Hi. Sorry I have not updated in a wile I was going thought a really tough time and had very little time to write. I know that I said that I would update last month and didn't I am sorry for that. I am also sorry to say that I still do not have the next chapter in this story finished but I am working on it. I also feel really bad that I have not given you people anything to read lately so here is a chapter from one of my other fan-fictions which I am thinking about posting after I finish this story along with a sneak peek at a part from the next chapter. So here it is.
Story title: Black Ice
Charters: OC's, Jack Frost, Pitch, Jack's Sister.
Genres: Adventure, hurt and comfort, not a romance.
Summery: What if Jack had a brother? A twin brother who looked exactly like him? What if that brother died and became a sperit? What if he teamed up with Pitch Black and tryed to fram Jack for something? What if that destroyed Jack's boned with the Gardainans? Read on to find out. Important note Jack Frost and Black Ice are two different people.
Original charters that are featured in the story not necessarily in this chapter that I am posting:
James Frost/ Black Ice: Jack's twin brother who becomes a sprite in the same way that Jack did. Has the same kind of powers as Jack Frost but the only difference is that he uses his powers to harm people on purpose.
Pyro: Master of fire and anything hot such as volcanoes and lava. Responsible for the warm fuzzy feeling that you get inside of you when you do something good. Brother to Sara Sunshine.
Sara Sunshine: Mistress of light particularly sun light. Responsible for fun and happiness each and every day. Pyro's sister.
Now that you know a little of what is going on is this story here is the chapter. Review with what you think about it.
Chapter 3: The Death of a Frost
"It is your entire fault," James Frost yelled at his little sister Emma Frost as he pushed her onto the ice of the pond close to their house.
"How is it my fault?" Emma questioned him as she tried to stand up but fell when she slip on the ice.
"It just is. If it wasn't for the fact that you wanted to go ice skating a year ago on this very pond Jack wouldn't have fallen in. And if Jack had not fallen in he would have been able to work and we would have had enough money for Ma and Pa who would have gotten better if we just had a little more money for medicine that Jack could have done if you had not killed him. And I would not have to put up with doing all the work and providing for a sorry excuse for a sister," James yelled at her as he continued to step towards Emma swinging the knife that he was holding in frustration.
Emma backed away still on the ground for she knew that if she tried to stand up she would just fall again. She could not see the knife in her brothers hand for the night was pitch black with no moon to bring some light to the otherwise dark world but she knew it was there.
James could hear the ice starting to crack beneath his feet yet he still continued to push his sister further onto the thin ice. He did not care about her. She caused the death of their whole family she deserved to die.
"James," Emma called out. "Stop pleas. The ice is going to break any minute now and we will both fall in and die. Just like Jack."
"I don't care," James said anger clear in his voice. "You deserve to die for what you have done."
James stopped and stomped his foot on the ice. A crack was heard but James did not care. They were at the center of the pond now right were Jack had fallen in. Emma was too afraid to move away from James.
"But I didn't do anything," Emma cried out. Tears were running down her checks and fear was in her voice.
"Yes you did," James shouted at her in anger as he stomped his foot on the ice again. "You are responsible for Jacks death and, I can't believe I am actually saying this but, I wish you had died instead of Jack!"
That last part James had shouted at the top of his lungs as he slammed his foot against the ice again.
"Why?" Emma asked. She was confused if there was one person that James hatted in the world it had been Jack.
He had hated the fact that he had always had a smile on his face despite the fact that there had been nothing to be smiling about. He hated the fact that he would spend all of his time in the woods collecting medical herbs and plants instead of working a real job even if that provide a pretty good income to their family. And he absolutely hated the fact that he had saved her from death a year ago.
"It is true that I could not stand him but at least he was not as pathetic as you are!" James yelled as he stamped his foot and another crack was heard.
"But James he saved my life," Emma said her voice barely above a whisper.
"And I am going to end it just as it should have two years ago," James said as he raced his knife above his head and took one final step towards his sisters trebling form.
But right when he placed his wait on that foot the loudest crack was heard. James looked down to see the ice crack around his feet. He looked back up at his sister and Emma could see that he was terrified but less than a second later the ice completely brook from underneath his feet and he fell into the ice cold water.
"James!" Emma shouted as she stood up not thinking. She heard a crack and looked down to see cracks forming beneath her feet but before the ice could brake she felt something or someone around her waist and pulled her back away from the cracking ice and onto the snow bank at the edge of the pond and she fell on her back.
Slowly she got up and looked at the ice only to collapse back down as tears started to run down her face as sobs ranked though her body. She was all alone now and she was scared. She did not know what she was going to do. How she was going to survive. She was only eleven how she was going get by?
Then she started to get a feeling that she was not allow any more but she didn't care she just continued to stare at the ground and cry. Then she felt a hand on her shoulder. She looked up but she did not see anyone yet she felt someone was there. And there was. Standing right in front of her was a teenaged boy. He had white hair and ice blue colored eyes. A brown clock covered his white shirt, brown vest and tattered brown pants. He wore no shoes exposing his bare feet to the cold. In his hand that was not on her shoulder he held a staff that looked much like one that a Sheppard would use. A light blue glow came from it.
This was the second time that the boy had saved this girls life all though neither of them knew it.
This boy was none other than Jack Frost and more importantly her brother.
Well that is the end of that chapter please review with what you think. Next up a sneak peek at the next chapter from Not Your Average Fairy Tail.
"My question is how do you know them?" Tomas said. Everyone looked at him including Micky. "What don't you guys find it a little unusual that a girl who can hit a target less than an inch wide with an arrow from twenty feet away and who can take down a guy twice her size knows three people, probably kids based on the fact that they were called little kittens. So the bigger question is how do you know three kids?"
Everyone now looked at Micky and Micky really felt like disappearing right there and then. Actually she could but they did not need to know that. Finally after taking a deep breath she spoke.
"I just got lucky with the whole arrow thing and as for the kittens that is something I rather not talk about," Micky said. She turned her attention back to the computer screen. There had been a third person at the meeting a person that looked oddly familiar to Micky yet she could not place exactly where she had seen him before.
"Why?" Tomas asked.
"Because I do not want to," Micky replied.
"Why?" Tomas asked again. Seeing were this was going Micky did not reply she just kept working trying to get the video to pause at the exact spot that she wanted it.
"So who are these kids exactly? Your cousins?" Tomas asked. No reply.
"Your niece and or nephew?" Still no reply.
"Your own kids?" Tomas asked.
This got Mickey's attention.
"What!" She said before stuttering trying to find her voice. Tomas's question had shocked her and it took her a few seconds to finally reply. "No," Micky nearly shouted once she had finally found her voice.
"You sure about that," Tomas teased.
"Uge," Micky said as she rolled her eyes giving Tomas her full attention. "Liston the oldest one is turning six on Monday. I am nineteen do the math do you really think that I am there mother?"
"Well if I am doing my math correctly you would be thirteen. Old enough to start having kids," he said.
Mickey's mouth fell open in shock and she again turned her attention back to the computer screen. She was trying to figure out what to say to end the conversation and tell Tomas that they were not her kids without having any doubt.
"Okay," she finally said very calmly. "Liston very, very, very, very carefully they are not my kids and if you ever mention the possibility that they are again I will kill you and this time I mean it."
Micky glared at Tomas and Tomas found himself moving his set away from Micky. Something told him that Micky really meant it this time and that he should not press the topic any further. Everyone just stayed there in silence for a few minutes. As Micky tried to stop it at the exact moment that she needed.
Well there you have it. I will try to get you guys this next chapter soon. Peace, Ghost Writer X7.
