With Amata safe, Winter is still trapped in a hostile deathtrap with no way out. She fights an enemy she knows almost nothing about and has to juggle dealing with the Enclave as well as a public in fear and chaos. Rated MA

25. Update!

Hey people, what's up?

I've been gone for three years but I really haven't stopped working on my stuff. I wasn't happy with how they were turning out so I basically spent three years toiling away at it in private when I wasn't super busy with work and studying. So this was my plan, I was expecting nobody to still be reading, and I was just going to scrub it and start again. However, I found out it gets a little bit of traffic. In the rare case that it's people coming in and rereading the whole thing, I'll keep Those Crazy Kids and Welcome to Paradise up on here and just list them as complete. It doesn't seem fair to just delete it until I finish the rewrite. I'm not giving up on Winter and Amata's story, I'm just rewriting it. Keeping in mind though a few things in this story will change. Nothing major, but it will not be a word for word rewrite.

I'm sorry for any people who may still be subscribed and just shit a brick thinking that I uploaded a new chapter for the first time in three years, but please know that I'm powering through it. I have a foundation word file with 200,000 words of planning and ideas that I hope to expand upon.

Those Crazy Kids has been renamed to Lyons Pride, and in the four or five days since I started it I already have four chapters up. Keep in mind though, the four chapters were mostly written when I first published the story, but once I get through my already written and proofread stuff I aim to publish one chapter a week, with a chapter containing around 5-7k words, hopefully. If everything goes to plan, I'll be able to keep my momentum up but good god I just to say that I finished this story. It's been rattling around in my head for five years now, it deserves to be finished.

Hit the Road is on hiatus for the time being but I still have plans for it, but it requires the Lyons Pride series to be finished first.

I'm sorry for the long hiatus, but for those that liked my stories please know that I didn't abandon it, I've never stopped working on it.

I'll be posting the Lyons Pride on here either today or tomorrow (Aussie time), but for those that like Ao3's style better or if you just want to skim through what I already have, my ao3 name is KoalaBoat.

Again, I apologize for the radio silence, and if anybody is still carrying on from 2015, thank you. Hopefully, I can make this worth the wait.
