I look down at the letters my sister had given me. When I had woken up I thought something was off. Ever since the process I have been able to smell things I never been able to smell before. My sister usually smells like herbs that have been thrown together but smells so calming on her. It smelt like she never even came home last night. Hiccup had came in late in the night, that I can tell.
By my guess, Ashling had given the letters to Hiccup. Taking a deep breath I untied the rope away from the parchments. When I unrolled the parchments I was surprised to see one written in norse and the other in latin. I read the one in norse first.

If you are wondering why I am not home then do not worry. I am currently taking a break the village. All the excitement is starting to get to me and I wanted to get away for a bit. Don't worry I will hopefully return in a few days. I just wanted to relax is all.
Even though I had jumped back into training I'm still a bit sore from my injures and a bit stress about the killing of the dragon that will be coming up soon. Not wanting to push myself too far I thought it would be nice to a little bit of camping. Don't worry Hiccup knows which area I am at and knows it safe.

I arched a brow. It sounded simple but something was very off. Grabbing the latin letter I got my answers.
Kyna if you are reading this it means it is time.
I will be hiding for few days. I have a feeling I'm going to be very sore after I shift and if I'm right it will take a bit to recover from it. I'm sorry if I have frighten you sister and I'm sorry I didn't tell you in face. I had given Hiccup my letters to you. Do not worry he has no clue what is happening, all he knows I will be camping by myself in the woods so you need not worry. I have enough supplies to help through it. Again I am sorry sister. After you read this you might as well burn it just in case. See you in a few days.

Looking at it I couldn't help but frown. She was doing it alone, going through this stupid process that would sometimes make the shifters beg for death depending how painful it is. Stone had both of us during his process we had made sure he was all right through his. Ashling going through her own with no one there for her… it makes me uncomfortable. Sighing I threw the latin note into the fire pit watching it burn.
"May the spirits protect you, Ashling. And may the Gods be on your side"

I giggled ever so softly looking at Feathers pawing at Toothless tail. Even though it has been seven hours since the process and six and half hours since Feathers had been born things have gone smoothly so far. I'm still sore but that is to be expected after the first shift. I had named the baby griffin this morning when he started to grow at some feathers. It might not be the most thought out name but it just to cute to pass up. For a some-what feathery fellow with only one eye open so far everything seem to be alright.
I shifted again when Feathers started to cry out in fear thinking that I wasn't his mother. After calming him down and getting him to realize that I'm his feathery mother (which took a while) he started to play with Toothless and I. Toothless seemed to enjoy his new nephew playing along with him.
I couldn't stop giggling, it might have been that things are getting better now. Shifting into my griffin form felt ever amazing. It just… it just felt right, as though I was a griffin in a past life. Thinking about a certain griffin I couldn't help but miss Hilda. Yeah she slept most of the time but she also brought some comfort that she was there. It would been amazing to see her in her griffin self. Even though she said she could still speak to me she went back to sleep, most likely exhausted from the process. Speaking about the process I wonder how Kyna is dealing with it.
Looking back at she was looking rather… sickly. I hope she's alright.
Giving a small sigh, I felt horrible for not bringing my sister with me or telling where I would be at. But how can explain to her about Toothless? Heck how can I explain to her about being a freaking aunt now!? To a freaking griffin of all things! I gotta think of a way of telling her before she either freaks out or goes crazy to seeing all of this madness.
I know Kyna would be happy to see someone getting along with dragons but befriending one could get us either killed or banished. Stone would be the same…
Giving a small frown I got up from where I was sitting. I grabbed some clothes out of my pack and walked to the hot spring. Carefully I removed Tuffnut's tunic and placed it to the side and got into the hot water. I hissed when the hot water touched my skin but sighed in relief when I felt my body relax. Taking a breath I thought about what Hilda had said a while back…
"People from my past will come back… But which two will I be facing?" I spoke softly. Frowning a bit, I felt fighten. The most craziest people I ever met in my entire life… killing my people with no hesitance with a malice grin.
I shudder at the memories. There were nights when I can-not sleep because of that horrid day. When I am sick, I become paranoid to the point I always hide a blade in my tunic and I read everyone's mind.
And there are days I have a moment where I just break down and cry. I wasn't as badly affected as my older siblings but the memory is still there. Shaking those thoughts away I washed my face and body getting rid of any dirt off of me. Taking a deep breath I dunk my head under water feeling all the tension leaving my body. It felt though the hot water was taking away every piece of negativity away from me. When I had resurface from the water I open one eye only to shriek.
Right in front of me was Hiccup and Tuffnut with baskets of fish. Hiccup scream dropping the fish and covering his eyes while turning around while Tuffnut looked at me with deep shock. His jaw slacked and his eyes wide. He numbly dropped the fish and fell face first onto the ground.
He… fainted?
"Hiccup! What the heck are you two doing here!? It's morning!" I screamed at him, wrapping my arms around my chest.
Hiccup didn't turn around still covering his eyes with his hands.
"We came to check up on you! We don't start training till tomorrow and why are you naked!?"
Well I thank the Gods for my dark skin because I think I would be red as a tomato right now.
"Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't know I would have two guest visiting me so I decided to relax after being sore from shifting to a freaking griffin! And my two companions didn't seemed bothered by me being butt naked!"
"Just get dress before I walk out of here!"
Grumbling, I lifted my arm up and with a flick of my finger my bag of clothes came to me.
"Toothless, come here honey. Ashy needs to dry up." I jumped out of the water feeling the cold hit me.
Toothless stopped eating the fish that was dropped by Hiccup and Tuffnut. The night fury walked over to me and looked at me. I looked at him and smiled and in return he gave one of his adorable gummy smiles. I kneeled down giving a small blow to his nose. He seemed to get it because he gave a small blow back right at me with some heat.
Giving a small little chirp, I closed my eyes feeling the warmth. If I was in my griffin form my feather head would be puffed up along with my furry body. After Toothless dried me up I got dresses in a sleeveless tunic that went to my bum and a pair of leggings with my boots. Making sure I had everything on I told Hiccup he can look now.
But he didn't reply. When I looked over to him I realized why. His attention was on Feathers who was trying to chew on a fish, horribly (very horribly I might add) failing. Hiccup had sat down and began to chew some of the raw fish and spat it out on his hand feeding it to Feathers. But Feathers wouldn't take it. It didn't have my scent on it.
"Here." I sat next to Hiccup taking the pre chewed fish out of his hands and spat in it. Hiccup looked at me in disgust making me laugh. After rubbing my spit in the mushy food I picked up feather and carefully slipped the food into his beak.
"There you go Feathers." I smiled
"Feathers?"
I turn to Hiccup giving a goofy smile.
"Yeah, seemed right, and don't be poking about the name! You named a freaking Nightfury Toothless!" Hiccup pouted at me.
"But you judged me when I chose Toothless as a name." He pointed out. Shite, he's right.
"Well, yeah… but it turned out cute and Feathers a good name for my little boy." I cooed snuggling my face against Feathers who gave a small chirp.
THUMP
Hiccup and I turned to look at Tuffnut who looked at me with wide, sitting on his butt. Hm, must have woken up and heard me.
"Morning," I said softly. Tuffnut looked at me for a second then averted his eyes. Welp I think I scarred him.
"Oh, come on. Am I that bad looking?" I asked teasingly but a smidge of curiosity in it.
Tuffnut started to turn red with embarrassment and his mind was getting loud and crazy making me wince in pain. Blocking his thoughts I started to rub my temple from the growing headache. It's ten times worse since my mind reading doesn't take up such effort now.
"N-no… just wasn't expecting it though…" Tuffnut muttered.
I shrugged giving both a pointed look.
"Well, I wasn't expecting company this morning so this is all your fault, not mine." I said rather of fact tone.
The boys just crumbled at me. Rolling my eyes I flopped onto my back with Feathers on my chest. For a few hours we just talked. Out of curiosity I started to used my magic wondering how much power I have now. Let's just say Tuffnut started to freak out when I accidentally levitated everyone within the haven.
"Uh, what's going on!?"
I open one eye still lazily floating in the air. Slowly and carefully I placed Tuffnut back down but everyone else was just floating. Hiccup look calm laying around in the air as well as Toothless who was now rolling around.
"Sorry, Tuff. I guess I have my more magic than usual. Usually this much magic only lets me float. Looks like it now take this much to make us float." I said as if this was the most casual thing in the world. Tuffnut looked at me with wide eyes then grin like crazy.
"Can I go back up?"
I smirked at this.
"What's the magic word?" I purred out.
"I don't know. I thought you knew." He asked with confusion. I blinked at him only realize what I had said. I couldn't help but laugh at this, what an adorable boy he can be. Closing my eyes, letting my magic flow once more and began to levitated Tuffnut again. I looked at him as he floated around, it made me smile knowing he didn't see me as some deviled child who sold her soul for magic… Shaking those thoughts away I enjoyed my time with my boys.
They had stayed and chat with me for a while. Hiccup spoke to Toothless in dragonese for a bit and I would translate to Tuffnut, which surprise both Hiccup and Tuffnut. Apparently Hilda's memories speaking to dragons was now part of mine giving me the knowledge to speak to dragons. Well that's just great, heck I can even speak the griffin language now but Feathers just looks at my confusingly. Ah, well he will learn soon enough how to speak.
Giving a small sigh I turn over to my stomach and began to make Feathers float as well. He began to freak out when he didn't feel anything solid, worriedly I gently cupped my hand around his belly letting him know I am here.
"Sorry love. I'm here sweetie, momma is here." I whispered out.
The baby griffin calmed down when he felt me. Carefully I placed him between my shoulder blades and my nest of hair. When I made sure he was all settled I turn back to Tuffnut and Hiccup.
Then I looked at Hiccup, than at Toothless.
"When will you guys fly?" I asked with curiosity. Hiccup thought for a moment then shrugged.
"Most likely in a few days, why?" I thought for a moment. I haven't had a vision since the change, but I had a strange feeling and it isn't good.
"Then we must work now, we are running out of time." I demanded. With snap of my fingers we dropped to the ground. I grabbed Feathers before he could slammed down with us. The boys groaned looking at me with annoyance.
I ignored them as I got up. I walked over to Toothless, grabbed his tail and began to look it over. With a snap of my fingers the prints came flying out of Hiccup's bag and into my hands. Sitting cross legged I began to float once more getting comfortable for what I need to do.
"How much did you fix last night?" I asked while looking at the tail. Hearing slight rustling noises, I assumed that the boys were right behind me now.
"All of it. I fixed the vets and hook and I got the set up to go with the footing perfectly. We had to go flying last night. So, it went pretty well." This perked my interest.
"Why did you go flying last night? Almost got caught or something?" I asked with worry.
Hiccup gave a nod. I blinked several times and began to flinch.
"Astrid almost caught you!? And right after I left!?" I hissed out. Hiccup bit his lip and turn his head away from me. He began to rub his arm nervously and wouldn't even look me in the eye. Sighing oh so softly, I gently punched him on the arm.
"Be careful next time, alright?" I spoke with my motherly voice, knowing it always calmed my friend down. Hiccup looked at me with a small shy grin and nodded. Smiling back I turned my head to the other direction hearing soft whispers. I blinked once more realizing Tuffnut was shamelessly looking at us with this curious and yet confused look.
"What?" I asked breaking him from his thoughts.
"You brought the dragon back to the village?"
"Yeah…" Hiccup answer with slight nervousness.
"And that's when I found Ash… wait what were you two doing anyway?" Tuffnut asked.
Inwardly groaning, there were times I love and hate when Tuffnut has his genius moments, and right now I believe it would be the time to hate it, well maybe.
"Hiccup was stuck with Toothless by a stupid cord and he left his tools back at the forge… Sooooo we came back last night to fix it."
"Is that why you wanted to hang out with me?"
I was taken aback at this. Tuffnut looked at me with this sad look with a smidge of pain in his eyes. Frowning, I shook my head, with my magic I levitated Tuffnut to me making his yelp with surprise. Turning to him I slapped him upside the head earning another yelp from him.
"Firstly no. I did want to hang out with you. Secondly, yes I needed you away from Hiccup and Toothless but I kinda forgotten them when I was talking to you." I felt my cheeks burn at the truth from last night. Again, thank Odin for my dark skin.
"And thiiirdly!" I lifted my hand pointed a finger at Tuffnut's nose and pushed it making him tip back. "I really wanted to hang out with you." I smiled softly at the blonde.
Tuffnut didn't say anything, neither did Hiccup who looked gave this odd shifting eye at the both of us. Shrugging it off I went back to work. With that I didn't even notice Tuffnut blushing or how quiet his mind went.

It had taken us three freaking days…. THREE! To fix Toothless' tail and for me getting used to having a lot more magic and shifting. Let me tell you something. I. Hate. The. PROCESS! Yeah, I said it before but by Odin! I have so much magic now I need to let it out constantly since I'm not used to holding onto to so much! I really am disliking my magic at the moment… Thankfully Tuffnut had been kind to let me use it on him by levitating him and practicing my illusion spells on him. Its been fun using my illusion spells now, tricking eye and the mind. Oh, the pranks I can pull by using such magic!
But anyway my shifting has gotten better as well. I found out I can shift halfway, yeah sound weird but let me explain. Instead of having the full body of a griffin I can just have the ears, tail, wings, talons of a raven and the feat of a lion and I can still have my human body. It is awesome and also a pain… I had ripped to many tunic now since of my damned wings.
Hiccup had helped me with that, he cut the back of my tunics making now low now showing my back and birthmark. The wraps I usually wear to bind my chest was a little tricky but I had manage doings so. And I won't explain it… it's too weird talking about it.
But forget all that… Today is the day we go flying.

STONE
I looked over Stoick, seeing Berk so close. I sighed in content, we all survived this trip. Yes, some where injured but no lives were taken from us. Yes there are ships taken from us but we survived that. My sister spoke the truth, we have survived.
Wow that sounded poetic…. Shaking those thoughts away I was looking forward to coming back home to my sisters. I have nothing but worried for them since they started they're training. Had Kyna been keeping an eye on Ashling? Had Ashling kept an eye on Kyna? Had Asking been eating enough? Has one of them been injured?
AND WHO KEEPS TOUCHING MY SISTERS?!
It been nothing, but an irritation to me. I kept having a this feeling that someone has been irritating Kyna and that someone keeps touching Ashling. I even felt something off, like I felt a constant pain within my body. For example, on the first day we had left I felt my whole body screaming in pain as though someone shattered my bones. It kept getting weirder after that and my thoughts went to Ashling every time I felt pain. I have a feeling my sisters went through a lot since I had left.
I just hope I come home to seeing them with no bruises or new scars… Oh Odin I just want to see them now to see if their safe. That's when I sighed with relief when we finally docked on Berk. Grabbing my bags along with Stoicks, when the ships got close to the dock Stoick jumped off the ship hitting the wooden floors and grabbed onto some rope that was thrown to him so he may tie up the ship to the docks.
I jumped off the ship with ease still holding onto my bag as well as the chief load. Stoick helped some of the other men off and I waited patiently. Stoick had the look of disappointment and anger for not getting to the dragon's nest. He didn't blame the men and women who had came to the journey with him, no he only blames himself that some of us were injured.
Shaking those thoughts away I look up and see Gobber. Good, maybe he can tell me how Kyna and Ashling have been doing. When I got closer to the smither, he grabbed me by the shoulder and looked me over. I know that look, Gobber has been seeing me as a son ever since my sisters and I stayed with him for so many years. When he was done looking to see any injuries he gave me his toothy smile and brought me into an embrace.
"Glad ta see ya in one piece their lad." I smiled and held him back. I would never admit this out loud to anyone, well maybe except Kyna who respects me (Ashling is a tease and like to play jokes so no.) but it always felt nice having Gobber as a dad.
"Good to see you too, Gobber." We pulled away just as SToick came walking by.
"Well, I trust you found the nest then?" Gobber asked looking at the trashed ships.
"Not even close" Stoick answer with more gruffness in his voice.
"Ah." Is all Gobber said. He grabbed some of the bags off of me, taking some of the burden of my shoulders.
"I hope you had a lot more success then us Gobber." Stoick said with a sigh. I perk up at this and look at Gobber.
"Well, if by success, you mean that you're parenting troubles," he looked at Stoick then at me, " and the trust for the tribe, then… yea."
Stoick and I stared at Gobber with confusion. What did that mean? We stopped walking hoping for a better explanation but was not given the chance when others came down to greet us.
"Congratulations Stoick! Everyone is so relieved! You as well Stone!" What?
"Out with the old and in with new, aye!?" She…
"No one will miss those old nuisance!" No, it can't be…
"The village is throwing a party to celebrate!" You bastards!
I turn to Stoick and notice he was thinking the same thing from all this carelessness from the tribe! We turned to Gobber hoping it wasn't true.
"She's/He's gone?" We asked.
Gobber looked at both of us with this off look like he didn't know how to react to us.
"Yeah… most afternoons for Hiccup and Ashling, eh a day or two. I mean, who can blame them? A life a celebrity is very rough. Those two can barely walk through the village without being swarmed by their new fans." Stoick and I grabbed Gobber by the shoulder on either side.
"Hiccup?" Stoick said with much surprise and confusion.
"Ashling?" I asked with much more confusion.
Gobber just looked at us back and forward with a large proud grin. He was beaming with so much pride. My sister… and her friend… what happen after I left!?
"Who would have thought? They both have this way with the beast!" Stoick was in shock as well as I. My sister… who wanted nothing more with peace with these creatures was now fighting them, was us pushing her doing this? Oh I need to find her.
"And oh Stoick, Hiccup might have just found himself a warrior when he gets to be chief! Or should I say warrioress?" I looked at Gobber with confusion.
Stoick looked at Gobber with confusion as well.
"What do you mean Gobber?" Gobber then turned to me with this sad smile.
"Ashling has risked her life for many of the recruits, but she risked more for it for Hiccup. She took a blow for him with a Gronckle." My eyes widen at this, my sister…
"She's fine, but you might need to speak with Ashling first lad. There has been a lot that has happen to her since you left. You most likely won't see Ashling today."
"Why's that?" I asked with a tinge of anger in my voice.
"She went camping to get a break from everything. Again, go talk to Kyna, she home right now and I think she needs you." That's all it took to for me to run home.

Ashling
This is it… we are going to do it!
Tuffnut was at my side holding Feathers. The two had bonded greatly for the past few days and our friendship has gotten better. Yeah Tuffnut is still a little confuse with some of things but he trust me enough to know I am not a devil spawn. And Tuffnut is now cool with Hiccup and Toothless… okay its more one sided. Tuffnut thinks Toothless is awesome but Toothless thinks Tuff is a weirdo who want's to take his "herb lady" away from dragon, I'm not leaving anyone.
Shaking those thoughts away I took a breath and let it out slowly. Toothless was not the only who would be flying today, I will be joining him. I wasn't just practicing my magic or shifting, I was almost practicing getting air with my wings. It was not easy but hey I think I got the hang of it… if not I can just use my magic to make me float.
"You ready?" I gave a small gasp. Darn it I slipped back into my thoughts! Turning my head I looked at Tuffnut. He looked excited and nervous, ha, that makes two of us. I gave a weak smile.
"Y-yeah. I think…" I muttered looking over the cliff. A hand touched my bare back making shiver but also relax. Somehow Tuffnut's touch always calmed me down ever since Hilda and I became one. Taking a deep breath once again I let out ever so slowly.
"Okay! Everything's all good. Toothless and I are hooked, tail is good…" Hiccup started mumbling to himself checking his list of what is good.
"Oh for Odin's sakes…" I mumbled out making Tuffnut snickered. "HICCUP! Get your scrawny rump out there this instant or Odin as my witness I will throw you and Toothless out there myself!" I yelled out from nervousness.
"Well, I'm sorry that I'm a nervous wreck!"
"Oh, you better be sorry here in a minute if we don't both go out there in a minute!" I shouted back.
It went silent for five seconds then…. Laughter erupted from the three of us. We just laughed and laughed. I don't if it's because of the nervousness or what. But if felt so good to laugh with my best friend and… my consort. Which I still need to ask about what that word means.
Smiling brightly I change halfway into my form. It felt weird and awkward but it also felt natural just to go halfway to the change. It made me feel well like me and it also made me feel close to to Hilda.
Stretching out my wings carefully not to slap Tuffnut or Feathers. The wind began to pick up. Closing my eyes I took another breath out slowly. My eyes flashed open when the wind died down ever so slowly. I had to be quick.
I turned around and dashed back getting a good distance from the cliff. When I got to a good distance I dropped on all fours and ran back like no tomorrow. I looked to my side and saw Toothless running with me with Hiccup on his back. Good.
I look forward and saw Tuffnut running off the edge of the cliff. Yes, the timing is perfect.
I concentrated on my magic and looped it over Feathers and Tuffnut.
It was time.
We jumped over the cliff catching on to the heavy winds that started back up. I let my eyes close feeling the winds brush against me. Feeling the cold hit me, but it didn't bother me. I just felt…
"Free…" I whispered out.
My wings beat against air pushing myself to go higher and closer to Hiccup and Toothless. I pushed my magic a bit more getting Tuffnut and Feathers closer to us. I couldn't help but smile, it felt as though we were a pack… or flock… something. Oh, whatever! It just felt great that we can do this together!
"How's it going Hiccup?" I asked when I got closer to my friend.
"So far, it's going okay. We just now need to test the tail itself!" He look down his cheat sheet showing positions of tail fins position.
I turn o Tuffnut and Feathers as Hiccup began to talk to Toothless.
"How are ya feeling ladd?"
Tuffnut looked around with much excitement, he twisted around as though he was relaxing on the beach with my son on his stomach.
"This is awesome! Is this how it always feel when you start flying?" Je turned to me with such excitement and happiness. I smiled and nodded.
"You mean the adrenalin or feeling of freedom when up in the air?" I asked.
"Both!" I giggled, what a silly boy.
I turned back to Hiccup and realized he was far up head.
"Come on Tuff!" pushed us both forward beating my wings fast as possible. I was not going to use magic on myself, I need to get used to using my wings more. I smiled when I saw Hiccup doing well-
He smacked into one of the sea stacks. I winced for them. Well, that was short lived.
They smacked into a few more see stacks making Toothless irritated with Hiccup. Hiccup earned himself a smack from Toothless.
"Oh for Odin sakes…" I hissed to myself. I went faster getting closer to them with Tuffnut and Feathers at my side. When we got closer Hiccup decided it would be best to go straight up to the sky. Grumbling of annoyance for not getting a warning I flew after them. I could hear Hiccup's laughter seeing he got everything under control.
"Yeah! This is amazing! The wind is at our-" He never got to finish. His cheat sheet was taken by the wind.
"STOP!" Toothless had stopped and both went down. My stared in fear, my mind went into shock losing all concentration on my magic. More screams enter my line of hearing. Looking down as everything had just went into slow motion I saw Tuffnut falling with a terrified baby griffin in his arms. My eyes widen and can feel my whole body changing.
I didn't know what happened to Hiccup but he had Toothless to help him. My only thought was to get to my son and my consort. My kin will be fine.
I felt my body burn burn as I beat my wings into the air. I needed to hurry!
The wind brushed against my feather and fur but I ignored it. I need to get to them! I folded my wings to my body going faster than ever, their screams were closer but I had to ignore it. I had to make the timing perfect. I was a feet away, then I was under them. I spread open my wings and I felt them crash onto my back. I think that's what snapped me out of my shock. I was now fully in my griffin form.
"A-ashling?" I ignored him, we were not out of the woods yet. We were stilling falling hard and fast, the same direction Hiccup and Toothless is going.

We need to pull up! You need to do it now! Or do you want a freaking griffin ramming into you!?
We had went down on one of the island filled with trees. The branches hit against my tail, wings and face. But I ignored it as watched Hiccup and Toothless did what they needed to do. We were going to fast, the air was pressing into Toothless' wing hard but they were somewhat slowing down. Keyword; somewhat.
When we exit the trees we came to an area filled with jutting sea stacks. Tuffnut wrapped his arms around my neck pressing Feathers up against me as well. I need to protect them… I need to get them out of this danger.
I looked closely at Toothless. His movements were fluid and passing tights spots within the sea stacks. I need to do the same. I pushed myself further and jumped onto one the sea stacks with much force. I wincer mentally, my talons and back paws were not used to such force but I had to ignore it. I jumped off the sea stacks and flew to another. It wasn't as fluidly as Toothless but I'm not used to flying in tight situations as him. And then that's when I saw a clear exit. Narrowing my eyes I pushed myself even more. I shoved myself off the sea stack and spread my wings and gave a mighty flap. I twisted my body around making sure not to hit anymore sea stacks. With one final beat of my wings we were out of there.
Looking around, I was definitely sure we were out of danger I was tackled from behind. Squeaking in shock I twisted my head a bit to see Tuffnut hugging me around my neck.
"That… was… AWESOME! Lets do that again!" He roared with excitement. A small excited squeak came from his chest, Feather popped from his shirt and squeaked ever more cheerfully.
I mentally groaned. Tuffnut is influence my child to adrenalin junky. Shaking my head, I gave some chirps of my own, almost sounding like laughter.

I chewed on my fish happily sitting in the middle with Hiccup on my right and Tuffnut on my left with Toothless right behind us with a large pile of fish, letting us rest against him and with Feather on my lap chewing on a cod's tail. After with all the excitement and we had found a deserted beach to relax at. I glanced at Hiccup and smirked. After Hiccup got everything in control both him and the dragon had cheered. One by voice, the other by fire. Now my friend was covered in soot and the roots of his air was slightly charred.
"You're going to need a bath when we get back home." I said breaking the comfortable silence.
Hiccup just rolled his eyes at me. Snickering I continue to eat my raw fish. Tuffnut blanched at the idea of eating raw food but I ignored him. Toothless looked at us and started give out a weird noise, a very familiar weird noise I might add. I couldn't help but grin widely when he regurgitated a fish head and two fish bodies.
Tuffnut looked at pure disgust and Hiccup forcefully smile politely at Toothless.
"Ah, I'm good here bud." He showed his fish on a stick that was being cooked by fire.
"Welp, more for Feathers, Tuffnut and I." I said while grabbing the sliming fish.
"Wait, what-" I shoved a chunk of fish in his mouth.
Just eat so Toothless can like you. How do you think we got some of his trust?
Tuffnut glared at me for a second, but failed horribly since of the slimy fish was in his mouth. He chewed it quickly then swallowed it quickly. Hiccup and I started at him in surprise. Was he not disgusted at all? Tuffnut looked at us then shuddered.
"You have clearly not tasted Ruffnut's cooking. This was better than the stew she made this one time." I gave a small nod. I should really teach Ruffnut how to cook.
Small roaring noise caught my attention breaking me from my thoughts. Looking up I saw five terrible terrors coming our direction. I felt Tuffnut stiffen, turning to him I saw him cover his nose. I looked at him with confusion then I realized why. Giving a small giggle I leaned next to him.
"Don't worry Tuff, I think they're just hungry for fish. Not your nose." I whispered to him. He gave me a small glare and playfully shoved me. Smiling I turn back to the tiny dragons. They approach Toothless' pile of fish, the night fury gave them a menacing glare and pulled some of the fish close to his chest. One of the terrible terrors grabbed the fish heads the Toothless spat back out, another one tried fighting for it. The one who got it first blasted fire at him, not wanting to share.
We watched with slight amusement. I turned to the side hearing something moving, that when a I found out one the terrors tried to be sneaky and try to take on of Toothless' fish. Ohhh, bad move.
Toothless grabbed the fish with his mouth and swallowed it whole giving a gummy laugh.
"Greedy dragon." I muttered with agreement of Hiccup.
I looked back at the terror who was now irritated with Toothless. The terrible Terror stomped over to Toothless trying to be the dominated dragon, Toothless did not look impressed by this. The little guy open his mouth ready to fire at Toothless… only to be shot in the mouth by a tiny flame, courtesy of Toothless himself.
I gave a small giggled watching the dizzy dragon stumble a bit. It was sad yes, but seriously, never go against a night fury. Hiccup and Tuffnut laughed as well seeing the poor dear going down with one little shot.
"Not so fireproof on the inside, are you?" Hiccup asked while throwing his cooked fish to the little terror. "Here you go." Hiccup said with one of his crooked smiles.
Smiling, I watched the little terror eat it gratefully then look at Hiccup. Slowly the dear got closer to him seeing if it was okay to come closer to us. Carefully I moved closer to Tuffnut, practically sitting between his legs. I didn't want the terror to feel threaten by me, I wanted him to get closer to Hiccup. I ignored how Tuffnut tensed up and looked at the other terrible terrors who wanted food.
Frowning, I used my magic and thought of the fish in the sea. With a flick of my wrist, flick came flying out of the water and landed right near our feet. The terrible terrors gave a squeals of joy and tackled down their meals.
I leaned back against Tuffnut, happy of my good deed. When the dragons had finished eating they looked us. Confused, I watched them slowly coming to us with a curious look. Carefully I pulled Feathers closer to me and Tuffnut did the same with me. He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me closer to him. One of the terrible terrors got closer to me and crawled onto my leg. It felt… odd. But also right.
Slowly, not to startle it, I stretched on of my hands out beckoning to come closer to me. And it did, it pressed its head against my hand and let out a purr. My eyes widen at the creature…
"Everything we know about you guys…. is wrong." I turn to Hiccup who had two terrible terror on his lap.
He turned to me with this look of awe, I couldn't help but grin.
"I told you guys, dragons are our friends…. I'm just glad you finally notice." I whispered. I felt tears sting my eyes. All it took was my friend to shoot down a night fury to show how gentle dragons where. Tuffnut held me tighter, resting his chin onto my shoulder he also began to pet the terrible terror. I closed my eyes and smiled, letting my tears go.
Now, only to get everyone else on Berk on our side.
AN: Hey guys! I am back! I'm so sorry it took a while to update a new chapter, but I do have my reasons. First off, I had my finals at school. Which I passed! I also graduated from high school two ekes ago! And the other reason was I went on a senior trip to California to one the beaches and to Disney on the 60th anniversary. It was a lot of fun but hectic and I got back just last Saturday. SO I just wanted to relax before I started working on this and try finding work. And I thank you guys for being really patient with me! Okay on the reviews!
