"Mom?"

"Snow?"

That confirmed everything for both of them. Snow launched herself at her mother as new tears started to form.

"I thought you was dead. I was at your funeral. You died because of me. I'm so sorry".

Shhhh...Honey, I'm not dead, I'm right here. My death was faked so I wouldn't have to die, and you could still have Emma. It was her idea, she is a really smart child".

"What?, I don't understand".

"I'll explain everything, it's a long story".

"So whose August again?" Mary Margaret and Eva sat at the kitchen table drinking coffee. Eva was trying to explain everything that has happened from her point of view since she met Emma and August at her castle".

"He is only a child himself. He helped Emma, and he has helped me".

"Where is he now?"

"With Gold".

"You mean Rumpelstiltskin". Snow rubbed her forehead with the back of her hand. "He can not be trusted. Well, he can, but not when making deals. He is very smart and very dangerous".

"August knows him all to well. He said he was from the enchanted forest as well. Although I forgot who he said he was". Mary Margaret nodded her head as she processed all the new information.

"What about Regina. Does she know who she is? Does she know who Emma really is?"

"She knows who she is according to Gold. She does not know who Emma is as of yet. Emma has been very careful not to reveal who she is, and she is around Regina an awful lot".

"Why is that".

"Emma loves Regina. She believes that Regina just needs someone who she knows loves her, and then she wouldn't be evil anymore".

"She's right Mom. I remember when Regina was a kind hearted person. She was the nicest person ever, but after I told her mother about Daniel she has hated me ever silently ever since. She was kind to me until I turned 18 and then she changed". Mary Margaret said looking at her hands. "It's my fault. This whole curse, it's my fault. I have to make it right".

"It's not your fault Snow. Don't you ever think it is, understood?"

"Yes, I understand. But I will make this right. With your help and with Emma's we will all be alright. Even Regina". She reached across the table and grabbed a hold to her mothers hand. She missed her so much.

"Emma, Emma, it's time to wake up darling. Time to get up for school".

Mary Margaret shook her daughter awake.

"Go away, It's Saturday".

"Sweetie, it's Wednesday, and if you don't get up now, we both will be late for school. I'm a teacher and that just won't do".

"I'm tired Mom, just five more minutes". Emma threw the covers over her head and turned away from her mother. Mary Margaret smiled. Emma just called her Mom, for the first time. She reached up and wiped away a single tear drop away. Now was not the time to get emotional. They had to get to school on time today. She pulled the covers down off her daughter and started tickling her. Emma giggled and tried to pull away.

"Hey no fair, I'm up...I'm up, stop tickling me, I can't take it anymore".

"Okay sweetie, go upstairs and get dressed, don't forget to brush your teeth".

Mary Margaret, Emma and Eva all spent the next couple of day getting to know each other. Before they knew it, it was Thursday afternoon. The sat around the Dinner table eating dinner.

"Grandma, have you seen August lately. I haven't seen him since like last week".

"No, I'm sorry, I haven't Emma. The last I heard of him, he was with Mr. Gold. He has some of his own issues to work out".

"Oh, okay". Emma looked at her plate in disgust. She hated spinach. "So, have you decided if I can go to Regina's for the weekend. I really want to go". She gave her best puppy dog face she could, directed at her Mother and Grandmother.

"Well". Eva looked at Mary Margaret who nodded her head for her to go on. "We have talked about it, and we have decided that you may spend the weekend at Regina's house".

"YES! thank-you Mom, thanks grandma".

Eva smiled as Mary Margaret interrupted. "But, there are some conditions".

Emma groaned, she pushed the spinach around her plate. "Of course there is".

Mary Margaret continued. "You may spend Friday night, all of Saturday, but Regina must have you home on Sunday at noon. No later. You must call everyday, that you are away, and every time we call you need to answer. No talking about the curse. Do not call anyone by their enchanted forest name. If Regina offers you apple anything, do not eat it. You must follow these rules or, your not allowed to go".

"Fine I will follow those rules. I promise". Emma looked away, happy she could go, but upset they were treating her like a child. "Anything else".

"Yes, actually there is. I had your grandma pick you up something while we were at school". That got Emma's attention. Eva reached in her Jacket pocket and pulled out a small square box. She opened it and showed the contents to Emma.

"You guys got me a cell phone! That is so cool. Thanks Grandma, thanks Mom". Emma grabbed the phone, and looked at it before she gave the other two women in the room a hug. "Best gift ever".

Friday After school, Mary Margaret and Emma waited inside the class room for Regina to pick up Emma. "Do you remember the rules Emma?"

Emma looked around to make sure they were alone. All the other kids already went home. "Yes Mom, call everyday, don't talk about the curse, blah, blah, blah, I got it. We went over it like 20 times already. I promise I will be careful".

"Okay". Mary Margaret looked at her daughter before she picked up the bag she keep in the supply closet all day and gave it to Emma. "I packed your bag. I put extra clothes in there, as well as jacket in case you get cold".

"Thank-you, did you pack my blanket?"

"I did. It's under all your clothes".

"Thank-you, your the best". Emma gave her a quick hug before they were interrupted.

"Hello Emma, Miss Blanchard".

Mary Margaret turned around to face the door. "Madam Mayor". She greeted. This was the first time she has seen Regina since she remembered who she truly was. She tried to sound as sweet and as naive as Mary Margaret would have, and not as untrusting as she really was. She knew Regina would not harm Emma, She did not try to kill her until she was an adult. Regina was a lot of things, but she would never harm a child intentionally, Snow knew this, and that is why her mother and herself, came to the decision that Emma could spend time around Regina. Plus, she was sure if she told Emma she couldn't see the mayor anymore, she would have just snuck and done it, which would have been bad.

"Hi Regina". Emma greeted taking the bag out of her mother's hands.

"Sorry I'm late dear. There was some paperwork, which needed to be completed before the weekend".

"It's okay". Emma shrugged. "Bye Miss Blanchard. I will see you at home on Sunday". Emma leaned into her mother for a hug goodbye, before walking over to Regina and grabbing her hand.

"Please have her home by noon on Sunday". Mary Margaret called out as the two walked out of the room. When she didn't get a reply, she silently prayed she wouldn't regret letting Emma spend time with Regina later. She walked over to her desk and started filling out some paperwork to become a volunteer at StoryBrooks hospital. She had wanted to volunteer for some time now, but now that she was awake, she needed to be apart of everything to make sure that her people was well taken care of, plus she needed to find Charming, where ever he may be.
