Mikoto: Alrighty, thanks for the wait everyone! Here is chapter 25, with some Raven x Eve since I'm the one writing it! Enjoy~

Inoki: Right, yes *claps* give it up for Mikoto! xD Now to clarify about the sneaking out of the room part xD Sorry if it was a little hard to imagine, I was having a bit of difficulties myself! Thank you Kat Winn for bringing it up now (oh god I just went back and skimmed the chapter and I found some typos OTL I'm so sorry you guys, we just miss these little things…) well basically their room was on the first floor (If I remember correctly..?) so they climbed out the balcony, using pipes/poles and whatever brick-structures they could hold onto…like rock climbing, but a wall and a balcony railing to grip xD I'm not sure if this makes more or less sense but there you have it! If we're talking about Raven "catching" Eve, well, she didn't get very far as she was still clinging onto the balcony's railing so Raven was forced to climb up to her, grab her and escort her down with him…maybe he carefully descended down the wall or maybe he slid down a pipe pole, I'll leave that to you guys xD

Sorry, sorry! Inoki forgot to do the best review of the previous chapter…AGAIN. *Elbows her* Hopefully she won't forget next time. Hint hint. –Mikoto

I know, I'm really sorry . It just slips my mind when I'm writing x3 I'll try to remember next time…-Inoki

Chapter 25: A 'Normal' Last Day in Hamel Summer Resort

The song of birds filled the students' ears in room 37, some found it calming, while others found it irritating. Most of them were sleeping soundly, yet a couple of them were already awake. Eve could hear the sound of rushing water, she assumed it was Rena having an early morning shower. There were also footsteps, probably Chung walking around. Aisha still dreamt of the stars and shooting meteors from last night, until the room was suddenly filled with an annoying continuous ringing sound.

RING! RING! RING! RING! RING!

The phone had pretty much disturbed everyone's sleep, and the class president's hand lazily reached out for the phone. Her hand kept patting everywhere around the desk, but she couldn't seem to find Room 37's phone.

The redhead was faster, he swooped at the phone, and put it to his ear. Yawning, he said, "Room 37, Elsword speaking…"

A male was manually breathing deeply into the phone's speaker.

Elsword cringed. "…Who am I talking to?"

"Elsword…" said the creepy voice. "I know where you live…"

He immediately hung up.

Aisha rubbed her eyes sleepily. "Who was that?"

"Probably Lowe pulling a prank on me." He grumbled, and scratched his head.

"Well, thanks to that phone call, I'm wide awake." Aisha sighed, and started to brush her hair.

RING! RING! RING! RING! RING!

Elsword definitely wasn't a morning person. He had completely run out of patience-if he ever had any to begin with. He snatched the phone up, and shouted into it. "GOD DAMN IT, LOWE, I DON'T GIVE TWO CRAPS ABOUT YOU!"

"…Good morning to you too, Elsword." said a familiar teacher's voice.

The red teenager froze. It was Glave. "Errr, g-good morning…"

"It's so nice to hear your enthusiasm so early in the morning." He replied, in his usual dead tone.

Elsword quickly threw the phone to Aisha, as he couldn't bear the humiliation any longer.

Aisha clumsily caught it. "Hey, what's your problem?!" she shot him a glare.

"Just…answer it!" he hastily walked away.

The purple haired girl raised her eyebrow, then put the phone to her ear. "Hello? It's Aisha."

"Aisha? Oh, Elsword, he…er-hem. I'm calling all the students' rooms to remind them that this is our last day here, at Hamel Summer Resort. In other words, all of you can have free time for the whole day, so exploit the hell out of your youths while you still can, because once you reach my age, you suddenly realize-"

"Okay, thank you, bye!" She placed the phone down before she could hear anymore of Glave's Infamous Youth Speech. She breathed out, and then looked around the room, while smiling cheerfully, "Hey, the teacher said we can have the whole day to ourselves, since it's the last day!"

Elsword ran into the room from the balcony. "Really? Awesome!" He jumped up. What should I do first?! He thought, excitedly.

Raven and Eve didn't stir, as they were still sleeping, and Chung finished some morning stretches. "The whole day to ourselves? What shall we do?"

"Good question, Chung. We can either spend it together, or do our own things." Aisha folded her arms in thought.

Rena stepped out of the bathroom with a content smile on her face. "Ahh~ that was the best shower ever!" she kept on talking to herself. "First, comfy beds, then watching a meteor shower together, and then a heavenly shower! This holiday couldn't get any better!"

Aisha's face flushed red at the sound of 'Meteor Shower', as she recalled the events of the previous night. Elsword and I…we… "I'm using the bathroom next!" she zoomed into the bathroom at the speed of light, trying to hide her embarrassment.

"What's up with her?" Elsword placed one hand on his hip.

"You mean, what's up with that…?" Chung motioned over at Eve's bed.

"Hm? What do you mean?" Rena looked over at where Chung was pointing.

Eve was sleeping peacefully.

"How can she still be asleep after all this noise?" Rena blinked.

"OH MY ELRIOS, RAVEN'S GONE MISSING!" Elsword pulled Raven's sheets out of his bed. He even checked under the bed. "Where could he have gone?!"

The pretty boy put his index finger on his lips. "Elsword, shh." His eyes flickered over to Eve's bed.

"What do you mean, 'shh'?! Our pal's gone missing, and-"

Chung put his hands on Elsword's head, and forced it to turn to look at Eve's bed. That's when they all noticed that there wasn't just one person in that bed.

Rena giggled, as she watched the two people in the single bed. "Ooh la la~ How I would kill to be in Eve's place~!"

Elsword blinked twice. "Wait, what? You don't think those two did that…do you?!"

Chung coughed. "I'm sure they wouldn't have, after all, we're in a room full of 4 other students…you'd think someone would've heard last night if they did…"

Rena continued to observe Eve's bed. "Um…should we wake them…?"

Eve felt warm and fuzzy. Yes, very warm and fuzzy. Her body felt enveloped in warmth, and she rested her head on her soft pillow; she was sleeping soundly. Although, she had to admit, why was she so warm and comfortable? Even her queen-sized bed at her mansion wasn't this good. She also wondered in her thoughts on what her forehead was leaning on, but despite these odd questions, she felt no desire to wake up as it was far too comfortable. She could hear noises from her friends who were obviously awake, and then she could hear hushed voices as they whispered to one another. Curious, her eyes slowly fluttered open.

And that's when she saw it. A certain handsome face right in front of hers. Smooth tanned skin and raven black hair. Eve held her breath as she stared at the crow. She noticed that the 'pillow' her head was lying on, was actually his arm, her forehead was leaning against his forehead, their faces centimeters apart, and she could feel his soft breaths gently tickle her skin. Her body temperature rose rapidly, and her face flushed full of color. Immediately, she tried to get out of bed, however she could only struggle. Raven had one arm around her, and instead of his grip loosening, it only got tighter, as he pulled her body in towards him, and her face was buried into his chest.

"You barbarian, wake up!" she hissed at him, still blushing madly.

"Oho, so Sleeping Beauty's finally awake~" laughed Rena. "Tell me, Eve, how does it feel?"

"R-R-Ridiculous! It's too warm, and embarrassing!" she snapped at her friend.

"Um…should we…do something?" Elsword hesitated to ask, as he saw Raven's content sleeping face. I don't know if I should ruin this moment for him…

"Well, what do you think?" she shot him a glare.

Chung also seemed to know what Elsword was thinking. He held Rena's hand, and led her out of the room. "Sorry Eve, we'll catch you later!"

"Eh? Chung, where are we going?" the green-haired girl questioned.

"W-We have that thing we were supposed to do, remember?" Chung wasn't a very good liar.

"What thing?" she continued to question him.

"Just…something!" he closed the door of Room 37.

Eve frowned, "Elsword, are you going to help me or not?"

"Err…no can see, bye!" the redhead ran out of the room.

"…" Eve was not impressed. She shook Raven's shoulders. "Raven, wake up! I demand you to release me right now!"

"Zzzzz…"

"If you're faking, it is not humorous at all! Let go of me this instant!" She pulled onto his short black hair. Ugh, it's futile. Why won't he wake up?

"Mmh…Eve…" he murmured in his sleep, while smiling innocently.

Her heart skipped a beat. Did he just…say my name? What could he be dreaming about? She moved closer to hear him better.

"There's…something…I've been meaning…to tell you…" his head snuggled deeper into the pillow.

"Yes, what is it…?" she came closer to him, and she suddenly realized that they were so close, they could kiss if she made the slightest movement towards him. Geez, this guy…how can he sleep like this? A memory suddenly flashed through her mind.

Raven walked after her, and sat across her. "What book is that?"

"Read the title." She replied, deadpan.

He glanced at her book. "Hmm…'The story of Sleeping Beauty'?"

That's right…in the story of Sleeping Beauty, the princess awoke with a kiss… Her eyes flickered towards Raven. But wouldn't he be a prince, rather than a princess? Her eyebrows furrowed as she thought deeper about this. So, if I kiss him, he'll wake up? No, what type of logic is that? Then again, they say that love is full of surprises…wait. Love?! Eve couldn't help but blush yet again. I-It's just this one time, right…? Surely he wouldn't wake up from such a stupid theory…but… She inched closer, and her heart was thumping loud in her chest.

Just as her lips were about to touch, Raven spoke yet again.

"The thing I wanted…to tell you…listen…" he stirred slightly, and instead of a smile on his face, it changed to a disgusted expression, and he groaned. "…Your taste buds must've committed suicide…how can anyone…eat the food you cook…?"

All the previous feelings Eve was experiencing disappeared. Her anger boiled up, and she was furious. She raised her hand, and slapped him hard on the cheek. "No one said you had to eat my cooking!"

"Aggh!" Raven held his burning cheek in pain, as he fell out of the bed, dragging the sheets along with him. "Hey, what was that for?!" The teen shot an irritated look at the doll-like girl.

"For insulting my cooking!" she glared icicles at him.

"Huh? But I wasn't insulting it, I was just telling the truth!" That earned him another slap.

"Hmph, you stupid imbecile!" she folded her arms, clearly annoyed.

"Wait, how do you even know that I said that?" he questioned her, while rubbing his cheek tenderly.

"You were talking in your sleep." She sighed. "Your sleeping face is very unattractive as well. Just thinking about it makes me feel disgusted."

"Hey, that's crossing the line!" he retorted.

They heard a door open, and Aisha stepped out of the bathroom. "The bathroom's free if anyone wants it-oh, it's just you two here. Where are the others?" she slowly started to approach them, but came to a halt when she saw they were in the middle of an argument. "Just kidding, I'll leave you two alone then…" she quickly walked out.

The two continued yelling at each other.

"Well, at least I don't randomly climb into people's beds in the middle of the night!" Eve glared at him.

"Wha-I don't climb into people's beds at night!" he blushed slightly.

"Then why were you sleeping in mine?!" She questioned, with rage.

"How should I know?!"

"Don't tell me you not only sleep talk, but you also sleep walk?!"

"I don't…! At least, I don't think I do…" he thought for a bit. "But it was pretty comfortable…"

"!" she blushed slightly. "E-Eh…?"

He sighed in disappointment. "If only you weren't so flat…then it would've been like cloud 9."

When the last couple arrived at the cafeteria for breakfast, Raven had so many red hand marks on his face that any person could tell he had received an excessive amount of abuse-mainly slapping.

"Uh…Raven, are you…alright?" Chung sweat dropped at the sight.

"Oh, you know, just another typical morning where you get fifty slaps on the face." Raven rolled his eyes while stabbing his food with his fork.

SLAP!

"…Fifty-One." He gritted his teeth as he held back a scream of pain.

"Ouch! That looks like it hurts!" Elsword tried to hold back his laughter.

Raven rose from his chair, and gave him the look: "You don't say! Why don't I let you experience this too, you little-"

Eve was not in the mood for a rowdy morning. Her voice was full of bitterness, "Sit, boy."

The crow immediately fell back into his chair, and glanced at Eve, then glared back at his friend. "Screw you, Elsword…if it weren't for-"

"What? Your invisible leash tied around your neck like a poor little puppy?" the redhead snickered. "Haha, it's hilarious to see you so powerless before Eve!"

Raven's anger was boiling. "Why you-"

"Silence, mutt." Eve shot the teen an icy look, and Raven immediately zipped his lips, and ate his breakfast silently.

The Nasod Princess stood on the edge of a cliff, looking down at her fellow classmates playing around on the beach happily. "So, it's finally our last day here…" All the memories of this place were running through her mind.

"Everything that has happened so far…what's the word…?" she searched her mind for the word, while seeing smiles of her friends in her eyes. She recalled her date with Raven in Spring.

"They say when you're having fun or enjoying something, time goes by fast." He smiled at her.

"That's right…it has been 'fun'…Raven taught me that. I've had fun on this trip." She smiled to herself, and gazed at the bright sun in the blue sky. Her smile soon faded. However the fun will have to end soon…once I arrive back home, I have to take care of more matters of the Nasod Corp…being the daughter of a rich company isn't easy, but sometimes…I wish I could be a normal girl. –she wished silently. A normal girl…I wonder what it is like to be a normal girl…

Suddenly, she heard a loud voice from behind her. "EVE, DON'T DO IT!"

"?!" As soon as she turned around, she was tackled to the ground, and her body was wrapped tightly in someone's arms. Eve wasn't injured from the sudden assault; however she was slightly annoyed at touching the ground of dirt, as she did not like the idea of her clothes getting dirty.

"What in the world…?" she grumbled quietly to herself, and opened her eyes to look around. She was lying on her back, and her long hair was sprawled out on the ground. The princess could feel something heavy on her body, and she turned her head slightly, in curiosity. From her angle, she could only see dark black hair, slightly swaying from the summer breeze.

The dark hair moved, and the stranger lifted their body off of hers, yet still hovered over the girl. He propped himself up, using his fingers to dig into the dirt next to her hair. His face came into view with hers, and Eve couldn't help but hold her breath. Eve didn't know what exactly was happening; her heart beat sped up from a single glance at the Bishounen.

Have I been reading too much Shoujo manga, which Aisha lent to me? Isn't this one of those 'Doki Doki' moments? She stared at the familiar face of handsome features. Particularly his golden eyes, sharp, but full of kindness.

However, his words did not match up with the 'Doki Doki' moment she was experiencing. If it was a Shoujo manga, he would say something with sparkles, like: "Are you alright, Eve?"

Instead, it was, "You idiot! What were you thinking?! If you've got any problems, I told you before that you could tell me anything!"

Eve blinked twice, as she snapped out of the 'Doki Doki' moment. "Raven…?"

"You're not hurt, are you?" he looked into her honey-colored eyes with concern.

She shook her head, slightly confused. Why is he angry? "Is there something wrong?"

"What do you mean, 'Is there something wrong'?! Of course there's something wrong!" He shook her shoulders. "Why were you going to jump?!"

"Jump…?" she looked at him as if he were crazy. What does he mean 'Jump'? All I did was stand at the edge of the cliff, and think about-ah… "Is that what it looked like?" she blinked again, in dismay.

Raven pulled her into his body, and held her close. His grip around her petite figure was tight, and his arms felt as if they were crushing her. She could hear his voice loud and clear, next to her ear. "If I were to lose you, I wouldn't know what to do…!"

Eve's brain was trying to process what was going on. Her cheeks had tinged pink, and she felt somewhat shocked to hear those words from him. "Raven…you're hurting me." She mumbled, but paused when she noticed something. He was trembling. "Raven?" she said his name again.

He stopped hugging her, and his hands cupped her face gently. His golden eyes met her amber eyes, and they both held their gaze. "Eve, why won't you tell me what's wrong? If there's anything I can do to help, I'll definitely try to do something, so…"

"There's nothing wrong." She replied, calmly. Her voice sounded serene as usual; however the reality was that she actually felt flustered and slightly nervous.

"You're lying." He let go of her face, and Eve could still feel the lingering warmth on her cheeks. "I can tell that you're thinking of something."

She sat up, and looked away from him. "It's nothing you need to concern yourself with."

"What if I told you I want to concern myself with your matters?" he glanced at her.

"Then you'll just be a plain nuisance. I need time for myself, so if you'd excuse me…" she tried to escape from answering anymore questions of his. She stood up, and dusted herself down.

Raven also stood up, "Are you evading this conversation?" he questioned yet again. "Look, if there's something bothering you, I-"

Eve suddenly snapped, "Don't interfere in my business; this has nothing to do with normal people like you!" Why won't he just leave me alone? Why can't he see that I have to sort my own problems out? People like him would never understand the burden of being a daughter of a rich company!

"Oh, so is this what it's about? Status?" he faced her, with his arms folded. He didn't look impressed. "Me, a normal guy, and you, a spoiled princess, is that it?"

"How dare you, you imbecile!" Eve's emotions were getting the better of her; she raised her arm for the fifty-second time of the day, she brought her hand down, however it did not make contact. Her hand had halted just before it slapped his cheek, and her hand was trembling. Her whole body started to shake, and she held back tears. Her voice was equally quaky, "It's not like I asked to be a spoiled princess…!"

"…Eve?" he blinked and examined her. She's not hitting me…? Gently, he took her wrist into his hand, and lowered her arm.

"I just…want to be normal for once…" she wiped her tears from her eyes.

Raven couldn't believe the sight before him. This was the first time he had seen Eve display so many different emotions at once. He wet his lips before speaking, then opened his mouth, "How do you know?"

"?" she looked at him.

He continued, "How do you know what's normal, and what's not?"

"Isn't it obvious? I-"

"Yes, you may be a bit more special in almost every way possible, but you're just like any other individual on this planet." He placed his hands on her shoulders. "Although I may treat you with more kindness than others, it's because I care for you. But haven't you realized? Ever since you befriended everyone-Elsword, Aisha, Rena, Chung, and well, me…we've all treated each other as how friends would treat each other. You're part of our circle of friends, and nothing can change that."

"But…"

Raven frowned, and picked the petite girl up. He threw her over his shoulder, as if he were carrying a sack of potatoes. "Alright, stop with the negativity."

"Eh?! What is this blasphemy?! This is no way to carry a lady!" Eve squirmed and struggled. "This is rude and utter embarrassment!"

"Not listening~" he whistled a tune, while walking with Eve still over her shoulder.

"Put me down! I demand you to let go of me, this instant!" she kicked her legs, and hit his back with her fists. However, this did not stop him.

"Eve." He turned his head, and smiled at her reassuringly. "Allow me to show you what 'normal' people do."

"This is beyond normal! You don't see other people carrying girls around like this!" she fumed.

He chuckled, "Well, how else am I going to get you to listen to me?"

Eve said nothing, and only shot him a glare.

His golden eyes were full of gentleness. "Today, you're not Eve of the Nasod Corp. Today, you're Eve, a normal girl."

"Why…are we at an ice cream store?" Eve muttered under her breath.

"Go on, order anything you like! It's on me." He grinned, somewhat proud of himself.

She raised her eyebrow. "Why would I want to eat cheap ice cream from here, when I can just…" she whipped out her cellphone, and started to dial a number. "…Call Oberon to deliver some high quality ice cream?"

They heard a small 'click' as someone had picked up the other side of the phone. "Hello, what can I do for you, Milady?"

Raven was as fast as lightning. He snatched her phone and spoke into it. "Hi, Oberon! False alarm!" he hung up, and gave Eve a look of disbelief. "I'm confiscating your cellphone for today."

"What? But it's rightfully mine-"

"Normal people don't whip out their cellphones and specially order the highest quality ice cream to come running to them in less than five minutes." He pointed out. "I'll teach you what normal people do!"

Eve stared at him, silently.

"…What is it?" Raven returned her look.

"I was thinking if I should be writing down notes in a notebook about how to be 'normal'." Eve replied, blandly.

"No. No cellphones and no notebooks."

"Then what am I supposed to do?"

"There's a reason 'normal' is normal, Eve." Raven grinned. "It'll all just come naturally! Now, let's order some ice cream…" He grabbed out his wallet from his pocket, and then opened it.

"Can I really order anything I want?" She read over the menu.

"Of cour…" Raven paused as he stared at his wallet. This can't be possible! I swear I had more ED in here, last time I checked…This is bad, what if she orders something expensive? That would mean I would have to spend my entire savings on a sundae…! –he panicked on the inside.

"How can I help you, today?" smiled the worker.

Eve pondered over her decision for a while, then ordered, "Hmm…I'll order a super deluxe triple scoop sundae, with the three best flavors you have, oh, and with extra toppings. A cherry on top, with-"

Raven's hand clasped over her mouth, and he flashed a prince smile at the worker. "What she means is- we'll take the medium sized Parfait."

"One medium sized Parfait?" they repeated the order.

"Yes, and um…cream soda for drinks." He nodded, and took out his ED, ready to pay.

"Alright, and since you two are a couple, the parfait is half price with extra toppings you can choose from…" The worker didn't look up from the cash register, as they pressed a few more buttons.

Eve brushed Raven's hand off of her mouth and said, "Eh? A couple? This guy and I? That's imposs-"

"Yes, yes, we are indeed a very lovey-dovey couple…!" Raven fretted, and quickly handed the worker some money.

"Thank you for your purchase, your order will be ready shortly." The worker delivered a business smile, and then started to prepare the parfait.

Raven quickly led Eve to a table, and forced her to sit down. "Phew…"

"If you didn't have enough ED, you could've just said so." Eve's words stabbed him right in the heart.

"E-Ergh, it's not that I didn't have enough…" he avoided looking at her.

"…" she gave him a doubtful look.

"…I just…miscalculated." He laughed nervously. He was interrupted by his phone vibrating; he glanced at the screen of his cellphone.

1 UNREAD TEXT FROM RED IDIOT flashed on the screen. Raven grumbled, and opened the text. His eyes quickly skimmed over the text before Eve could notice he was on his phone.

H3Y TH373 P4L! 1 F07G0T T0 T3LL Y0U T#4T 1 80RR0W3D 80% 0F Y0U7 3D! #0P3 Y0U D0N'T M1ND, T#4NK5 870, U D4 83ST! (^_^)V

Raven had to stare at the screen for a good long 5 minutes to finally understand what he said. He mumbled to himself, "Hey there pal! I forgot to tell you that I borrowed 80% of your ED! Hope you don't mind, thanks bro, u da best!" Raven's grip on his cellphone was so tight; he could hear the device cracking. "So, Elsword was the one who took my ED…? That bastard!" he furiously started to text back threats and death curses to the 'Red Idiot'.

Eve watched him, and raised her eyebrow. "I thought you said we weren't supposed to use cellphones."

"Correction: you're not, I am." His fingers were madly pushing buttons.

"Are you texting a friend?"

"Yes."

"Do I know them?"

"Yes."

"Is it a close friend?"

"Yes."

"Do you two talk often?"

"Yes."

"Is it a girl?"

"That's questionable."

"A guy?"

"Ha, that guy has no balls…" he snickered to himself.

"Do you like this person?"

"In a way." More like, I like beating him up.

"Oh, sorry for disturbing you."

"Wait, what?" he pressed 'send' and glanced up at her from his cellphone.

"You're texting your girlfriend, are you not? I'm sorry for disturbing you." She replied, in monotone.

"No, no, Eve, I wasn't texting my girlfriend. I don't even have one, don't get the wrong idea." He shook his head.

"Ah, that's right…you can't get one." She replied, rather coldly, yet not intentionally.

Raven retorted, "Hey, what's that supposed to-"

"Sorry for the wait you two, here's your medium sized Parfait with extra toppings! Oh, and the cream sodas…" the worker placed the parfait and drinks down, and then smiled at them before walking away. "Enjoy!"

The two picked up their long thin dessert spoons especially for parfaits, and both stared at the mouth watering dessert. The two were ready to dig in, but then paused as if to remember that the other person was there.

"You may go first." Eve lowered her spoon.

"No, no, by all means, you first." He replied.

"I'm fine. You're the one who ordered this."

"Ladies first."

"I disagree."

The two glared at each other stubbornly, and after a few minutes, Raven let out a sigh. "Alright, alright, I'll eat first." He spooned the top of the parfait, and Eve observed his every move. He was about to take a bite, but then he unexpectedly reached over the table, and placed the cold metal onto her lips. "Say 'Aah'."

"Ah?" she blinked, surprised. And the cool spoonful went into her mouth. She swallowed, and then looked at her own spoon. "Is this what normal people do?"

"Hm?" he flashed an alluring grin at her.

"Normal people feed each other when they eat…I see…so that's what I do differently." She picked up her own spoon.

"Hah?" Raven looked at her with disbelief. And that's the reaction I get? Couldn't it be something cuter? Like perhaps a blush and stutter?

Eve dug a huge chunk of parfait onto her spoon, and waved it in front of Raven's eyes. "Aah."

"What-"

She shoved it into his mouth forcefully. "Well, how is it?"

He was still swallowing, so he gave her the thumbs up.

The doll looked at her spoon, then back at the parfait. She spooned another chunk, and then glanced at Raven. "Aah."

"Wai…I'm still swallo-" She shoved another spoonful into his mouth. And another, then another, until there was no more of the parfait.

Once they had finished, they left the store, and Raven leaned his forehead onto the wall. "Ugh…I feel sick…"

"What's wrong, Raven?" she looked at him, oblivious.

"Nothing…" he groaned.

"Okay, Eve! We've arrived at the beach. Now, let me tell you, normal people make stuff out of sand for fun!" The dark haired teen folded his arms proudly. "So, what do you want to make? Perhaps a sand castle, or a sculpture of me, or perhaps even…"

"I want to make that." She tugged on his sleeve, and pointed at a hill of sand with a white cross stabbed into it on top. There was writing on the cross, and it read: R.I.P. ELSWORD

"…Is that what I think it is?" Raven approached the bulk of sand, and saw something moving at the corner of his eye. He looked, and saw a red head's face. "Oh god, he's buried alive…" Raven grimaced. Immediately, he knew Aisha was the one who did the honors.

"Well, what are you waiting for, Raven?" Eve kneeled onto the sand and patted the golden grains. "Lie down here so I can start building the sand on top of you."

"Thanks, but I think I'll have to pass. I don't think Elsword deserves to have me buried next to him." He said bluntly.

"HEY, I HEARD THAT!" Elsword's voice was muffled from under the sand.

"Kyaa! The sand just spoke!" Rena screamed, and hugged on to Chung's arm.

"Haha, I don't think that's just an ordinary sand pile…" Chung chuckled.

Raven pulled Eve up to her feet. "Let's not make any sand coffins, alright?" he thought for a while. "I know, why don't we make sand pyramids? That would be cool…I think." He mumbled the last part.

"Why would I want to make giant triangular structures out of sand?" she questioned, with a lifeless voice.

"Erm…so we can play a game with them…?" he tried to think of any games which required sand pyramids.

The sand pile started to talk again, "So you guys can play Mumsies and Dadsies! Raven will be the Daddy, and Eve can be the-"

Raven kicked the talking sand ruthlessly. "So we can play Mummies and Pharaohs." The crow smiled. "Sounds like a plan, right?"

"Well, if we're going to create sand pyramids, then playing a random game called Mummies and Pharaohs, first we'll have to know more about Egyptian history." Eve nodded her head in explanation. "There are 138 pyramids discovered in Egypt as of 2008. Most were built as tombs for the country's Pharaohs and their consorts during the Old and Middle Kingdom periods. The earliest known Egyptian pyramids are found at Saqqara, northwest of Memphis. The earliest among these is the Pyramid of Djoser which was constructed 2630 BCE–2611 BCE, and it was built during the third dynasty. This pyramid and its surrounding complex were designed by the architect Imhotep, also-"

"Stop. Just stop." Raven's head couldn't take any more information she was spouting. "How do you know all of this, anyways?"

She looked at him with blank eyes. "What are you talking about? I learnt all of this information when I was three years old, and after I mastered the Egyptian History, I started to learn more about French History, and then…"

Raven frowned, "Who the hell teaches their three year old kid the whole Egyptian History…?"

"Alright, Eve! The next lesson I'm going to teach you about being normal is to play in the ocean!" Raven placed his hands on his hips rather pompously. "Naturally when you think of the beach, you think of diving into the refreshing water!"

"Hm…is that so?" she replied, in thought.

"Yep, now let's swim!" He took a few steps back, then rushed forward, and leaped into the sparkling ocean. "Yeehoo!"

"Yeehoo?" Eve blinked, as she watched Raven swim around.

"It gives more oomph to the jump, you know what I mean?" He flashed a grin. "Try saying something like "yeehaw" or "yahoo" or maybe even 'woohoo'!" he laughed. Oh, that would be a sight to see.

The petite girl sat at the shore line, and stared at him. "I think I will pass on that. Why would I want to enter such unhygienic overly salted water?"

Raven gave her a look of disbelief. "Must you always be so pessimistic?"

"No, I'm just being honest." She replied.

"Well, okay then." He watched her for a few silent seconds, and then grinned. He grabbed onto her arm, and pulled her into the water. "Oops, my hand slipped!"

Eve fell into the ocean, and her head soon popped up. She flubbed and coughed out salty water, while glaring at the black haired teen. "How dare you pull me into this unhygienic overly salted water!"

"Couldn't you just say ocean?" he shrugged, and mischievously smirked.

The Nasod Princess grabbed his head in frustration, and shoved it under the water. "Fine, if you want to play around so desperately, let's play the drowning game!"

"Augh…Eve…that's…dangerous!" he tried to catch his breath while waving his arms around.

"Pardon me, could you please repeat that? Oh, you would fancy a polite slap on the face instead? My pleasure!" she hauled him out of the ocean, and raised her hand.

He scrunched his eyes shut, prepared for her infamous slap.

Eve brought her hand down, but halted just before she slapped him on the cheek. "…"

No slapping? Raven opened his eyes, and looked at her. "What's wrong, Eve?"

Eve stared at his face. She suddenly knew what the meaning of 'Can't take my eyes off of you' meant. Those clear golden eyes, smooth tanned skin, dripping wet black hair. All these handsome features made her forget to breathe.

"Uhh…Eve?" Raven blinked twice. "Hello? Anyone in there?"

Suddenly, he felt pain jab into his shoulder blades. "Ugh, what the hell-" He turned and saw Elsword standing on a red surfboard with flames as the main design. The tip of the surfboard had jabbed into his back, and Elsword grinned at him. "Yo Raven!"

"You bastard, you should've just stayed in that sand pile after all…!" He glared at the idiot.

"Lighten up, Raven! Why don't you catch some waves with us?" shouted Chung, as he skillfully dodged a big wave.

"Hah? No thanks, I'd wipe you guys to the floor with surfing." He shook his head.

"Oh puh-lease, you just don't wanna admit that you're too scared of losing against me!" Elsword beamed.

Raven's eyebrow twitched, and he glared at the redhead. "Want to repeat that?"

"You, me, surf, now!" Elsword grinned enthusiastically, as he saw Raven had bitten the bait.

"Fine, you're on!" Raven swam out of the ocean, and hired a surfboard. He then paddled into the water again, and flashed a smile at Eve. "Eve, watch me, okay?"

She nodded, and couldn't say a word. Her heart had skipped a beat from his smile.

Raven swam over to line up with Chung and Elsword. Chung yelled over the crashing waves, "Whoa, incoming at 12 o'clock!"

The three boys stared at the giant wave heading towards them. They exchanged glances with each other, and immediately prepared to surf.

"Alright, I'm gonna own you guys!" Elsword punched the air.

Raven's eyes narrowed as he kept his eye on the wave. "Didn't know you guys were so desperate to lose to me."

Chung laughed, "Haha, may the best man win."

The teenage surfers were all experiencing the same thrill of excitement as they cheered while surfing the waves. Rushing, diving, flipping, ducking, and most of all riding the waves as they break. If anyone was watching the three, they must admit that they were indeed impressive.-including a certain Ice Princess.

Raven shook the water out of his hair, and ran his hand through the black strands. He looked at Eve with an alluring look, and smirked at her. "Well, were you impressed?"

"No." she replied bluntly. The girl then turned her back on him, and started to walk away.

"Huh?!" Raven felt somewhat shocked. No way!

Elsword elbowed the crow in the ribs. "Ooh, looks like someone just got his hopes crushed!"

"Hehe, poor Raven." Chung chuckled from behind.

"Tch, be quiet you two!" Raven rolled his eyes, and quickly walked after Eve. He caught up to her by the time of an early sunset. They were standing on one of the quieter parts of the beach, where there were not many students around.

"Hey, Eve, I don't mean to sound self-conscious and all, but…what did you think of my surfing?" Raven broke the silence.

A cool summer breeze gently blew, and Eve tucked her silky hair behind her ear, and watched the sun slowly sink. "I didn't think anything of your surfing."

His shoulders drooped. So she really wasn't impressed, after all. "Ah, is that so…?"

"…Because I wasn't thinking of your surfing, I was thinking of you." she murmured quietly.

"Huh?" he immediately snapped out of his sulking state, and looked at her.

Her face turned to smile at him. "I…thought you were cool."

Raven knew at that moment, that his eyes had captured a permanent picture of her gentle smile in the sunset. Forever, he would remember this moment, her flowing silky hair, her honey amber eyes, the sun's rays radiating off of her pale skin, and again, her rare treasure-like smile. His heart would only skip a beat for every smile she ever gave him. And forever, this scene before him would always be picture perfect.

"Does it really have to be our last night here?" moaned Rena. "Can't we stay here for another few days? A week? A month? A year? Forever?"

"Haha, how do you expect to graduate if we stay here forever?" Chung laughed, while carrying a load of firewood.

The Queen Bee sighed, "You're right about that…"

"Hey, lighten up a bit! Tonight, we're going to party until we drop!" Elsword beamed enthusiastically, while running towards the center of the beach with a bunch of firewood under his arm. "Aisha, we've got the rest of the firewood!"

"Thanks, just put it over here!" she motioned for the three to come over, and the rest of the class started to cheer.

"Class Prez, I've got the barbeque running!" Raven shouted over the hungry flames from the grill.

"Great! Eve, has your team finished gathering the ingredients?" Aisha was the busiest individual in the class, as she was organizing her fellow classmates for the BBQ.

"Yes, we've just finished." Eve held up a squirming turtle. "Can we eat this?"

"…Isn't that…a sea turtle?" Aisha sweat dropped. "I don't think we can-"

Elsword laughed heartily, snatched the turtle from Eve's hands, and threw it onto the BBQ grill. "Who cares, let's try eating it anyways!"

Rena gasped. "Elsword, that's cruel! Get it out of there!"

"Now, now, everyone just settle down…" Chung tried to calm down all the fuss.

Raven picked the turtle up with the tongs, and tossed the turtle into the ocean. "We're not eating turtle tonight."

"Raven, that's animal cruelty!" Elsword accusingly pointed at the ex-delinquent.

"Look who's talking, loser. You're the one who threw the turtle into the fire."

"Wha-I was letting it experience the warmth!" he made up a lame excuse.

"Elsword, stop making ridiculous excuses, and help me grill the food. We have a class full of hungry students waiting to be served." Raven rolled his eyes, and tied an apron around himself.

"I thought you said you weren't gonna let me cook." He reminded him.

"Well, how hard can it be to barbeque food? Now make yourself useful, and put on an apron." He instructed.

"Yes sir!"

The pretty boy tied his blonde hair back and picked up a pair of tongs. "I'll help you guys out too!"

Aisha face palmed. "I swear, if you boys somehow manage to screw this up, like how you did with the boys' dorm, I'm going to…"

"Not listening~!" the three quickly ignored her and went back to cooking.

Later…

The students chatted happily while indulging on the grilled meat and seafood. The atmosphere was light and cheerful. Glave held a torch of fire in his hands, as he approached the huge stack of firewood. He lit the bonfire, and the night was filled with the huge bright flames. The students cheered and celebrated, some even put on random music, and others started to dance.

Chung offered his hand, and smiled at Rena. "May I have this dance?"

The green-blonde haired girl giggled, "You may!"

Hence, the two danced together with smiling faces.

Aisha watched her friends having fun on their final night at Hamel Resort. She had a contest expression on her face. Her eyes scanned the crowd, and she paused. Where's Elsword?

At that moment, she heard a familiar voice. "Hey, Aisha, Aisha!"

She turned around, and her eyes widened. "Oi, Elsword, what are you doing?!"

"Check this out! I can hold more than ten sparklers!" the redhead was dancing around with numerous sparklers in his hands. They all emitted sparks flying out onto the sand around him.

"Elsword, stop fooling around. We're supposed to share those out with the others." Aisha approached him.

His sparklers shortly ran out, and he picked up the boxes of sparklers. "Then what are we waiting for? Let's distribute these babies!" He ran around, offering boxes to people, and keeping a few for himself. Afterwards, he dashed back to the class president, and handed her some. "Here, take them!"

"Whoa, wait what?" she blinked twice, and stared at Elsword as he lit her sparklers for her.

"Aren't they just great?!" Elsword was acting like a hyperactive 8-year old. "They're just like: Wow! Kaboom! Pizzazz!"

Aisha couldn't help but laugh at this. "Yes, they're great!" she whirled around with the sparklers, and danced with them, smiling happily.

The troublemaker forgot to breathe as he stared at his crush.

Her sparklers soon ran out, and she waved them up and down in disappointment. "Aww, it ran out…" she noticed Elsword staring at her, and a playful smirk formed on her lips. She leaned closer to him and whispered, "Did I make you speechless?"

Elsword's face flushed bright red. He immediately turned his head away, and stammered, "O-Of course not! Don't be stupid, Aisha, there's no way I'd ever be speechless by you!"

While the others were having fun, Eve was having a relaxing night, sitting on the beach, letting the waters envelop her feet into the wet sand, and then withdrawing again.

"Not partying with the others?" Raven sat next to her, and observed her with thought.

Eve smiled slightly, and shook her head. "I've never been good with crowds."

"You seemed to have done fine at that business party we went to before." Raven noted.

"That was under business matters." She replied curtly.

He chuckled, and stared out at the horizon. "Did you create any good memories here?"

"Plenty." She smiled back at him.

Raven's eyes were glued to her smiling face. His arms moved by themselves; they were half-wrapped around Eve, but not touching her. His hands were trembling as he struggled to hold back the urge to hug her.

"Raven? What's wrong?" Eve asked innocently.

The crow let out a sigh of defeat as his arms dropped to his sides once again. He repositioned himself, so his head rested on her lap, while the rest of his body lay on the golden sand. "Ugh…I don't know how long I'll be able to last for…"

"!" Eve's cheeks tinged slightly as she stared at his face. This position reminded her of the first time she went on a date with him. "What do you mean, last for…?"

"…" Raven said no more words; he merely stared at her face. Her truthful honey eyes, pale flawless skin, gently wind-blown hair, and soft lips. He felt his body temperature rise at the thought of kissing those lips, and immediately he covered his eyes with the back of his arm. "Stop it."

"Stop what?" Eve felt confused.

"I…I don't know how long I'll be able to hold myself back anymore…" he mumbled under his breath.

"…Raven, your face is bright red." She poked at his cheek.

Steam was rising from his face, "Sh-Shut up!"

Eve laughed slightly at his reaction. She gently stroked his dark hair to comfort him.

Raven closed his eyes, and stared into the darkness. The image of the girl he liked, lingered in his mind. Eve…

"Ah, please be careful with that luggage, that one's fragile." Glave instructed the bus driver as he helped load the luggage into the storage area.

"All students please line up in a single line, and try to avoid disturbing the general public!" said the Class Prez. Aisha had woken up extra early that morning to pack, and do one more extra stroll around the place to say goodbye.

Rena was checking her make-up in her compact mirror, while walking to line up behind other students. "Wow, so it's really the last day?"

"Indeed it is." Eve appeared behind the Queen Bee, while double-checking her bag to make sure everything was in place.

"Well, there's always next time! We can come back again, right, Chung?" beamed Elsword.

"Right you are." He smiled back. "Although, next time you'll have to pay."

"Huh?! You're joking right?! Do I look filthy rich to you?!" the redhead cried.

"Quite the opposite really." Chung's prince-like smile didn't leave his face as he teased his friend.

"Can you two tone it down a bit?" Raven grumbled behind the two.

They looked at him, and saw there was something different about him. Was it the way he combed his hair? Or was it the way he wore his shirt? Chung was first to ask, "Raven, what's up with the sunglasses?"

Raven was wearing a pair of dark tinted sunglasses. He glanced over at his buddies. "It's a fashion accessory."

"We can see that. He meant, why are you wearing them indoors?" questioned Elsword.

"Is there a problem with that?" he muttered.

"Er…no, but…" Chung trailed off, not quite sure what to say.

"It's suspicious!" Elsword folded his arms and kept a fixed glare on his friend. "C'mon, spill the beans!"

"…" Raven was silent.

"?" they both stared at him, waiting for an answer.

"…" no words.

"…?" they waited.

"…Zzzz…."

Chung and Elsword exchanged glances with each other. "Is he…" "…Asleep?"

The Prince swiped at his sunglasses, and saw that he indeed had his eyes closed. He could also see some noticeable bags under his eyes.

Elsword slapped the sleeping log hard on the back. "Wake up! How can you fall asleep while standing up?"

"Whoa!" Raven immediately woke up, and groaned, "I'm tired; you morons…where are my sunglasses?"

"I'll give them back to you, once you tell us where you got those bags from." Chung waved his pair of glasses in front of his face.

Raven grumbled yet again, "Never."

"Then you'll have to give up on these sunglasses." He smiled.

"…" Raven sighed, and gave in.

He explained to them what had happened while they were partying. He had lied on Eve's lap, and talked with her, and even though he thought he was going to fall asleep, he didn't. How could he, with the girl he liked right in front of his eyes? In fact, the poor guy was so flustered mentally, that he couldn't get a wink of sleep at all. However, on the outside, he had looked as cool as a cucumber to Eve. By the time Raven finished his story, his face was bright red, and he was face palming himself. "Ughh, I'm a real mess, aren't I?"

Chung avoided the question calmly, and handed his sunglasses back to him. "Here, you can have these back now."

Opposite to that, Elsword pounced onto Raven and noogied his head. "Ahaha, who knew you could actually be a big ol' softie, eh?"

"Oi, get off of me!" Raven tried to shake him off, but Elsword kept his grip around him.

"Whoa, easy there, boy!" Elsword laughed while 'riding' on Raven.

"I said get off of me! What part of that did you not understand?!"

"Wow, what's with all the loud commotion?" Rena asked, curiously.

"Just the boys playing around." Eve replied.

"Typical boy." Aisha rolled her eyes.

"Hey, I wonder what those girls are talking about over there..." Chung motioned at the three girls.

"Probably just some gossip." muttered Raven, still running around with Elsword on his back.

"Typical gal." murmured Elsword.

While Glave and the bus driver were still loading the baggage and discussing the travel route, the students were told they could take this chance to buy souvenirs. They had roughly around 40 minutes to do so before departure, so many of the students rushed to the shopping area of the resort to buy something for memories.

Some people rushed to buy as many as they could, while some took their time, and others were unsure.

Rena wanted to buy too many things, however she settled for a glass heart necklace which she shared with Chung. The heart could be pulled apart in two pieces, one with 'C' on it, and the other with an 'R' engraved on it. It was a popular item for couples.

"Chung, don't lose your half, okay? If you do, I won't forgive you~!" she laughed, teasingly.

"Don't worry, my 'heart' is only for you." He chuckled, equally as playful.

Elsword cringed as he watched the two flirt. "How can they flirt so openly in public like that? Pssh, they're not even going out." He mumbled to himself while selecting an item. "Who wants to be all lovey-dovey anyways? If it were Aisha and I, I would totally…" Elsword quickly stopped himself from saying anymore. What am I thinking?! I did not just imagine Aisha and me flirting together, while holding hands, and walking down the beach! No way! Of course not! He shook his head furiously to clear the thought, and quickly grabbed a beach ball from the shelves, then slammed it onto the counter. "I'll take this!"

The Class Prez watched her fellow classmates enjoy themselves with picking souvenirs to buy. Although, she quickly reminded herself that she needed to buy something too. The purple haired girl zigzagged the store, looking for something which caught her eye, however nothing did. She pondered in her head as to what she wanted to buy, but she was unsure. Then, she heard two girls from her class speaking to each other cheerfully.

"Did you know that this Magic Bottle of Sand can grant any wish?" said the first girl.

"No way! How does it work?"

"Well, you buy the sand, and then when you want to make a wish, you scatter the sand out of the bottle, and make a wish. But it has to be on the night of a full moon." explained the first girl. "Then the winds will carry the grains of sand, and your wish will be heard under the stars. Pretty cool, right?"

"Wowwww! I have to buy two of these then!" the second girl grabbed two bottles.

"No, no, no! You can only buy 1! The stars will not grant the wishes of those who are greedy!" advised the first girl.

"Oh, you're right. Ehehe, stupid me~" the two girls picked a bottle each, and then left to purchase them.

Aisha walked over to the 'Magic Bottle of Sand' area, and stood in front for what felt like forever. She stared at the bottles filled with golden sand, and raised her eyebrow. There's no way something like that can be true…it's all just superstition. She tried to convince herself, but she knew that deep down, she secretly wanted to buy it. If I could have one wish, it would be… An image of Elsword flashed through her mind. Aisha swiftly looked around to make sure no one was watching, and she quickly snatched a bottle, and ran to the counter before someone could see her make the purchase.

Eve walked around the shop over three times, and she still hadn't decided on what she wanted to buy yet. Hmm…what do 'normal' girls buy, I wonder? She saw her friend with purple hair dash past her at the speed of light. Eve blinked, and then spun around. "Ah, Aisha, what are you buy-"

"N-NOTHING!" she shouted back with a flustered face.

"…" Eve tilted her head to the side with a big "?" mark above her head. Her ears then picked up on a soft chime, and she followed after the noise. At the corner of the store, there was a window filled with many wind chimes hanging from the ceiling. Each had shiny bells, with the sunlight reflecting off of the metal surface. A sweet ring would escape from the bells as the winds gently blew the wind chimes side to side. Her amber eyes stared at them for a long time, and after a while, she finally made her decision.

The rich doll waited in line patiently for her turn at the register. In her hands was one of the wind chime bells. The line moved down one, and she was almost at the front, however the person in front of her was taking their time, as they had bought more than one item. She heard a familiar voice on her side, and she turned slightly.

"Eve, what are you buying?" smiled Raven, as he stood next to her.

"Eh? Oh…nothing special." She held up the wind chime. She may have said 'nothing special' but to her, it was a new treasure which she had only discovered today.

"Ah, a wind chime? That's some interesting taste you've got there." He chuckled.

Interesting taste? "Does that mean I did the wrong thing?" she questioned, clueless.

"Hm?" he looked at her curiously.

She shuffled her feet nervously. "You know…normal girls don't buy strange things like these as souvenirs, do they…?"

"I thought 'normal' day was only for yesterday." Raven put his hand to his chin. "Besides, it doesn't matter what you buy as a souvenir, as long as you like it. There's no such thing as right or wrong."

"But…" she looked down at the wind chime in her hands.

His golden eyes stared at her intensely for what felt like forever. Suddenly, his hand pinched her cheek. "Who cares about being a 'normal' girl; screw normal! You're special to me, so don't listen to other people's opinions about you!"

"!" Eve was surprised at his words. "But how can I ignore other's opinions when-"

"Look, if you're so upset about buying this wind chime because it's not 'normal', then I'll have it!" He grabbed her wind chime without permission. "We'll have an exchange." He dug his hand into his pocket, and showed her an item. In his fingertips was a pure white ring.

"…Is this a proposal?" she murmured.

He blushed. "No, it's an exchange. Do I look like I'm on my knees?" he waved the ring in front of her. "I picked it up at the beach last night. It's called a shell ring."

"A….shell ring?" she took the small ring into her hands, and examined it closely. It certainly did have a unique shape.

"Those things aren't easy to find, so take care of it, okay?"

Eve quickly grabbed her cellphone and started to search up the definition of a shell ring. 'A shell ring can be found at beaches. They're usually broken parts of a shell, but still maintain their circular shape, thus calling it a shell ring. They are not easy to find in whole, because they are usually shattered by the rough waves.'

Raven stepped ahead of her in line, and purchased the wind chime. He headed to the entrance with her, and smiled at her. "So, I'll be keeping this wind chime, and you'll be keeping that shell ring, deal?"

She nodded happily, and smiled at him. "Of course, it's an exchange…"

He let out a relieved sigh as he saw he smile, and he patted her head. "Alright, I'll see you on the bus." And with that, he walked away.

Eve turned the ring in her fingertips, while repeating Raven's words. "You're special to me…"

All students had entered the bus, and every one of them had easily fallen asleep on their comfy chairs. They all had an energetic holiday, but now their energy was all used up. The end of the trip has come, and every single student in the bus back home, will always treasure the memories they made at Hamel Summer Resort.
