So here's what you missed last time:
Grayson threw possibly the most insane party of the century! It was filled with not only alcohol, but weed, clothes flying off, singing, "dancing", scandalous hook-ups, and everything you can possibly imagine!
Scotty and Mason had a drunken hook-up and are trying to keep it a secret—especially from Adeline.
Speaking of secrets, Annie has one herself. She's pregnant and up to this point, only Nikki knew. But now, it seems like someone else does too…
Eli and Christian slept together as well, and feelings were arising beforehand, could this ruin everything?
Malina and Adrian had their first time together, beautiful isn't it? Hopefully, nothing wrong goes down with this couple.
Delilah still hates Dorothy and Grayson. And plans on making her revenge. But is having issues with Adeline being friends with Dorothy, will she do something about it?
Jonathan and Adeline seem to have a hateful relationship, filled with bickering and foot-stamping. But after a sudden drunken make-out session, could one of them start feeling something more?
Rachel is having conflicting feelings over Brody and Finn. Hopefully, this doesn't backfire on her.
Aidan and Dani are together, finally, and things seem to be going swiftly. But with Dani's dark past, could anything unveil that will cause conflict between the two?
Meanwhile, Ben seems to be permanently glued to the friend-zone with Ellie. He better start working some magic!
Delilah still struggles with an eating disorder that is really tearing her apart, even with her HBIC façade, that doesn't mean she's breaking. Tony confessed to her that he's madly in love with her, but our little ballerina doesn't feel the same way.
Geesh, there seems to be so much drama going on! Fights, love, drama, hate, everything! I wonder how this will all turn out!
Well that's what you missed on:
Glee!
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
The front doors of McKinley flew open and in walked in HBIC Delilah Puckerman, strutting down the hallways in her perfectly fitted cheerios uniform, black cat eye sunglasses, and channeling her inner Marina with a tiny painted black heart by her cheekbone. The crowd of students parted like the red sea as the cheerio captain made her entrance with a smirk intact. God, it felt good being queen.
Primadonna girl, yeah, Delilah sang, channeling her inner Marina as her hips swayed rhythmically as she walked, causing boys and girls to turn and look.
All I ever wanted was the world
I can't help that I need it all, she sang.
The primadonna life, the rise and fall
You say that I'm kinda difficult
But it's always someone else's fault
Delilah bit her lip as she took off her sunglasses and threw them to the side, Got you wrapped around my finger, babe
You can count on me to misbehave, she gave a flirty grin as jocks surrounded her.
Primadonna girl,
Would you do anything for me?, the blonde sang, suddenly looking at Grayson with a flirty grin.
Buy a big diamond ring for me?, Delilah flashed her hand, pointing to her ring finger, Grayson showed to be mesmerized by the cheerio captain and gave a goofy grin.
Would you get down on your knees for me?, Delilah pushed him down with one finger on his chest to his knees.
Pop that pretty question right now, baby, she sang seductively as she leaned close to Grayson but then strutting off. And Grayson watched her strut off, clenching his heart.
Beauty queen on a silver screen
Living life like I'm in a dream
I know I've got a big ego, Delilah rolled her eyes.
I really don't know why it's such a big deal, though, she shrugged.
Her fellow cheerios surrounded her and harmonized, (Ooh), Delilah sang after, And I'm sad to the core, core, core
(Yeah) Every day is a chore, chore, chore
(Wow) When you give, I want more, more, more
I wanna be adored, she sang.
They broke out into some perfectly choreographed cheerios routines. Filled with amazing acrobatics and seductive dance moves, 'Cause I'm a primadonna girl, yeah
All I ever wanted was the world
I can't help that I need it all
The primadonna life, the rise and fall
You say that I'm kinda difficult
But it's always someone else's fault
Got you wrapped around my finger, babe
You can count on me to misbehave, Delilah sent a playful wink to a group of boys who fell to the floor, clenching their chests as they fell into a trance that one Delilah Puckerman created.
Primadonna girl fill the void up with Celluloid
Take a picture, I'm with the boys, Delilah sang as she danced with the rest of the cheerios—incorporating a mix of hip-hop and ballet, creating a flawless choreography.
Get what I want 'cause I ask for it
Not because I'm really that deserving of it
Living life like I'm in a play
In the lime light I want to stay
I know I've got a big ego
I really don't know why it's such a big deal, though, Delilah did a graceful spin.
(Ooh) Going up, going down, down, down, the group of cheerios slowly went down while slowly shaking their hips.
(Yeah) Anything for the crown, crown, crown, Delilah sang as she had a glamorous tiara on her head and strutted her stuff.
(Wow) When the lights dimming down, down, down
I spin around, the blonde did another graceful spin.
A group of jocks picked up Delilah effortlessly and placed her on their shoulders, carrying her across the hallways. While the rest of the cheerios danced behind her.
'Cause I'm a primadonna girl, yeah
All I ever wanted was the world, while Delilah walked down the hallways crowds of students stood by the sidelines, admiring her.
I can't help that I need it all
The primadonna life, the rise and fall
You say that I'm kinda difficult
But it's always someone else's fault
Got you wrapped around my finger, babe, Delilah grinned while waving to the crowd of students, acting like the Queen Bee she was.
You can count on me to misbehave, Delilah smirked as she jumped off the boys shoulders and broke out into some hip-hop/ballet-esque dance.
Primadonna girl, yeah
All I ever wanted was the world, Delilah sang as students circled around her and danced.
I can't help that I need it all
The primadonna life, the rise and fall
You say that I'm kinda difficult
But it's always someone else's fault
Got you wrapped around my finger, babe, the blonde smirked as she did a seductive body roll.
You can count on me to misbehave
Primadonna girl, Delilah finished the song with a smirk and a fierce pose.
Delilah was definitely queen of the school.
And she planned to stay that way.
Because Delilah Puckerman always gets what she wants.
As if nothing happened, everyone jumped back to their usual routines of a dreadful school day at McKinley. Delilah walked towards her friends that were talking amongst themselves. "Hey girls!" Delilah greeted her friends.
Rowan, Adeline, and Scotty turned around and greeted Delilah back—Scotty displaying her new polyester cheerios uniform.
"Hey Dee." Adeline greeted," What's with the heart on your cheek?" she asked, raised eyebrow.
Delilah shrugged," Channeling my inner Marina, you know?"
Rowan snorted," You're borderline obsessed with her."
"And you with Ethan's abs, but I haven't complained up to this point." Delilah bit back jokingly, causing Rowan to roll her eyes.
The four girls laughed and five jocks passed by them, noticeably checking out Scotty as she displayed her cheerios uniform which was clearly upping her status in the school.
"Okay, that is the sixth time someone has checked you out in the past 20 minutes, what the hell?" Rowan exclaimed.
Scotty shrugged," Apparently, when I wear this stupid uniform, I'm somebody."
"Hey! Don't call it stupid!" Adeline exclaimed," This blessed uniform has saved us from a slushie facial."
"Probably the only plus from this." Scotty replied.
"You finally get off your lazy ass! That's another plus!" Rowan butted in, snickering.
Scotty groaned, leaning against a locker," No! That sounds revolting!" she complained.
Rowan face-palmed," I seriously don't know how you manage to look fit when all you do is sleep, eat, and cry over imaginary characters."
Scotty sent a smirk," Science, duh!" she paused," To further explain this, it all starts with—"
"NO!" the other three girls cut off.
"I have enough of learning in school, don't give me a lesson on whatever the hell you were about to say!" Rowan exclaimed.
Scotty scoffed," Whatever…peasants."
The four of them laughed," You're such a dork." Delilah grinned.
"Delilah, I think I've known that since I was two, no need to repeat it." Scotty replied jokingly.
Rowan turned to Adeline, "Hudson, we better get to class. I don't need teachers bitching at me so early in the morning."
Adeline rolled her eyes and nodded," Fine." She turned to Scotty and Delilah," We'll see you guys later, okay?" they nodded and Rowan and Adeline walked off.
Once the blonde saw them leave, she quickly turned to look at Scotty," See? I told you this would work! You're going to be on top of the social latter before you know it!"
Scotty nodded," Good, that's the whole point in wearing this hideous uniform."
Delilah laughed," Well, the sooner we execute our plans, the better." Delilah extended her hand," Right?"
Scotty grinned and took her hand," Right."
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
"Okay guys! 5, 6, 7, 8!" Mr. Schue instructed as the New Directions rehearsed for a performance this week. The choreography was pretty complicated, and not everyone was catching on.
Everyone began doing a semi fast-paced choreography filled with challenging footwork. Some caught on quickly with the choreography, while others, like Connor, struggled.
Looking like a dying walrus dancing, Connor attempted to coordinate his two left feet while trying to determine which direction his feet should go. Ultimately, he decided to just go with it and ended up kicking Christian (who was also was struggling) in front of him. Christian yelped and fell forward, pushing Cheryl. And like a pair of dominoes, one by one, everyone fell or tripped. The whole performance ruined.
Mr. Schue sighed, "Guys, it's okay—"
"Like hell it's okay!" Rowan exclaimed as she got up from the floor, looking up at Connor with an angry look," I know it's hard, Puckerman, to actually see your feet from the ceiling where you're at…but god-damn it can you at least try to look decent?"
Connor scoffed," I'm trying my best! I'm sorry Lopez-Pierce, but we can't all be good dancers here!"
Rowan crossed her arms," Trying? It looked like you were sea lion begging for a piece of fish, I don't think that's trying."
"Just leave him alone Rowan!" Emily exclaimed, defending Connor," I watched you dancing right now; it wasn't your finest hour either."
The hot-headed Latina glared," Listen Barbie, nobody asked for your opinion!"
"And nobody asked for yours either Rowan, so shut up before I rip your lips off!" Aaron butted in, not having any time for bullshit.
"Aaron, do me a favor, and shut up!" Rowan replied crossly.
Before Aaron could reply with an insult, Jonathan snickered," That's something he can't do."
Aaron turned to Jonathan," I'm sorry, did I hear someone ask for your damn shrilling ass voice to be heard? No, so back the heck up and stay out of it!"
"Why can't we have just one rehearsal where we don't get into arguments?" Oliver muttered to Ethan and Aidan.
"That's like asking for world peace, you ain't going to get it." Aidan replied, causing both his friends to chuckle.
Arguments continued scattering and members began yelling at each other and disputing. Will rubbed his forehead and let out an annoyed huff," ENOUGH!" everybody stopped arguing and turned to look at him," Rehearsal is over! Leave!"
Everybody happily packed up and left, Nikki walked up to Mr. Schue," Mr. Schue, no offense, but we suck when it comes to dancing."
Mr. Schue chuckled," I won't contradict you on that."
Nikki ran her hand through her blonde hair as she adjusted her backpack," What if you have some type of dance camp for some of the members—the ones that need help anyways—to help them improve or something? I can help. If we plan on winning Nationals, we have got to improve. Especially if we're going to be facing Vocal Adrenaline who are insanely amazing when it comes to dancing." She told him.
Suddenly, a light bulb moment came to Will and he turned to Nikki with a smile," That's a great idea Nikki." He grabbed his bag," I'll get back to you on that." And Will Schuester left with a bright idea and smile on his face."
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
Ethan, Oliver, and Aidan had their free period together and were spending it one of the computer rooms. The three of them laughed about something and then Ethan looked at them seriously," Can I talk to you guys about something?"
Oliver nodded, his left leg shaking rapidly and tapping his fingers quickly on his thigh," Yeah, sure man, what's up?"
Ethan licked his lips and fumbled with his hands nervously," Well, you know how Rowan and I are dating, right?"
"I think we all know that Ethan." Aidan replied sarcastically, Oliver laughed—a little too much.
Ethan laughed nervously," Y-yeah, well…we've been…you know…attempting to do it." He stammered nervously.
Aidan retracted the urge to snicker and pursed his lips," And what has stopped you?" he asked, trying to suppress his laughter.
Ethan rubbed the back of his neck," Well…"
Flashback #1:
Rowan and Ethan lying on top of each other in Rowan's bed having a very steamy make-out session. Rowan giggled as Ethan's hands suddenly found themselves under her cheerios uniform," Someone's excited…" she mumbled in between sloppy kisses. Ethan responded with a grunt before taking off his shirt, revealing his toned abs.
Rowan stared at his abs with lustful eyes as she bit her lip and kissed him passionately," Do you have protection?" she asked in between pants.
Ethan suddenly sucked in his breath," Shit!" he threw his head back.
Rowan let out an exasperated sigh and pushed him off the bed violently," Way to ruin it Chang!" she glared at him," Don't think for a second I'm considering not using a condom, unless you plan to be a daddy anytime soon." She crossed her arms," Damn it Ethan! You had one job!"
Flashback #2:
The couple was on Rowan's bed once again, this time, Rowan only in her bra and underwear and Ethan in his boxers. The two were currently in the middle of passionately making out when Rowan whispered in his ear," You do have protection this time, right?"
Ethan nodded, panting," Yup." He replied.
Rowan grinned," Good." And the two resumed to kissing and touching and grinding.
But Brittany had gotten home earlier than usual and knocked on Rowan's door," Rowan? Honey? Are you there?"
Both the teens eyes widened as Rowan mumbled," Shit, she wasn't supposed to be home yet!" Rowan bit her lip nervously," Um, yeah! I'm here!" she stammered.
Brittany grinned from the other side of the door," Great! Do you think you can help me with dinner?"
Rowan pushed Ethan off her and motioned for him to go," Y-yeah! I'll be right there mom!"
"Okay honey," Brittany tried to open the door but it was locked," Why is your door locked?"
Rowan scrambled on an Iron Man t-shirt and gray sweatpants," Ethan! Get out!" her whispered-yelled to him. She turned to the door," Oh! I'm just changing mom and I didn't want anyone to walk in!"
"From where?" he whispered back, putting on his pants.
"The window!" she replied.
Brittany raised an eyebrow," Okay, I'll see you in a bit, okay?"
"Okay mom!" Rowan called out as she opened the window of her room," Ethan, I love you, but get the hell out!"
Ethan smirked, "You weren't saying that two minutes ago." He wiggled his eyebrows.
Rowan giggled and slapped his arm," Shut up!"
Ethan looked around," Where's my shirt?" he asked.
"I don't know! But you really need to get out before—"
"Guys! I'm home!" Santana's voice echoed all over the house.
Rowan's eyes widened," Shit, shit, shit! Ethan get out!" she began pushing him out towards the window.
"But what about my shirt?"
"Forget the shirt and get out!"
Santana knocked on Rowan's door," Rowan! Come help your mom and me with dinner!" she tried opening the door," Why the hell is your door locked?"
"I'm changing mom!" she exclaimed, nervously as Ethan was climbing out the window and slowly about to descend down from the pipe on the side.
"Well hurry up!" Santana told her turning around to leave.
Ethan turned to Rowan," Ro, can I have a quick kiss?" he grinned.
Santana must've had supersonic ears because she did hear someone talk," Rowan, who's in your room?"
Rowan's eyes widened again," N-no one! I was mumbling something to myself!" she replied," Ethan, go!"
Ethan pouted," Just one kiss…"
Rowan rolled her eyes and gave him a quick kiss before accidentally pushing him off. Ethan let out a yelp and fell with a thud. He let out a groan.
Santana raised an eyebrow and shook the doorknob, "Rowan! Open this door!" she ordered.
"Coming!" Rowan called out before looking down at the window with a concerned look, thankfully, Ethan landed on the lawn," Babe are you okay?"
Ethan groaned as he got up, a huge green grass stain on his naked back. He touched his entire body and then nodded, giving a thumbs up as he limped away.
End of Flashbacks.
Both Oliver and Aidan were hysterically laughing on the floor as Ethan glared at them." This isn't funny!"
"It kind of is bro." Oliver said in between laughs.
Ethan crossed his arms," Some friends I have…" he mumbled.
Oliver and Aidan recovered from their laughing fit and sat down again," Well, then, what's your problem? Other than your sex fails." Aidan snickered.
Ethan sighed," I feel like we aren't making it special enough, you know? It's like we're just trying to get it over with and just do it. I want to make love not just have sex. Rowan means to me more than that."
"Then show her that." Aidan told him," If you truly love Rowan and do the hibbidy dibbity —"
"Please don't ever say 'hibbidy dibbity' ever again." Oliver cut off, laughing.
Aidan laughed, rolling his eyes," Anyway, if you truly love her, then make it special. Take her out on a romantic date or something and then…let the magic happen." Aidan grinned cheekily.
Ethan grinned," Damn son, who knew you were romantic?"
Oliver nodded, chuckling," Dani sure is lucky, huh?" that's when Aidan's smile left. The other two friends looked at him with a confused look," What's up man?" Oliver asked, still acting jittery.
Aidan sighed, running his hands through his hair and tapping his messy green high-tops," I don't know, Dani's been avoiding me lately. Like, I plan to hang out with her or something and she just blows me off. And she never replies to my texts that much or talks on the phone long. It's like she's purposefully avoiding me. And I don't know why, I thought we were doing fine and now…I just don't know." Aidan had noticed Dani seeming suddenly distant. And he knew that there had to be a reason for it, because they were fine, and suddenly she just distanced herself. She was hiding something, and he had to know why.
"Well, maybe you should give her a surprise visit and talk to her about it. If there's something wrong, don't ignore it. If anything, confront it. You guys are perfect together, don't let one thing happening ruin that." Oliver advised.
Aidan smiled softly," Thanks Oliver, I'll definitely take that advice." He patted Oliver's shoulder and Oliver nodded.
"What are friends for man?" Oliver shrugged.
Ethan leaned back in his chair," We seriously have the best friendship ever."
"Well duh, we're the three musketeers. We're set to be awesome!" Oliver exclaimed. And the three laughed and continued talking for the rest of the period.

Nikki looked at Annie's phone with an intense look as she tried to think who could've possibly sent her the text.
"I know your secret. And don't think I won't tell. H." Nikki read aloud again, she ran her hands through her long, blonde hair. "Who could've sent this? Heck, who could've found out?"
Annie bit her lip," I-I don't know! I've been so careful in trying to hide this! Only you knew!" Annie sighed as she continued walking down the hallways with Nikki," This person could ruin everything I've been trying to hide!"
"I know Annie, but look, we're going to find out who this person is—don't worry." Nikki assured; tapping the phone with her chin," In the meantime, I have a suggestion…" she pursed her lips.
Annie looked at her warily," What is it?"
"Look, as much as I love being your support system and sudden best friend, I don't want you to be alone in this. I want you to have a bigger support system and—"
"You better not be suggesting I tell the glee club, because that is by far the stupidest thing I've ever heard come out of your mouth." Annie cut off, glaring at her.
Nikki raised an eyebrow," Geez, your pregnancy hormones are bitchy today." She chuckled," But I wasn't suggesting that. But they are part of glee club…"
Annie looked at her with curiosity," What are you suggesting?"
Nikki grinned and took Annie's hand and led her down the hallway towards a group of students," Hey guys!" she greeted.
Aaron, Orion, Cheryl, Christian, and Izzy turned around greeted her back, acknowledging Annie as well. Annie turned to Nikki," Really?" Nikki nodded, before turning to Cheryl with a kiss.
"What's up with your life Puckerman?" Izzy asked.
Nikki shrugged," Not much with me. But Annie has a lot to tell about hers. "She gently pushed Annie closer to the group of friends that were huddled around Orion's locker.
Annie sent Nikki a look," I never agreed to be friends with these people!"
"Okay, ouch." Cheryl said sarcastically.
"Well quite frankly, these are the only group of people you got to really trust. That is, unless you have some other group of friends you trust." Nikki replied," We're cool and reliable, I swear."
Annie bit her lip nervously," I don't know..."
"Look, whatever's going on, you can trust us. Well, maybe not Izzy." Orion told her.
Izzy shrugged, but nodded," It's true."
Annie laughed nervously and then let out a shaky breath," You guys do seem trustworthy. So I'm going to trust you on a big secret." She paused and everyone looked at her expectantly," I'm pregnant." She confessed.
Everyone minus Nikki stared at her with a shocked expression. "No. Fucking. Way." Aaron spoke up.
Annie nodded and Cheryl looked at her," I don't believe you."
Annie looked around the hallways, checking if no one was seeing before lifting her baggy band t-shirt, revealing a tiny baby bump. Everyone's eyes widened and Annie put her shirt down," Believe me now?"
"Holy crap." Cheryl said, trying to process the news.
"Aaron, you owe me $50." Izzy spoke up, extending her hand. Aaron grumbled under his breath, before reaching into his left pocket.
"What? Did you guys bet I'd get pregnant or something?" Annie questioned, clearly angry.
Izzy and Aaron shook their heads," Nope. Aaron said that if anyone was getting pregnant, it was going to be me. I stated otherwise. So, if anyone in the New Directions got pregnant before I do—which didn't happen, he would have to pay $50. And if I did, I would have to pay him. But, I don't. So thank you, now I'm $50 richer." Izzy smirked, snatching the money of Aaron's hands.
Annie stared at the two and rolled her eyes," Such a good support system, Nikki." She said sarcastically, and Nikki chuckled.
Christian spoke up," We are, I swear. You're not going to be alone in this. Considering this is a very serious thing to be going through." he placed his hand on Annie's shoulder. "You have our support—well mine anyway." He smiled softly.
Annie smiled back," Thank you." She said, patting Christian's hand.
"Yeah, you totally have my support as well." Orion chimed in.
"Mine too," Cheryl added in," we're family, we help each other out." Cheryl smiled.
"I guess you have my support." Izzy told her, but then smiled," No but really, if anyone tries some bullshit on you, their asses are going to have to face me."
"And me." Aaron spoke up," And if it makes you feel better, at least your kid is for sure going to be attractive since you're pretty and Gabe's…" Aaron pursed his lips and exhaled," Gabe's sexy."
Orion looked offended," Hey! What about me?"
"Don't get your boxers in a twist, you're sexy too." Aaron replied," But Gabe…"
Annie rolled her eyes," Hey, don't get any ideas about stealing my boyfriend!" Aaron raised his hands up in surrender.
"Speaking of Gabe, does he even know? He hasn't been a stuttering mess…" Cheryl asked.
Annie pursed her lips and shook her head," He doesn't know."
"Why not?" Cheryl asked.
"I don't want to ruin his life, he's already got a future and I don't want to ruin it." Annie replied.
"But he deserves to know, Gabe's a good guy. He won't leave you if he finds out." Cheryl said.
"That's exactly why I don't want him to find out, because I know he'll stay. I don't want him to. He has a future and a dream." Annie sighed, looking down on the floor.
Cheryl looked at her," Well maybe you're his dream too."
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
Rachel and Kurt were in the Hummel-Anderson living room, talking while having some coffee.
"Hey, have you talked to Dani lately? I haven't spoken to her in a while. I've been busy with work and coming up with new designs…" Kurt suddenly said.
Rachel nodded," Yes, a couple days ago actually." She replied.
Kurt beamed," Really? How is Dani? I miss her so much!" he exclaimed.
Rachel giggled," She's okay, you know? I miss her too; she's one of our closest friends so leaving her behind sucked. Especially since we helped her out through…you know." Rachel looked at him. Referencing to what went on between Santana and Dani.
Kurt sighed and nodded," Yeah, that wasn't pretty. And the fact that as much as Dani tried, she never moved on from San. I really want her to be happy."
"So do I…"
"Call her. Right now."
Rachel nodded without hesitation, taking out her phone and dialing Dani," She better answer."
"Oh trust me, she will." Kurt assured.
Over in New York City, the infamous Dani walked down the busy streets of New York. When the phone rang, she reached into her bag and Rachel's picture on her screen. She smiled, answering the call," Hey Rachel!" she greeted enthusiastically.
Rachel nodded to Kurt and put Dani on speaker," Dani! How are you? Kurt and I thought about calling you because it's been a while!" she explained.
Dani nodded, unable to contain her smile at hearing her two friends," I've been fine, just living. How are you guys? New York is not the same without you guys! How are the kids?" she nodded at the doorman as she entered the large apartment complex—heading towards her apartment.
"We're fine too. Just in Lima, you can't get much news around here. But everyone's here so it's been one heck of a ride." Kurt answered," The girls are great. I can't be a prouder father!"
Rachel smiled," Cheryl, Oliver, and Adeline are great too! Cheryl misses you like crazy!"
Dani grinned," Aw, I miss them too!" she got inside the elevator and pressed the button to her floor," I wish I could see them…"
Kurt and Rachel looked at each other and grinned," Well you can…" Rachel trailed off.
Dani raised an eyebrow," How so?"
"You should come to Lima! " Kurt exclaimed.
The blonde-haired woman stopped dead in her tracks as she coughed," Um, I-I don't think that's a very good idea." She stammered, running her hands through her hair that's gone through just about every color you can think of.
"Why not Dani? We really want to see you and the kids want to see you and—"Kurt looked at Rachel with a knowing look," Oh…I see why now."
Dani sighed and nodded," Yup." She replied, popping the 'p' as she walked out the elevator and to her apartment. She suddenly found herself back to the same event that's been replaying over and over in her head for 20 years…
"Dani?" the other end questioned," Dani, you there?" Rachel asked.
Dani broke out of her thoughts and hummed," Yeah?"
"Look, we know you don't want to run into her, but we'll try the best we can that you don't. Besides, the glee club is in serious need of help, there's only so much we can do since we have careers and we get busy." Kurt explained, hoping to convince Dani to visit.
Dani walked inside her cozy apartment, it wasn't humongous or extravagant, but it was home. "I see…" she trailed off, taking off her black leather jacket and scarf and placing it on the coat rack and walking towards the living room.
"You're on a break, right? And you need some inspiration to write some songs for your new album, right?" Kurt asked.
Dani stared at the scattered pieces of papers with lyrics and crumpled up ones as well. There were coffee stains on them from the long nights she spent trying to write a decent song and dozens of pens all over the table with her trusty old acoustic guitar beside," That is true." She replied, still not sounding convinced.
Kurt pursed his lips as he thought up anything else," Maybe Lima can do it for you! And you can help the glee club in the meantime, they have Nationals coming up…" he paused," Come on Dani, think of the kids!"
Dani leaned back on her couch and sighed," I want to Kurt, I really do. But, if I see her again, I don't know if I can take it. She hurt me like no one else has ever hurt me before—she didn't even give me closure. And as much as it hurts, I can't stop loving her…" Dani bit her lip as she covered her face with her free hand," But…" she paused, sighing," I will take that chance, and I'll go see you guys. I'll go as soon as I can." Loud and annoying squeals were heard from the other end of the phone that Dani had to move her phone away from her ear. She rolled her eyes, chuckling.
"We can't wait to see you Dani!" Rachel squealed.
"Yeah…neither can I." Dani said unenthusiastically.
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
During 6th period lunch, varied groups of students sat in their respective tables—huddled together in their cliques. You could hear boisterous laughter, pointless arguments, and random conversations from the tables.
And there stood Alex Puckerman, holding his red lunch tray with food, right in the middle of it all.
Sure, you could say Alex had friends. But the wrestling team were mostly Neanderthals that needed to go back to the 5th grade with their pointless shenanigans that Alex simply had no time to deal with. Then there was his brother and sister, Sam and Ben. Sure, he sat with them every once in a while. But he could only deal with his sister for so long before they want to strangle each other. And his brother…
Alex turned to the table where Ben was, clearly love-struck (not to mention friend-zoned) by one Elizabeth Smythe-Karofsky. Who knows what Ellie was talking, but Ben seemed enthralled on it just to hear her voice.
The older boy rolled his eyes, well, his brother was annoying when he was in love.
Sighing, he ran his right hand through his perfectly styled faux-hawk. Where was he going to sit now?
"Hey Puckerman!" Alex's head turned to where he heard the voice, only to meet eyes with Aaron who was waving him over to his table. With a bunch of people he's never spoken with before—except Nikki of course. Alex sighed in defeat, he had no choice. Neanderthals, annoying sister, love-struck brother, or the proclaimed Gay Squad (even if some weren't even gay…)?
Alex walked up to the Aaron's table, who already made a spot for him in the table. Aaron grinned evilly," Welcome to the best lunch table in McKinley…!" he exclaimed in a fake-evil voice, laughing maniacally.
Alex stared at him with a weird expression. Everyone else in the table laughed, Orion turned to him," Ignore him, he's weird." The curly-haired teen chuckled when Aaron pouted to him.
"Not to mention fell as an infant." Izzy added in, sticking her tongue out to Aaron playfully and Aaron returned it. Alex chuckled, shaking his head and sitting down in between Christian and Adrian. Izzy eyed him up and down," Might I say table newbie, you are one sexy piece of—"
"Izzy!" Nikki cut off, rolling her eyes playfully," Don't scare Alex away…he just got here!"
The other blonde rolled her eyes and turned to Alex," I'm simply appreciating the finer things in life…" she winked at Alex who laughed.
Christian snickered," How about appreciating finishing your homework?" he nodded to Izzy's open textbook.
Izzy scoffed," Homework is for nerds." She stuck her tongue out childishly to her brother, who returned it.
"Is there one normal person in this table?" Alex spoke up, jokingly.
Adrian shrugged," Probably me…" she trailed off, suppressing a laugh. Everyone else looked at each other before laughing.
Alex chuckled, watching as the "best lunch table in McKinley" interacted with each other. And for once, he felt comfortable in a lunch table.
In another table, Scotty and Delilah sat together with a cluster of cheerios and jocks. Scotty preferred the math and science geeks she sat with over this.
"Can I tell you something and swear you won't tell?" Scotty asked nervously the blonde cheerio captain.
Delilah nodded, playing around with the food in her tray, but never once taking a bite from it. Not that anyone noticed," Sure, what's up?"
The fellow whovian sighed, leaning closer to Delilah and talking in a lower voice," So remember Grayson's party?"
Delilah nodded," I don't think anyone can forget that party…" she snickered.
Scotty nodded," Well, I was clearly drunk." Delilah hummed in agreement," And I wasn't thinking straight or making rational decisions since my body was functioning on basically alcohol and—"
"Get to the point Scotty."
"I…I…" Scotty leaned even closer to Delilah and whispered," I hooked up with Mason at the party."
Delilah's eyes widened and she turned to Scotty," YOU DID WHA—"
Scotty shushed the girl, slapping Delilah's arm," Shut up Puckerman!" the brunette hissed.
"Sorry! But damn…seriously?" Delilah asked, still trying to process the newfound information.
Scotty nodded," Yeah…I regret it so much. I was drunk and stupid and I don't remember it all that much, but from what I do remember—"
Delilah gagged," Don't talk about having sex with my brother." She interrupted," It's bad enough we came out of the same womb."
Scotty rolled her eyes," Yeah, well, he took my virginity. I win."
Delilah chuckled," Well, if it makes you feel better; since you told me this…I think I have an idea for your revenge on Keegan."
"I honestly, I think I should just move on from him and—"Scotty began. She honestly still cared about Keegan the jerk, even if he did break her heart. And she wasn't sure whether revenge was the way to go.
"No Scotty!" Delilah disagreed," He needs to get some taste of his own medicine." Delilah smirked.
"How?"
"He used you, right?" Scotty nodded," Well use him right back."
Scotty nodded, "How am I going to do that?"
"Seduce him, and then ruin him once he's sucked back in." Delilah grinned," It's genius I know." She bragged.
Scotty bit her lip," I don't know…" she said, unsure.
"Scotty, he didn't care about your feelings when he made a bet on you. So why should you care about his?" Delilah did have a point.
Scotty nodded," Okay. I'm in." Delilah grinned," So what are you going to do about the problem couple?"
"Oh, I have a few ideas up my sleeve, rest assured..." Delilah smirked.
"You're scary."
Delilah rested her chin on her palm and grinned," I know."
In another table, Keegan, Grayson, and the newest addition to the clan, Sam sat together. Grayson was retelling the story of when he broke his arm when he 13 from doing flips on a trampoline and suddenly landing on the concrete.
"As interesting and totally amazing your story is," Sam stated, a hint of sarcasm in her voice," It doesn't beat the time I fell off my aunt Quinn's and uncle Puck's roof when in L.A. when I was 9, I broke 6 bones and got a minor concussion.
Both Keegan and Grayson cringed," What were you even doing on the roof?" Keegan asked.
Sam thought for a moment," Oh, my brother Alex threw my soccer ball on the roof and told me to 'fetch'…so I did."
"Samantha Puckerman: daredevil since birth." Grayson stated, laughing.
Sam punched Grayson's arm harshly, Grayson groaning and rubbing his arm. Sam surely had quite the arm," Don't call me Samantha, peasants." She warned, waving her finger at them.
"Oh really?" Grayson raised an eyebrow," Does a peasant wear a very expensive watch?" the golden boy flashed his gold Nixon watch.
"No, but an idiot does." Sam retorted.
Keegan's mouth formed an 'o' shape as he listened to the audacity Sam had to talk back. She was definitely an opinioned person.
Grayson chuckled," This is why you are allowed to hang with us Puckerman." He replied.
Sam shrugged, "True." She paused," Can I tell you guys something?" both boys nodded. Sam leaned closer to them," So…remember your party Abrams?"
Grayson exhaled," No one can forget that party."
"Yeah, well, I may have hooked up with somebody…" she replied, trying to sound as casual as possible. But, failing to do so.
Both boys' jaws dropped, who knew Sam had it in her?" No way! Who?" Keegan exclaimed.
"This Vocal Adrenaline member, Xavier or something." She shrugged," I just needed to get it off my chest because I needed to tell someone."
"Vocal Adrenaline Xavier Winston?" Keegan exclaimed," He's bad news, I'd back off him."
"Why?" Sam asked.
"He's a total player—sleeps with anything with a female reproductive system." Keegan explained.
"Not to mention that he basically leads them on after they hook-up. He gives you his number and then asks you to call him back. And when you do—because you will—you start falling in love with him. That's his mind game. He has a weird thing for getting girls to fall for him—but never falling in love himself." Grayson replied.
"He's bad news Sam, if I was you, I wouldn't call him back or even try to contact him. Make it a one-time thing—but that's it." Keegan warned her.
Sam looked at them, they seemed to mean well so she should listen. But a part of her longed for the thrill and adventure of calling him back. They did after all say they were in it for the passion, not the love. "I guess." She replied casually.
Keegan nodded," In other news, I need to find a way to get back with Scotty."
"He said for the billionth time…" Grayson trailed off, biting into a red apple.
"No, I need to. It's been too long and I want her back so bad. I miss her, and I can't stand seeing her talk with other guys and act like we never happened." Keegan spoke.
"Get her jealous. Simple." Sam told him," The reason why she's showing no fucks about you is because you're being a little bitch and following her around like a lost puppy, pleading for forgiveness. Grow some balls and grab a girl—because we all know you are good-looking enough to obtain one—and flirt. Make sure she sees and she will get pissed."
"I agree." Grayson added in.
Keegan smiled," You're a genius. Now you have to help me get her jealous."
"Give me $20 and a strawberry-mango smoothie and I'm in." Sam smiled smugly.
"Deal."
Walking towards a table, Dorothy and Adeline were holding their lunch trays and talking about musicals again. The girls didn't notice there was spilled water on Dorothy's path, and continued walking.
In a flash, Dorothy slipped, and shrieked, all the contents in her tray flying out…directly to Delilah. The entire cafeteria grew completely silent as spaghetti and other foods were all over the cheerio captain's body.
"Oh my god Delilah I am so—"Dorothy quickly tried to apologize, attempting to help the girl clean up.
Delilah whacked the girl's hand away and sent her the death glare of the century," Don't touch me." She growled, standing up," So snatching Grayson away from me wasn't enough, huh? You have to publicly humiliate me gremlin?"
"It was an accident Delilah." Adeline spoke up, trying to defend Dorothy.
The blonde turned to Adeline," Shut up Adeline!" she hissed, before turning back to Dorothy," Since you seem to enjoy sloppy seconds so much Dorothy…" Delilah took one of the jock's mash potatoes with her hand and threw it on Dorothy's face.
Dorothy gasped as the food hit her. She looked at Delilah," It was a freaking accident Delilah!"
Before the other girl could respond, Grayson walked up to her," Hey Delilah!" Delilah turned and was met with a piece of pie with whipped cream to her face. The girl shrieked and Grayson smirked," You look like you could gain some calories in your diet." He looked at her," Leave my girlfriend alone."
Delilah scoffed," Oh yeah, Grayson Abrams?" she grabbed some spaghetti and threw it at his clothes," Screw you."
Then a pudgy teenage boy stood up and his voice boomed," FOOD FIGHT!"
And in the blink of an eye, the entire cafeteria began throwing food at each other. Others tried to dodge the fight, while others were having the time of their life throwing food at each other.
Izzy threw red Jell-O at Christian's once perfectly combed hair and Christian squealed before retaliating with peas, the two siblings bursting into a fit of laughter.
"Hey sweetheart! " Jonathan called to Adeline. The girl turned around and was met with vanilla pudding to her face.
Adeline gasped, wiping some of the pudding from her face, sizzling with anger. "Don't you listen Smythe-Karofsky?" she questioned, grabbing a sloppy Joe," Never call me 'sweetheart'!" and threw the sloppy Joe directly at Jonathan's perfect little face. And the two began throwing food at each other.
"Hey sis!" Gabe hollered through the noisy madness. Adrian turned around and was met with a whole pie to her face.
"Gabriel, it's on!" she laughed, before throwing mystery meat to her dear brother.
"Annie!" Gabe called his girlfriend in the middle of his food war with his twin," Help me out!"
The blonde smirked," Of course babe." She grabbed a piece of chocolate cake and smashed it on his face. She grew into a fit of giggled as Gabe chuckled.
"Wrong move, Hummel-Anderson!" before throwing some food at her.
Cheryl was trying her best to hide under the tables—wanting to keep her outfit perfectly clean. Nikki scooted down under the table where Cheryl was hiding and grinned," Why is my girlfriend hiding under a table? The fun is out there babe!" Nikki exclaimed.
"Ah, no." the brunette disagreed," I would much rather stay clean."
Nikki smirked," Not on my watch." Nikki suddenly took Cheryl's hand and got her out of the table and exposed to the food fight.
Cheryl tried to break free of Nikki's grasp," Oh my god, Nikki let go!" she said, trying to dodge food flying by.
"Did you say throw pie to your hair?" Nikki questioned," Why of course!" and a banana cream pie hit Cheryl's once perfectly styled curls were full of whip cream and pie.
Cheryl gasped and then looked at Nikki," You did not!" she exclaimed.
Nikki grabbed some of the whip cream from Cheryl's hair and tasted it," But I did…"
Cheryl bit her lip before grabbing some mashed potatoes and throwing them to Nikki who laughed and the two started throwing food at each other.
Nikki and Cheryl stopped throwing food at each other and sat down on the food-filled floors and were giggling;" You're a mess!" Nikki exclaimed.
"So are you!" Cheryl laughed, as she tossed a noodle from Nikki's blonde hair. "But you still manage to look absolutely beautiful." And the two shared a kiss, tasting mixtures of spaghetti and banana cream pie.
"Best. Food fight. Ever." Nikki whispered as they kissed again.
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
After the food fight fiasco, Will Schuester gathered the New Directions in the choir room. He was definitely filled with excitement with the idea he came up with (thanks to the inspiration of Nikki)," All right guys!" he said, suppressing laughter from the food stained students in front of him. "I'm sure you guys had one hell of a ride beforehand," Mr. Schue laughed," but now, we're getting down to business!" the teacher walked up to the board and wrote: "Let's Dance!"
"Oh geez…" Rowan muttered as she flicked off some peas from her messy ponytail.
"This week, it's going to be dance-filled performances!" he exclaimed," Now, some of us struggle with dancing—"
"Connor." Rowan coughed, earning a glare from Connor himself.
"Which is why, with the help of Nikki, she and I will bring Booty Camp back!" Will grinned.
Aaron raised his hand, his clothes stained with just about every food imaginable," Uh, the hell is Booty Camp? It sounds like a place you go to when you want to get butt implants." He looked at Rowan," Honey, I think you should consider that. Your ass is starting to get soggy." Causing Rowan to glare at him.
Will decided to ignore the bickering and continued," Booty Camp is where the ones that need help in dancing get a chance to improve. Helping me lead Booty Camp will be Miss Nikki Puckerman." Nikki grinned proudly and tried not to be too cocky about the position.
Delilah raised her hand," I object. I don't think it's fair that Nikki gets to be lead of Booty Camp, you have other amazing dancers that could also fill that position."
"Ew, nobody wants to learn ballet Puckerman." Izzy rolled her eyes," That shit's not for everyone. Besides, who even does ballet anymore?"
Delilah scoffed," I don't just do ballet, genius." She said, glaring at Izzy," I'm actually a pretty well-rounded dancer—more than you think."
"I don't think Nikki or Delilah should get the position." Gabe spoke up," I should. Shoot, who will be attending Julliard this upcoming fall?" he smirked," Not you guys!"
Rowan scoffed," Forgetting someone? Oh right, Ethan." She smiled proudly," My boyfriend is an amazing dancer that can beat you all on the dance floor! He should be the one leading Booty Camp!"
Ethan blushed," I-I mean, I-I-I guess…" he stammered, rubbing the back of his neck.
Will looked at all the members before grinning," All right, I know how to settle this." He paused," Diva dance-off. You four will be having a dance off this week in the auditorium. The rest of us will determine the best dancer, who will then be crowned the lead of Booty Camp. In the meantime…" Mr. Schue paused," the people who will assist Booty Camp are:"
"Connor." Connor muttered.
"Connor." Mr. Schue said, listing the people Nikki and he had chosen," Ellie." Ellie nodded, she knew she wasn't the best dancer here, but she wasn't the worse either. "Aidan." The blue-eyed boy couldn't agree more with being in Booty Camp, because he sucked. "Annie." Annie honestly couldn't care less. She had other problems to deal with than that stupid thing. "Mason." The boy simply shrugged carelessly." Scotty."
"Surprise, surprise." Scotty mumbled. Sure, she did have a few moves here and there, but she was still a klutz.
"Christian." Mr. Schue continued listing. Christian knew he was probably one of the worst dancers here, he was awkward and unbalanced while dancing—not a pretty picture. "Cheryl."
"I'm sorry, what?" Cheryl questioned," I'll have you know I've been trained in ballet since I was four years old."
"And yet, still did not help you out, did it Hudson?" Izzy retorted.
Mr. Schue looked at Cheryl," We're picking those who need some improvement…to those who need a lot more." Cheryl rolled her eyes. Mr. Schue continued," Aaron."
"Teacher say what now?" Aaron questioned.
"Twerking isn't dancing Aaron." Jonathan retorted," You basically dance like a young Miley Cyrus—that's a very hard thing to see."
Aaron glared at him," At least people enjoy watching me shake my goods. You on the other hand…"
Mr. Schue coughed," Anyway," he continued," we will also be having Orion and Sam partake in Booty Camp."
"What? Just because I'm a newbie here?" Sam questioned," I can dance, I assure you that."
"You still have to participate in Booty Camp. We made our choices Sam, and that's final." Mr. Schue said firmly and Sam scoffed, leaning back in her seat. "For the rest of you, you will all be coming up with a dance performance as well. Whether it's in groups, pairs, or solos—go big or go home!" he clapped his hands together.
Everyone eventually dispersed into their own groups during glee and Adeline and Dorothy looked at each other with an eager expression, "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Dorothy squealed.
Adeline grinned," Anything Goes!" the two chorused.
The two friends high-fived," We totally have to do a tap-dancing number together! It will be brilliant!" Adeline gushed. And the two girls began throwing out ideas about what'd they wear, what song choice, the choreography, and other details.
Delilah watched the scene and rolled her eyes. She reached over to tap Adeline's shoulder and the girl turned around, "What's up Dee?"
"We need to talk." She ordered," Privately." Adeline looked at her suspiciously before she followed her out to the empty hallways. "Listen, Adeline, you know you're my best friend and I love you…but we have an issue in our hands…"Delilah told her as they walked down the hallways.
"What is it?" Adeline asked.
Delilah pursed her lips and looked Adeline," Your friendship with Dorothy." Delilah scowled," It's coming across our own."
"No it's not Delilah! We're still as close as ever—"Adeline tried to explain.
"Are we? Because you've been pretty busy belting out show tunes and basically stitching yourself to that annoying, loud-mouthed home wrecker's hip to have time to be with your other friends. Rowan and I, you remember we exist, right?" Delilah told her, crossing her arms.
"Of course I do—"
"We've been your friends since birth Adeline; we've been there for you many more times than Dorothy has. You've known her, what? A couple months? You've known us for many years, we're practically sisters." The blonde interrupted again.
Adeline nodded, "I know you are, but Dorothy's my friend. And we have a lot in common and I really enjoy being friends with her."
Delilah chuckled dryly," You're clearly not getting the point."
"What's the point then?"
"I don't want you to be friends with Dorothy anymore."
"What?!" Adeline exclaimed," You have got to be kidding me—"
"Actually, no. I'm not kidding." Delilah said," You know that Dorothy and I are not in good terms—"
"So why throw me in the middle of it?" Adeline cut off," This is between you and Dorothy—not me! I shouldn't have to pay for what you are fighting about."
Delilah took a step towards Adeline," I'm not going to argue with you Adeline. If you perform that number with Dorothy, you're done with me." She crossed her arms," Pick a side: me…or Dorothy." And with that, the cheerio captain walked back to glee.
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
"Okay, so…" Dorothy walked down the hallways with Ben," we've tried many different possibilities in getting you and Ellie together…and none of them have worked so far."
"Basically." Ben mumbled, adjusting his backpack," You know, I think I should just give up—"
"No!" Dorothy exclaimed, turning to Ben with a determined expression," You two are perfect for each other, and I will not give up until both of you are together and madly in love!"
Ben smiled," Your determination is inspiring." He chuckled.
Dorothy laughed awkwardly," I'm sorry," she shook her head," I just really want to see Ellie happy—not saying she needs a guy to be happy—but the thing is, I know she can be happy with you. And I love Ellie a lot, and I want nothing more than to see her be herself. And she's that way when she's with you."
"I am too." He bit his lip," Ellie is different in the best way possible. She understands me more than I could ever understand myself. I could easily open up to her and just tell her everything I'm feeling, and she listens. She's beautiful not only in appearance, but in heart. She's amazing." Ben smiled, blushing," And honestly…I'm in love with her." Ben turned red," It's stupid I know—"
Dorothy squealed," No! It's not…it's adorable! She's really lucky to have you in her life."
"Thanks." Ben nodded," She's really lucky to have a sister who looks out for her too."
Dorothy nodded," I know." And Ben laughed," But anyway, I think I know what you should do to—hopefully—win her over."
"What is it?"
Dorothy looked at him with a sly grin," Three words:" she paused," Performance of the century."
"That's four words, actually."
"Way to ruin the dramatic approach."
"Anytime."

Malina looked at the powerful painting in front of her intensely," Dude, you have a gift." She turned to Dani who was cleaning some paint brushes in her garage. Dani was wearing an old band t-shirt with ratty jeans and black converse—her hair in a loose ponytail and paint on her face. "Have you considered showing this to other people? You could easily score getting in an art show—I know people. I mean, I have done photography and not even my work compares to this flawless art!" Malina told her, looking back at the painting. The painting was in dark, melancholy colors. It was of a girl. On the left side of her face, she had make-up on and looked gorgeous and totally okay. But on the right side, she had red-rimmed eyes and mascara-staining tears rolling down her right cheek. Cuts and bruises on her face. But one thing that really made the painting speak out to you were the eyes. They were filled with fear and pain, and only few people could express that.
Dani didn't look up, and shook her head," No, I don't like showing my art to others. It'd reveal too much about me." She muttered.
Malina crossed her arms," Sometimes revealing yourself can be a good thing—it's liberating." She replied.
Dani looked up, putting her paintbrushes aside," Not when people look at you like a sad, lost case—or worse—a slut. Thinking it's your fault for what happened to you. I've been judged enough, I don't need people judging my art as well." Dani snapped. The younger girl then sighed," I'm sorry." She apologized.
The other girl shrugged," Don't be. I like it when you open up to me."
Dani nodded," Yeah…" she trailed off, grabbing a paint brush and going back to the painting she was working on currently.
Malina sighed, watching her paint. The painting was amazing as well. It was in black, red, and a dark yellow. It was a girl, she had her hands on her face and she looked frustrated, scared, and tired all at once. "Why did you create this one?" the tanned girl asked softly.
Dani shrugged," Just because…" she mumbled, not bothering to turn to Malina.
Malina scoffed," Like I'd ever believe that." The girl replied," You paint these things when you feel these things…what's wrong?"
The other girl shook her head," Nothing."
Malina wasn't going to let Dani close herself off and bottle everything to herself," Nothing my ass." She walked closer to Dani," Don't you dare hide yourself from me Ambrose…because you can't. You can trust me on whatever you say and you know that."
"I know." Dani said softly.
"Then show me."
Dani sighed, slowly putting her paint brush down and running her hands through her brown hair. "I'm scared." She confessed.
"Of what?" Malina asked.
"Falling in too deep." Dani told her," I-I…I don't want to be attached to him."
"Who?"
"Aidan." Dani said, sighing," The more I'm with him, the more I fall in love with him. And once that happens, I'm going to get attached and I'm going to get hurt. And I can't let that happen again."
Both girls sat down on the floor and Malina smiled softly," There's nothing wrong with falling in love Dani." She told her," It's a beautiful thing."
"To some people…but not to me."
"Because you don't let it be."
Dani sighed and bit her lip," I thought I could handle it—being with someone again. But…I still get jittery when Aidan kisses me…or hugs me…or says something to me." Dani hugged herself," An-and if he finds out more about me, I feel like he won't be able to handle it and he'll leave me once I get too attached to him. I don't want to be attached to him. I don't want to be the girl I was before. I don't want to—"
"To what? Feel?" Malina questioned, putting her arm around the girl," Dani, I know you're still afraid, but you know Aidan is nothing like Travis—far from it. Don't let your past get in the way of your future. Aidan is an amazing boy with an amazing heart, he loves you unconditionally…I see it in his eyes. Nothing you say will change the way he feels about you."
"I know." Dani replied.
Malina stared at the girl," There's more to it than what you just told me. What else is wrong?"
Dani looked at Malina who nodded for her to tell her. She gulped," The nightmares are back…." Dani paused," It's been a year already…since it happened." Tears streamed down the girl's cheeks.
"Oh Dani…" Malina enveloped the girl in a tight hug as Dani started crying," It's okay."
The other girl shook her head," No i-it's not!" she exclaimed," Look at me! Look at the girl I am now because of him! I can't let myself be loved because of him. I can't find the reason to keep going because of him! I can only keep up a front for so long…"
Malina sighed," Listen to me Danielle Ambrose, you are one of the strongest girls I know. You are brave and amazing, you are not a wreck. I've seen wrecks, and you are nowhere near close. If you were a wreck, I wouldn't even be talking to you right now." She cupped the girl's face," If you wanted to give up, you would have already…but you haven't. And you won't. You have a ton of reasons to keep going, I can give you a whole list if you want to." Malina gulped," He does not control you anymore, do you understand? You control yourself, nobody else can. Don't be afraid to live, you deserve to live again. Don't let him win. He's not worth it."
Dani stopped crying and smiled softly," You always know the right things to say in the right moment." She laughed lightly, wiping tears away.
Malina shrugged, "It's one of my many talents." Malina chuckled.
Dani laughed," What would I do without you?"
"Nothing. Your life would be less spontaneous without me." Malina joked.
Dani shook her head, giggling," Moving on from me…how are you? You know, with Adrian and all." Malina blushed and bit her lip, giggling. Dani rolled her eyes playfully," That basically sums it up for me."
Malina laughed," Things are great—really great." Malina paused. "I don't think anything could ruin what we have actually…"

Walking out of the Lima Bean, Adara had both her headphones in and listening to music on the highest volume possible. She seemed to drift off into her own world, forgetting about the real one. And suddenly, collided with a larger body—bringing her back to the real world.
The redhead took of her headphones and immediately apologized," Oh my gosh, I'm so sorr—"she stopped herself when she realized who it was. Her expression immediately turned cold and tried to walk away.
"Adara wait." Oliver said softly, grabbing her arm.
Adara jerked his hand away," What?!" she snapped," What else could you possibly want from me?" she glared at him.
Oliver looked down at the ground, shuffling his feet," I…I just want to talk." He murmured.
Adara crossed her arms," Yeah, well there's nothing to talk about." She turned to leave.
"Don't let this be over yet."
Adara turned around, a sad expression on her face," It was over when you made your choice." She paused," I told you…when you knew it was me all along…it'd be too late."
Oliver shook his head," No! No!" he sighed," It's never too late." He stepped closer to her," I know I messed up—badly. But if you give me the chance—"he tried to explain.
"You had your chance Oliver, and you didn't take it." She cut off," I've been hurt enough by you." She put her finger on his chest," Do you know how many freaking times I've cried for you?" she held back tears," Tons. You made me feel like I wasn't good enough for you, and I should have never cared. But I did care. "she looked at him straight in the eye," I cared a lot…" she paused," and I still freaking care." Adara gulped, shaking her head," Forget you." And turned to walk away.
" Adara, wait!" Oliver exclaimed, bringing her back to him. He cupped her face and brought his lips to her own. Adara closed her eyes and grabbed his neck, feeling her stomach tie in knots and sparks ignite. Oliver broke the kiss and put his forehead against hers and looked at her straight in the eye," I hate how we never got our chance to see what we could've been. I hate how I know I'm not over you and I pretend to be. I hate how you're totally moved on when you have no idea I haven't." he closed his eyes," Please don't let this be over…please." He pleaded, his voice cracking.
Adara gulped, shaking her head and pushing him away," No." she told him, wiping tears away," I can't do this Oliver, I'm sorry." She let out a shaky breath," I'm not going to stress over you anymore, it isn't worth it. I tried to work something out, but you just ignored it." she paused," I'm not trying to say that I don't want you because I definitely do…" Adara watched as Oliver's face crumpled," all I'm saying is I'm done chasing after you." And with that, Adara walked away from Oliver who had tears trickling down his cheeks.
The boy wiped the tears away, but more just kept on slipping down. He fucked up, badly. He watched as her strawberry blonde hair slowly seemed harder to see…and not once did she turn around. Watching her walk away from him hurt more than anything in the world.
Oliver turned his heel in the other direction and started walking, heartbroken.
I remember when you lost your head
Sometimes I wonder how you stay so sad
When you're so beautiful, Oliver sang out as he put his hands in his pockets.
I remember every word you said
How you were scared because you'd never been
Somewhere so beautiful
So beautiful, he intoned as he spun around nonchalantly.
His heart felt like it was slowly crumpling to dust, knowing that whatever chance he had with her was gone, So tell me why we're talking when we dance so good
So tell me why we're talking when we dance so good
I know you can't stay
But I wish you would
Yeah, I wish you would
Yeah, I wish you would, he sang softly as he shuffled towards a lamp post and grabbed it, as to support himself from falling because of a heavy, broken heart.
Now you tell me that you're on the mend
Sometimes I wonder how you don't go mad
When you're so beautiful
So beautiful, Oliver spun around the lamp post and then fell to the ground.
So beautiful
So beautiful, the boy sang sadly.
So tell me why we're talking when we dance so good
So tell me why we're talking when we dance so good
I know you can't stay
But I wish you would
Yeah, I wish you would
Yeah, I wish you would, he sang, standing up and punching a wall angrily—the throbbing pain hurting less than anything else.
You know that regret you have when you realize that the best thing you could ever have was right there in front of you, but you never see it until it's too late? That's the regret he carried at that very moment, I remember when you lost your head
Sometimes I wonder how you stay so sad
When you're so beautiful
You're so beautiful
Oliver belted, So beautiful
So beautiful
So beautiful
So beautiful
So tell me why we're talking when we dance so good
So tell me why we're talking when we dance so good, Oliver sang as he took out his video camera and watched old videos he took of Adara when he had a chance. He watched her laugh as she tried to push the camera away from her and Oliver insisted he record her. Such a bittersweet memory.
I know you can't stay
But I wish you would
Yeah, I wish you would
Yeah, I wish you would, he sang softly as he sighed, tilting his head back and closing his eyes. Everything he touched seemed to break in the blink of an eye.
"When can you do something right?" he asked himself, putting his hands on his face.

Heather strolled down the hallways with an evil smirk on her face as she walked straight to the person she was looking for. "Hey, preggers." She greeted to the person at her locker.
Annie turned to her," I'm sorry?" she questioned.
Heather rolled her eyes," Cut the bullshit and let's get to the point." She snapped," I know your little secret."
Annie's eyes widened," You…it was you." She glared at her," Listen to me, you will not tell anyone—"she growled.
Heather chuckled dryly," Yes, I sent the text Juno. And I won't tell anyone…but you have to do something for me first."
The blonde crossed her arms," I don't take orders." She replied.
"Well, unless you want everyone to know about the devil spawn that you're carrying…you should reconsider." Heather smirked. "Poor Gabe…such a bright future ahead of him." She said with fake-sympathy," It could all be ruined, thanks to you." She leaned towards Annie's ear," If you truly love your boyfriend, you should do this…it's the least you could do, slut." And Heather smirked, walking away from Annie.
Annie leaned against her locker, sighing. What was she going to do?

At Dalton Academy, Tony was alone in the music room that he'd reserved for the next two hours. There were tons of music sheets scattered everywhere—some crumpled while others lay around the grand piano. Around eight pens were on top of the piano—some out of ink from all the scribbling and scratching as the boy composed.
The boy sighed, crumpling another paper and throwing it on the floor with the others. He was all out of inspiration to compose a piece to show his dad who always encouraged Tony to show him more work.
"Looking a little frustrated there Tony?" a voice spoke up.
Tony looked up and could feel his insides turn to knots," Hey Delilah." He greeted quietly.
The blonde nodded to him, wearing a baggy, lavender sweatshirt with black yoga pants and flats. Her hair was tied into a high ponytail, but some strands of her golden blonde hair had gotten loose. Tony knew she had been dancing before she had arrived here. The attire and her dance bag gave it away. She looked absolutely beautiful—even in the simplest of clothing.
Delilah stepped closer to him," What are you working on?" she asked. She loved hanging out with Tony. The pressure to be perfect and someone else she wasn't faded away when she was with Tony, she could just be herself, and Tony would never once judge her for being otherwise.
He shrugged," Some music piece. But I can't think of anything." He replied quietly.
Delilah nodded, leaning against the piano and putting her bag down," Well maybe, I can be your muse." She giggled.
Tony smiled softly," Maybe."
She looked around the room," This was a dance studio before, wasn't it?" she asked.
Tony nodded," Yeah, they made a bigger one so they just turned this one into the music room. The mirrors and the floor gives it away." He replied.
"Yeah…" she trailed off. The blonde turned to him," Play something. I feel like dancing now."
"I don't know what to play."
The girl kicked off her flats and walked to the center of the room where there were no instruments nearby that'll cause her to run into them and embarrass the hell out of herself. "Just…play." She looked at him," Don't think about it too much, just let your fingers do all the work."
The boy nodded," Okay." The boy closed his eyes and placed his fingers on the piano keys and did what Delilah said…let the fingers do all the work. He began playing a soft piano piece and Delilah closed her eyes, letting herself get acquainted with the music before she began gracefully moving slowly, pushing out all the thoughts that haunted and hurt her away and just focused on dancing.
As Tony effortlessly played a beautiful, haunting piece that just came naturally to him, he opened his eyes and watched in awe as the ballerina spun around in an effortless grace. He could tell how lost she was in the dance as her eyes remained shut as she danced. There was his talented muse.
She just went with what her body wanted her to move—her soul was in command in how she moved.
Tony continued watching Delilah dance while he played. Suddenly, she arched her back and her flat stomach was revealed, with suspicious red lines on her stomach. But before he could look closer, Delilah spun around.
Tony's fingers felt the song was over, so he stopped and Delilah opened her eyes and smiled at him. "That was amazing Tony!" she praised.
But Tony didn't even smile back. Instead, he got up and walked up to her. Delilah raised an eyebrow and once Tony was right in front of her, he lifted her sweatshirt up. Tony saw the red lines; some were fresh while others were older. There had to be about 10 lines there.
Her eyes widened," Tony! What the hell?" she pushed him away and hugged herself, glaring at him. "You don't just do that to people!"
"Why do you have that?"
She looked the other way," Adeline's dog scratched me on accident." She replied, hoping to sound convincing.
Tony wasn't stupid; he knew exactly what they were. And they weren't from a dog. "I know what they are."
Delilah looked at him," No, you don't."
"You don't have to lie to me."
"I'm not lying!" she said defensively.
Tony looked at her," Why do you do it?"
"I don't do anything!" Delilah replied, wanting to run from here, but couldn't.
"You're cutting yourself, that's something." he retorted, talking louder than he had before. "And don't you try telling me you're not because all I need to do is lift up your shirt to see the proof right there."
A tear slid down her cheek," You don't get it."
"Then explain it to me." He stepped closer to her, looking deep into those green orbs of hers. And in that moment, he realized how broken she truly was.
She shook her head, walking past him and slipping her flats on and grabbing her bag," I have nothing to explain." Delilah replied, walking out the door.
Tony bit his lip as he blurted out," I'm autistic!"
Delilah stopped walking and turned around," What?"
Tony looked down," I…I have High Functioning Autism. In other words…I'm a freak." He gulped," I didn't want to tell you because I didn't want you to think I was some retarded freak. But…" he paused," I wanted you to know that you're not the only person in this world that feels alone." Tony's voice cracked as he tried suppressing tears.
Delilah dropped her bag and embraced him in a tight hug," You are not a freak Tony." She told him, tears of her own falling down her cheeks," I don't look at you any differently, because you're still the same boy that sees me—the real me."
The two sat down on the floor, Tony wiping tears from his eyes. He looked away from her," She never explained it to him." He said softly.
Delilah turned to him," What didn't she explain?"
"Why she does it." He replied.
The blonde exhaled, wiping tears away. "She's…she's never been good enough. "She began," For anyone or anything for that matter. All she wants is to be perfect, just like her family is. But she can't. Because she looks in the mirror and sees flaws."
"What flaws does she see?"
Delilah pursed her lips and hugged her knees," She's too fat. Too short. She's not pretty—not like her mother or her sisters'. She's worthless. She's stupid. She's not good enough for… anything."
"Why did she start?"
"Because she needs control over something in her life. And it takes away the pain, even if it's just for a little while."
"Is that why she doesn't eat?"
Delilah looked at him," What did he say?"
Tony turned to look at her," He noticed how skinny she's gotten…is that another thing she hides?"
Delilah turned away and tears streamed down her cheeks," Yes." She whispered.
"Why?"
"She needs to try." Delilah replied," She needs to try to be close to perfect—close to normal. And she's…she's not there yet."
"She's already perfect."
Delilah smiled," So is he."
He looked into her eyes," Where else has she done it?"
Delilah couldn't hide anything else from him. She placed her legs flat on the ground and then pulled down her yoga pants a bit, revealing the first cuts she ever made. "FAT"
Tony stared at them, and then softly ran his fingers through the scar. He closed his eyes," Promise him that she won't do it again." He said softly.
Delilah gulped, hiding her scars again and crossing her arms," Only if he promises not to tell."
Tony opened his eyes. He didn't know what else to do," Okay."
"Okay."
They stared at each other for a couple moments before Tony unexpectedly kissed her. Delilah was taken back, one of her best friends was kissing her.
But just as quick as he kissed her, she left.

The next day during glee club, everyone was seated and Mr. Schue grinned, clapping his hands together," All right! So does anyone have anything prepared for dance-week?" he asked with clear excitement.
Nobody replied, well, almost everybody.
"Ben does." Dorothy spoke up from her seat next to Grayson. She turned to Ben, a grin on her face. Ben had a gray suit, gray fedora, and black dress shoes. He was dressed just like Frank Sinatra. The boy gulped.
Mr. Schue's face lit up," Really? Well the floor is yours Ben! Come on!" he exclaimed.
Ben nodded, feeling incredibly nervous as he stepped off his chair and towards the center of the choir room. He glanced at everyone in the room, and then his eyes met Ellie's. The girl gave him an assuring smile and nodded to him. Ben smiled, remembering exactly why he was performing.
"Hey! Where's the drums?" Ben exclaimed and then the drummer grinned, hitting those drums and then an upbeat sound came in.
Oh whoa-oh-oh-oh, Ben did some perfect runs as he bobbed his head to the beat and clapped his hands—everyone joining in afterwards.
Let's go!
Ooh girl you're shining
Like a 5th avenue diamond
And they don't make you like they used to
You're never going out of style, Ben sang while shuffling across the room and grinning.
Grayson and Jonathan joined Ben as backup dancers and the three began doing some upbeat choreography, Ooh pretty baby
This world might've gone crazy
The way you save me
Who can blame me
When I just wanna make you smile?, Ben sang, looking straight at Ellie who was smiling as well.
Suddenly, Grayson and Jonathan grabbed Ben and ripped off his suit and pants and threw his hat to the side. And under his suit he had a black and white striped t-shirt with black skinny jeans. His hair was quickly combed up like Elvis Presley's and then put on a black leather jacket (and weirdly having changed his dress shoes to black converse…). Everybody cheered at how quick Ben managed to change and then the three boys broke out into some new choreography.
I wanna thrill you like Michael, they did some quick and classic MJ moves.
I wanna kiss you like Prince, Ben sang as they danced.
Let's get it on like Marvin Gaye
Like Hathaway
Write a song for you like this
Everyone danced in their seats as the three boys broke out into some funky moves, You're over my head
I'm out of my mind
Thinking I was born in the wrong time
One of a kind, living in a world gone plastic
Baby you're so classic
Baby you're so classic, Ben sang, looking straight at Ellie and grinning.
Baby you,
Baby you're so classic, Ellie smiled at Ben's performance.
Four dozen of roses
Anything for you to notice, Ben intoned as he walked up to Ellie, on knee in front of her.
All the way to serenade you
Doing it Sinatra style, he grinned, handing her a colorful bouquet of daisies. Ellie blushed and took the flowers, watching the performance unravel.
Ima pick you up in a Cadillac
Like a gentleman bringin' glamour back
Keep it reel to reel in the way I feel
I could walk you down the aisle, Ben sang as he did a back flip and joined Jonathan and Grayson on the funky choreography again.
The three boys threw in some MJ moves, I wanna thrill you like Michael
I wanna kiss you like Prince
Let's get it on like Marvin Gaye, the three boys did a quick thrust.
Like Hathaway
Write a song for you like this, Ben pointed to Ellie and then winked at her, making the girl blush. Dorothy watched, leaning back in her chair in satisfaction. She made one fine match-maker.
Grayson and Jonathan took off Ben's black leather jacket and ripped his striped t-shirt and under it, it revealed a white t-shirt. Jonathan put on a red leather jacket for Ben that looked like Michael Jackson's "Beat It" leather jacket. Ben put on a single sequined glove and put on a black fedora. Everyone cheered again at the quick, unreal changes he did.
Ben broke into the chorus again and sang, You're over my head
I'm out of my mind
Thinking I was born in the wrong time
It's love on rewind,
Everything is so throwback-ish, Ben sang and Jonathan and Grayson sang in the background, (I kinda like it, like it)
Out of my league
Old school chic
Like a movie star
From the silver screen, Ben incorporated some tough hip-hop moves and acrobatics.
You're one of a kind living in a world gone plastic
Baby you're so classic
Baby you're so classic
Baby you're so classic, Ben sang as he moonwalked across the room. He hoped that this would show Ellie how far he was willing to go for her. Heck, even farther.
Ben broke out into a rap, Baby you're class and baby you're sick
I never met a girl like you ever til we met
A star in the 40s, centrefold in the 50s, Ben grinned, pointing at Ellie.
Got me tripping out like the sixties
Hippies Queen of the discotheque
A 70s dream and an 80s best
Hepburn, Beyoncé, Marilyn, Massive
Girl you're timeless, just so classic, Ben rapped, winking at Ellie who couldn't help but giggle and smile.
Ben then ripped off his Michael Jackson clothes and almost magically changed to his own style, wearing an acid red oxford shirt with a burgundy bowtie. He had on maroon Supras and a maroon snapback.
You're over my head I'm out of my mind
Thinking I was born in the wrong time
It's love on rewind,
Everything is so throwback-ish (I kinda like it, like it)
Out of my league
Old school chic
Like a movie star
From the silver screen
You're one of a kind living in a world gone plastic, Ben sang as he danced with Jonathan and Grayson.
Baby you're so classic
Baby you're so classic, he belted as he stood in front of Ellie, grinning.
Baby you're so classic, Ben finished the song and everyone cheered.
"That was freaking awesome!" Aaron exclaimed.
Mr. Schue nodded in agreement," That was a really impressive performance Ben, great job! I don't know if anyone can top that…" Mr. Schue grinned.
Ben nodded," Thanks Mr. Schue." He said, out of breath. Ben then looked at Elli expectantly. And so did everyone else, since they saw clearly that Ben was serenading for her.
"Ben…" Ellie began, smiling. Everyone else leaned closer to hear what she had to say," That was an amazing thing you put together for me…you're such an amazing friend!" she exclaimed, getting up to hug Ben who frowned…friend. Ellie was clearly oblivious to the message given. But Ben still hugged Ellie.
Everyone else sighed in disappointment and Sam turned to Keegan," He's no longer in the friend zone…he's in friend prison."
"Dear lord that boy is cursed!" Aaron exclaimed, shaking his head. And everyone else agreed.
Dorothy sighed and face palmed," I take it back…I am not meant to be match-maker…" she said to herself.

After glee, Dorothy walked towards her locker to get her binder for English class. Once the girl retrieved her binder and shut her locker, she saw her best friend walking down the hallways, Adeline's ponytail swishing back and forth while she walked. Dorothy grinned; she had wanted to talk to Adeline about rehearsing for their amazing dance performance for this week.
The blue-eyed thespian ran up to her Broadway bestie," Addie! Wait up!"
Adeline turned her head and smiled softly, slowing down so Dorothy could catch up to her. Dorothy did and grinned," Hey! So I've been meaning to talk about times you could be available to rehearse our number for glee this week. Our performance is going to be fabulous with enough practice." The youngest Smythe-Karofsky began rambling excitingly.
Adeline sighed," Dorothy…"
The other girl didn't seem to hear her and continued rambling," Oh! And get this: I managed to convince the drama club to be back-up for us!" Dorothy squealed," I had to do a lot of convincing, but this is going to be the performance of the century! I can feel it!" Dorothy exclaimed.
Adeline bit her lip," Dorothy." she tried again, louder this time.
The girl didn't seem to hear and continued her rather long ramble," Oh! And I forgot to mention that—"
"Dorothy!" Adeline practically yelled.
The blue-eyed girl stopped talking and turned to her," What?" she asked," Am I talking too much?" the chestnut hair girl sighed," I'm sorry, I get too excited and I start talking a lot and then I have a difficult time stopping—"
Adeline giggled," No, you're fine." She shook her head," I…" she sighed," I have to tell you something."
Dorothy nodded," Okay…" she looked at her friend suspiciously.
Adeline pulled Dorothy into an empty classroom and Adeline paced back and forth," Well…" she began, but Adeline couldn't seem to think of what to say.
"Well, what?" Dorothy asked, looking at Adeline worriedly.
Adeline stared at her and then said," She's making me choose."
"What?"
Adeline bit her lip and leaned against a desk," Delilah talked to me today…she told me I had to pick a side: you…or her." The girl explained.
Dorothy crossed her arms and looked away," Oh." Was all she could say.
"Yeah."
The two friends remained silent in the empty classroom. Dorothy was truly frustrated; Delilah shouldn't drag Adeline into their rivalry! Honestly, Adeline was the only friend (other than Eli) she could truly depend on and trust. And now, Delilah was trying to take that away.
"I understand, you know." Dorothy spoke up," If you choose her, I understand…"
Adeline gulped," I shouldn't have to choose between you two—both of you are my friends! I don't…I don't want to pick."
"But you have to, she's telling you to." Dorothy told her," And, you've been friends with her the longest…you practically grew up with her. You've only known me for a couple months."
"And in those couple of months, you've proven to be a true and amazing friend Dorothy." Adeline replied.
Dorothy smiled softly," You have too." She paused," Can we at least end with a final awesome performance? I really wanted to perform with you."
Adeline sighed," Delilah told me that if I perform with you, I choose you. If I don't…I choose her."
Dorothy scoffed and lost whatever self control she had left," I can't believe her! God, you're not even involved in this!" the girl exclaimed angrily, letting her feelings show now," If she truly was your friend Adeline, she wouldn't care who you associate with. Yes, I took Grayson away from her—and I regret the way we handled things, but why would she take away the only friend I have in this stupid school?" Dorothy could feel angry tears forming. The girl kicked a chair angrily and put her hands on her face.
"Dory…" Adeline put her hand on Dorothy's shoulder.
The other girl sighed," Look, I don't want to be a total bitch…and I know I'm totally contradicting myself right now," Dorothy paused," but if you choose her…you're no worse than she is." And Dorothy left.
Adeline sighed," Dorothy wait!" she called after her, walking towards the hallways again, but the girl was long gone. "Damn it!" Adeline cursed to herself. She hated being indecisive. But, one part of her wanted to choose Dorothy and be happy Broadway besties. But, the other side wanted to pick Delilah, who she's known since birth. Not only that, but Dorothy would bring her down the social ladder. And Delilah wouldn't. Even though Adeline hated to admit it, she liked being popular. She saw how Cheryl was often treated with those horrendous slushy facials. Or her mom retelling cringing stories of her high school experience, and she didn't want to have to go through that.
Adeline sighed in defeat and turned the other way to leave, suddenly colliding with another body. The other person grabbed her, so the girl wouldn't fall back.
"Oh gosh, I'm so—"Adeline stopped herself and scowled when she realized who she ran into.
Jonathan smirked," Can't get enough of me, can you?" he winked. Adeline scoffed and walked past him, but Jonathan trailed behind her," Oh sweetheart, don't break my heart here!" he exclaimed, laughing.
Adeline turned around and poked his chest," For the last time," she growled;" don't call me 'sweetheart'." Adeline really didn't want to deal with Jonathan right now; all he did was made her want to punch him repeatedly in the face.
The boy shrugged," Whatever you say sweetheart." Adeline rolled her eyes and continued walking," So Adeline," he caught up to her," how's the hickey doing? Mine is still recovering from a wonderful night making out with you."
Adeline closed her eyes and exhaled," Jonathan… I honestly do not want to recall that event. I honestly spent hours decontaminating myself from any trace of you."
The two walked in the library, walking through the aisles of bookshelves. "Well Ms. Hudson, I'm sure you recall that night before you go to bed…" he leaned closer to her, their faces this close," and you just get so turned on thinking about me kissing you the way I kissed you, and touching you the way I touched you." Jonathan said in a husky voice.
For a moment, Adeline did feel aroused. But the girl rolled her eyes and continued walking down the aisles of bookshelves before she settled by one, looking through books. "Jonathan, do me a favor and disappear from my life?"
"Not a chance sweetheart."
"I'm sure there are tons of girls you could sleep with, don't bother with me." Adeline replied, looking at the back of a book.
He laughed," Why do you assume I want to sleep with every girl I see?"
"Because you do."
He leaned against the bookshelf and stared at her," Well maybe," he agreed. "But," he paused," some girls are worth doing more than hooking up."
Adeline looked at him and he smiled softly. It almost seemed so convincing that he liked—
She shook her head; Jonathan obviously was just saying what she wanted to hear. That's how boys like him were.
"Do you tell that to every girl Jonathan?" she asked.
He laughed," You're one smart cookie Hudson." He winked.
Adeline rolled her eyes and took out another book from the shelf. "You're repulsing."
"And you're sexy when you're mad."
The brunette blushed and looked away; looking at the book she was holding. She's read it a dozen times. Jonathan looked at the book cover," 'The Fault In Our Stars'?" he questioned with a raised eyebrow. "What is that about?"
Adeline turned to him," You've never read 'The Fault In Our Stars'?" she asked, flabbergasted," No wonder I don't like you!"
"Well I don't really read anything that isn't music sheet or a script…"
Adeline rolled her eyes and handed him the book," I'd read it if I were you, maybe this might teach you a thing or two about love—actual love."
Jonathan scoffed, scanning the book," So it's a book about some Hazel chick with cancer, but she says it's not a book about cancer?" he snickered," Attention seeking much?"
Adeline crossed her arms and shook her head," You are such a jerk!" she said lowly before turning to leave.
He raised an eyebrow and walked up to her," What are you talking about?" he asked.
She turned to him—red with anger," Really? You don't know? Well let me explain it to you," she glared at him," a person with cancer is anything but an attention seeker! If anything, they isolate themselves and feel like freaks and all they could really think about is how good it would feel to just die. They push people away so no one can see them as they fall apart—both mentally and physically. So shut up and don't talk to me." Adeline continued walking out.
Jonathan sighed and was about to walk after her when the librarian coughed and looked at him," Are you going to check that book out?"
Jonathan looked at the book and nodded," Put it in my tab." And ran out the library, after Adeline," Adeline, why did you say all that?" he asked.
Adeline glanced at him," I said don't talk to me."
"Look, you clearly got offended, so just tell me." He replied.
She turned to him," I was diagnosed with Leukemia when I was five and have been in remission since I was nine. "She told him," Am I an attention seeker to you now Jonathan? Am I just some poster child for sick kids to get money? Because I honestly do not like sharing that there was a time in my life that I was weak and near death. So before you go and judge others, I'd take a look around and wonder if anyone could have gone through it and what the consequences would be for opening your stupid mouth."
Jonathan stared at her," I am so sorry for what I said." He apologized. And he actually meant it; he didn't actually think what he said would hurt her.
Adeline scoffed," I knew you were a conceited jerk…but I didn't think you were a judging asshole too." And she walked away. Jonathan sighed and ran his hands through his hair.
"What did you do now Jonathan?" Emily approached him, arms crossed.
Jonathan shook his head," I said some stupid shit."
"That isn't the first time you've done it." Emily replied.
"Such a supportive friend you are." He replied sarcastically.
Emily shrugged," At least I'm not the one getting girls I have a crush on angry at me and think pissing them off will get them to fall for me."
Jonathan scoffed," I do not like Adeline."
"Sure you don't."
"I don't."
"Totally." Emily nodded in agreement.
Jonathan nodded," I'm glad we've reached a mutual understanding."
"..."
"..."
"You totally like her." And Jonathan sighed in frustration.
"I do not!" he denied.
Emily rolled her eyes," Jonathan, please," she chuckled," you act like a little boy pulling on Adeline's pigtails and teasing her because you don't want to admit you like her." She told him," Admit it, you might actually have feelings for a girl that isn't lust."
"I'm not admitting to anything." Jonathan crossed his arms.
Emily stared at him with a raised eyebrow.
"…"
"…"
"…"
"…"
"Okay…" Jonathan trailed off, sighing in defeat," I may have some type of feelings for…" He rubbed the back of his neck," Adeline." He confessed half-heartedly. But Jonathan did have to admit, he did like her. Even through all the teasing and fighting, his heart couldn't help but flutter a little when she would yell at him. Or even when he saw her laughing with her friends and her beautiful gray eyes would light up. Or singing her heart out for every solo, duet, or group number. But, he didn't want to act on the feelings. Because a good girl like Adeline was not going to "change" Jonathan.
"I knew it!" Emily exclaimed.
"Whatever." He replied.
"I think you two would make a cute couple." Emily confessed," But you do have a problem…"
"Which is?"
"She's in love with someone else."

Oliver stared at the bathroom mirror, looking at his reflection. His breath was heavy and his brown curls were soaked with sweat, he had just come back from football practice and all he could think about was how much he sucked. He wasn't as coordinated as usual and didn't catch the ball, not once.
The boy sighed, how did he expect to make his father proud when all he did was ruin everything he touched?
He banged his fists on the bathroom sink and tried to suppress screaming. He ruined his relationship with Adara, he was a disgrace to his father, he was a bad football player, and he destroyed everything he touched.
He looked at his reflection again. He was too tall, his nose was slightly bigger than normal, he wasn't no Grayson Abrams or Gabe Lopez-Pierce or anything—he didn't have the striking eyes, strong built, multi-talent, charming, and could have any girl whenever he pleased. No. He was just…Oliver. Stupid, dyslexic Oliver.
Oliver scavenged through his gym bag; Craig had scored him some more pills that would help Oliver get stronger and—hopefully—a better athlete. Craig was going to give him the ones you inject, but needles scared him.
He finally found the bottle and stared at it for a moment before opening the cap and taking out three of the white pills. Oliver popped them in his mouth and grabbed his water bottle and gulped down the pills. He crushed the water bottle and tossed it in the trash and grabbed his bottle of pills, placing it hidden in his junk drawer.
Suddenly, his mother opened the door. Rachel had the tendency to never knock before entering a room, which would annoy all the Hudson kids. But Oliver never complained.
Rachel smiled," Hey Ollie, it's almost time for dinner, so wash up and I'll see you downstairs?"
Oliver smiled softly back," Yeah, totally. Let me just shower and I'll be right down." He replied.
Rachel stared at him," Are you okay my little lion cub?" she asked, concern in her eyes.
Oliver nodded," Of course, why wouldn't I be?" he retorted, sounding more convincing.
Rachel chuckled and nodded," All right then, I'll see you downstairs." And Rachel closed the door.
Oliver then sighed and frowned again, Oliver hated lying to his mother. But what she didn't know, wouldn't hurt her. Right? Oliver then retreated back to the bathroom for a quick shower, feeling as miserable as he was beforehand. He was always the good guy—the guy that helped everybody fix their problems. But, when would someone help him?

Adrian was texting Malian while she leaned against her car; she was outside of Carmel waiting for Vocal Adrenaline rehearsals to end. She and Malina were headed to a nearby coffee shop because Malina said it was way better than the Lima Bean.
Suddenly, someone touched her shoulder and Adrian flinched and started to feel her breathing go heavy before she saw it was just Angel.
She slowly controlled her breathing again," Don't just do that!" she scorned him.
He raised his hands in surrender," Geez, sorry jumpy." He replied.
Adrian looked at him," What do you want anyway?"
Angel stared back," You haven't listened to me."
"I don't feel the need to." She retorted," I know Malina, she wouldn't do that to me."
"I know her too," he bit back," and I know she is just using you."
Adrian huffed," I don't believe you. And quite frankly, don't care what you say because all you do is talk, but I don't see proof, therefore, whatever you say is all a lie."
Angel nodded in agreement," I agree with that accusation. So, if you want to see it for your own eyes, then do so."
Adrian raised an eyebrow," How so?"
"If you truly believe Malina's not who I tell you she is. Then go to VA rehearsals tomorrow." He explained.
Adrian pursed her lips," Will that get you to leave me alone?" Angel nodded," Fine then, tomorrow." She nodded.
Angel smirked," Okay then." And he walked off.
Adrian exhaled and leaned her head back, letting the sun hit her tanned skin. Suddenly she heard steps approaching her and she stopped looking up and turned, seeing her girlfriend approach her.
"Hey you." Malina grinned.
Adrian smiled softly," Hey yourself."
Malina chuckled," Ready to go Lopez-Pierce?" the Brazilian taunted.
The other girl scoffed," Totally, St. James!" she teased right back.
The two girls stepped inside Adrian's car and Adrian drove to the local coffee shop and Malina had her window down and the wind blew in her face and she looked really relaxed.
"So," Adrian spoke up," how was Vocal Adrenaline rehearsals?"
Malina turned to her," Oh you know, same old, same old…" she trailed off," rigorous choreography, singing until my vocal chords bleed, and all while trying to look sexy." She smirked.
Adrian chuckled," That shouldn't be so hard…" she said seductively.
Malina bit her lip, trying not to feel so aroused, but failing," You're such a tease Lopez-Pierce…" she shook her head.
"Well, you know what they say about Lopez-Pierces'…" the older Latina paused," we can't help being accidentally sexy."
"How about I 'accidentally' place my lips on yours?" Malina retorted, making her girlfriend blush.
"I wouldn't object that accident."
Malina giggled and quickly leaned in to give Adrian a kiss. Adrian happily obliged and almost lost her steering, getting into the kiss.
Malina broke the kiss and looked at her with a grin," Don't get us in a car accident now, babe." Malina laughed.
Adrian regained control of the car and continued driving until they reached the nearby coffee shop, parking and getting out the car.
Malina breathed in the scent of coffee and exhaled," I love the smell of caffeine!" she exclaimed as they walked in.
Adrian smirked," Really? Even when I spilled it all over you?"
Malina playfully pushed her," Even then."
The two waited in line quietly to order and suddenly Adrian began thinking about what Angel had told her. He seemed so…convincing. And he'd been pestering her about this for months, why would he lie? She turned to look at Malina, she wouldn't lie to her…not after everything they've been through.
Malina caught her looking and smiled," Can't get enough of me, can you?" she teased.
Adrian smiled softly," No…I can't."
The Brazilian girl looked at her worriedly," You okay A?" she asked.
Adrian nodded," Totally." She replied, smiling.
Malina looked at her with a suspicious look before nodding," Okay."
The two finally reached the counter and were going to order their coffees to the barista. Adrian turned to her with a playful smirk," You're not going to sing your order this time, are you?"
Malina laughed," Darn, I forgot to write a song for this one!" she fake-pouted. The two girls laughed and ordered their coffees.
"You dork." Adrian grinned.
"But I'm your dork."
"Sadly."
Malina placed her hand on her heart," Okay, ouch!"
Adrian laughed," I'm kidding Mina." She assured.
The barista handed the two their coffees and then they sat down at one of the corners of the coffee shop.
"So," Malina spoke up as she sipped on her caramel latte," did you bring me the book you want me to desperately read?"
Malina and Adrian have a thing. The two girls constantly exchange books to each other—ranging from classic novels to the most modern books. It was a thing between the two that they enjoyed having together.
"Oh, right!" Adrian reached into her bag and took out the book," It's 'The Stranger' by Albert Camus." She told her girlfriend," This book is going to give you a lot of thinking—it has a lot to talk about. It's a classic and you'll love it." The senior rambled, sipping on her coffee." You and I will have a lot to discuss when you're done."
Malina grinned, looking at the book," Well, everything you've given me to read has been awesome so far, so I will trust you on this one too."
"Good." Adrian smiled back. Suddenly the girl shifted in her seat," Can—Can I ask you something?" she asked.
Malina nodded," Sure, what's up?"
Adrian rubbed her right arm," You'd never…" she shook her head," Forget it—it's stupid."
Malina grabbed her hand," Hey, you can tell me anything…okay?"
"Okay." Malina smiled at her encouragingly," You'd never…you wouldn't use me, right? "Adrian bit her lip," Like, to win Nationals?"
Malina looked shocked," What? Of course not!" she replied, holding Adrian's hand a little tighter," You know I don't care about Vocal Adrenaline as much as I care about you. You come first, okay?" she assured.
Adrian smiled softly," Okay. I trust you Malina."
"Good. I trust you too."

Sam laid her head on Xavier's naked chest as their bodies were tangled in sheets. She exhaled," Wow, that was awesome."
Xavier chuckled," That it was." He agreed.
The brunette hoisted herself up to lean her head against the headboard," If we're going to do this." She referenced the two," We're going to need some rules."
Xavier shrugged," Seems legit. What rules should we set?"
"Hmm…" Sam thought for a bit," No jealousy." She stated," This is a friends with benefits relationships, nothing more or less than that. So if you're flirting with another girl, I shouldn't go psycho girlfriend on you. And same for you."
Xavier nodded in agreement," Okay. No lying either. We have to be completely honest with each other."
"No expectations. Like I said, this isn't going to become anything more than sex." Sam told him.
"No commitment either then."
"Yes, I agree. No flowers or any of that sappy shit. This is us fucking each other, not some Nicholas Sparks reprise." Sam told him bluntly.
Xavier laughed," No cuddling or clothed spooning."
"Take all your possessions before you leave. No one can know about this. At all."
"If one of us starts to feel something…more, this is over. We can't have feelings that aren't lust in this relationship."
Sam nodded," Got it." She paused," We only text each other or call each other when we want to get it on."
Xavier nodded and grinned, stretching," This is going to be a great relationship."
Sam chuckled," Totally." She bit her lip," Now," she smirked," are you up for round two?"
Xavier grinned," I thought you'd never ask."

"Okay guys!" Nikki called out, putting her hands on her hips as she and Mr. Schue looked at all the Booty Camp members," Let's go over it again."
"God help me." Connor said, out of breath from the hour they've spent dancing. He rather much be in the football field right now running laps.
The music blared again and everyone began performing the choreography that Nikki had come up with. Some people in the group caught on quickly—like Sam, Aaron, Mason, and Scotty. And then others like Ellie, Cheryl, and Annie caught on eventually—though looking a little stiff.
And then there was the group that…didn't catch on so well. Aidan, Orion, Christian, and Connor either were off-beat or simply looked ridiculous. This caused some people to laugh—specifically Annie who ridiculed them.
Aidan leaned against the piano," Mr. Schue, I think I'm going to die!" he wheezed, sweating. "My feet only know how to walk!"
Orion nodded in agreement, putting his hands on his knees as his curls were dripping with sweat," Yeah, is there some other way to learn this?"
"Maybe a more entertaining way?" Sam spoke up," This is really lame, just saying." She said, crossing her arms.
Nikki looked at Mr. Schue," I think I might have a little something in mind…" Mr. Schue nodded to her.
The oldest Puckerman walked over to the speakers and looked through her iPod before clicking on a song and smirking.
Hey, Mr. Schue! Can we go thrift shopping? She asked. Some grinned in excitement and cheered.
"Oh no, he's going to rap…" Annie muttered.
What, what, what, what... Mr. Schue began repeating many times as he bobbed his head to the funky rap song.
Aaron grinned joining in, Bada, badada, badada, bada...
Bada, badada, badada, bada...
Bada, badada, badada, bada...
Bada, badada, badada, bada...
Bada, badada, badada, bada...
Bada, badada, badada, bada...
Bada, badada, badada, bada...
Bada, badada, badada, bada...
Bada, badada, badada, bada...
Everybody brought out their funky dance moves—some looking ridiculous, I'm gonna pop some tags
Only got twenty dollars in my pocket
I - I - I'm hunting, looking for a come-up
This is freaking awesome, the booty camp members sang.
Mr. Schue brought out his notorious smooth dance moves (for a 55 year old, he still had his Fred Astaire moves), Nah, walk up to the club like, "What up? I got a big _!"
I'm so pumped about some stuff from the thrift shop
Ice on the fringe, it's so damn frosty
That people like, "Damn! That's a cold ass honkey." he rapped as everyone danced to it with the choreography they've been struggling to learn.
Rollin' in, hella deep, headin' to the mezzanine,
Dressed in all pink, 'cept my gator shoes, those are green
Draped in a leopard mink, girls standin' next to me
Probably shoulda washed this, smells like R. Kelly's sheets
(Piiisssssss), Aaron laughed after he said that.
But shoot, it was ninety-nine cents! (Bag it), Mr. Schue shrugged.
He and Nikki joined together to do some hip-hop choreography, Coppin' it, washin' it, 'bout to go and get some compliments
Passin' up on those moccasins someone else's been walkin' in
Bummy and grungy, frick it, man
I am stuntin' and flossin' and
Savin' my money and I'm hella happy that's a bargain, man
Mr. Schue pointed for Orion to continue and the curly-haired teenager grinned and rapped, I'ma take your grandpa's style, I'ma take your grandpa's style,
No for real - ask your grandpa - can I have his hand-me-downs? (Thank you), he smirked at his dad who shook his head laughing.
Velour jumpsuit and some house slippers
Dookie brown leather jacket that I found diggin'
They had a broken keyboard, I bought a broken keyboard, Orion awkwardly threw out the choreography they were learning, but looking ridiculous.
I bought a skeet blanket, then I bought a kneeboard
Orion put his arm around Christian's shoulder and led him to the center to dance, Hello, hello, my ace man, my Mello
John Wayne ain't got nothing on my fringe game, hell no, Christian shook his head as he turned red as he looked down sheepishly.
I could take some Pro Wings, make them cool, sell those, Orion rapped as he and Christian danced clumsily to the choreography, but everyone still cheered encouragingly.
The sneaker heads would be like "Aw, he got the Velcros" Orion crossed his arms and nodded, grinning.
Everyone was in a circle huddled together as they bobbed their heads to the song and sang together, I'm gonna pop some tags
Only got twenty dollars in my pocket
I - I - I'm hunting, looking for a come-up
This is freaking awesome
I'm gonna pop some tags
Only got twenty dollars in my pocket
I - I - I'm hunting, looking for a come-up
This is freaking awesome, everyone sang.
Scotty pushed Mason forward to the circle rap Mason frowned, but still joined in, What you know about rockin' a wolf on your noggin?
What you knowin' about wearin' a fur fox skin?
I'm digging, I'm digging, I'm searching right through that luggage
One man's trash, that's another man's come-up, Mason suddenly grinned as he started dancing, bringing out a body roll that Sam Evans would be proud of. And everyone cheered.
He smirked playfully at Mr. Schue, Thank your granddad for donating that plaid button-up shirt
'Cause right now I'm up in her stuntin'
He did some decent footwork and rapped, I'm at the Goodwill, you can find me in the (Uptons)
I'm not, I'm not stuck, I'm searchin' in that section (Uptons), Mason rapped as he pulled Scotty's toward the center of the circle with him. Scotty shook her head, laughing.
Your grammy, your aunty, your momma, your mammy
I'll take those flannel zebra jammies, second-hand, I rock that mother
The built-in onesie with the socks on that mother, Scotty rapped surprisingly well.
I hit the party and they stop in that mother
They be like, "Oh, that Gucci - that's hella tight."
I'm like, "Yo - that's fifty dollars for a T-shirt.", she brought out the choreography learned with Mason as they danced to the song and everyone joined in the dance circle they created.
Limited edition, let's do some simple addition
Scotty grabbed her baggy t-shirt and pretended to show it off, Fifty dollars for a T-shirt - that's just some ignorant stuff (shoot)
I call that getting swindled and pimped (shoot)
I call that getting tricked by a business
That shirt's hella dough
And having the same one as six other people in this club is a hella don't, Scotty shook her head as she and Mason stepped off from the center and back to circle.
Nikki did a backflip and rapped surprisingly well, Peep game, come take a look through my telescope
Tryna get girls from a brand and you hella won't
Man you hella won't, she gave a goofy grin to Cheryl who laughed, shaking her head.
Goodwill... poppin' tags... yeah!, Nikki exclaimed.
Everybody sang, jumping up and down and clapping rhythmically, I'm gonna pop some tags
Only got twenty dollars in my pocket
I - I - I'm hunting, looking for a come-up
This is freaking awesome
Nikki pushed Connor the center of the circle and he shrugged, he was going to suck anyway, I wear your granddad's clothes
I look incredible
I'm in this big ass coat
From that thrift shop down the road, he sang as he danced incredibly bad. Something Finn Hudson himself would face-palm on. But nonetheless, everyone encouragingly cheered for him.
Connor yanked Aidan towards the center as well and Aidan shrugged as well and danced as badly.
I wear your granddad's clothes (damn right)
I look incredible (now come on man)
I'm in this big ass coat (big ass coat)
From that thrift shop down the road (let's go), Aidan sang as he tried to do some hip-choreography but instead looking like a toddler trying to dance.
I'm gonna pop some tags
Only got twenty dollars in my pocket, everyone sang as everyone one by one had their chance to dance in the center.
Sam did some impressive hip-hop dance moves.
Cheryl did an impressive spin and did some ballet moves gracefully.
Christian awkwardly swayed.
Aidan hilariously twerked.
Aaron joined him.
Orion did the robot.
Connor did the sprinkler.
Scotty shook her hips seductively.
Mason did a body roll.
Annie rolled her eyes but still did some impressive dance moves.
Ellie laughed as she tried to do some hip-hop choreography (everyone tried their hardest not laugh.).
And Mr. Schue threw out some Fred Astaire moves.
I - I - I'm hunting, looking for a come-up
This is freaking awesome, Mr. Schue sang.
Is that your grandma's coat?, Nikki questioned as she laughed and high-fived Mr. Schue.
"Great job guys!" Mr. Schue praised. "I'm definitely seeing some improvement."
"Well we do have some pretty awesome teachers…" Cheryl grinned.
Annie crossed her arms," But do us a favor Mr. Schue?" Mr. Schue nodded," Please don't rap ever again."
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
"Annie!" Emily's voice projected throughout the empty Hummel-Anderson home. Kurt and Blaine went to go eat dinner with David and Sebastian, while Scotty was working on a project with Adara.
Annie rolled her eyes, lying down on the couch with her laptop on her lap. The older blonde threw her head back and groaned," What the hell do you want Emily?" she called back.
Emily walked in the living room; hand on her hip as she looked at her sister," Where's my red top I let you borrow the other day?" she asked.
"Probably in the trash, it was that hideous." Annie replied jokingly, smirking.
Emily rolled her eyes," Ha-ha, very funny. We all know when it comes to fashion, daddy and I win…" Emily said cockily.
Annie snickered," Whatever you say sis…" Annie trailed off, typing on her laptop.
Emily chuckled, her sister could be as sadistic and incredibly mean as they come, but there was a heart in there. "No but seriously, where is it?" Emily asked in seriousness.
"In my room, my closet or something." Annie mumbled in reply, concentrating on her laptop.
Emily rolled her eyes," Gee, thanks for the specifics. I'll go look in your room then."
"Have fun." Emily laughed, walking upstairs to Annie's room. She walked in and walked towards Annie's closet, looking through Annie's numerous amounts of leather, black, plaid, and skeleton clothing.
"Oh my god Annie where the hell did you put it?" she muttered to herself, tip toeing up in a shelf. Emily was about to give up in her expedition for her top and yell at Annie to get it for her when she accidentally pushed a shoe box out and it fell to the ground. "Fuck!" she cursed to herself as she bent down to pick up whatever was in the box.
Emily noticed that the box had some pictures and papers. The blonde raised an eyebrow and picked up one of the pictures that were turned over, unable to see the picture. Curiosity took the best of her and Emily flipped over the picture and saw that it was a sonogram. Her eyes widened as she gasped, no…it couldn't be…
Downstairs, Annie was typing in her laptop and she suddenly remembered that Emily was still upstairs. "What the hell is taking her so long to find a damn top?" she said to herself, moving the laptop aside and heading upstairs," Emily!" she called out as she walked towards her room," What the hell is taking you so long to find a damn—"she stopped herself when she saw Emily on the floor, looking at her sonogram picture.
Emily turned around to look at her with a shocked face," Annie…" she whispered," Is this…is this yours?"
Annie gulped, practically running over to Emily and snatching the sonogram away, bending down to rapidly pick up everything back to the box," N-no, i-it's not mine." She lied, closing the box and putting it back where it originally was.
Emily stood up, walking over to her and putting a hand on her shoulder," Don't lie to me Annie…I know it's yours, your name was on it." She told her.
Tears threatened to spill out of Annie's eyes," Just forget what you saw Emily." She said sternly, not wanting to turn around to face her sister.
Emily pursed her lips," Annie—"
Annie turned around," Just drop it Emily!" she snapped, glaring at her sister.
"Just tell me Annie! I'm your sister, you can trust me!" Emily assured.
Annie shook her head," Stop it Em, just drop it, please." Annie begged, lowering her voice.
Emily crossed her arms," No, please tell me Annie. Trust me."
The two looked at each other, the moment was tense and the two sisters didn't know what to do. Annie gulped and her lip quivered before she burst out crying. Emily immediately enveloped her sister in a hug and rubbed her back soothingly as Annie sobbed," I'm pregnant…" Annie whispered to Emily between sobs.
Emily sat the two down in Annie's bed and wiped her sisters' tears off," How…how far along are you?" Emily asked tentatively, still trying to take in the news.
Annie sniffed and wiped tears off her pale cheeks," I'm going to be three months along." She answered.
The younger blonde nodded, holding Annie's hand," Okay, what does Gabe say about this?"
Annie tensed, looking down," He doesn't know." Annie looked up to Emily and tears spilled down her cheeks," You can't tell him! Swear to me you won't tell him Emily!" Annie bit her lip.
"Why don't you want to tell him Annie?"
Annie gulped," He's going to Julliard this upcoming fall and he has a future ahead of him, I can't ruin that for him."
"I think you should tell him, he deserves to know." Emily told her.
Annie shook her head," No, no, I can't tell him! I won't." Annie looked at her with pleading eyes," Please don't tell him…"
Emily nodded," I won't, I promise." She rubbed her sister's hand," What are you going to do?"
Annie shrugged," I don't know. My main concern right now is making sure the baby's healthy and that Gabe doesn't find out." The eldest blonde paused," I don't know if I'm keeping the baby yet though."
Emily looked down and noticed Annie's tiny baby bump from her tank top. She placed her hand on Annie's baby bump," Whatever you decide, you have my support." Emily smiled softly to her.
Annie cracked a small smile and hugged her sister," Thank you." She whispered.
"When are you telling daddy and papa?" Emily asked," They're going to notice eventually."
"Soon." Annie replied," I'm terrified to tell them honestly."
"I'll be there when you tell them, I promise. You're not alone in this Annie." Emily assured. Emily was scared for Annie, especially with the decision of keeping it from Gabe. She had a bad feeling about that.
"Thank you." Annie whispered. Emily smiled softly and nodded. Suddenly, Annie put her hand over her mouth and ran to the bathroom. Emily went after her and held Annie's blonde locks as Annie puked in the bathroom.
"Morning sickness in the afternoon too? Geez Annie you're screwed." Emily joked, trying to bring something light to the recent news.
"Screw you Emily."
Emily chuckled, smirking," And hormones too? I'm not going to like this for the next 6 months." Before Annie could reply with a snide remark, she gagged and threw up again, "There, there Annie…I don't enjoy this as much as you do." She joked again, rubbing her sister's back. Even though she was trying to be humorous, she was honestly scared out of her mind for her sister.

Rowan and Keegan were in the living room playing video games, and both were competitive when it came to this.
Keegan groaned," Rowan, you little shit! Stop shooting me!" he exclaimed, bumping into her on purpose in hopes she'd stop annihilating him at Modern Warfare.
The girl smirked," It's not my fault you suck Keegan!" she replied, taking a quick second to push up her black, squared glasses. Rowan was in her normal attire: a light purple Avengers sweatshirt with skinny jeans and red converse. This was the nerdy Rowan only a handful of people were aware of.
He scoffed," Nerd." He taunted, smirking.
Rowan replied by throwing a grenade at him, killing him again. She smirked." Loser."
The doorbell rang and both teens weren't planning on moving. "Mom!" Keegan called," Can you get that?" he asked, even though both he and Rowan were closer to the door.
Brittany exhaled and came into the living room," Of course, because I'm closer to the door, aren't I?" her kids mumbled something in reply and she chuckled, opening the door.
Ethan smiled politely at Brittany," Hey Mrs. Lopez-Pierce." He greeted.
Brittany smiled, she liked Ethan and thought he was really good for Rowan," Hello Ethan." She greeted back," And call me Brittany please, I don't want to feel old yet."
The Asian boy chuckled," Sorry Mrs.—I mean Brittany." He fumbled with his lip piercing.
"I assume you're not here to talk to me, but to Rowan right?" Brittany asked him.
Ethan nodded sheepishly," Yeah, if you'd let me of course."
Brittany nodded and turned away from the door," Rowan! Ethan's at the door!"
Rowan raised an eyebrow and paused the game, heading to the door," Ethan…what are you doing here?" she questioned. She and Ethan didn't plan anything for tonight.
Brittany walked away to give them some privacy and Ethan smiled," We're going on a date. Right now." He told her.
The Latina crossed her arms," Really? Right now?" Ethan nodded," Okay…let me just go change—"
"You look fine Rowan." Ethan assured.
Rowan bit her lip," But I look—"
"Beautiful." Ethan pulled her closer to him," And I honestly think you look sexier like this."
Rowan blushed and smiled," Fine then, let me just tell my mom I'm going on a date with you." She gave in, disappearing back into her house.
Ethan waited outside while adjusting his green button-up shirt. He didn't know why he suddenly came up with the idea of a surprise date; he just wanted to hang out with her. He assumed he was trying to be more romantic, to prove to Rowan she wasn't just another girl. And going to the arcade wasn't exactly the most romantic thing in the world, but Rowan wouldn't mind—she loved going there.
Rowan came out and shut the door behind her. She smiled," Lead the way Chang."
Ethan took her hand and smiled," Gladly."
The couple headed to the arcade and Rowan grinned," The arcade?" she questioned as the two walked inside.
"Why not?"
She let go of his hand," Well," she paused," you're totally going to lose at air hockey!" she giggled before dashing to the air hockey table.
Ethan ran after her," No way!"
The two started playing the game and Ethan dominated the game and Rowan pouted," No fair!"
Ethan blew on the red paddle he was using as if it was a gun," What can I say? I'm a champion." He winked.
Rowan laughed," You dork." She walked up to him," But you're my dork." And the girl kissed him softly.
Ethan smiled softly and led her over to the other arcade games. The couple was having a blast playing all the arcade games; and the only thing the two kept doing most of the time was laughing (along with kissing).
The two were seated in a race car machine and being very competitive. Ethan turned to look at his girlfriend and smiled as she laughed while playing since she kept crashing. How did he get so lucky? He could never find the answer to that question.
In the beginning, Ethan smiled.
I never thought it would be you, Ethan sang softly as Rowan pulled him inside a photo booth to take pictures.
When we were chilling
Smiling in the photo booth, the two smiled into the camera and Ethan hugged her tightly.
But we got closer (yeah)
The two then took another picture making silly faces, Soon you were eating off my spoon
You're coming over, The next picture was of Ethan wearing Rowan's glasses and having a goofy smile while Rowan crossed her arms and pretended to be mad.
And we would talk all afternoon
The scene shifted to a fantasy sequence. Ethan was in a blue room shining with bright lights. He was shirtless, revealing his toned abs and he had only jeans green high tops with a snapback. He had back-up dancers behind him and they started doing some body rolls.
Tonight we'll just get drunk
Disturb the peace, Ethan sang while throwing out some dance moves.
It shifted back to the photo booth and Rowan suddenly turned to Ethan while biting her lip. He looked at her as well and she grabbed him by the neck and pulled him down, kissing him passionately. Ethan cupped her face and the two had their make-out session turn to a more steamy direction.
"Ethan?" Rowan whispered.
"Yeah?"
"Are your parents home?"
Ethan shook his head," No, why?"
Back in the fantasy sequence, Ethan did some robotic dance moves and sang, Find your hands all over me
And then you bite your lip
Whisper and say, Rowan looked at him with lustful eyes.
"Let's go." She said.
"We're going all the way."
Ethan and his back-up dancers broke out into a fast-paced, robotic-like choreography. Tonight
Take me to the other side, Ethan sang.
Sparks fly like the Fourth of July
Ethan and Rowan burst in the empty Chang home while never taking their hands off each other. They stumbled upstairs to Ethan's room and fell onto the bed, Rowan immediately taking off Ethan's button up shirt and his t-shirt.
Just take me to the other side
I see that sexy look in your eyes, Ethan kissed Rowan and the two passionately kissed each other with every fiber in their being. Ethan pulled Rowan's shirt and jeans off, only with her matching red bra and underwear. And then proceeded to kiss her neck.
And I know we ain't friends anymore
If we walk down this road
We'll be lovers for sure, Ethan sang as the scene shifted again to the fantasy sequence. He began spinning around and gliding across the floor.
So tonight kiss me like it's do or die
And take me to the other side, Ethan belted.
The two were panting as their half-naked bodies were on top of each other. Ethan looked at Rowan," Are you sure?"
This could be perfect (yeah)
But we won't know unless we try (try)
I know you're nervous, Rowan nodded to him," More than sure. I'm ready Ethan." She kissed him.
So just sit back and let me drive
Tonight we'll just get drunk
Disturb the peace
Find your hands all over me, Rowan ran her hands through Ethan's abs and Ethan touched every part of her body he possibly could.
"Rowan." He looked into those entrancing eyes of hers. She looked up to him and god, she looked so beautiful…"This isn't just sex to me, I hope you know that." He told her," You mean so much to me…I-I love you so much. And I don't think of this as having sex, but making love instead. Okay?"
And then you bite your lip
Rowan smiled and a single tear fell down her cheek," Okay."
Whisper and say, Ethan reached toward his nightstand and opened the drawer. He was prepared this time. He looked at Rowan and kissed her passionately.
"We're going all the way."
Ethan broke out into some quick footwork and his hair was dripping with sweat, Tonight
Take me to the other side, Ethan
Sparks fly like the Fourth of July
Just take me to the other side, Ethan and the back-up dancers dropped to the ground face-forward and pushed themselves up with their arms and instead of doing push-ups, they did a semi-circle.
I see that sexy look in your eyes
And I know we ain't friends anymore
If we walk down this road
We'll be lovers for sure, Ethan sang as they did a handstand and moved their feet around.
So tonight kiss me like it's do or die
And take me to the other side, the boy belted as he leaped up in a jump.
(Whoa)
Ethan did some hip-hop moves and quick footwork as he sang, Kiss me like it's do or die
And take me to the other side
Sheets were tangled around Ethan and Rowan's naked bodies and their breaths were heavy as the mattress creaked with their movements, Tonight we'll just get drunk
Disturb the peace
Ethan kissed Rowan softly as he never broke eye contact with her, making this moment more intimate than it already was, Let your love crash into me
And then you bite your lip, Ethan started doing some quick footwork in the fantasy sequence and began spinning around and around.
Whisper and say, "We're going all the way." Ethan sang.
Ethan did a summersault forward and stood only on his head for a moment.
Tonight
Take me to the other side, Ethan broke out into some fast-paced dance moves with robotic movements.
Sparks fly like the Fourth of July (yes, we do, yeah)
Just take me to the other side (take me, baby)
Ethan spun around and sang, I see that sexy look in your eyes
And I know we ain't friends anymore (oh, no)
If we walk down this road
We'll be lovers for sure, Ethan touched his heart as his feet moved across the floor.
So tonight (so tonight) kiss me like it's do or die (kiss me, kiss me)
And take me to the other side, Ethan belted loudly.
(Whoa)
Take me to the other side
(Whoa)
And take me to the other side
(Whoa)
Kiss me like it's do or die
(Whoa)
And take me to the other side, Ethan belted.
Ethan and Rowan lied on the large bed; Rowan snuggled close to Ethan's body as a blanket covered them. The boy played with strands of Rowan's brown hair and smiled at her.
"Ethan…" she paused," I-I love you."
Ethan looked at her and grinned, Rowan hadn't said the big "I love you" until now. And he knew she meant it. He replied by kissing her head and cuddling closer with her. The two then drifted off to sleep holding onto each other.

Dani was at the record store, looking through Coldplay albums and contemplating which to take.
"I see you did take a liking to Coldplay." Dani turned around to see Aidan standing there, with his hands in his pockets of his green hoodie.
Dani gulped," Y-yeah." She said nervously. "They're pretty…good."
Aidan nodded, "I can't stop listening to Billie Holiday either. You were right, she's amazing."
Dani nodded," Yeah—I um, I have to go Aidan." she muttered, walking past him. Aidan grabbed Dani's arm and the girl cringed as she yanked her arm away from him. "Don't—don't do that Aidan!" she scolded him, hugging herself protectively.
"Why are you avoiding me?" he asked.
"I'm not." Dani denied.
Aidan scoffed," You won't answer my calls or my texts and you've been avoiding me like a plague." He accused," What's going on Dani?"
"Nothing." She affirmed.
"You know you can tell me anything, right?" Aidan assured," Nothing you can say will change the fact that I love you. "
"I know."
Aidan sighed in frustration," No, you don't! Because if you really trusted me as your boyfriend, you would talk to me." He told her," But you're not. And that hurts because I thought you and I were fine."
"We are." Dani looked away," I'm just having some issues."
Aidan walked closer to her, but Dani stepped back farther," Then talk to me about it."
"I can't."
"Why not?"
"Because it's personal Aidan." She snapped at him," And I don't have to tell you everything that's wrong with me simply because you're my boyfriend!" Dani glared at him," You're not that special Aidan!" she walked past him as Aidan looked hurt. But not even that would stop him from talking to her.
Dani walked outside the store and sighed, looking up at the dark sky. She didn't mean to snap at Aidan, but she just couldn't open up to him. Not yet. She heard the door open and Aidan was walking after her.
"Aidan just leave me alone!" she yelled at him.
Aidan shook his head," Not until you tell me what's wrong Danielle." Aidan insisted," Believe it or not, I actually care about you and what you're feeling. And I know that you're not exactly an open book," he looked into her brown eyes," but if you'd just let me read through the pages I could help you and—"
"Stop." Dani interrupted," Don't." she whispered," Stop trying to be my hero Aidan. Because you're not." She paused," No one is." She started walking again and Aidan caught up to her.
"Because you don't let me be your hero." He told her. Aidan grabbed her hand and turned her around," Why won't you let me see you? The real you."
Aidan's eyes looked sincere—full of worry and sincerity. But Dani couldn't. She couldn't tell him what she felt and what haunted her mind every second of every day. Because he'd run. He would. Nobody can handle a lost case like her.
"I can't." Dani's voice replied, cracking.
Aidan reached to touch her face by Dani flinched and pushed him away. She'd never done that before. It was almost like…she was afraid of him.
"Are…are you afraid of me Dani?" Aidan asked tentatively.
Dani looked away and shook her head," I don't want to talk about this." She said lowly, feeling her heart start beating faster. "I really, really need to go Aidan." Dani practically ran across the street and began quickening her pace to get away from Aidan.
"Dani wait!" Aidan called after her as he ran after her, as fast as his legs could take him.
He finally caught up to her and grabbed her arms and pulled her close to him," Dani." He breathed out.
Dani started breathing heavily and shook her head," Let me go Aidan please!" she exclaimed, her breath shaky.
"Not until you tell me what's wrong." He told her.
She could feel everything closing up around her. And as Aidan held her she could feel the memory seeping back into her mind and she could hear his voice:
"I know you want this."
"Stop being such a prude, you know you're a little slut."
"Stop crying, you like this."
Tears streamed down her face and she was hyperventilating and Aidan looked at her, concerned. "Dani, what's wrong?" he asked, freaking out as he let her go.
She closed her eyes and the memory flashed in an instant. How much it hurt…how dirty she felt…everything.
Aidan didn't know what to do, Dani was freaking out," Dani…" he said softly, reaching to touch her shoulder but Dani pushed him away.
"Don't touch me!" she shrieked, dropping to the cold concrete and sobbing uncontrollably. She hated the fact that Travis took everything from her. Her innocence…her trust…her sanity. And now Aidan was seeing her break down.
Aidan kneeled next to her as he watched his girlfriend fall apart right in front of him. He didn't know what to do or how to calm her down," Dani calm down…it's just me…" he whispered, grabbing her small hand.
Dani jerked his hand away, hugging herself protectively," Don't touch me! Don't touch me Travis!" the words spilled out.
Aidan's eyes widened. Travis? He wasn't him. Tears spilled down Dani's cheeks as she mumbled," Stop…please stop…" she was having a flashback Aidan suddenly realized. He had to do something.
"Dani." His voice was soothing," I'm not Travis. Travis isn't here. You're safe, I promise." He assured," I'm Aidan. Your boyfriend. The boy who loves you so much and would never hurt you like that." Dani's breathing calmed down and Dani looked at him with the most scared and broken eyes he'd ever seen. Dani was so…strong. Strong and beautiful. She didn't deserve this—any of it. He wished he could just take away the pain from her.
He took off his hoodie and wrapped it around her small body. "You're okay." He assured.
Dani wiped tears away and exhaled," I'm sorry."
"It's not your fault."
"Now you know why a girl like me isn't worth being with."
"On the contrary," Aidan countered," you're a girl worth fighting for."
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
The New Directions were seated in the auditorium for a surprise dance performance put together by a pair.
Adeline let out a nervous breath—not because she was nervous about performing (we all know that's nearly impossible for her) but because she knew this was the end of her friendship with Delilah.
She bit her glossy red lips as she wore a preppy and sexy sailor outfit. Dorothy came up to her and looked at her," Are you sure you want to do this?" she asked. Adeline had showed up at her house after their argument and told her she'd give up her popularity for Dorothy—which left her in shock because she didn't think Adeline would pick her over her long-time best friend.
Adeline gulped but nodded," Y-yeah. I'm sure."
Dorothy smiled softly and squeezed her shoulder," Okay. You look amazing by the way." Dorothy complimented, mentioning Adeline's outfit.
Adeline smiled," You too." She replied. Dorothy vetoed the sexy and preppy outfit Adeline tried to get her to wear and went for a more traditional sailor outfit.
"Thanks." Dorothy smiled," Well, it's show-time. Are you sure?" the freshman asked once more.
Adeline nodded, squeezing her hand," Showtime."
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
The stage was set to look like a boat and the drama club members were dressed in sailor outfits as they stood in rows.
Delilah crossed her arms and raised an eyebrow. Adeline had a choice right now, and Delilah would see where her loyalties lied.
Dorothy stood in the middle of the stage with proper poise as she grinned and began singing.
Times have changed,
And we've often rewound the clock,
Since the Puritans got a shock,
When they landed on Plymouth Rock. Dorothy sang, grinning.
If today,
Any shock they should try to stem,
'Stead of landing on Plymouth Rock,
Dorothy sang, Plymouth Rock would land on them.
Dorothy put her hands on her hips, swaying them, and sang, In olden days a glimpse of stocking
Was looked on as something shocking,
But now, God knows, Dorothy belted, extending her arms.
Anything Goes.
Dorothy sang while walking around the stage casually, Good authors too who once knew better words,
Now only use four letter words
Writing prose, Anything Goes.
Everyone cheered at Dorothy's amazing singing (Grayson being the loudest) and Delilah rolled her eyes and leaned back in her seat.
"Pathetic." She scoffed," I could do that in my sleep."
Grayson said through his grin and clapping," Nobody cares Delilah." And Delilah scoffed, kicking his seat from the back.
The world has gone mad today
And good's bad today,
And black's white today,
And day's night today,
When most guys today
That women prize today
Are just silly gigolos, Dorothy sang with ease.
And though I'm not a great romancer, the Broadway baby leaned against one of the male sailors and sent him a flirty grin which he returned.
I know that I'm bound to answer
When I propose, the girl belted.
Anything goes, Dorothy belted loudly, throwing her arms up in the air and moving her hips rhythmically.
The thespians and Dorothy broke out into some tap dancing moves and the audience cheered at the girl's talent.
"You're amazing Dorothy!" Grayson cheered.
Delilah smirked, rolling her eyes," Nobody cares Grayson." She said through a fake-grin. And Grayson scoffed.
Adeline let out a shaky breath before she appeared on the fake-boat set with a grin.
When grandmama whose age is eighty
In night clubs is getting matey with gigolo's, Adeline belted as she walked up to Dorothy and they smiled at one another.
Anything Goes.
Adeline sang, When mothers pack and leave poor father
Because they decide they'd rather be tennis pros,
Anything Goes. She belted.
If driving fast cars you like,
If low bars you like,
If old hymns you like,
If bare limbs you like,
If Mae West you like, she sang with ease.
She flirtatiously put her hands on one of the male thespian's chest and grinned, Or me undressed you like, she winked at the male thespian and gave a flirty grin.
Why, nobody will oppose!, she sang.
When every night,
The set that's smart
Is intruding in nudist parties in studios,
Anything Goes. Adeline belted.
Adeline glanced at the audience and locked eyes with Delilah, who simply glared at her and shook her head. The brunette gulped but continued on with the performance.
They broke out into intense and long tap choreography and everyone watched in awe as the girls simultaneously danced.
The tapping of their shoes hit the floor in a rhythmic way and no one on stage missed a single beat.
"Holy crap, this is awesome!" Emily exclaimed.
Jonathan eyed Adeline lustfully, taking a long and hard look at her mid-drift that was showing. My, did Adeline have an amazing body.
"Stop drooling Jonathan." Emily smirked.
Jonathan turned red and laughed," I'm sorry, but look at her." He bit his lip," Forget Broadway baby, more like Broadway babe!"
The thespians stopped tap dancing and stood straight and tall as they still managed to sing after the long tap dance session, The world has gone mad today
And good's bad today,
And black's white today,
And day's night today,
When most guys today
That women prize today
Are just silly gigolos, everyone on stage sang.
And though I'm not a great romancer
I know that I'm bound to answer
When you propose,
Anything goes, everyone belted.
Adeline and Dorothy sang back and forth to each other as they grinned, If saying your prayers you like, Dorothy sang.
If green pears you like, Adeline sang.
Dorothy sang, If old chairs you like
If back stairs you like, Adeline sang.
If love affairs you like, Dorothy sang.
Adeline sang, With young bears you like
Why nobody will oppose!, the two girls sang together.
They did some soft tap dancing while the thespians (without Adeline and Dorothy) sang, And though I'm not a great romancer
I know that I'm bound to answer
When I propose,
Anything goes...
Anything, One side of the thespians sang.
Another side sang, Anything
Anything, Another side sang.
Anything goes!, Adeline and Dorothy belted loudly, holding the note for a while.
Everyone—minus Delilah—rose from their seats and clapped and cheered for the amazing performance given by the two girls.
"Incredible!" Mr. Schue praised. He looked awe-struck," That was amazing girls! Bravo!"
Adeline and Dorothy grinned and thanked him by giving a bow together while holding hands.
Delilah looked at Adeline straight in the eye and mouthed," Hallway. Now." And boy, did she look mad.
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
"Great performance Adeline." Delilah mock-praised to her supposed "best friend", arms crossed. "You were a little pitchy in the chorus though. And your tempo was off." She smirked.
Adeline pursed her lips and looked away," I'm sorry."
"Save it." Delilah growled. Grabbing Adeline's face and making Adeline look at her in the eyes," I see you made a choice." Trying not to sound hurt.
"Why do I even have to make a choice? I don't recall being part of you and Dorothy's rivalry." Adeline told her, crossing her arms. "Why can't I be friends with you both? Why do you have to make me pick?"
"You ask too many questions." Delilah smoothed her cheerios skirt," And besides, you made your choice. You chose that gremlin over your long-time best friend." Delilah gave a cold look," And that's fine."
"Delilah, don't do this." Adeline said, sadly," I love you and you're one of my best friends—"
"Was." Delilah glared at her," I see where your loyalties lay now Adeline." She said with no emotion in her voice. "You're off the cheerios and you're no longer my best friend. Turn in your uniform by Friday."
"Delilah."
But Delilah instead walked away from her, showing no hint of compassion. Adeline sighed and leaned against a locker. She lost one of her best friends and her popularity all in the span of five minutes. Yet, she still thought it was worth it.
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
Back in the choir room, Sam and Keegan took the floor for their own dance-duet. Sam had black ripped, shorts with a sexy black and gold bustier and dark make-up. Keegan had a black top hat and black eyeliner on with leather pants and was shirtless—only having suspenders on. The two hadn't even performed yet, but were already getting some of the members heated.
Yeah
Ya'll know what it is
Samantha Puckerman, Sam glared at him as she stood from her side of the room.
Keegan Lopez-Pierce, aha. Keegan said, smirking as some of the girls fanned themselves.
Let's rage
I knew you were, Sam sang seductively.
You were gonna come to me, she turned to look at Keegan who was smirking.
And here you are
But you better choose carefully
'Cause I, Sam did a seductive body roll, I'm capable of anything
Of anything and everything, she winked at Keegan.
She walked over to Keegan and bit her lip, Make me your Aphrodite
Make me your one and only, she sang as she swayed her hips sensually—something you'd never expect her being capable of.
But don't, Sam forcefully grabbed Keegan's face and shook her head as their faces were this close, make me your enemy, your enemy, your enemy
Keegan glanced at the audience and Scotty looked red with anger. But tried to conceal it. He smirked as he knew the plan was working.
So you wanna play with magic
Boy, you should know what you're falling for, Sam sang as she threw out some seductive dance moves.
Baby do you dare to do this?
Cause I'm coming at you like a dark horse, she gave a flirtatious grin to Keegan who returned it.
Are you ready for, ready for
A perfect storm, perfect storm
Cause once you're mine, once you're mine
There's no going back, Keegan sang in a deep voice.
The two broke out into some sensual choreography, involving a lot of grinding and hips shaking.
Sam broke away from Keegan and some cheerios appeared behind her as she gave a sly grin and began doing some sexy dance moves.
Mark my words
This love will make you levitate, Sam sang seductively as she and the cheerios swayed their hips and moved around.
Like a bird
Like a bird without a cage
But down to earth
Sam and the cheerios fell to the ground and pushed their feet up, If you choose to walk away, don't walk away, Sam sang as they did sensual moves on the floor.
"Holy crap this is hot." Gabe commented. And Annie glared at him," But not as hot as you honey."
The supposed tomboy sang, It's in the palm of your hand now baby
It's a yes or no, no maybe, Sam and the cheerios did a thrust.
So just be sure before you give it all to me
The girls slid around the floor seductively and whipped their hair around, All to me, give it all to me
So you wanna play with magic
Boy, you should know what you're falling for, Sam sang as they did turns and spins on the floor.
Baby do you dare to do this?
Cause I'm coming at you like a dark horse, They stood up and lined up in a line and shook their hips seductively.
Are you ready for, ready for, Sam sang loudly as everyone cheered at the sexiness happening in front of them.
A perfect storm, perfect storm
Cause once you're mine, once you're mine (love trippin')
There's no going back, Keegan smirked as he stood next to Sam.
Uh
She's a beast
I call her Karma (come back)
She eats your heart out
Like Jeffrey Dahmer (woo), Keegan rapped as Sam grabbed his suspenders and pulled him closer to her.
Be careful
Try not to lead her on
Shorty's heart is on steroids
Sam leaned closer that their lips brushed, but didn't kiss, Cause her love is so strong
You may fall in love
When you meet her
If you get the chance you better keep her, Keegan rapped.
She's sweet as pie but if you break her heart, Sam ran a hand down Keegan's ripped body and bit her lip.
She'll turn cold as a freezer
That fairy tale ending with a knight in shining armor
She can be my Sleeping Beauty
I'm gon' put her in a coma
Woo!
Damn I think I love her, he rapped as he caressed Sam's cheek and winked at her. The two looked like they could pass as an actual couple—a pretty sexy one actually.
Shorty so bad, I'm sprung and I don't care
She ride me like a roller coaster
Turned the bedroom into a fair (a fair!)
Her love is like a drug
I was tryna hit it and quit it
But lil' mama so dope
I messed around and got addicted, he rapped, biting his lip as he and Sam broke out into some choreography.
Scotty's eye twitched a little as she crossed her arms and grinded her teeth angrily. How dare Keegan do this? She knew it was to get her jealous and boy was it working.
So you wanna play with magic
Boy, you should know what you're falling for (you should know), Sam sang as Keegan did a backflip and fell to the floor.
Baby do you dare to do this?
Cause I'm coming at you like a dark horse (like a dark horse), Sam slid down to a split and climbed on top of Keegan.
Are you ready for, ready for (ready for), she sang as she grinded against Keegan.
A perfect storm, perfect storm (a perfect storm)
Cause once you're mine, once you're mine (mine), Sam belted.
There's no going back, Keegan sang seductively as the two lied on top of each other and looked at each other.
The choir room burst into cheers and Izzy fanned herself," Someone hand me a fan, I'm wetter than tsunami right now!"
Mr. Schue coughed awkwardly," That was good guys, just a little…too provocative."
Some of the members groaned," Don't ruin it Mr. Schue!" Izzy exclaimed.
Aaron nodded in agreement," I want to see Keegan moving like that more honestly." He exhaled," Eyeliner and leather pants does things to me." He said.
Adara nudged Scotty," You look a little jealous there Scotty…" Adara teased.
Scotty composed herself from the death glare she was sending Sam and Keegan," I-I'm fine." Scotty denied.
"Sure you are."
Sam leaned over to Keegan and whispered in his ear," Told you it'd work." And Keegan smirked as he looked at Scotty who glared at him. She may be mad now, but soon she'd be back in his arms.
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
Adrian stepped inside Carmel's auditorium, smelling sweat and tears from the members on stage. She watched silently as they did an impeccable routine. She didn't expect anything but the uttermost perfection honestly.
Angel looked towards the empty seats in the auditorium and saw one taken by the girl he'd been expecting. He smirked as he did some acrobatics with Xavier and ended the performance. Everyone was breathing heavily and sweating profusely.
"That was really good guys." Malina breathed out, placing her hands on her hips to hold herself. "Let's go over it again—"
"Before we do that," Angel interrupted, standing next to Malina. "We need to address something."
Malina raised an eyebrow, but nodded," Okay, what?"
"You're loyalty to Vocal Adrenaline."
Malina suppressed the urge to roll her eyes," All right, what about it?"
"Are you fully committed to Vocal Adrenaline?" Angel asked.
"I guess—"
"You guess?" Angel looked towards the rest of the VA members, "What do you all think of this?"
"I think you should shut that mouth of yours before I rip your lips off." Camille commented with a smug smile.
A male member spoke up," Well, actually, I kind of think we can't trust your loyalty anymore since you started dating that New Direction chick." Some other members nodded in agreement.
"I agree," a female member spoke up," I mean, how do we know you're not giving away our set lists and stuff?"
Malina scoffed," I'm not." She sighed, rubbing her forehead," Okay, does it really matter who I'm dating?"
There was a collective of "yes" and "yeah" in reply and Malina bit her lip. She didn't know what to do to get them off her back.
"I'm just saying," Angel shrugged," How do we know you won't throw the competition to be with your girlfriend?" and that's when he defused the long-awaited bomb. A bunch of members began talking all at once, raising their voices to one another.
Malina looked around the group and bit her lip. What could she do to get them to stop ganging up on her?
She sighed and then spoke up loudly," I'M NOT THROWING THE COMPETITION OKAY?" she yelled.
Everyone grew quiet, wanting to hear what the Vocal Adrenaline leader had to say. The Brazilian bit her lip as she rubbed her neck," If you guys are questioning my loyalty to Vocal Adrenaline, then you are on something else." she began, faking every word that came out of her mouth. "Of course I'm loyal to Vocal Adrenaline!"
Adrian gulped as she feared of the next words that would come out of Malina's mouth. She hoped Angel's warnings weren't true…
"Look, all of you are over reacting. Vocal Adrenaline is going to win Nationals this year and the New Directions are yet again going to lose." Malina told them, earning some nods from some of the members. She gulped as she told them the next words that were in no way true. "I don't care about Adrian, YOU guys are my team and there's no way that I'm just going to let a girl come between that. That Nationals trophy is ours, it always has been, and it always will be." The group clapped at the "inspiring" speech and Malina knew she won their trust again. She sighed in relief. Henry and Camille exchanged baffled looks, what the hell was Malina talking about? Malina looked at them and mouthed," It's all a lie. Just go with it."
Tears slid down Adrian's cheeks. "No…" she whispered. It couldn't be true…Angel was right. Malina cared about winning Nationals, not her. She stood up to leave, as she couldn't take it anymore.
Malina put her hands on her hips and put on a fake smile," Now, enough of this talking. Let's work our butts off to win that trophy now. Shall we?" everyone cheered and got into position. Malina turned towards the empty audience and saw Adrian standing there with tears in her eyes and shaking her head. Malina's eyes widened," No…" Angel smirked and crossed his arms in satisfaction. His plan had been a success!
Adrian shook her head and practically ran out the auditorium.
Malina ran after her and could feel her heart coming out of her chest. She had to tell Adrian that all of that was a lie. That she didn't mean a single thing she had just said. Not one word.
Adrian ran through the parking lot sobbing. She reached her car and took out her keys to open the car and leave when Malina caught up to her.
"Adrian, you have to believe me when I say—"
"Save it." Adrian cut off, shaking her head. "I heard enough. I'm just some girl to you obviously." Adrian opened her car door but Malina shut it.
"No!' Malina exclaimed," Not at all. You're not just some girl…" she looked at Adrian," you're the girl. And everything I said back there was just a big fat lie. I swear."
Adrian shook her head. "The fact that you still have the audacity to tell me that after I heard five minutes ago that you didn't care about me. You're not what I thought you were."
"Adrian—"
"You know, you are the first person I ever really committed myself to. I never felt this way about anyone before. I love you, and I gave my all to you and you treated it like an entry to winning some trophy…" Adrian's voice cracked and tears fell down her cheeks. "How can you do that to me? How can you just stand there and watch as this girl loves you and you just sit back and laugh?"
Malina felt a tear slide down her cheek and she shook her head as if it was going to fall off," I do love you Aid, and you're not just an entry to winning another trophy. You have to believe me when I say that I just said all that crap to get Vocal Adrenaline off my back. I'm willing to do anything for you. You are the best thing that has ever happened to me Adrian Lopez-Pierce, and everything I said back there was the complete opposite of what I feel about you. You have to believe me!" Malina tried to grab Adrian's hand but Adrian jerked it away.
"I can't. " Adrian said dejectedly." You were the only person that kept me sane…the only person that made me feel like I wasn't some nutcase for freaking out at any given moment and breaking down in front of you." More tears streamed down Adrian's tanned face, ruining her make-up. "You were the only person who made me feel special. And now…I'm not." Adrian paused. "We're done."
Malina shook her head, a pool of tears streaming down her face. "No! Adrian, you have to believe me! I love you so much and you're so special for me. You keep me sane too! I can't do this or anything without you! You have to believe me…it's all a lie. I'd throw this stupid competition for you. I'd burn that stupid trophy for you because I don't give a damn about it!" she looked at Adrian in the eyes," But you…you matter. You're worth more than any trophy." Malina bit her lip to hold back more tears, but it wasn't working. "Don't do this…please don't do this. I need you." Her voice growing smaller by the second.
Adrian closed her eyes and more tears slid and gulped. She opened her eyes and shook her head no. "Goodbye Malina." She whispered before opening the car door and stepping inside.
"Adrian, please!" Malina pleaded, knocking on the window. She probably looked pathetic right now, begging. But she didn't care. She couldn't let Adrian walk away from her.
The senior turned on her car and refused to look at Malina. If she did, she'd forgive her. And she couldn't do that. She didn't want to feel any more stupid than she already felt.
"Adrian! You have to believe me!" Malina exclaimed. She could feel the world closing around her as the girl she loved drove away even after her incessant pleads. Malina watched her leave and fell to floor, sobbing.
Adrian clutched the steering wheel tightly as she drove away. Tears streaming down her face as she muttered to herself, "You're so stupid." She could feel her insides tearing apart and her whole world crashing around her. Everything she felt. Every single moment she spent with Malina was a complete lie. Her happiest moments were fake. The girl she loved was fake.
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
"So you mean to tell me that you read with these little dots?" Izzy questioned Abby as the little girl had Izzy run her hand through the book in braille. "This is witchcraft or something!" Izzy exclaimed.
Abby giggled," Are you calling me a witch?"
Izzy chuckled and raised an eyebrow. "Maybe…"
"I'm going to tell my brother you said that." The little girl teased.
The rebel playfully nudged the tiny girl. "Shut up Abbs. I don't like your brother."
"Whatever helps you sleep at night..."
Izzy scoffed. "You are evil." She grinned. "I like that."
Abby gave a cheeky grin and continued reading. Izzy shook her head and laughed as she went to go help the other kids. Izzy had to admit, she actually liked coming here. Heck, she came here on time. She was even starting to be slightly nicer to other people. Izzy wasn't particularly a happy person, but being here, it made her pretty happy. She only had two places that made her happy, here and glee club.
Emily bit her lip in concentration as she slowly tried signing to Zeke. She had to admit, she liked coming here. And the fact the she managed to get Zeke to open up to her felt really good.
"Okay," Emily signed slowly. "So you like Doctor Who as well?" Zeke nodded eagerly, grinning. Emily laughed. "You'd get along with my sister really well. She loves it too." She signed slowly. "Did I say that right?"
Zeke nodded, "You're getting the hang of it. You're a quick learner."
It took a couple seconds for Emily to fully understand what he signed, then replied. "Sweet. This is actually really cool." She paused. "This is a really beautiful language. Thank you for teaching me Zeke."
Zeke grinned," No problem Emily." He signed back. "So how did you start volunteering here? You never really told me."
Emily exhaled. "Long story." She signed.
"I got plenty of time."
Emily grinned. "Long story short:" Emily tried to think of what to sign next, being that she had just started learning. "I got into a fight with the other girl here because of jealousy. Love sucks Zeke, enough said."
Zeke nodded. "So you're in love with someone?"
"Deeply." Emily smiled sadly.
Suddenly, Gavin walked in and went over to talk to Ms. Gracie. Izzy noticed him and her eyes widened as she turned around, she could feel her cheeks turning hot. Why was she freaking out over some guy she's barely talked more than three minutes with?
Izzy was so lost in her thoughts, she didn't hear Abby calling her name. Until she finally did.
"Bella!" Abby's voice called again and Izzy turned around, seeing Gavin holding Abby's hand and her backpack on his right shoulder.
"Um—hey Abby. What's up?" she tried to say casually.
"I want you to properly meet my big brother." The little girl smirked." Gavin, this is Bella. Bella, this is Gavin."
Gavin nodded to her," Nice to see you again."
Izzy blushed and nodded. "Like-wise Gavin." She began nervously fidgeting with her leather jacket. Why was she so nervous? Isabella Henley did not get nervous—especially in front of guys!
"Abby here talks a lot about you." Gavin smiled down at his little sister. "I've heard pretty good things about you."
"Oh, that's…surprising." Izzy replied.
"Why?"
"Well, people don't have many nice things to say about me." His eyes were so blue, Izzy noticed. "Dear god Izzy, get a fucking grip!" she scolded herself in her thoughts.
"I highly doubt that. I'm sure you have many good qualities." He paused. "The question is, do you see them?"
"He's fucking poetic too, holy crap…" she thought to herself. She nodded," That's nice of you, thanks." She stammered.
"Bella should come to dinner sometime." Abby grinned. "Don't you think so Gavy?"
Izzy wished Abby could see right now so she could glare at her until she turns to stone. "I think that'd be a great idea. We'd just have to ask mom and dad." Gavin looked at her," What do you think?"
Izzy shrugged. "Free food sounds nice." Izzy replied. "Smooth Izzy…smooth."
Gavin smiled and nodded," Great. I'll have Abby here let you know in case of anything. But we should get going. It was nice meeting you Bella."
Izzy nodded," Yeah, nice meeting you too. And call me Izzy, that's what everyone minus your sister calls me." Gavin nodded.
Izzy kneeled in front of Abby and whispered in her ear," You are evil Abigail Richards."
Abby smirked. "You're welcome." She whispered back. And then the two siblings left.
Izzy exhaled and put her hands on her hips. "Holy crap that was awful." She said to herself.
"I know, I saw that." A voice behind her said. Izzy turned around and rolled her eyes at Emily.
"Whatever…"
"Free food sounds nice?" Emily recalled. "Where's your usual flirty self Henley?"
"Screw you Hummel-Anderson." Izzy glared.
"You got it so bad."
Izzy scoffed," I don't like him!"
"The way you acted says otherwise." Emily crossed her arms and smirked." Looks like Isabella Henley might actually know what love feels like…sounds scary."
"That is not going to happen." Izzy shook her head." I don't do love."
"That's what everybody says before Cupid stabs them with it."
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
Aidan walked through the park, seeing little kids running around giggling and smiling. He couldn't help but smile himself.
He looked at the semi-empty playground, and by the swings, Danielle Ambrose was sitting on one of them. She looked like she hadn't slept in days and was reading a book with an unlit cigarette between her lips. He raised an eyebrow at that, and contemplated whether he should go up to her or not. After their last encounter, he didn't know where they stood. But, he had to fix things with her. She needed to know that he wasn't going anywhere.
"I didn't know you smoked cigarettes." He commented aloud. Dani looked up from her book and grabbed the cigarette, pursing her lips.
"I don't." she replied quietly. Aidan wasn't going anywhere, Dani realized. And he deserved to know the truth about her. She nodded for him to sit to the swing next to her and Aidan did so. "It's unlit." She told him. "Whenever I want to be alone in public, I put a cigarette in my mouth so people think I'm some sort of criminal and stray away from me."
Aidan chuckled," Smart."
Dani smiled," Yeah." She looked down. "I suppose you're not here to hear about my unlit cigarette methods, right?" Aidan nodded. She sighed. "Before I say anything, I just want you to know that if you want to end things after everything…you can."
"I highly doubt I will, but okay." Aidan replied. He mentally prepared himself for what Dani was about to say.
"And everything I'm going to tell you is completely honest. It's blunt and it's kind of messed up, but it's the truth." Aidan nodded, growing nervous.
Danielle exhaled and threw the unlit cigarette to the ground, running her hands through her hair before saying," After Travis sexually assaulted me, I was pretty messed up. I could barely drag myself out of bed. I didn't want to talk to anyone or do anything. I was…terrified of men. My own father couldn't hug me without me freaking out." Dani paused. "I…I tried committing suicide." She gulped." Twice." She looked down to hide the tears from spilling." I just…couldn't stand the idea of waking up every day knowing what happened to me. I just wanted it to be over. So my parents had me institutionalized in a mental facility and they told me I had Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, depression, and anxiety." Dani wiped some tears away from her cheeks. "They helped me out a lot. Trust me, I was worse before you met me. Aidan…I'm really fucked up. I don't know if you'd be able to handle me. I mean, I'm emotionally unstable for starters, I'm a crazy feminist, I have a deathly fear of intimacy, I have trouble sleeping because I get nightmares about that night, and…I'm just afraid."
Aidan looked at the girl in front of him. His eyes filled with sympathy as he noticed how afraid she truly was. But he wanted nothing more than to make sure she wouldn't be afraid anymore.
"Even after all of that, I still love you Dani." Aidan told her sincerely." You know, pushing me away in no way lessens my affections for you."
"But it should." Dani insisted. "I'm a ticking bomb Aidan, at any given moment, I could diffuse."
"If you let me in, it won't. Dani, I will love you unconditionally if you let me. I don't mind comforting you after a bad day. Or hugging you because you had a nightmare. I will do anything to make sure you're okay. Just…let me in."
Dani closed her eyes," It's really hard for me to do that Aidan."
"I know it is." Aidan agreed. "And I know we're not going to have the most perfect relationship, but I'll try to make sure it's close to it. I know it's hard. And I know it's scary living…but I will be right here. Next to you. Because Danielle Ambrose, I love you."
Dani smiled softly. "You do?"
Aidan grinned. "I love everything about you. I love that you're a crazy feminist. I love your unlit cigarettes. I love your smile—because it's never fake. It's real. I love your voice. I love your beautiful eyes. I love your laugh. I love everything Dani. Everything and anything. Just…give me the chance to prove that to you."
"You're willing to stay? After everything?" Dani asked, feeling the urge to cry.
"I'll stay forever."
Dani grinned. "It's going to be hard Aidan—"
"I know it isn't going to be easy. But I'll be there every step of the way. I'm not going anywhere. I promise." Aidan assured.
The brunette reached to grab his dark hair and softly kissed him. "Okay." She whispered.
Aidan smiled, pulling her into a hug. "Thank you." He said softly.
Dani squeezed him harder and shook her head. "No. Thank you."

Adrian stared at the picture frame of her and Malina as she hid under the covers of her bed. They looked so happy, both of them were laughing as Adrian carried Malina on her back. Those were the good times.
She took the portrait and threw it out towards the hallway. Gabe was entering the room, nearly being killed with the flying portrait.
His eyes widened as he steered away from getting hurt. "Whoa! What the hell Adrian? Are you trying to kill your twin brother?" he exclaimed. Adrian frowned and hid herself under the blankets again. Gabe raised an eyebrow," Hey, what's wrong Aid?" he asked, concerned. The other half of the Wonder Twins sat down on the side of the bed.
"Everything." She muffled into the pillow, but Gabe still heard.
"Why? What happened?" Gabe questioned.
"I don't want to talk about it."
Gabe crossed his arms," Well, I'm not going anywhere until you do."
The two remained silent for a while. Gabe sitting at the edge of the bed while Adrian moped in the comfort of her bed.
Gabe sighed, exasperated. "So you're not going to tell me anything?" Silence. "I'm your brother, you tell me everything A…"
It grew silent again.
"She used me." Adrian spoke up.
"What?"
Adrian sat up and leaned against the headboard of her bed. "Malina never cared about me. She only cared about Vocal Adrenaline winning Nationals. I was just a higher chance of her team winning again." Tears formed in her eyes. "Now, everything hurts." Adrian broke down crying.
Gabe enveloped her in a hug and comforted her. Internally, he was plotting Malina's death (Rowan and Keegan would be his accomplices.). But Adrian needed him right now. "Hey, don't cry Adrian…she isn't worth it. She's not worth a beautiful girl like you wasting her tears for an ass like her." Adrian chuckled, wiping tears away. "She's missing out on the most awesome girl I've ever met. And anyone would kill to be with you."
Adrian smiled softly," Thanks Gabe. That means a lot."
"You're my wonder twin Adrian, I'll always look out for you." Gabe grinned.
The other twin grinned and hugged him. "You're amazing."
"I know." He smiled cheekily. Gabe then stood up from the bed and extended his hand for Adrian to take. "Now, you and I are going to go somewhere."
"Where?"
"You'll see."
"You want me to smash plates?" Adrian asked as they entered to people wearing goggles and violently throwing plates to a wall.
Gabe put his hands in his pocket and nodded. "Whenever I'm frustrated or sad…or both. I come here, and I smash plates. It's fun I swear. And it feels liberating." Adrian raised an eyebrow and Gabe handed her a pair of goggles. "Come on…" he pleaded.
Adrian sighed, taking the pair of goggles and putting them on. Gabe grinned and put on his own before he led her to an empty compartment with a pile of white, soon-to-be-shattered china plates.
"Come on," Gabe grabbed a plate, handing it to her. "give it a try."
Adrian sighed, shrugging her shoulders. "I don't know how this'll change the fact that I was used and everything between me and Malina was a lie."
"It won't." Gabe replied. "But it'll help relieve some of that pain." He nudged her. "Come on Adrian, give it a try. What do you got to lose?" He encouraged her.
Adrian took the plate and looked at the wall for a few second before throwing the fine china, shattering to pieces. The eldest Lopez-Pierce grinned and looked at Gabe. Gabe grinned, nodding before throwing one himself.
"Liberating, right?" Adrian nodded and threw another.
Adrian pursed her lips. "This is for heartbreak!" she exclaimed, before angrily throwing the plate.
Gabe cheered. "Fuck heartbreak!" and he threw a plate. "And fuck Mrs. Demmer's physic's pop quiz!" he shouted, as he threw another fine china plate.
Adrian laughed. "Fuck Malina St. James!" the senior flung the plate and shattered to pieces.
"Well, you kind of did…" Gabe trailed off. Adrian turned to him with a glare. "Kidding!" he laughed. "Fuck Malina St. James!" he exclaimed, before throwing another plate.
Adrian shook her head, grinning before throwing another plate. "Fuck love!"
Gabe cheered. "Fuck my stutter!" he yelled, before throwing another plate.
"Fuck everything!" Adrian shouted, cheering. Throwing two plates at once.
"Yeah!" Gabe agreed, cheering. And the Wonder Twins kept throwing plate after plate, cheering and laughing as they did so.
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
Malina was over at Beth and Parker's apartment, moping over the tragic break-up that occurred earlier. Thankfully, it was only Beth and she currently at the apartment. They were each eating a tub of ice cream while watching a "Hoarders" marathon.
Beth turned to look at Malina who looked miserable at the moment as she barely paid attention to the show.
"Now, I could tell you that everything's going to be okay…but it's not." Beth told her.
"Thanks." Malina replied dully, eating another spoonful of cookies and cream.
"I'm not finished." Beth continued. "Whatever happened between you two, you need to fix it somehow."
"I've sent her dozens of texts, I've called her literally 48 times, and she refuses to talk to me. I didn't mean anything I said to Vocal Adrenaline, I just said a bunch of bull so they'd stay off my back, and she heard it. I don't even know why she was there in the first place. But now, my whole life is ruined." Malina replied, sighing. "I want her back."
"I know you do. So you need to prove to her somehow that all of that was just bullshit you said and that you really love her. Don't just give up on her Mina, I know how much you love her." Beth told her.
Malina had tears streaming down her face. "What if I lost her for good? What if it's over?"
Beth sighed, "It's not over Malina. This is just a roadblock you two have reached. Your relationship couldn't stay perfect forever."
"It never was perfect." Malina played around with the ice cream. "We would have petty fights over who asks for the ketchup at a restaurant. She would yell at me because I didn't read the book she told me to read. I would get mad if she left the lights on in her bedroom. We argue like a married couple," Malina chuckled softly. "but at the end of the day, I knew she loved me. And that her arms were a place to call home and keep me warm…and it was okay." Tears flowed down Malina's tanned face. "Now, I'm cold..."
Beth pulled her friend in for a hug and comforted her. "I know it hurts right now," Beth whispered softly as Malina sobbed. "That's what love does, it can have you on cloud nine, or it can push you from it. But even then, you have to believe that things are going to be okay again. I know you feel like shit right now, but you have to trust me when I say that you will be okay."
"It's so hard to forget someone who gave you so much to remember." Malina said in a shaky and quiet voice.
"You don't forget, you won't ever forget. But you won't let it control you." Beth advised. "I don't know what else to tell you, I hate seeing you like this…"
Malina broke the hug and wiped tears from her eyes. "I hate it too."
Beth looked at her friend. "You look like shit." She hoped that'd lighten the mood.
"Thanks." Malina chuckled. "Your words of motivation keep me going Beth Corcoran."
Beth chuckled. "Hopefully they help me…" she muttered to herself as she nervously rubbed her left arm.
Malina heard that and looked at her, "What?"
Beth shook her head, "Nothing." She stammered.
"What's going on Beth?" Malina asked, wanting for just a moment to forget the heartbreak.
"Nothing, I'm fine." The blonde lied.
"What a load of bull, tell me!" Malina exclaimed. "It'd be good to talk about something else."
"It isn't all that good though…" Beth trailed off nervously.
"It can't be that bad." Malina said hopefully.
Beth pursed her lips and looked at Malina. "I'm…" she paused. "I'm…pregnant."
The two stared at each other for a couple minutes.
"Holy. Shit." Malina's eyes were widened.
"Holy shit indeed." Beth gulped.
"How…?" Malina couldn't seem to put the words together.
"Jeanette took me and Parker to a nightclub. I got hammered…and then I woke up to…" Beth shook her head, "I can't say it!"
"Who is it? Is it Mr. Jacobs?"
"Worse." Beth bit her lip, "Parker."
Malina's eyes bulged out even more. "WHAT?! P-P-PARKER?"
"Listen to me Malina, you can't tell anyone right now. I'm still trying to think what I'm going to do and how I'm going to tell him. This was supposed be a secret and now…it can't." Beth stated.
Malina nodded. "Okay…holy crap…you lost your virginity."
"Let's not talk about that right now please."
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
The majority of the New Directions sat in the audience of the auditorium, and Mr. Schue was standing on stage with Ethan, Gabe, Nikki, and Delilah who were all wearing their dance clothes.
"All right guys, "Mr. Schue said enthusiastically." This what we've all been waiting for: the diva dance-off." Some of the members broke out into cheers and Mr. Schue grinned. "Now, before we begin, I just want you four to know that you are all amazing dancers, and that there's no winner here."
"Bull Mr. Schue! We all know my Ethan's going to win!" Rowan said cockily.
"I'm sure he'd stand a fighting chance…if Nikki wasn't there." Cheryl replied, winking at Nikki.
"All right, no arguing…just dancing." Mr. Schue told them. "Good luck guys."
Delilah smirked," Yeah, good luck guys."
Nikki rolled her eyes, taking off her red flannel shirt and wrapping it around her waist. "It's on little sis."
The music began playing and the four circled each other, their competitive nature surfacing.
Owww, Gabe smirked as he looked at his competition.
Ho
Owww, Gabe got himself into position to start off the dancing.
But Ethan beat him to it and Ethan jumped in the front and brought out some Michael Jackson moves,
Baby, does he do it for you?
When he's finished, does he step back and adore you?, Ethan sang as he shifted from MJ moves to smooth hip-hop choreography.
Ethan belted, I just gotta know 'cause your time is money and I won't let him waste it
Oh no no,
The other three looked at Ethan with an impressive look. But each had a trick up their sleeve.
Baby, just go with it, Ethan sang as he shifted around the floor and did some quick footwork.
'Cause when you're with me I can't explain it
It's just different
Ethan did some dance moves on the floor and everyone cheered, We can take it slow or act like you're my girl, let's skip the basics, whoa, no.
Ethan was going to continue with his impressive dance moves when Gabe intercepted and pushed him away, gaining the spotlight.
He's so replaceable, Gabe sang loudly as he threw out some seductive dance moves that made some people holler.
You're worth the chase you're putting on, Gabe sang seductively as he did some robotic movements.
Gabe was about to shift to the chorus when Delilah cut him off, a sly smirk on her face.
It's alright, Delilah belted as she did some quick and precise hip-hop movements.
I'm not dangerous
When you're mine
I'll be generous, Delilah shifted around the floor and everyone looked at the supposed ballerina with a surprised look.
You're irreplaceable
A collectible
Just like fine China, Delilah sang, winking at the audience.
The freshman leaped and landed, doing some slow robotic movements, Favorite. You're my favorite.
It's like all the boys around me don't have faces. Delilah seductively shook her hips.
And the saying goes
Delilah did some precise hand movements that went with her slow, hip-hop dance moves, "Life is just a game" but I'm not playin', whoa.
Nikki cut her off with some fierce and sexy dance moves, He's so replaceable
You're worth the chase, you're puttin' up.
Nikki did some quick dance moves, It's alright,
I'm not dangerous
When you're mine,
I'll be generous, she did some jumps and leaps as she did some hip-hop choreography. Everybody cheered.
You're irreplaceable
A collectible, Nikki slid across the floor and jumped up and did some quick footwork.
Just like fine China
Gabe interjected and did some slow, robotic movements, It's alright,
I'm not dangerous, Gabe sang seductively.
When you're mine,
I'll be generous, he did some quick footwork and shifted on the floor.
He belted, You're irreplaceable
A collectible
Just like fine China, Gabe slid backwards and did a flip. And the audience burst into cheers.
Gabe sang, Took me awhile to find your love
Ain't no amount of time in this world, he did some smooth hip-hop choreography then did a leap and landed doing some footwork.
Save me a lot of time and just love me,Gabe did a thrust.
Nikki smirked deviously as she interjected, Feel it, baby, feel it in your soul
Are you ready?, she did some energetic hip-hop choreography.
I know your heart's been telling you you belong to me, ah nah nah no, Nikki fell to the ground and shook her hips slowly and seductively.
All four joined in together.
It's alright, Gabe, Ethan, and Delilah sang. The four did some smooth choreography as they danced in unison.
I'm not dangerous
When you're mine, they did some quick footwork.
I'll be generous
The four tried to show more energy than the other as they danced, You're irreplaceable
A collectible, they shifted across the floor.
Just like fine China, they ended the song, and everyone leaped up to their seats and cheered.
Mr. Schue cheered," Wow guys that was incredible! I think you are all winners honestly."
"But there has to be one." Gabe breathed out.
"Right." Mr. Schue smiled, "and the audience will put a vote to it. "
The audience wrote in a name in each slip of paper and handed it to Mr. Schue, who counted up the votes and looked at the dancers.
"I counted up the votes…and the winner is…" he paused before grinning," Nikki!"
Nikki smirked and did a bow and the audience cheered. Gabe, Ethan, and Delilah clapped for her as well.
"My girlfriend won! Whoo!" Cheryl cheered proudly.
Rowan rolled her eyes, "Whatever…"
Nikki winked at Cheryl and said to herself," I'm totally getting it tonight."
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
Adeline sighed as she approached Delilah's locker. She was no longer displaying her cheerios uniform; instead, she was wearing her regular, preppy clothes. She clutched onto the polyester uniform and coughed.
Delilah turned around and raised her eyebrow. "Well don't you look different without that uniform? You look even more hideous hobbit."
Adeline pursed her lips and handed Delilah her uniform," Here's my uniform. "She said quietly. "I dry cleaned it and everything."
The blonde snatched it from her hands and scoffed," Whatever."
Adeline looked down to her red Mary Jane pumps. "I can't believe our friendship is ending because of this."
Delilah tried not to look sad about it and remained with her stern face. "You made your choice Hudson, now you have to face the consequences. I hope it was worth it."
Adeline looked at her," This isn't you Delilah, you're nothing like this. What happened?"
"Life happened. And your Broadway bestie." Delilah replied.
"You don't have to be like this. I know you're just putting up a front because you're hurt. And it's okay to be." Adeline replied sincerely, clutching her messenger bag.
"Life isn't butterflies and rainbows and glitter Adeline, you have to eventually grow up." Delilah bit her lip. "Shouldn't you be off singing a show tune with that gremlin by now? I don't waste my time with people who are below my social ladder."
"She will." Dorothy approached them. "And we will be amazing at it."
Delilah rolled her eyes. "So nice of you to join us Dorothy…do you have something to take from me? I mean, you took my former friend now too. What else do you want to take?"
Dorothy scoffed, crossing her arms. "I didn't take her away from you, your pride pushed her away."
"Whatever."
"Unlike you Delilah, I plan to actually be a friend to Adeline. I wouldn't make her choose friends, because a friend doesn't do that. You're going to lose more friends if you keep acting like this." Dorothy told her.
Delilah laughed," Me losing friends? You barely have one, calm down Dorothy." The blonde suddenly smirked. "But since you're all for friendship, I'm sure you'll enjoy cleaning each other up."
Delilah shut her locker and then snapped her fingers, before leaving. Adeline and Dorothy were met with two red slushies each and Adeline sputtered out the slushie.
"Oh my god my eyes burn!" Adeline exclaimed, wiping slushy of herself.
"You get use to it. The purple ones are worse." Dorothy replied.
The other brunette frowned," This sucks."
Dorothy turned to look at her with a small smile," At least you know I'll be here to clean you up." She said optimistically.
Adeline couldn't help but smile as well. "Yeah, and I'll be here to clean you up."
The two smiled at each other before linking arms and heading to the bathroom to clean up.
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
"All right, hopefully you have a great flight. Bye." Rachel hung up her phone as she closed the door and entered the living room. Finn was watching TV and Rachel kissed his cheek from behind. "Hey honey. You're home early." She noticed.
Finn shrugged," Work was slow today."
"Oh."
Finn nodded," So who were you talking to?"
"Oh, just a friend." Rachel replied casually, sitting next to him on the couch.
Finn's jaw clenched," A friend, huh? Was it Brody?" he said coldly.
Rachel froze and turned to him. "Why do you think it's Brody? I haven't heard that name in a while…"
"Cut the crap Rachel. I know you've been talking to him." Finn replied, growing angrier by the second.
The tiny brunette gulped," I don't…I don't know what you're talking about Finn."
Finn scoffed. "Can you at least try being honest with me Rachel? I deserve at least that!"
Rachel pursed her lips and then nodded. "Okay fine, yes, I have…talked to Brody on some occasions."
The taller man shook his head and ran his hand through his hair. "I can't believe you."
"We just talked Finn! Nothing went on between us!" Rachel exclaimed.
"Sure it didn't. I mean, how can you not resist Brody?" he said venomously. "He's a producer, he's handsome—"
"Finn stop!" she cut him off, looking at him flabbergasted," Nothing went on with Brody."
Finn stood up," But I'm sure you do want something to happen, don't you? What? You're tired of having me? I'm not adventurous enough for you?"
Rachel shook her head, "No—"
"I'm not good enough for you anymore, right? I'm not off overseas chasing bullets or winning medals. I'm just some washed-up mechanic. And Rachel Hudson—Broadway star—isn't fulfilled with that. Right?" Finn said angrily.
Rachel stood up and crossed her arms," No Finn! You are enough! Stop getting worked up for nothing!"
"I heard you." Finn paused. "Talking to him. Being flirty. Laughing. You still love him, don't you?"
"No Finn! I don't love him!"
"Sure you don't!" Finn's voice growing louder. "I bet he's better in bed than I am, right?"
Finn felt a small hand slap him harshly in his cheek. Rachel had angry tears forming in her eyes. "How dare you say that Finn Hudson?" she growled angrily.
"Why? Because it's the truth?" Finn questioned.
"You're being unreasonable right now."
Finn laughed, "Me? Unreasonable? Says the woman who can't be freaking honest to her husband!" he leaned closer to her. "Just tell me, was it good? Was he better? Does he make you feel young again?"
She glared at him and exhaled. "Fuck you Finn."
Finn shook his head. "Am I boring you, is that it? Are you just going to go off and be with Brody?"
"Stop it! Stop saying things that aren't even happening Finn! What? I can't talk to other men without you going ballistic?" Rachel shouted.
"This is Brody, Rachel!" Finn shouted at equal volume. "He's a man whore who just destroys everything at his touch!" he paused. "But then again, you're no different."
Rachel was fuming at this point. "I can't believe you right now! You're accusing me of cheating and calling me a whore? You have no right to call me that! Calm down Finn, I'm not! Stop coming up with STUPID scenarios!"
"I wouldn't have to if I could TRUST YOU! But I fucking can't because you're off secretly flirting with your EXES behind my back!" Finn yelled.
The two began a shouting match, yelling at one another and kicking chairs and punching walls. What they didn't realize, was that their three children were standing there, witnessing the heated fight.
In the middle of an argument, Finn turned and saw his children standing there with scared look in their eyes. He stopped mid sentence and stammered. "Kids…you're home."
Rachel turned and her eyes softened and pursed her lips. "Go up to your rooms please."
"Why are you fighting?" Oliver spoke up, adjusting his backpack.
"I-It's nothing, just go upstairs sweetie." Rachel replied.
Slowly, Oliver headed upstairs, looking at his parents worriedly. His sisters followed and Finn turned to Rachel. "I'm staying over at Kurt and Blaine's for the night." He told her quietly. And Finn walked past Rachel and slammed the door as he left. Rachel burst out crying and crossed her arms. Everything was falling apart…
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
It was a regular time at Lima's mall. People were off shopping and walking around. But their normal shopping day soon got hijacked.
Aaron, with the New Direction girls behind him began slowly marching—forming a triangle. Shoppers began curiously walking by or standing by the sidelines.
Suddenly, Aaron and the girls began doing some iconic Beyoncé moves. They began doing some fierce and sexy dance moves and Aaron deviously smirked.
They all stood with their arms crossed as they harmonized, Come take my hand
I won't let you go
I'll be your friend
They bobbed their heads, singing, I will love you so deeply
I will be the one to kiss you at night, they blew a kiss towards the bystanders.
I will love you until the end of time, they all nodded to each other, putting their hands on their hips.
I'll be your baby
Now promise not to let you go, Aaron sang while he did some fierce dance moves. While the girls threw out some sexy dance moves.
Love you like crazy
Now say you'll never let me go, Aaron sang huskily.
The girls harmonized, Say you'll never let me go (say)
Say you'll never let me go
Say you'll never let me go (say), they shook their hips seductively in unison.
Say you'll never let me go
The boys took over and began doing some impressive dance moves, Take you away from here
There's nothing between us but space and time
I'll be your own little star, Aaron sang.
Let me shine in your world
The boys did some impressive footwork and the audience cheered, In your own little universe
Make me your boy, Aaron sang, grinning.
The girls joined in again and each member paired up with someone. Nikki and Aaron paired up.
Everyone harmonized together, Come take my hand
I won't let you go
I'll be your friend, everyone salsa danced to the song.
I will love you so deeply
They did some spins and turns with simple steps, I will be the one to kiss you at night (Kiss you at night)
I will love you until the end of time
They switched from salsa dancing to simple choreography requiring them to only move around while doing simple footwork.
I'll be your baby, the New Directions sang.
Everyone began jumping around in a misshapen circle, Now promise not to let you go
Love you like crazy
Now say you'll never let me go
Say you'll never let me go (say), the boys sang.
Say you'll never let me go, the girls sang.
Say you'll never let me go (say), the boys harmonized.
Say you'll never let me go, the girls harmonized.
They switched from that to some hip-hop choreography.
Aaron sang, Baby, come on
Get up on it
Show me that you really want it
I wanna be the one to love you baby, let's go, he winked at the audience as they did some footwork.
(Ohhhhh Hooo Ohhhh), the girls harmonized, Let's go, Aaron exclaimed, and the girls harmonized after, (Ohhhhh Hooo Ohhhh), throwing out some hip shaking.
I wanna provide
This loving that you're giving
I ain't frontin' in this love
Can you let me love you from your head to toe?, Aaron sang, showing off his powerhouse voice.
(Ohhhhh Hooo Ohhhh) Baby, let's go (Ohhhhh Hooo Ohhhh), and everyone huddled in together, then dispersed.
Keegan and Grayson appeared together and began doing some quick footwork that looked complicated, causing people to cheer.
Boy come to me, the New Directions sang, with Aaron belting after, (come to me)
Let me turn your rain into sun (come to me baby)
Keegan and Grayson left and the girls appeared again.
You don't have to worry baby (oh no)
I Promise I'll set your heart free, the girls sang as they did some sexy dance moves incorporated with belly dancing.
And my love into your soul
You go
I Go
We Go
That's all she wrote, they striked a fierce pose before shuffling back.
Aaron was in the front, with Ethan, Rowan, Adrian, Gabe, Delilah, Nikki, and Sam behind him. All of them wearing white hoodies.
Say you'll
Say say, Aaron sang as they all did a choreography with stomping and clapping movements.
People in the sidelines bobbed their heads to the song and grinned, Say you'll Ne-Never
Say you'll Ne-Never
Say you'll Ne-Never
Say you'll Ne-Never
They did some clapping movements and stomped their feet in unison as Aaron sang, Can't you see me?
I just wanna love you
Aaron sang powerfully, Can't you feel me babe?
I just wanna be with you
I just wanna live for you
I'll never let you go, Aaron belted loudly as they turned around and had in red "ND FTW!"
Free your love to me, Aaron sang softly, incorporating some falsetto that would make Aidan proud. The bystanders cheered at the boy's impressive singing.
Everyone joined together in a large group and did a mix of all the dance moves they did earlier in harmony.
Come take my hand
I won't let you go
I'll be your friend
I will love you so deeply, they chorused, clapping their hands rhythmically.
I will be the one to kiss you at night (at night)
I will love you until the end of time, Aaron sang seductively.
The New Directions sang, I will be your baby
Now promise not to let you go
Love you like crazy
Now say you'll never let me go
The boys sang, Say you'll never let me go (say)
The girls sang, Say you'll never let me go
Say you'll never let me go (say)
Say you'll never let me go, the New Directions sang before ending the song. Everyone dispersed as if nothing happened and Aaron just stood there, acting awkward and shrugged.
The shoppers cheered and the New Directions did a bow together.

The next day at McKinley, Scotty walked up to Mason's locker and clutched her books," Mason." She spoke up.
Mason turned around and nodded to her, "Hey Scotty, what's up?"
Scotty pulled him into a corner in the hallway and looked around secretly. "You haven't…told anyone what happened between us, right?"
Mason shook his head," No, you told me not to. I mean, I wish I could because I banged you and we all thought that was impossible…" he smirked.
Scotty whacked his arm angrily," This isn't funny Mason! If anyone—especially Adeline—finds out about this…we will diffuse an atomic bomb. So keep your mouth shut, okay?"
Mason nodded, fearing Scotty's wrath—because that girl could be violent. "Okay, no one will know. Have you told anyone?"
Scotty kicked her foot and nodded. "I told Delilah, but she promised to keep it a secret."
"How come you can tell someone but I can't?" Mason questioned, crossing his arms.
"Because I don't want to show off who I slept with, I did it to get it off my chest. You on the other hand, will say it like it's the most proudest moment of your life." Scotty replied, crossing her arms and raising an eyebrow.
"Well, it was…"
Scotty rolled her eyes, "Just zip your lips and this stays between us…virgin taker."
The two talked for a few more minutes before walking away from each other as if nothing happened.
But…
Something did happen.
Heather Wellins heard it all, her mouth agape as she took out her phone and smirked deviously.
Adeline was at her locker, applying a coat of lip gloss and fixing her hair in her tiny mirror when her phone vibrated. The brunette reached for her phone and read the mass text she received.
Secrets are meant to be exposed…well here's one. Geek turned chic Scotty Hummel-Anderson and our bad boy Mason Puckerman seemed to have done the deed. Could they be a potential couple, or just friends with benefits? You decide!

Adeline's jaw clenched and she turned red with anger. She clutched her phone and Adeline Hudson saw red as she angrily slammed her locker and stomped her way to the choir room.
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
Most of the New Directions were sitting in the choir room. Scotty was talking with Delilah, standing up.
Adeline looked steamed with anger as she pointed to Scotty," YOU!" she accused scornfully. "YOU LYING WHORE!"
Everyone turned to look at Adeline with a shocked look at her language. "Oh this is about to get good…" Izzy trailed off, smirking in delight.
Scotty turned with a raised eyebrow and shocked look. "Excuse me?"
"Oh don't play stupid with me Scotty." Adeline snapped angrily. "Were you ever planning on telling me that you slept with Mason?" she crossed her arms. Everyone in the room gasped at the news.
"Oh shit." Scotty thought to herself. She bit her lip," Adeline I can explain, we were drunk and I was clearly not myself—"
"Save it. I don't want to hear it." Adeline cut off. "How could you? You know Mason and I have history."
"Actually, we all know this." Rowan muttered; her and Aaron high-fiving.
"I. Was. Drunk." Scotty enunciated each word. "I did not have any control of what I was doing!" she began losing her patience.
Adeline scoffed," Keep making excuses, it doesn't change the fact that you're a skank." Scotty's eye twitched. The youngest Hudson strided across the room to meet face-to-face with her cousin and supposed friend. "Scotty, why don't you make like a Tardis and fly to another dimension?"
"Oh shit, she did not just go there…" Rowan muttered.
Scotty gasped in disbelief," How dare you use a Doctor Who reference on me?"
Adeline smirked," I. Just. Did."
Scotty glared at her," Oh yeah? Well how about you make like Jean Valjean and change your identity? Because quite frankly, I'm done with the current one."
Dorothy's mouth gaped and her eyes widened," Oh my god, she went there."
Adeline gasped over dramatically," You did not just insult me with a Les Mis reference!"
Scotty snapped her fingers," I. Just. Did."
"Come on, fight already!" Izzy exclaimed.
Emily smirked," How about you and I go for round two, I can beat your ass again." And Izzy flicked her off.
Adeline slapped Scotty across the face and everyone gasped. Scotty grabbed her cheek and nodded. "Such a genius slapper." And Scotty growled before lunging for Adeline and the two were on the floor fighting.
The two rolled around the floor and threw kicks, punches, and hair pulling at each other. Some people started cheering.
"Punch her in the face, punch her in the face, PUNCH HER IN THE FACE!" Izzy encouraged.
Adeline scratched Scotty's cheek and said in between pants," I hate you."
Scotty threw a punch and hit Adeline in the nose. "Bite me." And Adeline did.
"I am so turned on right now…" Keegan muttered. Jonathan nodded in agreement.
Delilah turned to her twin brother, "This is all your fault. Couldn't keep it in your pants, could you?"
Mason glared at her," Shut up."
Scotty kicked Adeline and Adeline was gushing blood from her nose while Scotty from her lip. "I can't believe I took two bullets for you!" Adeline exclaimed.
"I can't believe I cried for you, you're just a spoiled brat who hates everything because a guy doesn't give a crap about you…but he did for me." Scotty smirked.
Adeline swung a punch angrily and hit Scotty in the eye.
Cheryl sighed and stood up," Adeline get off her!" Cheryl grabbed Adeline and Aaron grabbed Scotty. Both were still kicking violently, trying to break free to keep beating the living crap out of each other.
"No let me at her! I want to strangle her until she can't sing anymore!" Scotty growled, trying to break grasp, but Aaron was too strong for her.
Adeline growled," I want to bang your head against the floor until your IQ is 45!"
"Are we talking about your IQ? Because you're definitely an idiot!" Scotty yelled back.
"Why don't you go spread your legs to another guy? You seem pretty successful at that!" Adeline shouted angrily.
"Both of you shut your damn mouths before I do so myself!" Aaron shouted an octave higher than the two.
The two calmed down and Adeline glared at her," You're no longer my cousin."
"You mean nothing to me now." Scotty glared.
Mr. Schue walked in and noticed there was Scotty and Adeline with their hair all over the place and blood gushing from their faces. "What just happened here?" he exclaimed.
"The second best catfight ever that will be uploaded on YouTube tonight!" Rowan exclaimed as she put away her phone.
Mr. Schue sighed angrily. "You two, go to the nurses office. Now!" he pointed to Scotty and Adeline. "Without killing each other!" The two glared at each other as they left the choir room at a distance from each other.
Cheryl and Aaron took a seat and Mr. Schue sighed. "Anyway, amazing job this week with the dancing." He told them. "You guys have really improved and our chances at winning Nationals are much higher now."
Everyone cheered and clapped. Aaron raised his hand and Mr. Schue nodded to him. "Mr. Schue, there's actually someone who wants to audition for the New Directions." He grinned proudly.
Mr. Schue gleamed," Really? Who is it?"
Aaron smirked," You'll see." Aaron stood up from his seat and nodded to the band began playing a song.
Ladies and Gentlemen we've got a special treat for you tonight, Aaron said like an announcer.
I'm gonna call my friend Alex up here to... to sing to you all, he smirked.
Alex!, Aaron called.
Let's go man, and Aaron took a seat.
Alex made his entrance and slid across the floor, grinning. My name is Alex nice to meet you can I tell you baby
Look around there's a whole lot of pretty ladies
But none like you, you shine so bright, yeah, Alex sang impressively.
I was wondering if you and me could spend a minute
On the floor up and close getting lost in it
I won't give up without a fight, Alex shuffled across the floor as he sang.
Alex sang as everyone clapped rhythmically, I just wanna, oh baby
I just want you to dance with me tonight
So come on, oh baby, he sang.
I just want you to dance with me tonight, he motioned for everyone to get up from their seats and start dancing. Everyone did so and started dancing across the room.
Alex grabbed Emily and the two began dancing very 50's like. We're getting sweaty, hot and heavy in the crowd now
I loosen up and let your hands go down, down, he sang very upbeat.
But go with it girl, yeah just close your eyes, yeah, he spun her around. Emily was grinning and laughing as she danced with him.
I feel the music moving through your body
And looking at you I can tell you want me, Alex winked at Emily as they did a bunch of spins and turns.
Don't stop, keep going till the morning light, yeah
When I saw you there, sitting all alone in the dark acting like you didn't have a care
I knew right then, that you'd be mine, and we'd be dancing the whole damn night like, he sang to her as he dipped her. Who knew Alex was quite the charmer?
Oh baby,
I just want you to dance with me tonight, he lifted Emily up and spun her around.
So come on, oh baby
I just want you to dance with me tonight, Alex sang.
Everyone else danced to the song, pairing up and doing dance moves that were from the 1950's, Break it down now, Alex grinned.
(yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah), the New Directions harmonized.
Shake it like that, Alex gyrated his hips and others joined him.
The New Directions harmonized, (yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah)
Now bring it all back, Alex sang, doing some Elvis Presley-like dance moves.
To dance with me tonight
One more time, one more time, come on now, he sang as everyone had a great time dancing.
(yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah), they sang again while clapping.
Do your thing
(yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah), The New Directions harmonized.
Everybody sing
(I just want you to dance with me tonight), they sang together as Alex hit a falsetto note impressively.
Alex sang while the New Directions harmonized in the background, I just wanna, oh baby
I just want you to dance with me tonight
Everybody everybody come on now
Girl, just close your eyes
We can dance all through the night, Everyone danced around the choir room.
I just want you to dance with me tonight
And everybody sing, Alex sang.
Girl just close your eyes,
We can dance all through the night
I just want you to dance with me tonight
So come on girl just close your eyes
We can dance all through the night
I just want you to dance with me tonight, Alex finished singing the song. Everyone applauded and Alex bowed awkwardly while he felt his face get flushed.
"Wow! Great job Alex! Welcome to glee!" Mr. Schue praised. The boy thanked him and grinned, nodding to everyone gratefully.
~~New Directions: The Next Generation! ~~
After glee, Annie approached Heather with a nervous look on her face. "Um, Heather?"
Heather looked from her locker and shut it. "Oh hey Juno—oh wait, I'm not supposed to say that." She smirked.
Annie resisted the urge to say something snarky and pursed her lips, "I thought about it…what do you need me to do?" Annie was desperate to make sure no one found out about her pregnancy.
Heather grinned deviously and crossed her arms, "First step: destroy Delilah Puckerman."
