A.N: I really have nothing to say except hey! How are you all doing?

Shelia13: Yes! Ok. They practically are tourists. Yeah, Killowag completely forgot about Mary until now. He's slow, give him time.

JEN-M: I know! Exciting!

Silverolf: When they find Mary, I gave them something to worry about. I felt like I used the idea of dancing in public already. Few more chapters, Razer's coming soon.

Luminesyra: LUMI! I think they got along with Oa just find, sure they almost had a close call. Yes, Laira cameo. I like her a lot to the point she's coming around in my stories a lot.

Beawolf's Pen: Hostile on Oa means "I like you in an aggressive way."

Mary Berry

I was in the training room and going up against Lashorr, a pinked skinned woman with six hands and long red flowing hair. We were doing close combat fighting and she was throwing out a couple of punches at me. It wouldn't be so hard to avoid Lashorr's hits if she didn't have the extra set of arms. She brought both left hands at me and I put my hand up to block one hit but the other rammed me in the stomach. I went back a bit but staid on my feet.

From the crowed of Green Lanterns watching and waiting their turn, Ke'Hann called out, "You have to observe your enemy to know the style. You need to know their features to know how to beat them."

Ke'Hann, our red bull like training officer, had been barking comments nonstop since I've began fighting. I was going to show him though that I needed no comment. I've fought Red Lanterns, Manhunters, and Blockbuster Creatures. I can handle a six handed green lantern. I'm not a mistake. I can handle anything. So I fight.

I got myself on my toes and brought a bunch of punches all blocked by Lashorr's arms. I kept trying to find an open spot but there weren't any. She hit me more and more until I felt bruises on my arms and sides forming. I almost fell to my knees but I couldn't. I'm not giving up. Then I heard from over me, "Come on, Mary, find the small spot." I recognized it as Killowag's. He usually was my trainer, and today I wish he was. I guessed he was on the cat walk built into the middle of the building. He usually hangs out there when he drops by to see the training. "Find it!" Find what? The small spot he was talking about? What small- it hit me. Same thing that Ke'Hann said, except a bit more clear. Lashorr had six hands but all her weight was on top but not at her feet. She could easily be swept off balance. And that's just what I did. I went down low to the floor and swept my feet under Lashorr so that she would fall back.

She fell back but her quick arms made her do a somersault back to her feet. Well at least I got her off her feet. Lashorr came at me with her three left hands and I ducked under her feet to avoid it. I landed on my hands and push myself back so my feet would kick her in the back. She didn't fall but stumble. Lashorr turned back around and got ready to charge, and so I got ready as well. "Yeah! Go Mary."

My eyes widened. Wally? I looked up to the cat walk a few yards over us and saw Killowag…..with my friends. My hero friends. They were cheering me on. I felt something as hard as iron hit my face and I flew back ten feet and then on my back. I saw spots as I tried to stay awake and it felt as if my nose was broken. Thankfully, I knew the difference between broken and bruised, and it wasn't broken. I sat up as everyone stared at me intently, even my Earth friends were looking at me worried and wincing. Oh, no. They had to see me like this. Ke'Hann came to me and held out a hand. I grabbed it and he pulled me to my feet. He had me and Lashorr face each other. He said, "Lashorr, well done using your hands. But your feet can be useful as well. Mary, excellent job finding the weak spot….though with some help…but try it on your own next time." Um, Killowag didn't tell me what to do, he just made your instructions clearer.

"Sergeant Ke'Hann."

Everyone looked up to Killowag. The red bulled man replied, "Yes?"

"I'm taking Mary. A Mission on Earth." I got confused and looked at my friends. Now I understood why they were here.

"Very well then." Ke'Hann said.

I bowed to Ke'Hann and then flew up to the cat walk where Killowag and the others were. I landed and walked up a bit shyly to the group. "Hey guys."

"Mary, are you alright?" Kaldur asked.

"I'm fine."

"Your nose is bleeding." Killowag told her.

"Oh." I put my hand to my nose and then looked down at it as I felt warm liquid droplets. Red spots dotted my hand. I actually started to feel a bit woozy. Killowag put a hand around my shoulder and led me out. "Come on. Nice work down there."

"Thanks Killowag." The others followed next to me and as held my nose I said, "So guys, didn't expect you here….on Oa. Of all places in the universe."

"We had to come to find answers." Kaldur explained. "Your friend here has been helping us get around."

"I'm glad that he hasn't been harsh. He doesn't normally warm up to strangers so quickly."

"They're not that strange." Killowag said. "I've seen worse dressed."

"What do you mean, we're heroes." Wally whined, "Of course we wear this. To protect our identities you know."

"You don't have to hide out here." I reassured. "Everyone knows everyone." They didn't try to reveal themselves though. "If it makes you guys comfortable then fine."

I sat down in my dorm with my friends as Killowag went out to get an ice pack for me. Everyone walked around the room and looked out the window to see the view. I sat on the little bed. We talked while we waited. "So, how do you guys like Oa?"

"It's different." Kaldur said as he gave me a tissue.

I put a big wad in my nose to slow the bleeding and said, "Of course it's different, I'm talking about what you saw."

"It's like on big giant school." Raquel said.

"That's exactly what I thought when I first came here." I added.

"Cafeteria, gym, and I think I saw a library." Wally mentioned.

"Yeah we have one."

"And those little blue Guardians are like the principal and stuff." Artemis said, "Not very friendly either."

"Yeah, you get the jist."

"So, what is this room?"

"My room. 90% percent of the buildings around here are like big apartments where Green Lanterns stay. Some do because they don't have families on their home planet. Even if you don't stay here you still have your own room. I stash all my stuff here." I pointed to my school books and some dirty clothes that were stashed in the corner of the room.

Killowag came walking in with an ice pack in his hand and he threw it to me to catch. I put it over my nose and breathed a sigh of relief. "That feels better."

"Sorry if I distracted you with my cheering and all." Wally said.

"It's not your fault. I got distracted, or more accurate I got surprised. What are you guys doing here?"

"Like we said before. We came to ask questions?"

"About what?"

"We were hoping you would know." Robin began. "Something's been living in the mountains of Oregon for the past few days. Batman sent us on a mission to capture it but um….we had a mishap trying to catch."

"Admit it Robin." Artemis said, "We failed."

"Ok, yeah, but we got a good look at it and since we managed to encounter it on our mission, Miss Martian was able to identify it."

"Well," Miss Martian began. "I'm not sure about it but probably that what we saw was an alien species."

"What did it look like?" I asked.

Robin pulled up on gloved hand and typed something on the mini holographic computer he had. Killowag watched a bit fascinated. "Wow, humans are more advance then I thought."

"I wouldn't give us all the credit." Robin told him, "Most of the stuff we have is alien tech that Martian Manhunter has gotten us from around the universe."

Killowag smiled, "I like this kid."

Robin smiled and then showed Killowag and Mary the picture. It was a dark woodland background with a white blur running on fours across the screen. Since the resolution was heightened, thick scales were seen. "What is that thing?" I asked.

"We were hoping you would know."

"Not me, Killowag?"

The Bullivaxion shook his head. "Doesn't ring a bell."

"Maybe we could ask the other lanterns." Raquel suggested.

I laughed. "Yeah, go to all 3600 lanterns if they've seen this thing before. Honey, you'll be here all year."

"We could look to the library." Killowag mentioned.

"No books!"

"Wait." Kaldur stood up. "We didn't just come here to ask you, but maybe Hal Jordan would know. He went to Frontier space."

"What makes you think it's Frontier?" Killowag asked.

"The book I had info of the probable creature was in a book that traveled miles past Oan space." M'gann explained.

"Since Hal Jordan went there two years ago." Kaldur finished.

Killowag snorted, "We've all been to Frontier space, Gills, and I'm telling yeah we saw nothing."

"Killowag is right." I said, "And don't mind the Gills thing, when he nicknames you, he likes you."

"Nicknames don't matter, right Mary Berry?" Kid Flash taunted.

Killowag burst into laughter, "Berry, what kind of a nick name is that?"

I was turning red as Kid continued. "You should hear my theme song for her. Mary Berry, oh so-"

I flew up to clamp his mouth shut. "Don't you even finish that."

"Ok, I think we're getting a bit off track here." Robin stated.

I let go of Wally's mouth and landed back on my feet. "I'm sorry we couldn't be much help to you guys. But if it helps, maybe we can still ask Hal a few questions. He might actually know."

"We can go now that your nose stopped bleeding." Kaldur stated.

"Your right." I said, checking nose and not feeling the warm rush in my skull anymore.

We went outside to a balcony where we would take off from but I saw a certain Green Lantern flying by and had to call out, "Tomar'Re!" The fish faced humanoid alien skidded in the sky to stop and then landed down on the platform where we were.

He looked around the crowed and said to me, "There must be a good explanation behind this."

"Earth Mission for Hal Jordan." Killowag told him.

Tomar' Re continued looking at my friends until his eyes landed on Superboy. I saw his hand go into a fist. It took me a second to realize why he did that and I stepped in front of him to distract him, "Tomar, have you seen where Hal is?"

"He's…" Tomar'Re said slowly, trying to recover. "He's probably still looking for his battery. Maybe at the lounge."

"Thanks."

The fish man left us by flying away, giving one last wary glance to Superboy as he did. Killowag didn't seem to feel the tension, so he began walking on the cat walk that connected with the building. As I lead the way for the teens, I heard Conner ask, "Why did he look at me like that?"

"Maybe he doesn't like Kryptonians." Wally said.

Superboy looked at him as if he wanted to punch him. I said, "No, it's not that he doesn't like them he….I don't know how to explain." We continued to walk but I flew backwards so that I could see them. "He….was put on task to study Krypton or something like that. The life span was his biggest works."

"You mean he knew about Krypton's destruction?" Conner asked.

"Yeah, but he got there too late. He's not angry he's just guilt filled. I tried to consult him once but being half stubborn he doesn't get it. He'll come around soon." I turned back around so that I could walk face forward.

"You always know how to look at the bright side." Robin commented.

"You can't see in the darkness, can you?" I teased.

A.N: I know, last sentence was pretty deep, I made that quote up myself. The fact about Tomar'Re being involved with the Krypton stuff is true, based off the comics. But I didn't find out until Beawolf wrote the tribute fic, so credit of knowledge goes to there. And Finally Mary meets up with the team, beginning with a not so good punch to the face. Kaldur has a nickname! Gills! Lol. Next we go find Hal. I'm KikaKatTIOI, peace out!
