It was hectic day for our webhead as the bounty for his capture continued through the state of New York. It was the third day Spider-Man was being hunted down. Heroes, citizens, and un-captured villains were anxious to bring down Spider-Man. Mostly for the money and other wanted Spider-Man down just for the greater good.
Stark's enforcement of the new law even influenced people to act on the law. Lots of them formed their own groups and patrolled the streets at night. Even if they didn't register, the people still were their own independent group. From the Bronx to Queens, they searched high and low for unregistered heroes.
Things weren't any better for Spider-Man either as he found himself in match with two former Mad Gear member. He didn't need to be a genius to know what they really wanted, otherwise, he fail college.
"Don't suppose we can talk this over with a cup of coffee?" Spider-Man tried to reason with them.
"Not a chance Spider-Man, that money will put us to the top of the industry. And Hugo has been looking for the right exercise. Hugo; show him whose the real muscle are here." Poison said swinging her Flogging Whip.
"Me no like spiders, I crush spiders!" Hugo added charging at Spider-Man head-first.
Like an angry bull, Spider-Man was the target for Hugo. Hugo may have been big and strong, but he was not fast. Spider-Man easily slid through his obvious attacks. Before he could leap off his shoulder, Hugo grabbed Spider-Man's leg, thus slamming him from the wall to the ground. "You can't beat me, look at my muscles."
"Dude, have you ever seen the Hulk?" Spider-Man inquired.
Like a helicopter, Hugo swung his huge arms at Spider-Man.
With one hand to her side, Poison instructed, "Hugo, squash this bug like an ant."
Hugo roared as he charged at Spider-Man once again. Upon getting close, Hugo managed to grab Spider-Man in his grip. Spider-Man thought he was in trouble now. And he thought Hulk's hold was bad enough. "I will crush you!" Hugo exclaimed.
"The only thing you should crush is gingivitis; your breath is killing me." Spider-Man shot back. As Hugo's grip got tighter, Spider-Man movement begin to weaken. That is until an idea came into his head. He used his web to catch a moving Construction Vehicle. With quick thinking, Spider-Man caught both sides of Hugo's head. Second, he dropped down for a double kick. Using his spider strength, he sent Hugo face crashing into a car.
Learning Spider-Man's escape, Poison decided to go on the offensive, but she found herself occupied with web in her hair, thanks to Spider-Man. As he came for the final strike, Hugo fell flat on his face.
"Hello, a little help here. I can't move." Poison called out to any random person while stuck under Hugo huge unconscious body.
Unfortunately it was not over, Spider-Man found more people after him. Like a spider he hid in the dark corners of an ally way. He watched an armored truck rolled by and glance at the ally way. As the van and people were out of sight, Spider-Man sighed in relief.
Before he could take another breath, he turned his head quickly at Frank West. He was just getting a shot of Spider-Man's picture once again. "So Spidey, how does it feel being public enemy number one on Jameson's charts?"
"Yeah well I'll bet old JJ is yucking up this situation up as we speak." Spider-Man replied swinging away. "This cannot get any worse."
"Look out below webhead!" Deadpool called out dropping down from the sky. "Cutting it a bit close there, are you? Did I just say that?" As they were on top of each other, Spider-Man easily pushed Deadpool off of him.
Getting back on his feet and brushing off himself, Spider-Man asked, "Deadpool what the heck is going on with you?"
"Oh hey Spider-Man, funny thing happen to me today. While I was getting some Beer, something big came after me confusing me for you. You know you should consider changing costumes instead of copying me."
Spider-Man put his hand on his forehead. "Is an angry mob after you too?"
"Nah, I just thought I'd make another appearance in this story. Otherwise, I'd kill the author if his kept me on the sidelines even longer. By the way, someone who puts the Hulk to shame is coming to me and you."
"Yeah and who can that be?"
"If you're not a part of the solution, then you're part of the problem!" A Nanite controlled hero blasted heat vision at Spider-Man and Deadpool.
Deadpool greeted a hero in red and yellow, "Spider-Man meet Hyperion, Hyperion Spider-Man. Get ready for another epic battle between your favorite chatterboxes."
"Hyperion, I heard about you. The Avengers took you down because of your sick obsession with Law and Order." Spider-Man told Hyperion. "Stark and SHIELD must really be getting desperate to send you out."
"You traitors are stain on this earth, therefore you must be eliminated!" Hyperion exclaimed.
Deadpool juggled his grenades and then tossed them at Hyperion. "I'll give you plenty of stains right here in all red. Ha, I crack myself up do I?"
Upon impact, Hyperion stood standing with his arms crossed and no scratch in sight. "You know he kinda reminds me of someone."
Hyperion blasted another ray of Heat Vision from his eyes circling around the two heroes. Deadpool snuck behind him. As he prepared for stab, his Katana's had shattered on impact. "Aw, that was my new blades; do you know how much that cost me?"
"You, I hold no guilt of killing. Your defeat will be a lot easier if you continue on this path. I punish everyone even if they are insane." Thus Hyperion caught the Merc with the Mouth and tossed him from twenty feet in the air. Spider-Man took the next shot blasting out a barrage of webballs. Even he know that was not getting anywhere, but it did serve as a distraction.
"That depends on how you define insane." Spider-Man said. "He lost his marbles years ago." Spider-Man replied pointing to Deadpool.
As Deadpool and Spider-Man were running from Hyperion, Spider-Man asked. "Man I'm already having a bad day as it is."
"If it makes you feel any better, I have bad days all the time."
"Yeah, but only you're not being hunted and criticized."
Like a rocket, Hyperion can fly near light speed. He caught up to Spider-Man and Deadpool within a few seconds. "Sayonara chump," Deadpool shouted blasting large bazooka. For the follow up, Spider-Man swung a car at Hyperion. Yet again, their attacks did little to no damage.
Hyperion held Spider-Man under his grip. "Pathetic, I was hoping for more of a fight."
Deadpool bushed his chin. "You really do remind me of someone I heard about, but I can't quite put my finger on it."
"You two are an annoyance in this world!" Hyperion shot back.
Deadpool screamed out loud as his took out multiple machine guns. Like a soldier, he started blasting without letting go of the trigger not even for an instant. He was like red Rambo.
As Hyperion came swooping down at the two, he was blasted with Uni-Beam cannon.
"Looks like you two are in trouble." Iron-Man interrupted flying over Deadpool and Spider-Man.
"Are you getting desperate to send this lunatic after us Stark?" Spider-Man inquired.
"Yeah, so are we going for a team up?" Deadpool asked.
"I didn't. This was the Secretary of Defense doing. I warned him about releasing Hyperion because he was too dangerous even with the Nanites. Either way, with National Security at stake, I've come to put him down." Iron-Man explained. "Off course, I can count you two's help, right?"
What choice did they have, Spider-Man agreed, "Okay, but do you have a plan?"
Spider-Man and Deadpool problems only grew further. There was no time to be playing cops and robbers at the moment. Soon they found themselves defending against flying cars and buses hurling their way. When got closer, Hyperion ignited the vehicles with his heat vision.
Iron-Man blasted another Uni-Beam at Hyperion. It was then followed by, Deadpool's C4 to Hyperion's head. Spider-Man made the final strike swinging a bus at Hyperion. It only took a few seconds to recover from the blast. Hyperion was enraged as he went flying straight at the three heroes.
"Lead him away into that building." Iron-Man ordered.
"You cannot get away from me criminal scum!" Hyperion shouted with his eyes burning red. As he busted into the building, Hyperion strength started to decrease. He started to float to the ground. He looked around saw smoke and gas tanks all over the occupied building. "What is this?"
Iron-Man replied, "Its Argonite Radiation. It took a while to figure out, but I managed to find your weakness."
"Damn you! You're making a huge mistake. I can make this a peaceful world free from crime, corruption, and wars." Hyperion moaned in pain trying to maintain his minimum strength.
"This world would be safe, but only from you." Iron-Man said as Deadpool and Spider-Man made the final hit. With half of his power gone, Hyperion was defeated.
"Yay, looks like another victory for the conquering heroes. Am I right or am I right? So who's up for some Chili Dogs?" Deadpool ranted.
"I've already made a call to SHIELD. This does not change the fact that you're criminals and I have to bring you…" Before Iron-Man could finish up, Deadpool threw a quick sucker-punch at Iron-Man. To Iron-Man's surprise, both heroes were gone from his sight.
"Targets are nowhere in sight sir," the SHIELD Agent reported checking the outside for Spider-Man and Deadpool.
Iron-Man took a sign, "Fine, just take Hyperion back to the Negative Zone and make sure he's locked up for good."
Deadpool and Spider-Man made their escape from Iron-Man. Together they hid inside a place. Deadpool had teleported Spider-Man and himself inside quiet place. As Spider-Man flipped the light switch, he heard shower running. "Where are we exactly?"
"I don't know, but I think I can guess." Deadpool decided to take a peek, holding his camera. And surprise enough, the two of them were in a women's Locker Room. Before Spider-Man could sneak out, he accidently stepped on a loud shoe. The tiny sound alerted the women as they shrieked loudly in terror and embarrassment. "Let me go, so I can get some good fanservice Spider-Man. Then maybe the author could have a rating change."
Spider-Man held Deadpool by the collar as he swung out of the Gym. "No thanks, we have already caused enough problems." Spider-Man replied avoiding junk thrown at them.
"It's a shame Chun Li doesn't know about this."
"I will tear you apart if you ever tell her."
"By that you mean love."
