HEYYY look at that guys hahaha you didn't have to wait another month for the next chapter :)

Hope you enjoy it :)

Spike managed to duck onto a few different streets and navigate his way through to Seventh Street. Looking back he still had a hand full of armed slayers, their eyes wild and adrenaline still pumping from the fight. Each girl still cautiously waiting to be attacked again.

Together the group made their way down the road quickly, approaching the abandoned building the slayers grew cautious, each of them looking around for enemies before they headed into the building.

The building was a warehouse and inside Spike could see Giles, Xander and more slayers rushing around first aid kits and injured people helping who they could. Spike stood aside letting the other slayers rush past him, a few helping the injured closer to the first aid supplies set up.

Spike looked across the room in surprise when he heard one of the girls sing out to Andrew as they lowered girl, who was dark haired and in her mid-twenties, to the ground, blood stained the side of her clothes from hip to knee.

Gently Spike lowered Gunn's body to the ground and placed his leather coat back over him, this time covering his face. Then he continued searching the crowd for Buffy.

His focus broke as a hand grabbed his shoulder. Looking around he saw Xander, eye patch and all standing behind him.

"Willow? Buffy?" He asked a worried look on his face.

Spikes eyes flashed at the entrance then quickly searched the room before darting back to look at Xander, "you mean they aren't here!" he said angrily, before letting out a slight chuckle "and let me guess none of you Nancy boys and your new army of mini slayers thought it would be a good idea to try and go find her or anyone else left behind!" Spike lowered his gaze to the floor and slowly shook his head, his smiled faded. "Of course!" he answered himself, glaring at the many faces that stared at him.

"Spike!" Xander yelled as he watched the door forcefully fly open letting in the cool night air.

Following him out into the darkness Xander continued yelling, "you may think you need to go find her but after all the years we've fought alongside those girls, you know as well as I do that they're fine!"

Spike continued trudging forward, not even glancing back to look at Xander who had now stopped in his tracks.

Buffy glanced out the dirty, grime shaded window onto the street watching dozens of demons, each different in shape and size, some with what looked to her like razor claws other with sharp teeth, walk past the building they had broken into. The demons were masters of destruction, smashing windows using their weapons to wreck cars and kicking over light poles and garbage cans. Watching them wreak havoc on Los Angeles, Buffy knew they wouldn't make it back to the warehouse with the injured without losing more people. "Buffy, we can't stay here, we need bandages!" Angel said trying to look past Jill's hand to see the ripped skin beneath, blood continuing to seep through and around her fingers.

"No!" Buffy gulped as she shook her head, "there's too many on the street right now, we just have to wait a little longer!"

"The wounded might not make it that long!" Summer interrupted stepping out from behind Jill. She gestured to Jill, "she could bleed out and some of the other girls have bad slices all over."

"I know!" Buffy responded rubbing her hands through her hair before holding it back, out of her face. "But….Faith she ahhh she saw us… I mean I saw her too… when we turned on to that side street a few corners back." She'll bring back up and supplies, she thought hopefully. "We wait till the streets not as packed then make a break for it. Use what you can to stop the bleeding on her neck the rest will have to wait." Buffy return to the window, careful not to be seen, and for a second her thoughts were of Spike and if he made it out of the battle.

Faith raced around the corner, four slayers Spike didn't recognise running close behind her. They were all damp from the rain still even though it had finally stopped and blood still seeped from their wounds. Seeing Spike the girls slowed down gradually coming to a stop in front of him.

"Have you been in yet?" Faith asked Spike, a little out of breath. She looked past Spike and saw Xander a block or so behind them.

"Girls!" she tilted her head towards the warehouse, gesturing that they should go inside. The returned her attention to Spike "she's not back is she?" she look back at Xander who was now just approaching them, closing the last bit of distance. As he stopped beside Faith Xander put his hands in his pockets, "we should just stand in the middle of the street guys, kinda suicidal, since Los Angeles is over run with demons now and…"

"Who else isn't back?" Faith interrupted.

Spike looked off behind Faith and the rolled his head around impatiently.

"Willow, Buffy and Kennedy!" Xander exclaimed, he looked at Spike, "and the chick with the blue hair, Angel and about a dozen or more slayers."

"B's fine!" Faith said convincingly, Spike looked up at as she continued, "I saw her with Angel, that blue hair chick in the skin tight suit, not my style I might add and a group of five or more girls."

"Willow?" Xander asked.

Faith shook her head and Xander lowered his head, his fingers cupping his lips as he worried.

"We can't go out and find them can we?" Xander asked his eyes focused on Faith.

There was a loud bang behind a building next to them which made Xander jump a little, all three of their gazes whipped across to the building and with no demons in sight they looked back at each other. "You know as well as I do Xander we have to get these girls out of here, some place safe they'll be safe until we find them."

"My guess is Kennedy is with Willow so there's no way they won't be able to fight off what's out there! Willow's kickass witchy powers and Kennedy's slayer mojo…" Faith cut herself off as they all heard another loud bang a little closer than the last.

"There's no time we have to go!" Xander said putting his hand on Faith's shoulder and stepping towards the warehouse. Faith turned, stepping with him, understanding it wasn't safe to be out in the open like they were and they had more to do then be picking fights with demons.

Illyria stood on the rooftop of a sky scraper not three or four blocks from Seventh Street, looking out over Los Angeles. She had been separated from Angel and the others when colliding with a slime demon, its body hard for her to chuck around and a group of vampires who dressed as if they were part of a bikie gang.

After ripping the heads of each vampire from their bodies, one by one, she fought the demon. One on one she managed to snap its neck and quickly stepped away letting its body fall to the dirty ground.

Looking up Illyria realised she was alone, not a soul nor monster in sight.

They must have went on to the seventh street near this main road. She thought to herself. I must find them before they are killed by these low level demons. She continued in the direction herself and the others were heading, believing it was the only way she could go.

Kennedy awoke on the ground, covered in small bits of rubble, the days first light shining through a hole in a brick wall. As she slowly pushed herself up she could feel the pain shooting through her body.

"Ouch!" she muttered as she balanced herself up right onto her feet. I hate demons they just throw you like a rag doll! She thought as she rolled her head around trying to relinquish some of the pain in her neck, as if she fallen asleep on the floor for too long.

Wiping her face with her fore arm Kennedy cleared some of the dust from her vision and as she wiped her forehead she flinched in pain, she realised she had a gash across the right side of her forehead stretching from the end of her eyebrow to her hair line, but still this did not phase her.

"Willow?" she cried out panic rising in her as she realised she was alone.

Longer than the last chapter it was :) and there is more to come, it's all planned out and ready to write.
