Everybody was delighted that Stephanie was attending classes again after what had happened to her. Her leg was still bandaged due to the big cut she got from the jabberwocky and so was her head. But nonetheless, she was feeling better. As she was beginning to think that things were going back to the way they were, she was immediately excused by Professor McGonagall from her Potions class because the headmaster wanted to talk to her. She didn't know what it was about but she quietly went with her. Everybody in the room started whispering to each other and wondered why she was called by the headmaster himself. Draco was as curious as the others, hoping that everything was alright.

Unfortunately, things weren't alright.

Once she was inside the headmaster's office, she was offered to take a seat on a maroon cushioned chair and she quietly watched as Dumbledore walked around her, beginning to explain why she was called. The incident that had happened between her and the jabberwocky reached her father, Henry. He wasn't very pleased to hear that his only daughter was almost eaten by a weird creature he didn't even if really existed. Dumbledore continued on by saying that Arthur Weasley insisted that Stephanie was saved and recovered easily. But that didn't matter to Henry. The fact that his daughter almost died in the vicinity of the school outraged him. He trusted wizards and witches, of all people, could protect his daughter with the use of magic. He didn't want to risk Stephanie's life anymore and instructed Arthur Weasley to take Stephanie back to London as soon as possible.

Stephanie was speechless. She was aware that she almost died but, she was alright already and didn't want to leave Hogwarts. As much as Dumbledore wanted her to stay, he couldn't let her especially when it was already a parent who'd want to withdraw their child. Stephanie broke down in tears, begging to let her stay and finish her remaining four months. Dumbledore and McGonagall were upset as they made their final decision that she should leave as her father requested. They do wish that she'd be allowed by her father to enroll next year in which they'd be delighted to have her back.

Her meeting with Dumbledore and McGonagall lasted for almost an hour until Potions class finally ended. Harry, Ron, and Hermione were sitting on a bench in the courtyard talking when they saw Arthur Weasley walking around the hallways, reminiscing the time when he was a student. The three were surprised to see him since parents didn't really go to Hogwarts. Curious, they ran towards the hallway and after him.

"Dad, what are you doing here?" Ron asked, surprised to see his father.

Arthur turned around with a smile, delighted to see his youngest son and two friends.

"Ron, Harry, Hermione, It's nice to see the three of you" he said as he ignored his son's question.

Harry smiled, "Hello Mr. Weasley but, why are you actually here?"

"Oh right, I'm here to fetch Stephanie"

"Stephanie? Why do you have to fetch her?" Hermione asked, exchanging confused looks with the two guys beside her.

Arthur sighed and took off his has, scratching the top of his head. "Err, well, his father wasn't amused when he found out what happened to her being attacked. He wants her back in London as soon as possible"

Draco was just passing by behind them when he heard what Mr. Weasley said. He felt something strange inside of him, pain. It wasn't the kind of pain he got from his cuts, it was something he couldn't see but could strongly feel. He was hurt and depressed, wishing that what he heard wasn't true. As they continued to walk, they saw Dumbledore, McGonagall, and Stephanie walking down the stairs. All the students in that area were looking and noticed that Stephanie was sobbing and carrying her trunk and Stardust's cage. She looked upfront and found Mr. Weasley with her cousin and two friends and behind them was Draco. She hurried down the remaining steps and placed her trunk and cage down then ran to Harry's arms, crying. She didn't want to leave. Hogwarts was the best thing that ever happened to her. She got to meet people like her, she enjoyed the classes, she gained so many friends, had a boyfriend, and everything was great. She felt like she belonged.

Harry hugged her tight and cleared his throat, "It'll be alright, Stephanie. I'll come visit you as soon as I come back to London"

"Same here, I'll visit you and tell your father to let you come back next year" Hermione added, controlling tears from falling, and stroked Stephanie's head.

Ron pulled Hermione closer as they both joined for a hug. He was also upset for the sudden news that she was leaving when just earlier they were talking about playing a few games.

"You have to come back next year" Ron said confidently, "Not try, but do. Mum would be happy to have you as our guest"

They let go of each other with Stephanie wiping off the tears that stained her cheeks and nodded. She promised them that she would be back to Hogwarts no matter what. Her eyes were already puffy from crying and her nose and cheeks were red. When she thought she had let out all the tears, they trickled once more when she saw the devastated look of Draco who still managed to smile at her. Stephanie ran to him and into his arms. Draco swallowed hard as he hugged her back, not wanting to let her go. He wasn't ready for it, for her to leave the school. For her to leave him. But he wanted to be strong not only for himself but for Stephanie as well.

Stephanie started to cry and Draco held her cheeks, trying to calm her down. He continuously wiped off the tears that trickled down her face and kissed her lips. He didn't want her to leave Hogwarts as much as she did. Stephanie kissed him back, holding him tight as if she didn't want to let him go anymore. Arthur Weasley looked at them both then to his son, Harry, and Hermione. He was the only one surprised while the others didn't seem to see anything weird.

"Why is she kissing Lucius' son?" Mr. Weasley asked curiously.

"I'll explain everything later" Ron whispered to his dad and patted her shoulder.

Stephanie was calmer than earlier, resting her head against Draco's chest while clutching the necklace around her neck. Draco never released her from his tight hug and soothingly rubbed her back.

"We'll still see each other again" Draco assured her, "We won't be separated forever"

"What if you meet someone much better while I'm away?" Stephanie choked on her words, wiping the tears that kept coming out.

Draco chuckled at her cuteness, "There's no one better than my precious Primrose. Making me fall in love with a half-blood like you is something special, love. There's no way I'll get to have this kind of feelings with somebody else. And even if you're in London, I'll remain with you always. Inside your heart"

He gently touched the glass pendant with a rose inside, smiling, which symbolized his love for Stephanie. The tiny rose represented Stephanie encased in an inverted teardrop shaped glass, preserving their love and would never wither. Mr. Weasley took the trunk and owl cage and placed them in a carriage that would bring them to Hogsmeade. Draco walked her to the front gate of the castle and helped her up the carriage. Stephanie sat down and looked at him with her swollen eyes.

"I love you" she said, sniffling.

Draco kissed her hand before letting it go and smiled, "I love you too so much. I'll see you next year"

"Yeah, I'll see you next year"

The carriage started to move as the tethrals followed the path to Hogsmeade. Stephanie looked back at the castle and saw her friends, McGonagall, Dumbledore, and Draco waving at her. She couldn't help but to smile and waved back at them, her other hand clutching onto her pendant. She fixed her gaze towards her boyfriend and as the carriage goes forth, his figure became small like an ant until she couldn't see him anymore. The castle was far away from her now. She felt her chest tighten and her eyes getting teary once more with Mr. Weasley comforting her. As much as she wanted to see her father, she wasn't ready to become a muggle again.
