"Why would we hurt you" Asked Sarah. "Yes, Why would we hurt you?" asked Jareth. "Because," the boy said as he slowly lowered his arms from his head "I am Shaun's son and I was told by him all my life that you hurt people for no reason." he looked mildly confused as he finished his answer. "Which is kinda confusing since everyone else says you don't hurt people."
"We don't hurt people, let alone kids. How old are you and what is your name?" Jareth asked as he walked to his throne and sat in it. The boy looked at him and stood up. "My name is Alberich. I am only six." Sarah's eyebrows lifted. That was a strong and old name. "Well, Alberich, You don't have to worry about being hurt. May I ask why you are here?" The boy looked at her. "My dad wanted me to spy on your kingdom and figure out its weaknesses and to try figure out if you had any other weaknesses other than your parents and grandparents amongst gathering over all intelligence on you guys. I didn't want to, but I didn't have a choice. He bugged me with spells for spying and compulsion spells."
"Hmm…" Jareth hummed as he got up and circled the pit. Sarah watched as he summoned a crystal. He tossed at the boy. Once it made contact, Alberich stiffened. He started to contort in pain as his body grew and filled out. Familiar features formed on the face as the person settled on the ground. "Hello Shaun. How are you?" The goblin king asked as he settled back in his throne. Shaun slowly tested his muscles and glared at Jareth. "That Hurt. How'd you know it was me?"
"You were talking like a an older kid. Besides, the way you were emanating power, that is too much power for a six year old, let alone a halfling." Shaun climbed out of the pit and brushed off his clothes. "Why are you here Shaun?" Sarah asked moving over the Jareth's Throne and sat on its arm. "Quite frankly I am bored of waiting. I wanted to get this over with and just come fight you." At that moment, the goblin monarchs heard a bang. Sarah rushed to the window and saw the bog of stench in the distance burning. "You are going to regret that Shaun"
She said dryly as she turned around to face him. As she finished turning she saw Jareth being held by Shaun with a knife to his throat. Something was off though, as Jareth was holding a knife to Shaun's side and the area around them seemed fuzzy. She frowned as She slowly walked towards them. She silently released some magic that would summon her wolverine and her friends. "Alright, I know there is something going on. You have one minute to tell me what is going on." She could see the sweat on both men's faces as she neared them. Shaun was sweating more profusely and was begging with his eyes for her not to hurt him, where Jareth had cold calculating eyes watching her every move. Her wolverine and friends showed up behind her. The wolverine started to growl, which was directed at Jareth. "Fascinating. Shaun, have you met Wilfred, my wolverine. Jareth started sweating a little more.
"Wilfred is very good at telling who is friend from foe. He knows Jareth is a friend, which tells me the Jareth he is growling at is not the Jareth he knows. Wilfred, why don't you say hello." The wolverine approached the two men. He approached Jareth directly and stood. He leaned forward and opened his jaws. Suddenly the fuzzyness dropped and Shaun was trying to get away from the animal. Jareth was close by and caught him before he got too far away. At this point Hoggle, Didyamus, and Ludo were across the room and surrounding Shaun. They got his hands behind his back and led him out of the room. Sarah ran to Jareth and checked him for wounds.
