So, thought I'd just say that yes- i know that Dora doesn't get pregnant until later in the story in the books but she also wasn't raised by Bellatrix in the books. haha So this is just how it works here according to the plot line I have lain out.
Anyway, please enjoy and please please review!
Dora took a deep breath as she stood on Remus Lupins doorstep. She stared at the door for what felt like an eternity before she finally plucked up the courage to knock. She adjusted her clothing, brushed her long blonde hair out of her face as she pulled her cloaks hood closer to her face and tried and failed to stay still as she waited for Remus to answer. She sighed as though she had been holding her breath when the door slowly opened, revealing the older man. You could always tell when the full moon had only just passed from his dishevelled and tired looks, going around looking like he needed to catch up on sleep.
Remus smiled tiredly as he opened the door for the young witch, letting her walk in before he shut the door behind her. He reached out for her and kissed her gently on the lips the moment the door was shut. Dora closed her eyes, leaning into him then resting her head on his chest after she had returned the kiss.
"Hello, Dora . . ." Remus gently pulled her hood down, cupping her face in his hand.
"Hello Remus . . ." Dora momentarily closed her eyes as she leaned into his hand, she stayed there for a few moments before she sighed, resting her forehead on his chest.
The pair stayed like that for a few moments before Dora stepped back, walking through to his tiny little living room and sitting down on the edge of the worn out sofa. Remus silently followed and sat next to the witch on the sofa, a slight frown creeping onto his lips.
"Are you okay, Dora?" Remus was starting to notice that despite her outward appearance Nymphadora definitely had something on her mind.
"Yes . . . Remus, we need to talk." Dora chewed her lip, a nervous habit.
" . . . I understand . . . You want to end this?" Remus sighed "I understand, I'm too old and too poor and you're-"
"What? No!" Dora cut him off, turning to him and taking his hands in hers "The opposite really . . ."
"Have . . . Have you been found out?" Remus turned to face Dora, immediately scanning her body with his eyes for signs of injury "Are you okay?"
"N-No Remus . . ." Dora let herself smile ever so slightly, as she had to admit as terrified as she was she had also warmed to the idea of being a mother "Remus . . . I'm pregnant."
Remus stared at her for a few moments before he let go of her hands, standing up and pacing the room "Okay . . . We can handle this . . . I'll ask Snape for an abortion potion . . ."
Dora stared at him for a few moments in shock before she spoke again, her hand on her stomach protectively "What? . . . No!"
"Dora, my condition . . . You can't do that to a child!" Remus stopped in front of Dora, a frantic look on his face.
"Remus, you need to be bitten to be a werewolf. I'm not aborting a child just because of your suspicions!" Doras hair tinged red as she stood up to stand face to face with Remus Lupin.
"I would never forgive myself, Dora! You can't risk putting that onto a child!" Remus reached out, grabbing onto Doras shoulders as he tried to get his point through to her "I would never wish my condition onto anybody, let alone a child, Dora you can't do this."
Dora placed her hands on his as she tried to remain calm "Remus . . . It will be fine . . ."
"No, it won't, Nymphadora." He backed away, walking over to the window "You can't do this . . . What about your position with the Death Eaters?"
"I- . . . I'll have to leave them. I've thought about it already, we'll be okay Remus . . ." Dora tried to reach out for him before he shrugged away out of her grasp, she couldn't help it as tears started to feel her eyes "Remus . . ."
"You can't keep the child, Nymphadora . . . and if you do I can't be here, it's not fair on the child . . . You'll need to get rid of it, I'd advise you to claim it was somebody else's but that would hardly be an option if it came out with my- . . . condition." Remus didn't look at the witch as he spoke.
"Remus . . . No . . . I'm not getting rid of it." Dora tried to reach out for him as he continued to avoid her gaze, stepping away.
". . . Dumbledore asked me to go on a mission for him, I'll be away for months at a time . . . I have to be the one to do it, it involves werewolves . . . It's best you're not around me anymore, I know in that time you'll make the right decision . . ." Remus walked over to the fireplace.
"Remus, no-" tears were freely flowing down her cheeks as she watched Remus reach for the floo powder.
"It's for the best . . . Goodbye, Dora." With only the slightest hesitation Remus floo'd out of his home, leaving Dora crying and alone.

It was October 26th 1996 and Nymphadora was currently leaving yet another Death Eater meeting. She went to head straight to her room, where she had been spending an awful lot of her time recently. She was now nearly three months pregnant and was experiencing the joys of morning sickness, a factor she had managed to hide from everyone as she made an excuse for the one time she was caught vomiting by her aunt-saying it was simply a bad stomach.
She couldn't help but jolt as she felt a hand on her arm on her way out of the room as she turned around to face Bellatrix. She let her guide her as they walked to towards Bellatrixs' room.
"Um . . . Is everything okay?" Dora frowned as she walked into Bella's room and sat on the bed, watching the witch stride over to her vanity table, sitting down and rummaging in her draws for something.
"Yes, I'm fine . . ." Bellatrix mumbled as she paused to look at Dora, after a few moments she shook her head and continued to search through her draw.
Dora chewed the inside of her lip as she could feel her morning sickness wanting to greet her again, she laid back on Bellatrixs' bed, subconsciously placing her hand on her stomach as she closed her eyes. She laid like that for a short while before she felt the bed dip slightly as Bellatrix sat down next to her.
"Dora . . . You know I'd never use occlumency on you . . . But you also know you've never been good at hiding things from me . . ." Dora opened her eyes to see Bellatrix uncomfortably close to her face looking down on her.
Dora tried to stay calm as she spoke, shuffling away from her ever so slightly "Mum . . . I don't know what you're talking about."
Thoughts raced through Nymphadora's mind as she tried to figure out where she had gone wrong, she was sure there was no way Bellatrix could know about her connection to the order. She'd been too careful, she'd never let her catch her leaving for a meeting and even when she used to see Remus Narcissa used to pass it off as how she used to go to a pub as a recent Hogwarts graduate to blow off steam. She racked her brains for where she had gone wrong as Bellatrix reached her hand to her hip, Dora quickly went to sit up as Bellatrixs' hand pushed her gently back down by the shoulder. Dora went to reach for her wand as Bellatrix showed her a small vial of liquid.
Dora froze, staring at the vial "What is that?"
Bellatrix sighed as she popped the cork off of the vial "Morning sickness potion. Narcissa used it with Draco, said it works fine."
Dora stared at Bellatrix for a long time before she said anything "How-"
"You've started eating chocolate like it's all disappearing from the world, you haven't had a drink with me for months and many other reasons that made it easier for myself and your Aunt to figure out what was going on." Bellatrix held the vial closer to Dora, the younger witch waiting for a few moments before sitting up and downing the vial.
"Who is the father, Nymphadora?" Bellatrix took the empty vial off of her and place it on the side, never taking her eyes off of her.
"I- . . . Just some man." The lie came slightly easier than she had expected as she looked back up to her, ensuring she closed off her mind just to be sure.
Bellatrix sighed as she placed her hand on Dora's "You have to tell me who . . ."
"Why?" Dora sat up, wincing slightly as felt the last of her urge to be sick disappear "Why do you have to know?"
Bellatrix stared at her for a few moments before lifting up Dora's left sleeve "Because of that . . . He'll demand to know when you tell him."
"W-Why do I have to tell him?" Dora glared for a slight second before she realised what Bellatrixs' answer would be yet again "I don't want to tell anyone yet."
"You don't really have a choice. Tell me who it was." Bellatrix seemed to be getting less patient with the girl, something that Dora wasn't used to.
Dora backed away slightly, ready to get off the bed before Bellatrix grabbed hold of her wrist, pulling her back slightly.
"Mother!" Dora glared as her hair flared red, she tried to pull her wrist away to no avail after a few moments of trying to get away she gave up, glaring at Bellatrix she decided the best thing to do was to tell the truth where possible "Just some man I met in The Leaky Cauldron. I couldn't tell you his name and I haven't seen him since I told him I was pregnant so you won't be seeing him."
". . . Where does he live?" Bellatrix murmured.
"I tend not to ask for a full address in order to have sexual intercourse with a man, Mother." Dora finally managed to pull her wrist away from Bellatrix as she was greeted with the most serious expression she had ever received from the woman.
"Well you should not just go throwing yourself around, Nymphadora! You have a duty!"
"You're one to talk! It's a surprise you haven't got pregnant the amount of times you stay behind after meetings to do your 'duty'!" Dora was thown back to lay on the bed as she received a fast and hard slap to the face. She glared as she rubbed her cheek, her hair now entirely a firey red.
"You do not talk to me like that!" Bellatrix stood up, glaring in her fury at the young woman.
Dora stood up, ending up standing uncomfortably close to Bellatrix as she glared back. The two woman stayed glaring at each other, either one looking as if they were ready to get their wands out and begin duelling for real this time in their fury.
". . . Bellatrix? . . . Nymphadora?" an almost timid voice came from the bedroom door as both witches simultaneously turned to see Narcissa Malfoy looking at them questionably.
Nobody said a word as Nymphadora stormed out of the room, past Narcissa and off to god knows where as the two sisters were staring at each other in perfect still silence.
"Bellatrix . . . ?" Narcissa walked into the room, talking Bellatrixs' hand. The elder witch stood still for a few moments before she burst into tears, sitting on the bed.
Narcissa sat next to her sister, pulling her close to her as she stroked her hair in silence as Bellatrix cried.
"I'm going to lose her . . ." Bellatrix began rocking in hysteria "She can't leave . . . He'll make me kill her . . . Don't make me . . . Not again . . ."
The two witches sat like this for what felt like this alone for what was seeming to become a regular occurrence of Bellatrix breaking down whilst either Narcissa or Dora tried to pull her back out of it.
