Chapter 21

Emma had spread the word that the town meeting was going to take place at two o'clock. Regina, Richard and Henry entered the 'arena' 10 minutes before. The town hall was jam packed, it seemed that no one in town was prepared to miss this.

'Order, Order in the house' Granny yelled. 'ah Hell' She muttered. She blew her fingers and that got everyone's attention.

'Ok, before we start I need to say something. I am the one that grants everyone speaking time, if anyone starts yelling, talking out of order or anything else they are removed from the premises.

At that moment several van Robin's Merry men stood up and everyone knew that they would be the one escorting the trouble makers out. Granny continued.

'There is a microphone in every corner of the room, we will be civilized cause if not, there will be a prize to pay DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR'

The room went silent.

'Ok, then. The first speaker of the day will be our Sheriff'

Regina was a little surprised by that, what the hell was Emma up to. Emma looked at Regina and whispered. 'Trust me, I owe you this much'

Emma scraped her throat and started to speak.

'When I decided to bring back Marion I made a decision that affected all of our lives, I will not apologize for the fact that I saved a woman's life but I will apologize for the impact it had on all of us, cause not only did I bring Marion back I brought the Snow Queen here and we all know what happened next'

The room started to get noisy. Granny hammered away and soon it all died down.

'I changed the past and with changing the past I changed the future. I wasn't thinking and that affected you all. I hope you all accept my apologizes for that' Emma nodded when several shout outs were heard that indicated that it had been long forgotten.

Regina was stunned, how easily the town forgave Emma for her wrongdoing and she had to fight for every single piece of gratitude. Granted she wasn't unaware she deserved some of it but this was ridiculous. She felt her anger raise, magic was jumping of her, white sparks were flying left and right. Richard grabbed one of her hands and started whispering to her to calm down. Slowly Regina calmed down again before anyone noticed the abundance of magic in the air.

Emma continued. 'but we have seem to forgotten that it was one person who kept Story Brook safe , she defeated the Wicked Witch and she didn't even get a simple thank you, no instead I destroyed her second change and no one seemed to care. Regina is well aware that she doesn't deserve a whole lot due to her past but at least she thought she earned some credit but unfortunately she received none and because of this she decided to leave. She left Henry and went to live in…

Emma looked at Regina. 'None of their damn business' Emma rolled her eyes. 'She went to live in another city until a few days ago when she felt Henry's fear and came back to save him'

Leroy got up 'and let's not forgot me, so Thank you Regina' He quickly sat back down again when Granny raised her gavel.

'As you can all see Regina is about six months pregnant with Robin Hoods baby so it had a big impact in not only her life but Robin's as well. While she was in the…other city she met a man' At that point Richard got up as to introduce himself. 'His name is Richard Lionheart and yes before anyone jumps to conclusions he is King Lionheart. He and Regina are a couple and they will be staying here indefinitely' Emma continued.

The noise in the room was getting to loud for Emma to speak. Everyone was taken aback by the fact that Richard Lionheart was in a relationship with the Evil Queen. Granny had some difficulty in containing the level of noise.

After a while the noise had died down considerably and Emma could continue. She brought up the subject of the Snow Queen and the town discussed that for a considered amount of time. Regina and Elsa, who had joined them shortly after Regina and Richard had entered the town hall had remained quiet throughout the entire debate.

However when the people of Story Brooke demanded that the Snow Queen would be taken prisoner, Regina got up, grabbed one of the mics and waited for Granny to notice her which didn't take long.

'Regina, you may have the floor'

'Anyone who is going after the Snow Queen will have to go through me. She has been a victim of someone's dealings with Rumplestilskin and she is not to blame for the fact that she wants answers and trust me she will get her answers but I will deal with her and not an angry mob'

Elsa shot her a look of gratitude. Elsa felt that she wasn't alone in her quest for her sister.

The people of Story Brook had their first good look at Regina. Archie got up, walked over to one of the mic's and asked the question that was on everyone's mind.

'I think I speak for several other people but I would really like to know what is going on with you'

Regina knew she had to speak the truth. 'Ever since I tapped into my white magic in order to defeat the Wicket Witch I have been undergoing changes, I don't know where these changes will lead to but I can assure you it possess no threat to this town. ' Regina didn't think she should mention the Fairy's story about becoming the White Queen until they were sure about it.

King George got up 'How do you know, for all we know you could be a walking time bomb'

Richard got up, grabbed one of the other mics 'The only threat these changes pose are those that happen to her. I have been with her for several months and every time something happed she was the one that got hurt, so I suggest you shut your mouth before I shut it for you' Richard knew who he was dealing with and was pretty blunt with King George.

Regina looked proud at Richard, he had stood up for her. He was her man. It took until diner time to answer all the questions that had risen among the townspeople but in the end everyone seemed the be alright with the outcome. Regina however wouldn't become aware of the outcome until several days later.

The entire Charming clan, Regina, Richard and Henry stood on stage, talking about what was to happen next when Blue interjected.

'May I speak to Regina, please'

Regina nodded towards Richard and Henry and went along with Blue who was accompanied by Tink who gave Regina a reassuring hug.

'We would like it if you would come by the convent again so we can discuss how to proceed'

'Excuse me, we're not going to proceed anything, like I told TInk, it was a good laugh but I am not becoming the White Fairy Queen, I only went along for Tink's sake, who by the way still hasn't gotten her wings back' Regina's arm went protectively towards Tink, she thought it was an outrage that Tink still hadn't gotten her wings back what more could she have done to earn them.

The moment Regina touched Tink a bright white light surrounded Tink .

'what the…'Regina exclaimed and when it was over they all stared at the place where Tink was supposed to be standing but instead a tiny little green fairy could be seen hovering around.

'Whoajaaaaa!'Tink was beside herself. She flew towards every corner in the town hall, fairy glitter was seeing flying everywhere. She was touching every single nose that had remained in the town hall and when she was done she hovered in front of Regina.

'Well, if this doesn't prove it, Regina…your majesty' Little Tink took a deep bow. 'Then I don't know what will' and with those words she changed back into her human form. She grabbed Regina 'Thank you, Thank you, Thank so much. I've got my wings back'

'I don't even know if I did it' Regina mumbled but when she turned towards Blue she was met with a Blue who bowed. 'Your majesty'
