Mother and Father Puppets Return

Cover: A memorial Grave in the sand village with the name Chiyo on it: the original great puppeteer who gave her life for the 5th Kazekage

Tenji headed up to the stands after his match.

"Way to go Tenji," Arashi responded.

"Thanks," Tenji responded.

"Yeah great job, now you two will have to fight against each other," Kanto said with a smirk, "I can't wait to see that match."

…

"Next match, Saki vs. Akari," Choji shouted.

Akari and Saki headed down to the arena.

Akari set her Scorpion on the ground.

"If you think you'll beat me with some puppet tricks, you have another thing coming," Saki said.

"Begin!" Choji shouted jumping back.

Saki started making the hand signs.

"Earth style: Earth Blast Jutsu!" Saki said hitting the ground.

The ground exploded on Akari.

"Just as I thought," Saki said.

Akari appeared in the smoke unaffected as the compartments of Scorpion's arms opened revealing markings in it.

"Chakra shield, typical puppeteer Ninjutsu," Saki said.

"I prepared myself for anything during the exam," Akari said.

"We'll see about that!" Saki going into a flash of hand signs, "Earth Style: Earth spike Jutsu!"

Saki hit the ground and summoned a rock like spike at Akari.

Akari jumped to dodge the attack.

Akari moved her fingers on Scorp.

Scorp opened it's mouth and fired multiple sinbols.

"Nice try but I know this trick," Saki said making the hand signs, "Earth Style: Mud wall Jutsu!"

Saki took a deep breath and mud shot out of her mouth and formed a wall.

The sinbols hits it, but the mud kept coming until it hit Scorn.

Akari tried to fire more Sinbols but the mud either clogged the cannons or blocked the joints.

"Now I got you!" Saki said making some hand signs, "Earth Style: Mud Strangle Jutsu!"

Saki hit the ground and summoned mud that formed around Akari.

…

"It doesn't look like Akari will win," Arashi said.

"I don't think so," Tenji said.

"Huh?" Arashi responded.

…

The mud covered Akari from the neck down.

"Now it's over," Saki said.

"For who?" someone asked.

Saki turned to see Akari behind her.

The Akari Saki captured, transformed revealing to be Scorn.

"I see, so I captured Scorn," Saki said, "But because of it you're now unarmed."

"Actually, I have two more puppets," Akari said reaching for her pouch thinking what her father said.

…Flashback…

Kankaro and Akari were in another room.

"Since you're in the finals, I'm giving you something that should help you," Kankaro said.

"What is it dad?" Akari asked.

Kankaro took out small scrolls, one marked mother and the other marked father both in Japanese.

"These were originally made by a puppeteer I use to acknowledge for his work. When he passed these down to me, he told me to pass it down to someone else when I die," Kankaro said referring to Sasori, "I maybe not dead, but I do know that there's no one else better to pass these to, than my own child."

"Thanks dad," Akari said taking the scrolls.

…End of Flashback…

Akari took out the two scrolls and opened them revealing summoning markings.

There was a puff of smoke around the scrolls.

When the smoke cleared Mother and Father puppet appeared.

…

"Hey sensei, aren't those your puppets?" Kai asked Kankaro.

"Yeah, I gave them to Akari," Kankaro said, "Now to see how she improved them since then."

…

Sakura was surprise but smiled seeing the puppets.

"Seeing those two puppets brings me back,"

Sakura thought remembering when she teamed up with Chiyo to fight Sasori.

…

"So you have two more puppets," Saki said.

"I been saving these two for the right moment to use them," Akari said.

"We'll see about that!" Saki said making the handsigns, "Mud wall Jutsu!"

Saki took a deep breath and blew a wall of mud.

Akari move her hands.

Father Puppet opened it's mouth and fired Kunais with paper bombs attack.

It hit the mud wall and exploded.

Akari had Mother puppet summoned a chakra shield.

"Take this!" Akari shouted clapping her hands together.

Mother and Father Puppet intertwine their hands and pulled apart as Akari move her hands apart.

Wires formed attaching the two as they attack.

"Earth Spike Jutsu!" Saki shouted making hand signs and hit the ground.

A spike came at the two puppets.

Akari raise her hand in the air causing the duo puppets jumped above the spike, then with movement of Akari's hands Mother puppet and Father puppet moved around Saki and entangle her with wires.

Saki turned into mud from the capture.

"Earth style: Earth Blast Jutsu!"

The earth erupted in an explosion sending Mother and Father flying backwards once more. Akari tried to save them from more destruction as she pulled them back but the damage was seen as the puppets joints were dislodge.

"I win," Saki said as she hid behind a tree. But before she could make the hand sign, she froze.

"No, I win," Akari said waving her hand as chakra strings attached them to Saki.

"But how?" Saki asked, but didn't have time as she felt herself being yanked backwards.

Behind her was Scorp whose inside compartment was open as Saki was yanked in and closed up.

"When Mother and Father broke up, I had chakra strings fired from their joints to you," Akari said. "After that, it was just a matter of reattaching them to Scorn."

Saki screamed and struggled from within Scorp but it was clear the senbol trap already took its toll as the screams of anger turned to wail of pain and then finally whimpers.

Akari reopened Scorp and Saki rolled out, unconscious but alive.

"Winner: Akari!" Choji announced.

A/N: Sorry about the wait. But now that Arashi Uzumaki won a poll and I had time I got this chapter finished. I know how the Naruto series ended, but think of this as an alternate world that involved Neji surviving the 4th Shinobi War.

Also, if you haven't yet, vote on my latest project: a poll where the viewers get to choose which stories I should work on every month. There's only five stories on the poll (which is on my biopage) and four of which changes every month to match the theme of one of the stories with the least votes. The story with the most votes is the one I work on, or if I have a writer's block, I might start on a new story to try and over come it.

Also I decided to end the next time thing because it's getting hard to come up with summary for the next chapter.
