Okay, I am alive. I wanted to plead for forgiveness for not uploading; here it goes:
1/ My mobile phone died a few days later I uploaded the previous chapter, so I lost the next chapter that had been already written. I am still sad for my loss ;n;. Luckily, I got another one, and I could re-write it.
2/ I was again, in the happy exam season. I had extreme lack of free time, so it'll take me a while to make it up to you.
3/ My Dropbox account has been hacked or it simply went to sleep for winter to wake up in spring. I have lost most of my archives, so... :C
This situation is frustrating... Anyway, enjoy. We are close to the best part :3

Chapter Twenty.
"Ow, ow, OW!" hissed Heyden with tense hands "Be careful, you psyco! It hurts!"
Caressing her friend's wounded right arm carefully, he rolled his eyes "You jump down from 3 floors, but you can't stand this?"
"It's not that." said the warrior to Sonic "I can. But I don't like having my cuts treated. I feel like a child."
"You feel stressed, sweetie. Something going on through your mind?"
"Certainly, I had thought about going to the Windom Forest" stated Heyden with confidence.
"Why today?" asked Elliana.
"A feeling tells me so. But my main goal is getting to the Dark Castle."
Tails and Silver nodded approvingly. But Knuckles didn't seem convinced "Isn't it too soon?"
"Not really. I think we are ready too!" said Alyne happily. Heyden wrapped aid-bands around her mid-arms.
"So, may we go then?" asked Silver.
Everybody nodded in agreement.

An hour later...

"Ready?" asked Heyden.
The guys had a tent bag each on their hands, portraying it in case that they needed it. The girls - excepting Elliana, who wasn't with them because putting her in danger was risking her duties, too - took a bag with supplies, such as food, water, a map, and some healh kits.
"Ready." Heyden looked at Eithan and Alyne "Who creates the portal?"
"Not me. Last time I did, I almost destroyed the surroundings." grinned Eithan sweatdropping.
"Do it, Heyden." the redhead smirked, and Heyden walked to a spot behind Alyne "We know you want to do it. Besides, you can fix the emplacement better and-"
"You are such a slowpoke." Alyne turned around and stared "C'mon!"
"How did you do that?!" asked Alyne.
"We should be surprised, not you." said Sonic.
"What do you mean?" asked the pink haired hedgehog.
"How did you make it black?" Tails laughed at Heyden's dumbfolded face towards her stupid question.
"It depends on the dimension." stated Heyden, resuming her indiferent face as she stepped through the portal. They followed her, feeling how the plasma absobed them. It vanished a few moments after.

"Isn't it too cold here?" said Alyne hugging herself. Eithan instantly wrapped his arms around her.
"Not too much." said Heyden.
She and Knuckles peeked from a huge sappling tree to see a good amount amount of people entering the castle, wearing really big black coats with XL size hoddies. The coats were so big that they almost reached the ground "One, two, three..." counted Alyne, who had just joined the sappling "...fourty-seven. What on the world is going on inside?"
"We must hatch a plan." said Heyden leaning again onto the sappling's trunk " It must be effective... But also quick. This is gonna be hard."
"Why don't we split up?" asked Sonic "It will be better."
Knuckles nodded "Good idea. Let's organize it in three parts..."
Heyden drew three circles on the dirt "...like this. As far as I'm concerned, this castle was used to make religious trips, and also as a high level wizardry school. Well, those coats are quite characteristic from the wizardry school, but they are usually white, or white at least. Their color only makes me think that Dyster is kidnapping people, and showing them black magic in order to convert them into magic wizard soldiers. Cassidy must be there into this mess too. But I know her enough to say firmly that Dyster is using her for darker business - she isn't so mean at all-"
"How do you know about Cassidy?" asked Tails "And those people are going there voluntarely."
"She is Amy's sister, and they got on really well. Amy doesn't mess around with people like Dyster."
"He is her father." muttered Silver.
"Yeah, but his crazy way surfaced after the Chaos War." she shook her head eagerly "Anyway, we are missing the main point."
They all nodded, and waited for Heyden to speak up, who stared at the drawing in thought. As everybody was kneeling, they changed their poses eventually.
"i got it. We'll divide into 3 groups. We are 7, so it will be two, three, and two." Heyden cleared her throat "Tails, Silver and Eithan," said she "You'll be the third group. You'll set up the big tent and will scan the map of the whole fortress, and when we enter in action, you'll get in." said she "Alyne, you and me will try to get infiltrated into the school, so we will rescue everybody little by little."
Eithan disapproved this "No way. This is too dangerous!" said he looking straightly to Alyne.
"Eithan, they may find Amy in there." stated Silver solemly.
That made Sonic instantly approve Heyden's idea "Eithan, Amy is our friend..."
"Okay, but be careful, girls." said Eithan sitting down.
Heyden nodded "But what are we gonna do?"
"You and Knuckles will be our eyes and ears with anything related to his attacks outside, and you'll enter into action once we both confront him." she moved a few steps to the right and drew a small chart "This is the plan..."
"Wait! How will we get our coats?" asked Alyne.
"I knew you'd ask that." Heyden smiled "I have been practicing a quite old spell called 'Kanon Sama'. Have you ever heard of that?" everybody shook their heads "It is a spell used in the Chaos War. It makes you adopt the form of other things. It certainly is a mere metamorphosis, but made much faster: it only takes seconds."
"Nice, but you'd get that person's appearence, too." said Sonic.
"It only takes the outer appearence. Now," the pink head sighed "this is the plan: Alyne and I get to the fortress, while Tails and the others give us the map of the whole castle, talking by a small microphone in our caps that I'll put once we can. Sonic and Knuckles will only have to watch after Dyster, and that guy you told us about... Jerzak, right?"
"Yeah. Is that all?"
"Yep. That's all, Silver. Let's set up the tents - we will start tomorrow!"
