Peter
Peter stood in the hold of the Quinjet with Fury next to him. He felt the jet lift off the ground. The jet slowly rose and then it shot forward and flew out of the helicarrier's hangar. Peter felt his stomach drop and the jet banked to the left and headed toward the water where Tony was.
Peter looked out of the cock pit windows and he could see the sun was beginning to come up. The clouds were a fiery orange and a bright pink. Peter closed his eyes when he saw that most of New York was on fire. He turned to Fury and Fury looked at him. They understood each other and they watched as the jet flew closer towards the water.
"Ok, open up the back" Fury said
"Yes sir" the pilot said and the back ramp lowered.
The air came in in gusts and it was cold. Peter walked forward and he saw Tony fighting Skull down below. Fury put his hand on his shoulder.
"You're sure about this?" Fury asked
"Nick, if it were you. Would you be able to stand by and do nothing?" Peter asked looking at him
Fury was silent for a few second and he shook his head.
"Yes, I'm sure about this" Peter said
Peter took a deep breath and he ran forward and he jumped out of the jet.
Tony
Tony hit Skull in the gut then the face. Skull countered with a head butt and a knee to the gut. Tony put his hand up and it fired at it hit Skull in the gut sending in a few feet away. Skull ran at Tony and tackled him and threw him into the air and charged up his chest and fired. Tony felt the impact and he flew across the grass and he rolled and landed on his chest. Tony groaned and he looked at his power bar: 8%.
Tony pushed himself up and he ran at Skull and they both went to hit each other. Skull didn't miss and hit Tony in the face and then punched his reactor core. The core cracked and Tony's power went from 8% to 1%. Tony felt his heart beating faster and it was in his ears and he fell to his knees. He felt his heart and it started to hurt. Every breath was like a knife stabbing his lungs.
He felt his head and it hurt with every heartbeat. Tony fell over and his face plate came up. Skull stood over him and smiled.
"You are done Stark, just like your father" Skull said
Skull put his foot on Tony's chest and Tony tried to get it off, but he was too weak. Skull chuckled at Tony's failed attempt and he pressed down and Tony's chest plate started to crumble. Tony felt his heart in his chest and how it was beating erratically. Skull was about to break the reactor core under the pressure. Tony saw someone flying toward them.
Peter hit Skull to the ground, stopping him from finishing Tony. Skull growled as he stood up. Peter was standing in front of Tony. He was ready and he put his hand up and he waved at Skull. Skull clenched his teeth in ager and he ran at him. Peter chuckled and he ran at Skull. He jumped over him and fired two webs and hit Skull in the back and Peter pulled himself forward and he kicked him in the back, sending him into a tree.
Skull made the tree shatter and fall over. He groaned and stood up. Peter was hoping lightly on his feet as if he was in a boxing match. Skull fired and Peter dove out of the way and he shot a web and swung toward Skull. Skull aimed and fired two rocket. Peter let go of the web and he barrel rolled and the Rocket missed him by centimeters.
"Wahoo!" peter said and he came down and kicked Skull.
Skull flew back a step and he went to hit him. Peter dodged the punch and hit Skull in the face then the gut. He stumbled and Peter didn't stop. Peter jumped and kicked him. He ran at Skull and slid on his back and kicked him up into the air. Peter quickly got back up and he shot a web and he pulled Skull down. Skull made a crater when he hit the ground.
Peter waited calmly for Skull to climb out. He saw the black suit's hand reach the edge of the crater. Peter fired a web and it hit the hand and he pulled Skull out of the crater and kicked him in the face as he flew forward. Skull grunted and he hit Peter and he kicked him into a tree. Peter hit the ground and he pushed himself back up. Skull walked forward and charged up his chest. Peter looked at Skull.
Skull was about to fire and then he was knocked away and he stumbled and his chest fired into the ground. Skull turned to see Thor. Thor help Peter up and they looked at each other. Skull clenched his teeth in anger. Peter jumped forward and hit Skull in the face and he show a web and swung him around and he flew into Thor's hammer. Skull hit the ground and his vison was blurry.
Thor grabbed Skull and threw him across the grass. Peter ran forward and he went onto his hands and kicked him with his feet. Skull fell to the ground and he groaned. Skull stood up and Thor was upon him and he grabbed Skull's arm and hit it with the hammer and Skull's arm cracked. Skull howled in pain and he held his arm.
Peter took a step closer and then someone landed in front of them. Bucky stood and he looked at Thor and Peter.
"Ah come on!" Peter whined
Bucky ran forward and he tackled Thor. Thor slid across the grass and he kicked Bucky off of him. Bucky landed on his feet and he punched Peter in the gut and then kneed him in the head. Peter stumbled back and then a metal hand hit him in the ribs. Peter felt his ribs crack and it was hard to breathe. Bucky grabbed Peter and flipped him and let him land on his knee. Peter felt the air leave his lungs and he struggled to breathe.
Peter swung at Bucky and he caught his hand and snapped his arm. Peter fell to his knees and Bucky hit him across the face and Peter fell to his right unconscious. Bucky turned toward Thor. Thor stared at Peter's body and then he glared at Bucky.
Bucky watched as Thor ran forward. Bucky stepped to the right and hit him in the ribs. Thor swung his hammer and Bucky dodged it and he pulled out a knife and stabbed Thor in the gut. Thor grunted and he head butted Bucky.
Bucky stumbled, but recovered and he ran and tackled Thor. Thor kicked him off and Bucky landed on his back and he swiped Thor's legs out from under him with his leg. Bucky quickly got to his knees and stabbed Thor in the ribs and broke the blade. Thor breathed heavily and he felt blood come to his mouth. Thor slowly closed his eyes and he saw nothing but black.
Bucky watched as he saw three people on a hover bike flying toward him. Bucky watched as they all jumped off and landed in front of him. Clint fired an arrow and Bucky caught it and snapped it in half. Steve charged forward and hit Bucky in the face then the gut. Bucky quickly recovered and he flipped Steve over his shoulder. Natasha jumped onto Bucky and shocked him. Bucky fought through the electricity and he grabbed her and threw her off of him.
Clint ran at him and kicked him. Bucky stepped back and he punched Clint in the face. Clint stumbled then another punch hit him. Clint fell back and then a foot hit him in the chest sending him into the ground. Clint threw himself back up to his feet and he fired an arrow. Bucky dodged it and he slid and hit Clint in the leg. Clint fell to his knee.
Bucky head butted him and Clint fell on his back. Clint groaned and Bucky picked him up and threw him into the ground. Bucky grabbed Clint's bow and snapped it in half. Clint pulled out a knife and stuck Bucky in the thigh.
Bucky kept the pain away and he pulled it out. Clint stood back up and he punched Bucky in the fibs and the face. Bucky stabbed at him with the knife. Clint stopped it from going into his shoulder. Bucky used the extra strength from his metal arm and pushed past Clint's strength and the knife sunk into his shoulder. Clint gasped in pain and Bucky pulled it out and stabbed him in the gut. Clint leaned in Bucky and Bucky kicked him. Clint fell to the ground and he was holding his gut as the knife was still in it and blood was leaking to the ground making the grass turn red.
Steve kicked Bucky to the ground and threw him across the grass. Bucky stood up and a boot hit him in the face sending him to the railing them kept him from falling into the Hudson. He stood up and he saw Natasha running at him and she drop kicked him in the face. Bucky flipped over the railing and fell into the Hudson.
Steve was kneeling next to Clint.
"Clint, you're going to be fine"
"I know, he just incapacitated me. I can't fight" Clint said groaning as the knife slightly shifted.
"Just lie still"
"Is he going to be ok?" Natasha asked
"I'm as good as I always have been Nat" Clint said coughing.
Steve looked back and Skull was standing. It was only him. He was the last enemy to take care of. Steve looked at Natasha and she looked at him. Steve put his shield on his arm and he ran at Skull.
