So here I am, I know that I haven't updated this in four months, but I haven't forgotten about this story. I'm feeling pretty stuck right now, and honestly I'm not happy with my work so far. Before continuing this story, I'm going to go back and rewrite the whole thing. Any and all constructive feedback, especially criticism, is welcome.
