yes its another short chapter but i have a test tomorrow that cost me just short of 300 and its the same for a resit so if i fail i will be too upset and busy to write for a while so im doing a small chapter again o you guyts get it now.

The group quickly made their way through the city and eventually stopped outside a small metal door.

"This is one of my workshops. If we are lucky no one has able to break thee security system and get in here" Daedalus informed them as he touched the door and it swung open.

"Greetings Father" a cold metallic voice announced.

The group hesitatingly walked into the workshop and was astounded at what they saw. It was a huge open room bigger than the building it was inside. All along the walls were Auto Gear parts, from legs to arms to heads to tentacle things. There was a huge table in the middle of the room that seemed to house a model replica of the city. Small spider-like automatons were running around the area organizing different parts or cleaning.

Daedalus walked up to the table and in a clear voice said "Show me the current specs for Auto Gear code name Shadow."

Everyone stared in awe as the model of the city disappeared and reformed into a life sized model of Shadow.

"Everyone make thou selves at home" Daedalus told them distractedly. "I'm afraid there is no food but there is water in one of thee taps. Sniper there are blueprints stored away just ask thee spiders to get them for thou and they will. Have fun looking through them." Usopp just stared.

Daedalus started to disassemble the model of Shadow muttering to himself as he did. "These will need to be... but with what?...power core almost depleted..."

The group all watched him work except for Usopp who in his excitement asked a spider to bring him the blueprints. Ten seconds later he had twenty boxes filled with blueprints in front of him and was eagerly looking through them.

After an hour of looking through the blueprints Usopp stopped and stared at one with excitement. "Hey Daedalus does this actually work?" he asked excitedly.

Shadow moved quickly and grabbed Usopp by the throat "everything that father makes works" it growled before dropping him again.

"Shadow i told thou not to harm my friends" Daedalus said sternly before turning to Usopp "yes thee Any Shot Revolver does work but that is a simple prototype I have the blueprints for an upgraded version somewhere but it has not been created yet would thou like to try making it?" he asked.

"Would I? Of course i would" Usopp shouted excitedly.

Daedalus nodded before barking out an order "Spiders bring me the blueprints for thee any Shot Revolver mark two and bring me thee blood iron necessary to make it."

"What's this Any Shot Revolver?" Nami asked curiously.

"It's a gun that can use ANYTHING as ammo" Usopp told her excited "ANYTHING!"

"Sniper is correct" Daedalus confirmed as a spider brought Usopp the required objects. "Thee Any Shot Revolver has specially prepared chambers that can fit any object that is not bigger than the revolver it's self. And thee Mark 2 has an improved firing mechanism that only thee blood iron can use without blowing up when shot."

"Blood iron?" Zoro asked.

"Blood iron is iron that has been mined in a slave camp where thee slaves were tortured on the rocks. Their blood seeped down into the rocks and ore and fused with thee iron and made it a lot stronger and very versatile in it's use. Now stop asking questions Shadow needs a tune up" he ordered.

Daedalus called for several tools and parts and began to work on Shadow while Usopp did the same and began to work on making his Any Shot Revolver or ASR.

Everyone minus Zoro watched in boredom until the two worked until they finally found a way to occupy themselves.

"Got any threes?" Luffy asked.

"Go fish" Nami replied smirking. (AN: I know nothing about poker so they are playing go fish.)

"Damn this is boring" Cody growled getting up.

"where are you going?" Nami asked worried.

"Out this place is boring as hell" he growled.

Luffy sighed "Sally go with him."

Sally frowned but she got up and followed Cody anyway "we will be back soon Luffy-sama."

"Oh right almost forgot" Daedalus muttered. "Spider bring me thee cursed gauntlet."

When he was brought a box he casually threw it to Luffy. "This is for thou captain."

Luffy opened the box and was surprised to find a gauntlet inside that was completely black as if it was made of darkness. Hanging out of the gauntlet though were a few tubes filled with a glowing blue liquid. "What is it?"

"That is what is known as a punch gauntlet an object specially made to increase thee power of thou punch but in return it will hurt thy arm as if thou punched an unbreakable wall. However that particular punch gauntlet was made out of cursed materials and as such is particularly useful against an angel" Daedalus informed him.

"What is the curse?" Luffy asked curious.

Daedalus gave an evil looking grin "thee gauntlet normally has it's own in built power supply however this get's thee energy from thou life force. So not only will using it injure yourself but it will also weaken thou" Daedalus announced "but believe me the benefits are worth it."

"Why don't you use it then?" Luffy asked.

"Thee gauntlet doubles thee power of thou strike. If we had to put power into numbers with thee average person having a ten and thee strongest in existence having a hundred I would be a eight and thou would be closer to eighty."

Luffy nodded "makes sense."

"Also thee gauntlet has an on and off switch so thou doesn't use it accidentally" Daedalus showed Luffy where the switch was. and Luffy then put the gauntlet on his left arm.

"Thank's."

"Hey do you have anything for me?" Nami asked hopefully.

Daedalus shook his head "I'm afraid not thee idea I have for thou requires parts from my main workshop and it is most likely under chaos's control."

"father your main workshop is safe from brother's control" Shadow announced "however it has been locked by Hephaestus. when\n chaos was freed. Brother Hephaestus locked himself in your workshop waiting for the day you would return and take control of gear City once again."

Daedalus broke into a big grin "good. Shadow should be done in a few minutes. when she is up dated then we will go and find Hephaestus."
