The Case of the Smiling Roommate
As you all probably know Sherlock and I share our flat with another person, Dr Jay Williams.
Two days ago she returned from work with a smile plastered across her face.
Sherlock, being the man he is, decided to deduce what had happened, I already knew. Whereas Sherlock is good at observing crime scenes, I'm good at observing people.
I knew straight away that Jay was in love, and from her description and his picture I can tell you he seems wonderful, I'll know more when she gets back from her date this dinner.
I struck a deal with her, if Sherlock couldn't deduce the reason why she was smiling, I could write up the 'case'.
As I'm posting this I've kinda ruined the ending. Sherlock could not deduce the reason for her smiling (he thought she had a new client, not everyone's excited about that Sherlock) but he'll find out now.
And Jay's just returned and said I can post this, so her date went well. I'm gonna go and find out about it.
