Anyway… I was also watching Red vs. Blue… if any of you guys know what that is. Caboose is awesome.

SO! Anyway! Enough babbling, here is the chapter!

In…. drumroll please… JACK'S POV!

As my stunned fellow demigods saw the devious dragon that Macy would have to battle, they proclaimed, "JACK YOU ARE RIGHT YOU ALMIGHTY HUNK" and bowed down to me and appointed me their master for all eternity. Then Calypso set us all free and threw herself in a pool of sharks.

… Yeah, no. That didn't happen. But I was right- the dragon was Mushu. If Mushu was the size of a whale shark. I looked over to see this extremely cute smirk on KP's face. She caught my eye and grinned slyly at me. I winked back. Once this was all over, I would tell her I loved her. If we lived, that is. I really hoped she would feel the same way. I took a deep, determined breath and concentrated on figuring a way out of these stupid chains. Besides really chafing my wrists, they prevented all of us from doing any real fighting. I squirmed and tried to make my hands tiny to slide them out of the cuffs, but my wrists were way too big. I kicked at the shackles around my ankles, but they didn't break. Frustrated, I looked around me. Ian was staring blankly at Macy, who was doing what looked like a weird ballet dance with Mushu. She ducked and dodged and twirled like a little ballerina, her sword flashing as she went. Occasionally the dragon would screech in pain as the blade slashed into its scales. Next to me, Percy was straining against the chains and trying to reach his pocket with his mouth. He was failing terribly, I have to say. KP and Annabeth were also trying to get rid of the shackles, but nothing was happening.

We were failing this quest, terribly. I stopped struggling, feeling defeated. There was no way we could possibly get free. I was almost about to completely give up when I felt something ice-cold in my palm.

I was so startled I almost broke it. Looking up, I saw it was a thin, clear shard of ice. What the heck? I could see Percy fumbling with something in his fingers, too, and Annabeth and KP. I glanced up at Ian, who stared back seriously. He made a twisting motion near his wrists, like he was picking a lock. Suddenly, it clicked. He made us lock picks out of freaking ice. I nodded and found the lock, inserting the shard and getting to work.

After a minute, I heard a small click and felt the chains around my wrists loosen. I still held them where they were though- my feet were still shackled and it would do no good if Calypso found out what we were up to before we had a real chance to fight back. But there was no way that we could unchain our feet without Calypso or that Scott guy seeing…

I glanced unhappily at Ian again, looking for a solution to our problem. He took one last longing look at Macy, turned an unpleasant pale color, and turned to Calypso. Then… I tried not to gag as he took her face in her hands and… well… started making out.

Across from me, Annabeth was making gagging noises. I laughed, but this still didn't solve the problem with Scott. What will we do? I thought hopelessly.

KP suddenly cleared her throat and called out, "Hey, isn't Scott Summers the guy from X-Men?"

Scott whipped his head toward her. "Not you, too," he snarled.

"Do you have laser eyes?" KP joked, but I could see fear in her eyes. Suddenly, I knew what she was doing. I frantically shook my head at her. She nodded sadly. Then she turned to Scott again, grinned, and said, "How's your buddy Wolverine?"

Scott growled angrily (a lot like Wolverine, I noticed). His purple eyes glowed a menacing violet, focusing on KP.

"NO!" I yelled, but it was too late- KP started to scream. "STOP!"

Scott was too focused to notice- he still stared at KP, his eyes glazed.

"Jack, hurry," Percy told me. He was already working on picking the locks on his foot shackles. "We don't have long."

"But… she'll go insane," I said weakly, my freed hands falling to my sides limply.

Percy looked up at me, his green eyes burning. "We all have to make sacrifices sometimes," he whispered.

I nodded hopelessly and knelt down, twisting the ice shard through the lock and trying to ignore KP's screams. I heard a tiny click and the shackles fell to the floor. I looked up to see if either Calypso or Scott had noticed. Scott was still focused on KP, and Calypso was still… busy. How can she not notice any of this?

The second I was sure that I was completely free, I sprinted over to the three thrones, where Scott sat. I clenched my fists, and tapped Scott on the shoulder.

"Hey, Cyclops," I snarled. KP's screams died. She lifted her head shakily while Scott snapped out of his daze and stared at me, just in time to see my epic right hook slam into his face.

"FALCOOON PUNCH!" I yelled. Scott's head smashed into the back of his throne and he went out.

There was absolute silence- well, besides the occasional roars of Mushu. Ian and Calypso broke apart and stared at me. Out of the corner of my eye, I could see KP smiling weakly.

Calypso's eyes narrowed and she waved her hand… then next thing I knew, I was flying into a pillar.

Will Jack be OK? Isn't he AWESOME? Is KP alright? Now that they're all free (with the exception of KP), what will happen next?

Was that too confusing? I hope not…

AHHHH! Jack!

OK, yeah! New chappie soon, with the next part of the battle, too!

And remember… REVIEW! The more reviews, the happier I am, and the more I will write!
