(Author's note: I'M ALIVE! I've been gone for a long time, I know, and I'm really sorry about keeping you. This chapter was ridiculously long, so I'm cutting it into two parts. I'll get the second part up ASAP, but for now, enjoy what I've got typed now.)

Ch. 21 part 1

It pained him to do this, it really did. But the Prime Minister ordered him personally to attack. And by now, he couldn't do anything to disobey. Perhaps he could have two months ago, more likely three. But he didn't have the strength against him anymore. All the countries he defeated, he could feel their power. The added weight on his shoulders. It was like when he was the Great British Empire. Except this time, he didn't have any control over what he used his power for. He did what he was ordered to do, that was it. He never spoke out, never had an opinion. There was no point.

England had been reduced to something less than a soldier. He was a slave. No longer his own man. But at least he still had a conscious.

At Ottawa, England had stepped in to stop his men from really harming Canada. He never actually wanted to hurt anyone. Not when he attacked Germany, not when attacking Italy. Not even France. He hadn't wanted to hurt anyone before, and he certainly didn't want to hurt anyone now. Not when he was attacking America, of all people.

England had desperately been hoping his boss would be happy with the countries they had taken already. But he doubted he would be happy until they achieved anything less than World Domination. And looking at the facts, that wasn't all too far away. They were already attacking the borders of Russia, and America wasn't putting up much of a fight. Perhaps he was just surprised. Attacking America was the last thing he thought he would do, so he really couldn't blame him.

"Sir, you are needed at the American capitol."

England turned to look at the soldier who spoke. It had been months since he had heard that. Normally, the sickened Briton was already at the front, giving commands like a madman. There was no need to call him to the capitol. But this time, England had just wanted to stay as far away from the fighting as possible. Meaning, he was on the battle-ship that came in after the first planes had attacked.

Now he was getting into a helicopter, and flying to the one place in the country he had no interest in going to. The White House. He didn't want to face America. The last time he had seen the American, England had been storming away with drugs in his bag. It had been a painful moment for the both of them.

Besides, what was he even supposed to say to the man? 'Yeah, I've taken over you country; probably some of your people are dead. Sorry, but I hope we can still be friends.' Please. Like he would accept that. This would be more painful for the American then it is for him. This reminded England personally of the revolution. After gaining independence all those years ago, he was losing it again.

England thought about this, worry growing in his mind. He was worried until they landed in front of the White House. The Englishman dropped out of the vehicle and walked inside.

The Americans weren't putting up much of a fight. They may have been ordered to surrender. America obviously knew how powerful England had grown. He had regained more power then he had when he was the British Empire. And yet, he was reminded why he had lost it. Damn the rebellions. They were happening all around the world. He could feel them. Right now, there was one in Frankfurt Germany, Toulouse France, and in Shantou China. And more were stirring up.

Seeing there was no more fighting there, England needed to find America. He hadn't taken his power yet, that meant that America possibly still intended to fight. Once he took the American's power, that would mark the end of the fighting.

Guessing America and the other fallen nations who had went to America after their defeat would be in the meeting place under the White House. Not wanting to give America the chance to run, England hurried around to the side door. He needed to talk to America. Explain why he did this. The question was, when would his power leave him?

England had gone around alone. He didn't think anyone would be able to escape, so he didn't think it necessary to keep watch on the door. He didn't need anyone with him either. He knew no country could overthrow him now. Not alone. And America didn't have any other countries with him.

Passing the empty meeting room, England headed for the sleeping quarters. England could sense America's power over there. He had that trick since he took China. He knew where America was, and he couldn't let him get away. The Briton stepped out into the middle of the main hallway, deciding to address the countries instead of walking in on them. Less of a chance of getting jumped on.

"America? I know your still here." He called out. "I need to speak with you."

He waited a moment before America cautiously poked his head out from one of the bedrooms.

"What's there to talk about?" America's voice was edged, wary. "You already won, and we both know what you're here for now."

"Yes. But I didn't want you running from me." England had planned on keeping this completely professional, no mentions of their former relationship. But seeing America like this, actually frightened. Frightened of him. It was almost pushing him over his limit. Everything had been pushing him today. For the past few months. God-damn it.

"Where am I supposed to go?" America was looking at England with narrowed eyes. "Both Mexico and my brother have been attacked at taken over by you. In no time the rest of my country will be over-run with you Brits. There's no-where for me to go."

England lowered his gaze. "I know. I'm not going to say I'm sorry, I know you wont accept that." He shifted, uncomfortable where this conversation was going. "America, I-"

"Have taken this way to far? Yeah, I agree." America's gaze turned into a sharp glare as he stepped out into the open. "What have you been doing? We all thought this was some fight you had with France at first. But now, this is insane. What are you trying to do? Is it something you want to prove? What did the countries do to you for this?!"

Shocked, England almost took a step backwards. He didn't know then. Though why would he? He never spoke to the British Prime Minister, there was never a reason for him to. Then he didn't know why this was happening. That England himself had no choice in any of this. He just thought England was a cold-hearted murderer, happy to kill or hurt whoever stood in his way. He didn't know…

England may have been viewed as cold and unfeeling for a long time now, but he knew exactly what was happening around him, and he was broken about it, knowing it was all his fault for being too weak to do anything. And now even America saw that. This all had been pushing him closer and closer to the edge, but he had fought it. This time, England couldn't stop it, and it all came forth in a flood. England did something he hadn't done in front of this American for centuries.

He started to cry.

(Authors Note: AHHHH! ITS UP! IM SO HAPPY! I know, this is only the first part, but the next half is LOOOOOOOONG. I really had a specific point of where I wanted to cut it off, and I just couldn't reach that point, and it kept pilling up, and that's why all this took so long. D': SO IM SORRY! I have this part up.

I know its sorta like a teaser for the next chapter, but its better than nothing right? Really, I had to rewrite a whole section, cause I wanted to save some stuff for later. I have heard from a few people there isn't a lot of USUK right now, but the next part will have some fluff I promise. Really, I PROMISE. And give me a few days, It'll be up then. This is my first year of High School and it threw me off by a lot. I needed to save grades, and it was stressful in general.

I'm not trying to make excuses though, I agree this was late, and I feel bad about it. Be happy with this until I can make time to get the other part up please!

And I'm going to make a little announcement, I'm going to start up another story fairly soon. I like to have an intro to all my characters, so this story is going to be an intro to at lease three of my OC's. It will be very interesting, that's all I can say now. So look out for that!

I suppose this Note is getting a little long, and I'm tired! So I'm going to sleep as soon as this is posted. I wish you all a good night! (Ah, and reviews are love!)

Ciao for now!)
