"So, yesterday Naruto was dancing around town like no one was watching, shouting to the heavens that he had managed to make an ADAM formula that did not deform or make the user addicted.
"After he stopped dancing he kissed me like he never has before…ah…I still blush at the memory.
"Then he kissed Honoka, but I was too busy having day dreams to care about that.
"The next week he will be traveling to the Land of Snow, says he will spend a long while searching for the slugs.
"Don't get me wrong, I know he will manage to find around a dozen slugs, and knowing him he will stick them into the female bandits, few as they are, that he's found, I don't think they'll be as effective as actual little sisters, but, well…a single slug properly implanted can produce five times the amount of a wild one."
"My first dive was not successful, today was May tenth, I will sustain myself on chakra during the duration of my dives, the air cleaning seals on the back of my suit will keep me breathing clean oxygen, and the suit itself will keep me warm in the coldest of temperatures.
"If my girls were able to read me right then they will know that all the female prisoners will become ADAM factories when I find enough slugs and go back home.
"They deserve punishment; I found all of them running either slave camps or black market centers. As a human, enslaving other people is enough to guarantee the harshest punishment.

"Day five of my little expedition.
"I can feel the water getting warmer, so I know I am getting close to an underwater volcano, maybe I'll find Hephaestus Power Plant.
"I found three ADAM slugs today, I used the warping tags on my storage space to send them to the lab back home, and I think that Honoka is already trying to find out how much different her formula is from the original.
"The perimeter is set for today, I will be sleeping next to a giant clam."

"I found it…Rapture…it is truly majestic, the few buildings that still stand are a work of art, the technology that must have been needed to make even one of these buildings stand under so much pressure…
"There is only two buildings that remain unfolded, one of them is, if what the maps of rapture that Delta left behind are right, are the Council Building and Minerva's Den.
"There is a surprising amount of intact corpses here, I have harvested the bodies of nine splicers now, all of them drowned and maintained intact because of the freezing cold that even in this short distance from the volcano.
"None of the corpses are more than some strips of flesh, but the few pieces of flesh that remain untouched by the local fauna are full of ADAM, I've filled three syringes already, and the clones I sent to explore the rest of the city have found twenty slugs already.
"I am going to enter the two buildings now, one at a time.

"Fifty six Splicers, three little sisters, five ADAM corpses, two Big Sisters, one Big Daddy. I would say it was a good day, if I was not saddened that a Sister gave her life to prevent a Leadhead Splicer from shooting me.
"The two Big Sisters are coming with me, so they said, the Little Sisters are with Honoka and Yakumo, getting their humanity back, I hope they will find it."
"Today was not much different from two days ago, I fought a lot more Splicers, killed then last of whatever civilization Rapture might have had left, there is no more people living in Rapture any more.
"Five little sisters joined one the two that managed to make it out yesterday, only one Big Sister.
"I am a Splicer, but I am better than those I found living in the ruins of this once great city, I do not condone letting a little child being forced to leave her humanity, I do not condone making them killing machines.
"The Splicers made the firstborns into Little sisters and injected ADAM from the previous generation of Sisters into the other children, that way they kept moving forward, some of them managed to make the Plasmid Formulas again, but only the basic ones.
"The Gatherer's Garden in Minerva's Den was made into an altar to the Sonic Boom Plasmid.
"I busted three windows on each building, the pressure sank the buildings, there is no longer any place for the ancient city.
"The Big Sisters and I will begin to make our way back to Snow, a total of fifty ADAM slugs and more than three gallons of Splicer ADAM.
"I gave a radio to each of the Sisters, they started calling me Daddy and Bubbles, I think that the little sisters will be the same after I get back.
"Well, I always did want to get a big family"
"Day twenty. The girls and I finally made it to land, the first thing they did was cling to me as soon as the sun hit their bodies, they fear the open air, but I believe that with time and a lot of encouragement from Honoka, Yakumo and I they will get over it.
"The start of a new age has just begun, with me finding all the ADAM I did, Plasmids will be available to only my home.
"Speaking of, I'm planning to name it something new; I think I'll call it…Columbia"
"Is this what it feels like, having children?
"The girls I rescued felt me coming, as soon as I was a few meters away from the lab, the five came out, I was not wearing the diving suit, but that did not matter to them.
"Three of them jumped up to my chest, the other four latched to some part of my legs and did not let go. The Big Sisters decided to join in and hugged me from behind.
"I think…I think I will like being a father, being needed."
"Okay, Naruto as a father, totally adorable, he's been playing the girls a lot during the last few days, gave them names and everything. Too bad that they all look alike, the only real difference between them is attitude and hair color.
"He's been calling them sweetheart, sweetie, little ones; he's great father material for someone that's so uncaring for everything around him.
"I think I might let him get his way with me if he continues to impress me with his father instincts the way they are"
"Okay, so, my kids have been giving me 20cc of ADAM daily, between all of them, even Emma, Charlotte and Kushina, the Big Sister.
"Three guesses as to whom was the last one named after.
"Naruto said that the first Plasmid I should make is the one that lets him take the ADAM slugs out of the little ones safely, and I agree, cause they are really creepy with those eyes, empty eyes that don't belong in children.
"They are carefree when around me, Naruto and Yakumo, they act their age, even those three, who are five years younger than Yakumo, they are teenagers, but they depend a lot on us, especially when we come out of the lab."
-Three weeks later
"Alright young ones, headcount, I'm taking you for a tour of the island and I want to make sure you're all with me," all ten looked to Naruto, "Emma, Masha, Charlotte, Cat, Jade, Sakura, Airi, Angel, Lucy, and Kushina," the girls either raised their hands or called out their presence, "All of you have your lotions on?" The girls nodded, knowing how painful it was to experience a sunburn, as they had on their first week, and how annoying insect bites were, "We'll take a lap around the city, then Honoka and Yakumo will join us near the coast"
Japan, just like other countries, had been changed during the Great Collapse, the rampage of the Juubi, where before it would take a week to cross the island on foot, now it would only take three days, on civilian speed, one at ninja speed.
Other changes were the almost total loss of Europe, leaving only the ex-soviet countries, the almost total destruction of South America, leaving only the Amazonian forest and the Andes, and the disappearance of South Africa up to half the Congo.
Civilization and technology lost, monuments destroyed, history lost.
No one but the people of The Lab knew how the Earth was before the fatal mistake that created the Juubi, even that knowledge had been lost to Rapture before Naruto finally destroyed, it would not be taught to the children of Columbia, for it was useless knowledge.
They would teach to be innovative, to widen the technology that existed, to create things that existed before, but would be considered new, and to work only for the betterment of humanity.

"No sir, even though it should have chosen where to reform by now, we have no idea of where the chakra of the Ichibi is gathering, we haven't felt it."
"Keep searching, for all of the three that were killed, we need to know where they will be reformed, we need them before the Great Five recover if we want to complete the plan before war breaks out."
"Yes sir, we will double our efforts"
"Just where did my pets go without telling me? It should not be like this, the plan should have been complete in a month, not in nine years!"
Uchiha Obito was tired of set backs.
Maybe the Moon's Eye plan would work without the Kyuubi.
Some will give me beef about how the two buildings stood.
ADAM, as we learn in Bioshock 2, transmits memories. Give a splicer that works in engineering the ADAM of an engineer, and he will have the knowledge of two people, then do that again every generation.
A few generations later you get the greatest engineer alive.
Since the council building did not stand the same pressure at the top as most other buildings did, it made for the least challenging building to keep in good state.
