It happened so quickly in her mind. It just so happens that when she went out to go shopping and saw Tadase. The blonde man was distracted when he was crossing the street and didn't see the car speeding by.
Lulu was trying to warn the man and scream his name but it was too late. She had to watch in horror as his perfectly blonde hair is stained with red blood.
Immediately she ran to the blonde man and saw the light brown manila envelop clutching tightly in his hand. Her trembling hands tried to look for her phone and plead the crowd around her to call the ambulance. She rummaged through her bag to look for her purple flip phone and finally found it. Immediately she called the first person in her mind.
When the other line finally picked up, Lulu started to cry, "Marie-san! Help! Tadase-san was hit by a car!" she cried.
Marie tried to calm the blonde girl down, and say that the ambulance will come immediately.
The moment she flipped her phone shut, Marie called on another line and ask for a fast emergency drive to a particular place where the accident happened.
She just hopes everything will be okay.

Lulu cried when she saw the love of her life unconscious on the white hospital bed. Marie and the nurses were checking is heart beat, his pulse, putting fluids inside of him because of blood loss and making sure he is breathing properly.
The blonde could only sit and watch from outside the room window and cry. She sat on one of the available benches in the private room and set the manila envelope on her lap. She remembered he looked distracted when he was crossing the streets because of this envelope.
Lulu took the envelope with both hands. She didn't want to look what was inside it because it's not her business. But this was the reason why Tadase is in the situation right now.
Slowly she untied the strings and flip open the envelope. Slowly her hands pulled up a three-page paper. The first thing her eyes laid contact with is the words "DNA Test Report". Lulu's eyes widened when she saw the two names under the title.
Just as she was about to read the rest of the report, she heard a knock on the door. Quickly she hid the report and the envelope behind her bag as the door opened to reveal familiar faces.
Tsukasa first came in and along with Ikuto, Aruto and Souko. Their eyes went to the window and the door opened with Marie and the nurse coming out from the room.
"How is he?" Souko asked through teary eyes as Aruto tried to calm her down.
Marie sighed, "He lost a lot of blood but we were able to stitch the wound on his head closed. Right now, the only thing we can do is wait until he wakes up to see if there's any brain damage since most of the blood loss was from the head."
Aruto breath a sigh of relief, "I called Mizue and Yui. They're going to take the first flight from Europe to come back here. They should be here tomorrow."
Tsukasa nodded. His head then turned to Lulu and saw that her eyes were red. The blonde man turned to Lulu.
"Lulu are you okay?" he asked gently. The girl nodded slowly and she wiped the small amount of tears on her face.
"I'm fine," she said as she sighed. She then looked up, "There's something I want to tell you Tsukasa-san. Can we talk in private?"
Tsukasa's eyebrows went up in surprise. He looked up at Marie and she gave him the keys to her office.
Lulu also looked up at Marie. "Marie-san should come as well." She said and Marie looked at her before nodding.
"We'll watch over Tadase," Ikuto said, "We'll call you if anything happens or when he wakes up." Lulu was carefully eyeing Ikuto and the men actually noticed but pretend to not know.
Tsukasa nodded before he and his wife and one of his student got out of the room and into Marie's office.
When the door was locked shut, Marie was the first to speak, "What's wrong, Lulu?"
Lulu was quiet at first until she shown them the envelope she was holding. "The reason why Tadase-san got into a car crash is because he was paying attention to this envelope."
The girl slowly handed the envelope to Marie as she and Tsukasa opened it to see what it was that took Tadase's attention away.
When they saw what was inside the paper, their eyes widened and looked at Lulu who looked down at her hands.
"I don't know why he has it, but I promise I won't tell Amu-san." Lulu said and then quietly asked, "Does Ikuto-san knows about this?"
Tsukasa sighed as he shook his head. Marie answered for him, "It's not for us to tell him. It's for Amu to tell him, except she doesn't want to."
"But I think she has to let Ikuto know now." Tsukasa said "Everyone else knows except him. Even Souko and Aruto saw the resemblance between them. It's only a matter of time before Ikuto finds out somewhere besides being told by Amu."
Marie eyes saddened a bit, "I hope Amu won't freak out about this."
Lulu and Tsukasa looked at the woman. Though Lulu was confused at her statement, Tsukasa knew what she meant. "I'll try to convince her and talk to her about this." He offered.
The blonde girl looked at Marie, "Will Tadase-san really be okay?" she wept quietly. The brown-haired woman walked over to the girl to comfort her.
"He will be okay," She whispered, "I promise."
The girl's lips quivered, "I really like Tadase-san." She whispered as she tried to hold her tears in. "However, there's a part of me that knew that Tadase-san liked Amu-san. When I saw why he was so distracted, I was so angry." She cried. "But Amu-san is a good person and a good friend. I don't want to be angry with her."
Marie hugged the blonde girl and tried to soothe her as best as she can. Then she whispered, "I can't promise anything about Tadase's feelings for you, but I know you will have a lot of chances with him."
Lulu looked up, hiccupping as she tried to stop crying. Marie smiled, "After all," she said, "Amu loves Ikuto, I know it."
Lulu smiled and nodded, "I kind of got the idea of what's going on between them." She said as she tried to laugh to lighten the mood a bit.
Tsukasa chuckled as well and got up off the couch. "I think I should go back and tell Amu about this." He said.
Lulu and Marie nodded as Tsukasa went out the door.
In the private room, Ikuto and his parents looked through the window to see if there are any signs of awakening from the blonde. There was none for now.
A knock was heard on the door and Marie came in. Ikuto looked behind him and the brown haired woman said, "You can go in if you want. Just make sure not to make too much noise."
Aruto and Souko nodded as they walked in quietly. Ikuto stayed behind. "I think I'm going to go back home and get some clothes for them first. Is that all right?"
Marie nodded, "That's okay." She said, "Just do what you have to do. I'll look over them in the meantime."
Ikuto left the room and walked down the hall to see Lulu by the sandwich vending machine. He went toward her and asked, "Are you okay, Lulu?"
The girl turned around and upon seeing the familiar face, she smiled, "Yeah, I was just scared of what happened."
Ikuto smiled, trying to lighten the mood up, "Do you want me to drive you back home or are you going to stay with Tadase a little longer?"
Lulu shook her head, "I think I'm going to go home first and rest a bit. Your parents are in the room right now right?"
"Yeah," he said, "then come on."
The blonde girl smiled, "Thanks."

After the man dropped off the blonde to her house, he went straight home to get the things his parents might needed for staying over.
The dark haired man opened the door to his house and saw Yukito on the couch watching television as she held onto a stuffed rabbit.
He walked toward the bluenette girl and patted her head. When she looked up, she smiled and jumped in his arms ,"Ikuto onii-chan!"
He ruffled her hair, "Hey Yukito-chan, where's your mom?"
The girl looked at the man with big golden eyes, "Mama is talking upstairs with Tsukasa onii-chan!" she smiled.
Ikuto smiled at the girl just as wide as hers, "Okay." He said as he got up and walked toward the staircases. As he slowly ascended up the stairs, he heard voices that directed toward Amu's room—that used to be his room—and carefully walked to the door. He was about to knock when he heard Tsukasa asked, "When are you going to tell Ikuto?"
Ikuto's body went stiff as his hand was near the door. "I don't know. I never planned on telling him." That voice was clearly Amu's and she sounded really stressed out. He decided to hear the end of it.
"Amu," Ikuto never heard Tsukasa's voice sounded this serious before, "Tadase went as far as getting the DNA report. I don't know what he was going to do with it but there was a high chance that he was trying to tell Ikuto about it. Wouldn't it be better if it was from you?"
DNA? What DNA? His DNA and who's? The blue-haired man was getting even more confused at the conversation. What does it have to do with him? What was Tadase doing with some DNA report?
"Do you think it's going to go well if I suddenly waltz up to him and say that Yukito is his daughter?!" Amu cried. The moment Ikuto heard what he thought he heard, his breathing stopped. "I was doing fine for four years without him and even when I suddenly came back into his life, it's still fine without him knowing!"
Suddenly he heard sniffing sound that deduced that she was crying at that moment.
"It's not that I don't want Ikuto to know." She said quietly, "I just don't know what would happened if I did. I was an invisible being to him back then, Tsukasa. She cried silently. "He doesn't like me, I know it. I don't want to force him to be with me just because of Yukito. I don't want it to be Yukito's fault that he has to be with me."
Ikuto's eyes widened. Does this mean that…? He couldn't even begin to fathom the thought of what he's hearing right now. Yukito is his….
Tsukasa sighed, sounding as if he gave up. The pinkette seems to have a strong reason for her actions to this issue. "What are you going to do if he finds out?"
There was a silent pause for a while before Amu spoke, "I….I don't know. But if he wants to take Yukito away from me, I will die. I can't live without her. She's all I have." And the more Amu started talking the more her voice started to break.
Ikuto, suddenly not able to take it anymore, bolted right through the door without knocking.
Both heads turned to the sound and even stopped breathing. Amu widened her eyes and covered her mouth as she saw who it was. Tsukasa turned around and reacted the same way Amu had. Had he been hearing their conversation this whole time?!
Ikuto started breathing hard—when he realized he hasn't been breathing the whole time when he listened on the conversation—and spoke, "Is it true?" he asked
The pinkette's heart started to beat really fast as everything started to feel unreal around her. She waited for him to continue. "Is everything you said true?"
Amu couldn't breathe or let alone speak. She couldn't utter a sound from her throat. Tsukasa saw the sudden paleness on her face and talked for the pinkette as he got up off the chair, "Ikuto." He said to the man but the dark-haired lad didn't seem to listen but his ears perked up at the last part.
"Everything you heard was true."
BAM! I bet you knew this was going to happened but didn't see it coming so fast huh? Originally I was going to make this scene happen in a feel more chapters but after something thinking, I think it is time Ikuto knows.
I'm sorry for the LOOOOOONNNNNNNG long MIA. First year of college had me spinning and I couldn't find the time to balance between free time and classes but I think I can handle it next year.
