Lucy POV

2 days before doctors appointment...

I slightly open my eyes to find my white room was filled with the morning sunshine, which to me was blinding.

"Can you close the curtains please ?" I say as I rolled over onto my other side and hid my face in the sheets.

I suddenly catch a faint smell of a familiar scents mixed together. Not Ian's, but Shay's mixed with Troian and Ashely's.

"No chance." Troians voice was loud as if she shouted her reply into my ear and before I knew it the bed sheets were took from under my chin and wrapped around my weak body to the floor.

"No. Please give me them back. I'm cold." I plead, not moving from the position I was in. But of course Troian, being who she is, moved on the bed next and started jumping around like a child on Christmas Day.

"We are going for lunch together then having a movie night in. Better get moving, we don't want to miss our reservation." Shay said softly.

"I don't want to go out. I've enjoyed being a little hermit crab and curling up in my bed for the past week or so." I opened my eyes, which took some time adjusting to the light and looked straight at Troian, who stopped jumping as soon as I moved.

"You need to go out. And better being with us than yourself when your getting groceries while being hounding with questions about you being pregnant and having flashing cameras in your face." Ashley spoke.

"Speaking of pictures, you should check your Instagram for the picture we all just put up." Shay added while trying her hardest to hide the smirk which was tugging on the sides of her lips.

"Is it of me sleeping?" I asked, not bothering as we've all did it to each other before.

"You looked so cute. We couldn't resist."

"How long have you guys been here for?" I asked.

"Just around ten minutes before you woke up. Ian has left and is away for a jog with the boys. So it's just all us girls left to go and do something. So get up and get dressed, we are wining and dining." Ashley spoke with great enthusiasm.

"I hope to god that is an expression and not an activity of the day." I laughed while I moved from my bed towards the bathroom to do my morning routine which usually took only about fifteen minutes.

Once I had put some make up on I walked to the closet and picked out black skinny jeans with ripped parts at the knee and upper thigh, a red peplum top to hide the bump which was growing bigger by the day and a pair of red heels. Once I had got dressed we all headed to the restaurant in Troian's car.

"Has Sasha held a conversation with you since she got home from the hospital ?" Shay asked while she turned her head to face me as she sat in the passenger seat and Ashley and I were in the back seats.

"Nope. She doesn't reply to my texts, or speak to us when we drive to or from set. I don't know if I should be worried or not."

"Oh, don't worry Luce. That wouldn't be good for either of you, we'll all just keep an eye on her." Ashley said while rubbing my shoulder.

Soon after we arrived at the small Italian restaurant which looked like it was busy but it was just surrounded by paparazzi.

"Why is there so many of them ?" I say as we quickly drive by the entrance and towards the end of the street.

"Don't worry. We don't have to walk by them." Troian adds while studying the road.

"What, are we gonna fly or something ? I'm not walking by them."

"You'll see." Troian said with a smirk as we pulled into a parking lot at the back of the restaurant. "Back exit, did you think we'd make you walk by all them with the latest rumours they've heard? No chance." I smiled.

We all got out the car and walked towards the back door and opened it. " Hey Troian, long time no see ladies." Sharon, the owner of the restaurant and Troian's close friend, greeted us.

After we had our meal and Shay and Ashley had a glass of wine each and then we headed out the restaurant. I miss wine. Unfortunately we had to go through the front entrance which was still surrounded by paparazzi.

I held on the Ashley's arm and Troian held onto Shay's. We all walked out with our heads down and I hid my face as best as I could with my free hand. I don't mind the paparazzi but sometimes I cannot be bothered with them yelling questions asking if I were pregnant or not. Soon we were at the car and buckled in when they surrounded the car and this time there was a whole lot more than there was when we walked round to the car. I knew that there was some following us but all of a sudden there was a sea of them and their flashing cameras.

"I've locked the doors. So don't worry." Troian said calmly and she beeped the horn multiple times and some of them cleared a path for us to drive out the parking lot.

After five unbearable long minutes they had cleared away from the front of the car and Troian drove away at a fast but safe speed. "Sometimes they are uncontrollable." I said.

"You okay, Luce ?" Ashley spoke softly.

"Yeah. I'm fine." I stared out the window for the short ride back to my house.

...

"Bye Luce, we'll see you on Thursday after your appointment. Love you both." Troian winked as she pulled out of my driveway with Shay and Ashley hanging out the window waving. God they are as just as bad as 5 year olds. I went back inside, locked the door and snuggled up in the couch watching Suits while I waited for Ian to come back home.

Ian POV

I got home about half 10 at night and found Lucy passed out in the sofa all tucked under her black fluffy blanket. I tried to wake her up by shaking her but she was out for the count. Well, at least I thought she was until I tried to lift her to take her up to bed. She winced in pain and quickly scrunched her eyes up.

"Ouch, Ian. Don't move me please."

"What's wrong ?" I started to panic.

She groaned, then opened her eyes. She must have seen the panicked expression on my face causing her to speak softly, "I just had little pain. I'm okay." I knelt down beside her.

"You didn't sound okay five seconds ago."

"I just panicked because I moved too quickly." She smiled. Not her usual smile which could light up a room when she walked in, but a sad smile which hid pain and fear.

"Are you sure you're okay ? Last time it was only a little pain at first." I placed my hand on her knee giving it a gentle squeeze.

"Yeah. I'm fine. Just give me a second." She slowly sat up and took a few deep breaths. "I think I'll just sleep down here. I don't wanna pull anything walking up the stairs." She said while moving the pillow to lie back down on. I quickly stopped her from doing so.

"I'll carry you. That is what I was going to do but I woke you by accident."

"You didn't wake me. I just ignored you so you'd go up to bed and leave me down here. You don't have to carry me, I don't want to be an inconvenience."

"You're anything but an inconvenience Luce, you're my fiancée, I wasn't just going to leave you down here while I slept in our bed without you. Don't be silly, come here." I leaned in and gave her a hug. She thankfully wrapped her arms around my neck and I slowly managed to lift her off the sofa with my arm locked under her legs and the other around her back while I could feel her breathing into the crook of my neck.

We got upstairs and I placed her on the bed. I walked over to the closet and pulled out an old shirt of mine and threw it across the room for Lucy to catch.

Lucy POV

As I lay in bed looking at my perfect fiancé I noticed a still freaked look on his face about the little pain I had earlier. I think it was the way I was lying on the sofa, or probably just the way the baby was sitting and I twisted my stomach to sit up. I was wearing Ian's old beige shirt which was oozing with his sweet scent, I remember this was the first ever shirt I ever worn of Ian's from when we first got together. Oh the simple days.

"You know I love you, right?"

"I love you too." I replied while moving closer and wrapping my arms around his torso.
