Rin: Kitten does not own Love Live, or My neighbor Totoro!

Rin ran down the stairs as fast as she could, Honoka right behind her.

"Mama, Rin wons!" Rin cheered when the two reached the bottom, Honoka smiling and pretending to be out of breath.

"Yep, good job Rinny!" Honoka picked up Rin and put the five year old on her shoulders.

"Mama, TV?"

"When have I ever said no?" Honoka smiled.

"When did Mama get smwart?"

"For your info baby girl, I've always been smart, in my own way of course,"

"But Aunt Umi said you didn't do ell' in big kid school!"

"Remind me to talk to your Aunt Umi next time we see her..."

"Is Mommy smwart?"

"Yeah your Mommy is really smart, but as I said, the two of us are smart in different ways,"

"Is Rin smart?"

"Yes, of course sweetie, you're my little genius!" Honoka moved Rin from her shoulder to her front, the little girl resting her head on Honoka's collarbone.

"I love you Mama,"

"I love you too Rin," Honoka kissed Rin's hair, Rin cuddling farther into Honoka. Hanayo sneaking up behind the two and giving Honoka a hug from behind.

"Mommy!"

"You two are always so adorable," Hanayo commented, kissing Honoka's cheek.

"Thank you Pana-chan/Mommy!" They said in unison, making Hanayo smile.

"You two always make me smile," Hanayo thought a loud, blushing once she realized what she said.

"You make me smile too," Honoka commented sweetly, giving Hanayo a quick peck on the lips.

"Does Rin make you smile Mama?"

"Course Baby, you make my day brighter,"

Yay!" Rin put her hands up.

"I'm going to start on dinner, "

"Kay bye Babe, love you," Hanayo chuckled at the old nickname.

"I love you too," Hanayo gave Honoka a lingering kiss.

"Hey Rin, I'm a little tired, you want to take a little kitty nap before dinner?"

"Sillwy Mama, people don't take kitty nwaps, that's what kitty's take, they take people nwaps!"

"Oh well I'm sorry, look's like your smarter than Mama already, told you you were a genius!"

"Ehee..." Rin smiled exactly like Honoka.

"You have my smile," Honoka tapped Rin's nose.

"Does that mean Mommy's smile is different?"

"Remember when I was talking about being smart in a different way, your Mommy's smile is just as beautiful as ours, just in a different way," Honoka explained.

"Oh..." Honoka put Rin down on her and Hanayo's king size bed upstairs, picking up the remote.

"What do you want to watch this time princess?"

"My neighbor Totoro! My neighbor Totoro!" Rin cheered, Honoka turning on the tv.

"Oh that's one of my favorites!" Honoka announced.

"Rin too!" Honoka scrolled through the menu until she found the movie and pressed on it, letting the title screen and credits roll.

"Rin, are you excited for your birthday next week?"

"Super duper excited! Rin can't wait!"

"Nor can I, my baby girl's turning six!"

"Uhum! When people ask Rin her age she can use two hands!"

"That's always so exciting! And you can trust that Mommy and Mama will throw you the best birthday party ever!"

"Cake?"

"It's not a party with out cake!"

"Yes!" The movie started and the two turned their attention to the screen, Rin climbing into Honoka's lap halfway through, both asleep by the end. When Hanayo walked in she turned the TV off and joined the two at Honoka's side, cuddling into her two favorite people. What about dinner? Hanayo thought before she fell asleep. I can heat it up later, or I can make something else, it's not the end of the world. Hanayo smiled and cuddled farther into Honoka, falling asleep with her content smile.
