Liv stretched out on the blanket and sipped her wine while Fitz prepared their lunch. They decided that since they would be spending the day at their beach, they would pack a picnic to take down to the water with them. Liv opted for a grilled chicken salad while Fitz decided he'd make a grilled chicken sandwich. Liv looked out at the water and felt a calm come over as she watched the sun light sparkle on the water. She found herself easily being lost in the beauty of her surroundings.

"Here you are beautiful. Lunch is served ." Fitz said as he handed Liv her salad.

They sat and ate their lunch taking in the beautiful landscape in front of them. A wall of trees laid just beyond the water, and once in a while they would see deer come to drink.

"Fitz, this is perfect. I love our home and I love you. Thank you." Liv said setting her plate aside and reaching for her wine.

"You never have to thank me Liv. Everything I do, I do out of love. You never have to thank me for that."

They finished their lunch, and Fitz refilled their glasses. He stood up for a moment and walked over to Tom.

"Tom, how far are you legally allowed to be away from Liv and me?"

"I think it would depend on the situation sir."

"I'd like to spend some "alone" time with my wife for a while. Here, on the beach."

Tom looked at Fitz and knew exactly what he had in mind.

"I'll tell you what sir, We'll stick close by at the orchards. There's a clubhouse there and I'd love to watch the game. Use your panic button if there is a problem."

"Thanks Tom."

"Anything I can do to help make your honeymoon a little more normal sir." Tom said and called the men back to the clubhouse.

Fitz walked back to Liv and sat down on the blanket. He watched her for a moment, and took in the beauty of her as she laid there in a white bikini. The top was held together with a gold clasp, and the bottoms had a belt with a gold buckle. She was right, she did buy that bathing suit in every color Fitz thought as he remembered the black ensemble she wore when they took the kids to the beach . He laid down beside Liv and began kissing her neck.

"Hmmm Fitz, as good as that feels, I'm really not into putting on a show for the agents."

"What if I told you that I sent them back to the clubhouse to watch the game?"

"Then I'd say come back here and finish what you've started." Liv responded pulling Fitz's head back to her neck.

Fitz resumed kissing Liv's neck while his free hand began to unclasp her bikini top. After a few attempts Fitz finally freed Liv from the fabric, and grazed his thumb across her nipple. Liv arched her back welcoming his touch.

Fitz stopped all movement, looked into Liv's eyes, and smiled.

"Fitz, Why... Why'd you stop?" Liv whined. She looked into his eyes and felt that calm return to her.

"I just needed to look at you foe a moment." Fitz said as he stared into Liv's eyes.

The longer he looked, the more he could see a vision of a child playing in them.

"Fitz, what's wrong?"

"Nothing Livvie, I just feel like this moment, right here and now on this beach... There's just something about it..."

"What do you mean?"

"There is something magical about this moment. Can you feel it?"

Liv looked into Fitz's eyes and instantly she could see what he was talking about. Even though the moment was calm, there was definitely something magical about the moment. Every one of their senses were heightened, and even the love they felt as they looked into each other's eyes was more intense than either of them had ever felt. Liv looked into Fitz's eyes and could hear a child's laughter.

"Fitz, make love to me." Liv said as she continued looking into his eyes.

Fitz removed Liv's bikini bottom and his shorts and made his way between her thighs. He began to lower his head but Liv pushed him away.

"No, I need to look into your eyes Fitz. I need to know what you are feeling."

Fitz did as he was told and looked into Liv's eyes as he entered her slowly. Neither of them spoke, they didn't need to. Everything that needed to be said laid right there in their eyes. The more Fitz saw in Liv's eyes the deeper his thrusts became, yet they never broke eye contact. Fitz moved one hand up and cupped the side of Liv's face as Liv moved her hands into his hair. Fitz's movements quickened as Liv's walls began to close in around him.

Fitz looked into her eyes and saw a little girl but he knew it wasn't Liv. She had a lighter complexion and hazel eyes. Her hair was dark and graced with beautiful curls that ended at her waist. She had Liv's eyes and the fullness of her lips, but they had the shape of Fitz's.

He could hear the little girl humming a song, but he didn't know what it was. Liv looked into Fitz's eyes and saw the same little girl. She too heard the little girl humming a song, but she knew immediately that it was hushabye. A few moments later Liv and Fitz felt their bodies explode from the inside out. They laid there for a few moments still joined together and continued staring into each others eyes, unable to move or speak until the little girl disappeared.

Liv was the first to move and realized the sun had set. She decided to wait until later to bring up what she saw. She didn't want Fitz to think she was crazy.

Fitz was the first to talk. He decided to hold off on bringing up the vision of the little girl. He didn't want Liv to think he was crazy.

"So, how was your first time making love on the beach? With the added sunset perk?"

Liv kissed Fitz and he could clearly see tears rolling down her face. It was nice to know he wasn't alone. Whatever happened to them in that moment did something to the both of them. Fitz knew it because he was crying too.

"Fitz, it was perfect. In such a short amount of time, I can't believe how many of my dreams you've made come true. I love you"

"I love you too Livvie. Let's head back to the house and get dinner." Fitz said as he put his shorts and found Liv's dress she had worn over her bikini and handed it to her. They got dressed and headed back to the house, stopping at the clubhouse to notify Tom.

When they got back to the house, Liv went into the kitchen and began preparing dinner. Tonight she decided to go for shrimp scampi. As Liv began cooking she started to sing the lyrics to hushabye. "Hush hush Hushabye Hushabye Hushabye Oh my darlin' don't you cry Guardian angels up above Take care of the one I love..."

Liv stopped singing and walked into the family room where she heard Fitz humming the tune to the song.

Liv resumed singing with Fitz humming.

"Lullabye and goodnight In your dreams I hold you tight Lullabye and goodnight Til the dawn's early light...

Fitz stopped humming, and rushed over to Liv's side.

"Livvie, where did you hear that song?" Fitz asked, his thoughts racing back to the little girl.

"It was a song my mother sang to me when I was a little girl. I've always said that when I had a daughter I'd sing it to her. You've never heard it before?"

Fitz shook his head trying to gather his thoughts.

"No... No, I've never heard it before today."

Liv knew there was something special about the beach but she didn't realize it hit Fitz this way too. Maybe Fitz had seen the little girl. She decided to bring it up.

"I heard it earlier too. It was odd, I just heard the most beautiful little girl humming it. When I was looking into your eyes..." Liv said and then allowed her words to trail off.

"You could see her?" Fitz asked needing Liv to finish.

"Yes. How did you know?"

"Because I saw her too. I heard the humming, I saw the little girl, and when I was staring into your eyes earlier, I could hear a child's laughter." Fitz said as he looked at Liv. She did experience it. He wasn't crazy. The girl was there, at least in their eyes.

Liv sat down and closed her eyes. Her body felt like rubber at this revelation. Did they just see their daughter in one another's eyes? Did they actually conceive a life on that beach? Were they so in tuned with one another they witnessed the exact moment of conception through a gaze? Only time would tell the answers to that question. That thought however seemed like it was ripped right out of a story book.

Liv shook her head as if trying to clear the thought from her mind. There is no way something like that could ever be possible. Liv looked up at Fitz and smiled.

"I'm going to go check on dinner before we have response teams in front of the house again."

"Do you need any help?" Fitz asked following Liv into the kitchen. He could tell the vision was still on her mind, but he couldn't tell if it was good or bad.

"No honey, I'll be fine. Why don't you find a game on tv? Dinner won't take much longer."

Fitz nodded and walked back towards the family room, but he didn't sit down. Instead he stood in the doorway watching Liv. He watched her as she began clean and cook the shrimp and drained the noodles.

Liv stopped for a moment a just stood there. Fitz was ready to walk over to her when he saw her glide her hand across her belly. Liv looked down and began to speak.

"I don't know if you're in there or not, but I love you already."

Liv sighed knowing she was jumping the gun, but everything about her felt different, her spirit felt different, even her heart felt different. Liv felt like she was overflowing when she thought of someone that probably didn't even exist.

She knew it only took one time to make a baby, but the right time is normally what counted. The fact that she just recently stopped taking the pill made her push the thought further from her mind. "One day" Liv thought to herself as she continued preparing dinner.

Fitz continued watching Liv, and tears began to fall from his eyes when she began singing Hushabye. Fitz was convinced there was something going on inside of Liv at that very moment, but, only time would tell.

Liv turned to call Fitz for dinner and saw him watching her in the doorway. He went over to her and pulled her into his arms. The moment Fitz wrapped his arms around Liv a calm washed over the both of them. Fitz kissed her and they enjoyed their last dinner in their home, on their honeymoon.

Tomorrow was the last day of their honeymoon, and come nightfall they'd be settling in at the White House. Unfortunately with Fitz being president they didn't have the normal allotment of honeymoon time, but they could always continue when they returned to Washington. Tonight, they would continue to enjoy the magic moments they've experienced since they arrived. Tonight and tomorrow they would enjoy one another selfishly before having to share each other with the world.

Fitz looked at Liv as her eyes began to sadden.

"What is it Livvie?"

"It's just that, I'm loving being here with you, married and in our home. Im just not ready for it to end."

"Livvie we can always come home. Even while I'm in office. Just think of it as an extended vacation in The White House."

"That helps. I'm just not ready to share you with the world yet. But, I guess I can't keep all of your amazing qualities for myself."

"You get the most important qualities all to yourself."

Liv stood up and walked over to Fitz and straddled his lap. He placed his arms around her waist and began kissing her slowly.

"Let's make this night one we'll never forget." Liv said removing Fitz's shirt and then her own.

Fitz pulled Liv in closely, and felt a heat radiating from Liv. Something magical was definitely taking place.

"Livvie, are you feeling ok?"

"Yes, why do you ask?"

"You're hot!"

"Why thank you Mr. President."

"No Livvie, you're body is hot. Like your temperature is raised."

"I feel fine Fitz. Don't worry. I just need my husband to make love to me. Right here, and right now." Liv groaned as she began kissing Fitz's neck.

Fitz went to stand but Liv pushed him back down.

"Right here, right now."

"Mrs. Grant, I don't know what's gotten into you but I like it."
