Diane's Destiny
Some time later, Terry, Stew, Asana and Isana and their partner Digimon met up together. "So, what are we here for?" asked Isana. "Uh," stuttered Terry, trying to think of what to say, "Digidestined meeting?"
The word 'digidestined' is what came to their minds. "Yeah, let's go with that," said Stew. "Ok," agreed Terry. "So what are we going to talk about?" asked Asana. "We're going to talk about our duties," answered Terry, "And what we have done to help people." "Yes," agreed Stew.
The four Digimon listened. "This is going to be interesting," said Coronamon. "All right, we're a team," said Terry, "And we've proved it." "Yes," agreed Dracomon. "We all stopped malevolent Digimon from going berserk," said Dorumon. "That's true," agreed Asana. "Each one of us," said Lunamon "Yeah," agreed Isana, "We stopped one Digimon from hurting people."
"And causing trouble," said Asana, "Most of the time. The Digimon me and Coronamon faced almost caused an apocalypse." "But we've defeated evil Digimon," said Dracomon. "So what does it mean?" asked Stew. "I think that there is a connection between all of us," suggested Terry, "It's a guess. A good one, though." "Yeah," agreed Lunamon.
"But there's another answer," said Terry. "What?" asked Asana. "I'm not sure," replied Terry, "But we have to find it out ourselves." "Good point there," said Lunamon. "Uh guys?" said Isana.
"What is it, Isana?" asked Terry. "We got company," Isana said, pointing at an army of Tetramon. "Don't these brainless freaks get our message?" muttered Terry.
"Nope," answered Dracomon. "Well, let's teach them a lesson!" said Asana, "Coronamon, let's go!" "I'm with you," agreed Coronamon. "We're going in as well!" said Dracomon, Lunamon and Dorumon at the same time. "Ok," said Terry, but before Stew, Isana and Asana could respond, a voice shouted "Turbo Stinger!" Multiple laser beams shot and destroyed all of the Tetramon.
"Well, that was interesting," said Stew. Then they all saw a large mechanical insect Digimon flying above them. "That Digimon must have been the one who shot all of those Tetramon," explained Dracomon. "Maybe," agreed Dorumon. Just then, there was a loud rumbling sound.
The kids and their Digimon turned to see another Digimon emerging from the forest. "Oh no!" exclaimed Asana. "A Tyrannomon!" exclaimed Lunamon.
"It's going to go on a rampage!" exclaimed Stew. "We have to do something about it!" shouted Dracomon. But before they could do anything, the large insect Digimon flew over them. "Turbo Stinger!" The Digimon fired a laser beam from the gun turret at the end of its abdomen and deleted the Tyrannomon.
"Well, that's gone," said Stew. "Who was that?" asked Isana. "I'm not sure," answered Lunamon as the large insect Digimon flew out of sight. It then landed near a tree, degenerating into a smaller insect Digimon.
"That was a close call," it said as it landed on the tree, "I, Fanbeemon has stopped a berserk invasion. But, I know that something is missing." With that, the Digimon settled down on the tree. Some time later, Stew and Terry were by themselves with their Digimon. However, they were not alone.
"Say, Terry," said Stew. "Yes?" replied Terry. "What was that another answer thing you mentioned?" asked Stew. "I think it's more than us being a team," said Terry, "But I'm not sure what it is however." "Ok, but how will we know what it is?" asked Stew. "Maybe when the time comes," answered Terry.
"I see," said Stew. "How about the time comes now?!" roared a voice. "Holy radiation belt!" exclaimed Stew, just as a large man deliberately rammed into Stew, "An almost maniacal hobo!" The man pressed Stew up against the wall and threaten him with a switchblade. "Calling me maniacal, huh?" said the man, "I'll murder you!"
"Hey, leave my friend alone!" shouted Terry. But the maniacal man only swatted Terry away. "What is the deal with you?!" shouted Terry. "Yeah, man," groaned Stew, "What are you doing?!" "Shut that hole under your nose!" shouted the man. "Hey!" shouted Dorumon, "Stew did nothing to you, so let him go!"
"Yeah, let him go you long haired freak!" shouted Dracomon. The man who is harassing Stew had long hair like a girl, and he has a beard, which looked like it hadn't been shaved for months. "I think not!" he replied. Just then, Asana and Isana happed to walk by and saw what was going on. "What on earth?!" shouted Asana.
"Oh no!" cried Isana, "A mad woman!" "Well, it's because of the hair," said Asana, "That's actually a man. And he's harassing Terry and Stew!" "We got to help them!" The two charged into action. While their Digimon followed. "All right, punk!" said the man, "Get ready to cry!"
"I'm kind of old to cry!" said Stew, "And you're a looser!" Then the man screamed in pain and let Stew go. Terry could see that Asana struck the man in the back of the head with a large rock. When he let go of Stew, Isana pulled him out of harms way. "Thanks, Isana," said Stew. Then he looked at Asana.
"Thanks for getting me out of trouble," he said to Asana. "No problem" said Asana. The man, however, recovered and swiftly turned to face Asana. "You horrid brat!" he screamed and then punched her really hard. Asana was sent flying backwards. "Asana!" shouted Stew.
"I'm okay!" said Asana, getting back up, "And what is the deal with this guy?" "I'll show you, stupid brats!" shouted the man, holding a dark orb in his left hand. "What is he doing now?" asked Isana. "Oh no," said Coronamon. "Take this!" the man said, throwing the orb high into the air. It then burst into dark energy.
"This is impossible!" exclaimed Terry. The dark energy destroyed almost everything in its path before taking on a skeletal form. "What?" said Terry. The black energy took on a form of a Digimon whose body is all bones and carried a missile on it's back. "A t-rex skeleton thing!" squeaked Isana.
"Have fun, stupidheads!" shouted the man. Then he ran away to a safe place. "It's a Digimon!" called out Stew. "That maniac has released SkullGreymon!" said Dracomon.
"He can do that?!" said Terry. "Somehow, he did," said Dracomon, "And we have to stop it!" The Digimon, called SkullGreymon fired its missile from it's back and destroyed a mountain. "Right!" agreed Asana, "Everyone!"
"Digimon!" shouted Terry, "Digivolve!" "You got it!" agreed Dracomon. And Dorumon, Coronamon and Lunamon agreed. "Dracomon, digivolve to, Coredramon!" "Dorumon, digivolve to, Dorugamon!" "Coronamon, digivolve to, Firamon!" "Lunamon, digivolve to, Lekismon!" "Okay," said Terry, "We can't let this fossil go wild!"
"We have to stop it right now!" agreed Asana. "You got it!" agreed Lekismon. "Let's go!" shouted Coredramon. The four Digimon faced SkullGreymon. But SkullGreymon fired a missile at each of them.
"Don't hold back!" called out Stew, "Attack now!" "Yeah!" agreed Terry. "G Shuruen II!" Coredramon fired a laser beam at SkullGreymon, but did nothing to it. "Dorugamon!" said Stew out loud, "Go for it!" "Cannonball!" Dorugamon fired multiple metal spheres at SkullGreymon, but nothing happened to it.
"Fira dive!" Firamon, engulfed in her own flame, struck SkullGreymon. Then Lekismon attacked. "Moon night bomb!" She threw water balls at SkullGreymon. Both attacks did nothing to SkullGreymon.
"What now?" asked Stew. SkullGreymon fired a missile at the kids. "Watch out!" called out Stew and everyone huddled together, but before the missile got any closer, Greymon jumped in and blocked it. "It's Greymon!" Asana explained. "Nova force!" Greymon fired a beam and destroyed SkullGreymon's missile.
"What?" groaned the man, whom unleashed the SkullGreymon, now hiding out of sight. Then Hiyakay and Sheena ran into view. "Good job, Greymon!" said Hiyakay. "Let it go!" called out Sheena. That's when Birdramon flew into view. "Fire flapping!" Birdramon's body engulfed itself in flames and charged towards SkullGreymon, striking it really hard.
"All right!" exclaimed Sheena. Then two more attacks struck SkullGreymon. "Hellfire!" "Hurricane Gale!" That's when Kyason, Myradith, DeviEeveemon and Zephyrmon arrived. "Glad we're here," said Kyason. "We came to help," said Myradith. "We need it," said Stew. SkullGreymon fired two missiles at the kids.
"Hellfire!" DeviEeveemon destroyed one missile. "Plasma paws!" Zephyrmon destroyed another. "Good job," said Myradith. "Everyone! Stop SkullGreymon!" So the Digimon tried to fight off SkullGreymon. "Moon Night Kick!" Lekismon kicking SkullGreymon's left leg. "So what's the deal with this dinosaur wannabe?" asked Hiyakay.
"That lady-man hobo brought that skeleton to existence!" explained Stew. "What hobo?" asked Sheena. "Him!" Stew pointed at the man. "He threatened Stew," explained Terry, "And punched Asana and me." "Unbelievable!" thought Sheena, "Who is he?" "I have no idea," said Isana, "But he is really violent."
"You can say that 100 times," agreed Asana. "Great Horns Attack!" Greymon tackled SkullGreymon's right leg. As the Digimon continued fighting SkullGreymon, the small insect Digimon from earlier, named Fanbeemon was flying nearby. "I know whom I should find at once," she said, "But where?"
Nearby, Diane had been trying to find Kyason. "Big brother, where are you?" she called out. This, however, got the maniacle man's attention. At the same time, SkullGreymon knocked DeviEeveemon, Zephyrmon, Greymon, Birdramon, Coredramon, Firamon, Dorugamon, and Lekismon out of way.
"Oh no," said Kyason. "Everyone," said Terry. "Don't worry," said Zephyrmon, getting back up, "Were fine." "But it's not going to be easy for us," said Birdramon. "SkullGreymon is really powerful!" said DeviEeveemon. "We need to find a way to stop it," said Coredramon. "You're right," agreed Terry.
"I think we better digivolve," said Greymon. "Me too," said Birdramon. "Right," agreed Sheena, "You must then." Both Sheena and Hiyakay held up their digivices and Greymon and Birdramon digivolved.
"Greymon, digivolve to, MetalGreymon!" "Birdramon, digivolve to, Garudamon!" As SkullGreymon charged once again, MetalGreymon head-butt it back. Then Garudamon restrained it.
"We have to strike now!" said Dorugamon. "We must!" agreed Firamon. "Ok," said Kyason. But then, they heard a screaming sound. "What?!" shouted Kyason. Everyone turned to see Kyason's sister, Diane has been captured by the bearded man.
"Hey, stupid!" he called out, "Is she yours?" "That's the freak that unleashed SkullGreymon!" called out Stew, "And he's got Kyason's sister!" "Let her go!" screamed Kyason, charging towards the man. But the man responded by kicking Kyason in the face really hard.
"Kyason!" screamed Diane. Sheena responded by pulling a shotgun out and aimed it at the man, but dared not pull the trigger. "Release Diane right now your cur!" she yelled. "Are you trying to hunt me?" said the man, "Now you let SkullGreymon have fun."
"And why should we do that?" asked Terry. "Because I'll have a fun time murdering your friend here!" the man replied. "You coward!" yelled Hiyakay. "This is low for you!" yelled Terry. Then all of the Digimon turned to see what is happening. "No!" growled DeviEeveemon, "Diane!"
"The coward!" said Zephyrmon. Then Myradith ran up to Kyason. "Kyason," she said "Are you all right?" "Yes," answered Kyason, "I am." "Ok," said the man, "Now, I'm going to do whatever I want and let your little friend get hurt. Is that okay with you?" This time there was no response from the digidestined.
But however, that is when Fanbeemon flew into view. "Oh no," she thought, "I know what I have to do." "Okay," said the man, "Now, it's time to have some fun." Before he could say anymore, he screamed in pain. "What's going on?" asked Stew. The man collapsed and Diane got away. Sheena responded by putting down her shotgun.
"Kyason!" she cried. "Diane!" called out Kyason as Diane jumped into his arms. "Are you all right?" asked Myradith. "Threatened," answered Diane, "But now, I'm safe! I always wanted to find you!" Just then, everyone could see what had happened. "There's a Digimon," explained Lekismon.
Everyone could see that Fanbeemon was the Digimon that stabbed the man in the back with its stinger. "Hello, everyone!" said Fanbeemon, "My name is Fanbeemon." "Thank you, Fanbeemon," said Kyason, "For saving my sister." "You're welcome," said Fanbeemon.
But then, SkullGreymon knocked Garudamon out of the way and fired a missile at everyone. "Everyone watch out!" shouted DeviEeveemon. Before anyone could do anything, Fanbeemon got in the way of the attack. "Fanbeemon!" shouted Diane. Then, both Diane and Fanbeemon were surrounded in a bright light.
"Diane?" asked Kyason. "Could it be? My sister?" The moment SkullGreymon's attack hit Fanbeemon, it exploded without causing any damage. Diane stood there with a bright glowing orb in front of her. As Fanbeemon returned to face Diane, the orb transformed into a digivice.
"Me?" thought Diane. "Are you the digidestined that I have been searching for?" asked Fanbeemon. "Yes," answered Diane, grabbing the digivice. "Diane," said Kyason, "Is this what you want to do?"
"Of course, Kyason, my brother," answered Diane, "Fanbeemon, you up for the challenge?" "Of course I am!" replied Fanbeemon, "I'm ready to send this fossil back to the center of the earth!" "Diane," said Kyason, patting his sister on the back, "Let's do it together."
"Ok," agreed Diane, "Fanbeemon, go." "Right!" agreed Fanbeemon. Fanbeemon flew towards SkullGreymon "Gear Stinger!" Fanbeemon fired its stinger right into SkullGreymon's left eye. "Good job, Fanbeemon!" said Diane. Just then, the man got back up.
"No!" he shouted, "You can't hurt SkullGreymon. Sheena then ran towards the man and used her shotgun like a battering ram and struck the man in his stomach extremely hard. "You are a pathetic coward!" she yelled and punched him in the face.
"Well, tough day for him then" said Terry as Sheena continued beating up the maniacal man. "Remind me not to get on your girlfriend's bad side," said Stew. "Agreed," said Hiyakay, "Same thing can be said about me." Then Fanbeemon got into position. "88 call!" the moment she said that, multiple Fanbeemon copies appeared and attacked SkullGreymon.
"Talk about multiplying," said Isana. "All right, Diane," said Fanbeemon, "Use your digivice on me!" "Ok!" agreed Diane and so she did and Fanbeemon began to digivolve. "Fanbeemon, digivolve to, Waspmon!"
"It's that Digimon from earlier!" exclaimed Terry. "You're right there," agreed Stew. The large mechanical Digimon, Waspmon flew towards SkullGreymon. SkullGreymon fired multiple missiles at Waspmon, but she remained unhurt. "Please be all right," said Diane.
Alas, Waspmon survived SkullGreymon's attack and prepared to fight. She flew above SkullGreymon. SkullGreymon prepare to attack Waspmon once more, but she was quick to react.
"Bear Buster!" Waspmon fired a super-strong energy beam at where SkullGreymon's missiles are stored; on it's back. As a result, a huge explosion erupted from SkullGreymon's back and damaged its spine in the process. It tried to run away, but Waspmon quickly responded. "Turbo Stinger!" She fired her laser beams at all of SkullGreymon's joints, paralyzing it.
"There!" said Waspmon, "I've struck you at your skeletal joints! Now you can't move!" SkullGreymon could not move an inch, and if it did, it will hurt. "No!" screamed the man, beaten up, "What a failure!" Then he felt someone grabbing his arm really hard. "Hey!" it was Hiyakay who grabbed him, "Listen here you girl freak! I don't know what your problem is, but what you did today was beyond stupid!"
"Let me go, you-" the man tried to say more, but Hiyakay responded by forcing his elbows to bend at an angle that they shouldn't. "I'm pretty sure your arm is supposed to bend this way then," Hiyakay said, trying to force his elbows backwards. "Let me go!" screamed the man. "I guess not," said Hiyakay and then, threw the man into a trashcan with brutal force.
"It could be garbage day," said Hiyakay, then he returned to the battle, "As for SkullGreymon, I know Waspmon prevented it from moving at all, but I think something can be done about it." He ran up to MetalGreymon. "MetalGreymon, would you care to "help" SkullGreymon out?" he asked. "It will be my pleasure," agreed MetalGreymon. MetalGreymon then swatted the paralyzed SkullGreymon away.
The force of the swing made Waspmons attack effect worse for SkullGreymon as its data began to break apart. "Now's our chance!" called out Myradith, "Everyone attack!"
"Right!" agreed the Digimon. "Hellfire!" "Hurricane Gale!" "Blue Flare Breath!" "Fira bomb!" "Cannonball!" "Tear Arrow!" "Wing Blade!" "Giga Blaster!" "Turbo Stinger!" All of the Digimon attacks struck SkullGreymon and the resulting explosion deleted its data. After that, the Digimon reverted to their original selves. "Diane," said Kyason, "Welcome."
"Thank you, brother," said Diane. "You are now one of us," said Terry and Stew together. And Eeveemon, Zephyrmon, Agumon, Biyomon, Dorumon, Coronamon, Dracomon and Lunamon all thanked Fanbeemon for helping them today. "Thank you for what you've done, Fanbeemon," said Zephyrmon.
"Welcome," said Biyomon. "Why thank you," said Fanbeemon. "Kyason," said Diane, "I will help you, your friends and your girlfriend out in many situations." "Ok, Diane," said Kyason, "But you can still do what you normally do. Most of the time." "Ok," said Diane.
That night, the man managed to get out of the trashcan and crawled away. Just then, Piedmon appeared in front of him. "Hello there," he said, "Missed garbage day?" "You lied to me, you con clown!" growled the man, "You said SkullGreymon would be the key to infinite power!"
"Yeah, I almost lied," said Piedmon, "Listen here, Mr. Jerome, you were too obsessed with SkullGreymon as your source for power that you've never listened to what else I have to say. SkullGreymon was your pet." "Then what?!" shouted the man.
"Come and I'll show you. If you're willing to cooperate, Hystle." So the maniacal man, whose name was Jerome followed Piedmon to a dark courner. And there was a dark energy surge.
