(Damons POV)

I poured me glass of bourbon and sipped it til I figured I was hungry. I threw the rest back and grabbed my jacket and made my way to the car. Hmmm sorority girl or random person in the road. With the mood I was in yep hunting sounded more fun then just waiting for something to come to me. I went a few towns over and found a college with plenty of girls and parties going on. Night before school started and all they were getting it out tonight. I walked into some frat house and immediately spotted my victim. She was off on her own looking out of place and bored. She had black hair and green eyes. Good enough.

"Hello Beautiful. What are you doing over here all by yourself? I'm Damon." I smiled at her and heard her heart rate pick up. Yep dinner in about to be served. I held out my arm to her and she giggled as she took it. This was really to easy, I like then they put up a fight. Maybe I can scare her into trying to run from me before I eat her. I was in the need of a little fun and since I had thoroughly pissed off the girl of my dreams I had to do something. I highly doubted she would like what I was doing right now but what was she going to do about it. She had Kol now to keep her company and I really needed someone to keep me company and I was angry and hungry. This one was not going to be walking away from this alive and at the moment I can not say that I felt the least bit bad about it.

We were not staying on campus for this I needed her to be scared and run so down the deserted highway we go. "Would you like to go for a ride with me?" I asked only as a formality I would make her if she didn't agree.

"I would love to, you have a beautiful car." she answered I never asked her name cause it didn't matter and she wouldn't matter when I was done with her. The bonus was that no one was paying any attention to us leaving. I opened the door for her to get in and closed it. Off we go. I was forming a plan in my mind about how to get her to run when my phone rang. Ah Stefan always knows when I about to do wrong. I pulled to the side of the road.

"Yes brother?" I said as I smiled brightly at the girl in the car. I ran my fingers up her bare arms and I all I was thinking about what the beautiful brown eyed girl that I missed so much.

"Look Damon you need to come home, we have a problem. I think that Bella is more then she was letting on. I mean she said something today at the mall and it didn't make any sense unless she can see into the past which I doubt. She said, "You all deserted me by choice and choose to treat her like a helpless child and what you all fail to see if that she is just like Katherina; only cares about what happens to herself and as long as she is safe no one else matters. Don't be stupid again and fall for it Stefan it was painful to see once don't make me watch it again." The whole talk bothered me but the last statement is what bothers me the most. Why would she say something like that unless she can see the past or she is much older then she is letting on and I mean much older." Well that is interesting.

"Alright alright just let me finish with dinner. Hold on a second." I smirked when his protests came from the other end of the phone. I really didn't care. "Sorry sweetheart but this is where the road ends for you. I am hungry and pissed. I was going to let you try and run for you life but I don't have time for that now, I need to get home." she screamed and I smiled. I bit into her neck while she tried to fight me off and eventually her screams stopped and so did she. I threw her out of the car and pushed her further into the woods near a heavily wolved area. They would take care of this for me.

"Ok now I am on my way home. You always now know to ruin my fun Stefan. I don't know how much more I can care about what happens with Elena. She is costing me to much. I know you care and that's you, but right now I just want to know what is going on with Bella."

"Look I know you care about her okay but she could be dangerous." I sighed. He was always a downer.

"Dangerous to who Stefan? Besides Elena who is she a danger to? Huh? Not us, we can take care of ourselves and if she wanted to hurt us she could have done it a long time ago. Is she hiding more then she lets on, yes of that I am sure. But dangerous I doubt. She is justified in anything she wants to do to us. I will be home soon." Damn it. Elena with her fucking damsel in distress act, she was just like Katherine. I think I am tired of this already. I done all that I can but I am not going to put her or anyone else happiness above mine any longer. Now I just needed to figure out how to apologize to Bella and see if she will forgive me. This was not going to be easy at all.

My drive back home was quick I needed to talk to Stefan more like he was going to yell at me for doing what I did. But hey I may as well let him get it out of his system then we can get on to other important things like how was I going to get Bella to talk to me again after everything that I did to her. When I got the door he had already opened it and he had his disapproving face on. Ugh here we go.

"Where were you Damon? You have been gone since yesterday night. What did you do with the girl that was with you when I called earlier? Please tell me that you feed and sent her on her way safely back to where you got her from." ha yea right. I was pissed no one survives that.

"She was dinner Stefan and no I did not send her on her merry way. I drained her and threw her body into the woods. Happy now? Before you ask no I don't know what her name was I didn't even bother to ask cause I didn't want to know." He shouldn't have asked me if he didn't want to know what happened to her. He should have known by her screams on the phone that she was not going to live past tonight and with the mood I was in ha yea right. I pushed past him into the house and went straight to the liquor I needed a drink if I was going to have to deal with him right now and I knew that I was not going to get away from whatever he and the morons he hung out with thought.

"So what has been going on the was so important that you called me home when I was in no mood to return here right now?" I asked him and he sighed with disapproval. He knew that the conversation about my dinner was over and he was not going to make me feel bad in anyway.

"Well since you are going straight to that maybe I should call the guys to come over and explain with me."

"Uh no I don't really feel like dealing with all those people tonight Stefan. So either you talk or I am leaving to go and talk to Bella, assuming I can find her." I really didn't want Elena over here right now cause more then likely it was her fault whatever happened and we all knew who Stefan was going to side with. The damsel act was old and tonight I didn't want to deal with it.
