke, and Shizuo said he wasn't going to leave his side.
"I-I can't! I-I hurts!" he cried, holding onto Shizuo's hand, tears streaming down his face.
"Izaya you have too, you won't make it to my apartment in time, and I know you're not into giving birth in a cab. Come on, just push," he said, and Izaya looked at him, tear eyed before clenching his teeth and giving a big push. Izaya felt a pressure in his lower stomach.
"Alright, I see his head a little," Shinra said and Shizuo held onto Izaya's shoulder, kissing the side of Izaya's head, and Izaya looked exhausted.
"Izaya, breathe, okay, take deep breaths and when I say push, you have to push," he said and Izaya took deep breaths, feeling as if his lungs were straining from the pain.
"Alright, one more deep breath and push," Shinra said, and Izaya inhaled before pushing, squeezing Shizuo's hand letting out a pained cry.
"Push again," he said and Izaya pushed, the pain overwhelming as he cried out again.
"He's here," he said, and Izaya cried out again, causing both Shinra and Shizuo to look at him with worry. Shinra wrapped the baby in a blanket, before looking to see something that shocked him.
"T-There's another baby..." he said and Shizuo looked at him in shock.
"W-what?!" Shizuo said, taking his son from Shinra and Shinra propped Izaya's legs up again.
"Izaya I need you to push again," he said and Izaya looked at him confused, seeing his baby in Shizuo's arms.
"B-But, I-Isn't he out... w-why..."
"Shut up and push!" he yelled and Izaya pouted, before giving another push, and he heard another little cry, and Shinra sigh, before announcing it was another boy. Izaya smiled contently, watching as Shinra cut the umbilical cord and he closed his eyes, exhausted.
Shizuo watched as Shinra cleaned his children, before weighing them on the scale that he had Celty bring over as well as the rest of his equipment.
"I'm sorry Shizuo, I didn't see another child when I was doing the ultrasound. It was really careless of me," Shinra said and Shizuo looked at his friend, before smiling contently.
"Ah well, It's no big deal. We just have to buy twice as much stuff for this little guy. He was Izaya's eyes," he said, looking at the newborn who was looking up at him innocently.
"Yeah, and there must be something weird with your DNA since both Psyche and Delic have magenta eyes," he said holding the other baby who was giggle at him, even though he wasn't doing anything.
"Well, when Vorona and I had sex, she told me she couldn't get pregnant, which was why I didn't hesitate to use a condom," he said and Shinra hummed in suspicion, wondering if that had anything to do with why Psyche had pink eyes.
"Well, what are you going to name him?" he asked and Shizuo looked down at him, before frowning.
"I don't know..." he said, looking down at the baby who looked at him curiously and he looked around before seeing a picture of a sakura garden on Izaya's desk and he smiled.
"Why not name him Sakuraya," he said and Shinra looked at him, before smiling.
"Such a beautiful name."
Izaya woke up a few hours later, seeing that Shizuo wasn't there. He recollected all the event that happened that day and it dawned on him that he was no longer pregnant.
"Where's Psyche..." he muttered sleepily, before hearing crying and stood up, walking over to the door before it swung open, revealing a tired out Shizuo.
"Izaya, lie back down and rest, I'll take care of the twins," he said and Izaya nodded before realizing Shizuo said 'twins'.
"What do you mean twins Shizu-chan?" he said and Shizuo smiled at him before kissing his gently.
"We had twins. Shinra said that was probably the reason you were so big at 3 and a half months. And, twins run in you genes," Shizuo said and Izaya stared at him, before smiling.
"Was it a boy or a girl?" he asked, not remembering what Shinra said the gender was.
"A boy, identical twin boys that look like my one and only love," he said and Izaya smiled, wrapping his arms around Shizuo's neck.
"Did you name him already..." he asked, his tone a little quieter as he asked this question and Shizuo sighed, before realizing that maybe Izaya wanted to name the baby as well.
"Yeah, I'm sorry sweetie, his name is Sakuraya," he said and Izaya beamed at the name, before his cheeks flushed red.
"What's wrong?" he asked and Izaya looked away, before feeling Shizuo's eyes still on him.
"You read what was on my desk didn't you," he said and Shizuo looked at him, before frowning.
"No..." he said and Izaya looked at him, a little shocked.
"That's the name I picked out for our next baby," he said, and Shizuo looked down at him, before hugging him tightly. He wasn't only happy that the name he chose pleased his lover, but that Izaya had wanted another child despite the ones they had were unexplected. Izaya hugged Shizuo back, before realizing that they had left their children to cry in despair.
"Oh shit, Sakuraya, got to go, go rest sweet heart, I bought you some otoroo to eat while you rest up. Also, your boss came by while you were sleeping with your pay, it's over there. And I told him you gave birth... does he not like children?" he asked and Izaya looked at him, before sighing.
"I don't know, where's Delic?" he asked and Shizuo looked at him, confused.
"Izaya... it's 1 in the morning. He's sleeping," he laughed before heading off. Izaya looked at the time, before realizing that he had slept through the whole day. He didn't want to listen to Shizuo when he said rest because he wanted to see his babies. He opened the door, walking down the hall before opening the door to the nursery that he and Shizuo decorated together. The walls were a pale blue with cherry blossom stencils all over the walls, with little bird to look like they were flying to them. Izaya looked over at Shizuo who had warmed a bottle for the little raven and walked over to him, placing his hand on his shoulder as he looked at his baby for the first time.
"I told you to rest," Shizuo complained, and Izaya looked at him, frowning.
"I wanted to see them. I didn't get to unlike you," he said, and Shizuo smiled, before turning to he could get a better look at him.
"This one is Psyche, you can tell by his light pink eye color and Sakuraya has more of a redish pink tint to his eyes. He looks more like you. They both do," Shizuo explained and Izaya looked down at him, before looking down at Psyche who looked up at him, and smiled. Izaya carefully picked up the newborn, before cradling him in his arms and kissin his head gently. Izaya felt tears roll down his cheeks, causing Shizuo look at him in concern.
"Izaya, what's wrong?" he asked, and Izaya put Psyche down in his basenette before beginning to cry.
"I-I'm a mom..."
Man was this short! Sorry about the length, just after the important part got done it started getting awkward. ANYWAYS did any of you see that coming? I sure didn't xD Even thought I wrote it.

Saku: Because of the whole 'pervert doctor' thing in the beginning.
Shizuo: Oh, so you get all cozy with my son but you won't enjoy my company?!
Izaya: I pushed two fucking humans out of my ass! You owe me your life!
Saku: See, this is why I prefer Delic, he didn't come uninvited...
Hibiya: And they wonder why I refuse to stay over their home.
