Another intermission, this will focus primarily on Erza, the Slayers and their Mates and Kin.

Earth: Hogwarts
"The Fairy heir will be revealed with the Fairy Queen and the Celestial Queen. Two daughters and two sons will be reunited, families will be returned and broken once more. A choice that will break three mothers and Kings shall give in to their instincts. Two brothers united with their sins. A new heir will rise with the 13."
Levy, Lucy, Yukino, Juvia and Mira were all in the library trying to figure out what the hell the prophecy means to their resident Sky Slayer and Titania.
"The first line has to mean that Erza will choose an heir when she takes the Dragon Throne from her mother." Levy told the girls around her. "But who is this Celestial Queen?" Mira asked. Yukino and Lucy looked at each other, trying to say what they were thinking to the other Mates. "It's not that simple, guys. We can't tell you about our Queen, it would breach our oath to King Leo and the High King who we all obey. More than that, I can't tell you anything since I am the Zodiac Princess and Yuikno is a Lady of one of the noble clans of the Celestial Kingdom, so she is also under oath." Lucy told the other girls.
"Really? Why didn't you tell us?" Mira asked. "As Lucy-sama said, we couldn't. If we did we would be punished by the Queen. She has been hidden from us, many that practice Celestial magic or a variation of it believe that the Queen is a myth." Yukino tells them. "All we know is that if we cross her we would be punished by the High King and also bring about the wrath of the Dragon King." Yukino continues.
"Why the Dragon King?" Levy asks nervously. "It is said that the Dragon King is the Celestial Queen's Mate." Lucy says in a low voice. They all froze in fear at that statement. "What? The Black Dragon and your Queen are Mates?!" Levy shrieked fearfully.
She had a right to be scared though, she, Lucy and Yukino. The three of them were in a sense royal Mates. "Okay, lets continue please, I would rather not have the Dragon King angry with us for asking about his Mate." Mira muttered, they all agreed and went back to work.
"The next line has to be about the four royal children of the Dragon King and Queen." No one argued with the Script mage, they all knew she was right. "The next portion of the sentence might mean that some of the children won't accept that they are the children of Acnologia. Sine we already know that Princess Erza is the only child of the Dragon Queen. The third line – " "It will mean that the children will not accept who their parents are and that some of the Kings shall fall into the darker areas of their magic." A deep voice said.
They all jumped and turned around, seeing that it was Lord Belserion. "Lord Belserion, what are you doing here?" Lucy asked slowly. "Hello, Princess Heartfilia. I wish to help you, if you would allow me to?" He asked, looking to Lucy for permission. She was confused by this and as were her friends. "Why would you need my permission, My Lord? You are a Dragon, and the father of the Queen, Her Highness Irene."
The girls have never heard Lucy speak so formally before but knew it was necessary for who they were in front of. "Perhaps, but it would be rude since you are the Mate of the Fire Dragon Prince Natsu Dragneel and the Princess of the Celestial Zodiac." He explained. "Oh, thank you. Also, please, just call me Lucy, or if you still wish to be formal, Princess Lucy works as well. If I may, I would like to introduce you to my friends and fellow Dragon Mates."
Belserion smiled and took a seat with them. The girls were still afraid of him, but now that Lucy had cleared the air they felt more comfortable with an actual Princess with them. "I would like to start off with the Lady Yukino Agria. Lady of the Agria Clan." Yukino bowed her head in respect to both Lucy and Belserion. "Hello, Lady Agria, it is a pleasure." "Thank you, My Lord. I am the Mate of the Light Dragon Slayer, Sting Eucliffe."
Since it was custom that if there was someone of royal birth there to introduce another of royal standing that person had to introduce themselves first and then the others in the area would be introduced by the lower ranked royal. "This is Mirajane Strauss, she is the Mate of the Lightning Dragon Slayer, Laxus Dreyar. Levy McGarden, Mate of the Iron Dragon Slayer, Gajeel Redfox." Lord Belserion snapped his gaze to the short blue haired woman. She leaned back in her chair slightly at seeing the dragon inspect her. The girls were worried for the small woman but couldn't do much to stop him.
"You are his Mate, truly?" He whispered to her. She nodded in fear. He then laid a hand on her stomach and closed his eyes. Levy was frozen in fear as the dragon placed a hand on her stomach. Levy started breathing heavily stumbling out of the chair. She went to hug Lucy and Juvia for comfort. But the one she really wanted wasn't here with them.
But then, he appeared, feeling her fear. "Prince – " "I don't care if you are Irene's father, get away from my Mate." He growled at the dragon. "Levy, are you alright?" She was still in a state of shock. But Gajeel knew what to do. He started humming a lullaby that his mother had sung to him when he was a child. She snapped out her daze and cried into him. He held her and calmed her down.
Belserion broke the awkward silence. "Does he know?" "No he doesn't, and more than that, he has no say in who my Mate is." "I understand that, but – " "But nothing, Belserion! I told them, you were there. My Mate, brother, sister, and Kin are off limits to them. Especially to Acnologia. He knows that, so why are you here making my Mate scared?" He growled at the dragon in front of him, not scared at all.
Before he could answer Natsu and Erza came into the library. "Gaj – " Natsu stopped when he felt the tension in the air. He nodded his head to the Lord and went to stand next to Lucy, Yukino and Mira. Erza went to stand next to Juvia who had a hand on Gajeel's shoulder, trying to calm him down.
"My gods, you look so much like her." Belserion murmured as he gazed at Erza. Her expression didn't change. She was nervous to be in a room with a dragon, even if he was the one who helped her mother. "Lord Belserion, Prince Gajeel asked you a question." Lucy said. "I did not mean to scare the girl, that was never my intention. I am sorry, Lady McGarden." He bowed to her and Gajeel in apology.
"That didn't answer my question." He growled again, making it known that he was angry at the Lord. Belserion actually started to look a bit scared by Gajeel so he answered honestly. "My Prince, I wanted to come to see the Queen's daughter but also because of my King. He asked me to give you this, he wishes to speak to you after the Tournament." He handed the Iron Slayer a letter and stepped back.
Gajeel put the letter in his pocket and looked at Levy for a moment. "I will tell you this only once. If you or Acnologia come near my Mate or Kin without notifying me there will not be a place in any realm that you can hide from me. If you harm them I will hunt you down. Do you understand?" Belserion knew he would carry out the threat.
"Yes, My Prince. I understand. I am sorry for all of this. I just wanted to help." He bowed again to Gajeel and left.
The others released the breaths they were holding and looked to Gajeel.
"Gajeel what the hell was that?" Erza asked. "Levy, did he hurt you?" He ignored everyone and only focused on his Mate. "I thought he would…" She couldn't continue only put her hands on her flat stomach. He went down to his knees and kissed her stomach. "I won't let anyone or anything harm our child. I swear to you Levy. Nothing will hurt the two of you." His eyes were shining with sincerity and Levy nodded, not even caring that he picked her up bridal style and left the library.
"Levy is pregnant." Mira whispered in awe. "What does that mean for them, Natsu?" Erza asked the Dragon Prince. "Gajeel will have to take the throne in his Kingdom. He will have to present his child to the King and Queen, they will determine of that child is a Slayer." "Why would it matter if the child is a Dragon Slayer?" "That child will have a better claim to the Earth Throne if it's a Slayer." He told Erza.
"Should we tell anyone? Our friends?" Juvia asked. "No, this is their joy to share. We should not come between them. On another note, Juvia, you and Lily will be the only two that will be allowed anywhere near Levy during her pregnancy. He will also be with her always. As I said before, it's not our place to tell anyone about this but the professors, or at least the Headmaster needs to know. I will speak to Levy and Gajeel about this. Please keep what you have learnt here a secret for the time being." Natsu told them and then left to find the Prince and his consort.
"So… let's all agree to not get on Gajeel's bad side from now on." Erza muttered. She glanced at Mira and they both thought back to the terrifying display of power that the two had shown against each other in the beginning of the year. "Juvia is going to find Lily and explain the situation to him, we are both going to look after them. Please do not worry, we will help the two." Juvia smiled and bowed to Erza, Lucy, Mira and Yukino leaving the four teens staring after her.
"This is crazy! How did we get caught up in all of this?" Mira asked the other girls. "We are the Mates of Dragon Slayers and Erza is that Dragon Queen's daughter." Lucy told the She-Demon. "I just want to go home and get Wendy back. Do you think she will be different?" She was worried for the young girl.
"I have no idea, but things will change, I hope for the better, but things will defiantly change." Erza told her friend. "Hey, Erza. Why did you, Natsu and Gajeel come to the library anyway?" Lucy asked the redhead. "We actually wanted to talk to you and Leo about something." "About what?" She asked.
"Well, since you are a royal and were an heiress we were wondering if you could help me with this royalty stuff, you and Leo both." Erza rubbed her arm looking at her teammate. "Well, sure, I can help you, but I don't know about Loke. Yukino and I haven't been able to summon our Zodiac, only our Silver Keys have been working, but even just summoning them for a short amount of time drains us so much. It's probably because we aren't in a world that has enough magic to sustain the Spirits."
Erza lightly nods her head to Lucy and Yukino. As the sign of respect Natsu and Gajeel told her about. They nod back to her as well. "You already know some of the things you will need to know since you are acknowledging us. That's good. Also, a word of advice: always do that to the other royals you meet. For the Kings and Queens you need to fully bow or in some cases kneel." Lucy tells her.
She leaves them to talk since Erza knows it was starting to get uncomfortable for them. She needed to find Natsu, he was trying to find Gajeel and Levy. "Hey Cana, have you seen Natsu, Gajeel or Levy?" She asks the brunette.
"They went to the Room of Requirement." Erza thanked her and goes to find out what the hell had happened with her mother's father. She got to the room and entered, seeing Gajeel, Levy and Natsu. "Erza." Levy said. "Princess." Natsu said. "What happened, Gajeel?"
"Lord Belserion, disregarded one of my conditions for becoming the Earth King. I gave my reasons and conditions to Acnologia, Queen Irene, Queen Terra and Lord Belserion. He should have known not to go to my Mate without telling me he was there. The only reason I sensed something wrong was the fear I felt from Levy. I knew something was very wrong." He growled with an angry look. Natsu backed away from the couple and went to stand next to the Dragon Princess.
"Do… Do you want me to talk to him? Lord Belserion?" Gajeel shook his head. "No, I will be going to the Capital after the Tournament is over anyway. Acnologia wants to talk to me about something, probably about Wendy or Levy." "Why Wendy and Levy?" Natsu was confused why the Dragon King would be interested in Gajeel's Mate or Wendy.
"Do you remember when I was fighting Ryos? What happened in the middle of our fight?" Levy gasped and Erza's eyes widen at what he was saying. "Something happened to Rogue." He nodded his head. "Yeah, at first I didn't know what it was, but afterward, when that bastard Future Rogue showed his face I knew what had happened to my brother."
He was angry at himself for not stopping him when he had the chance. "He was possessed by his Future half. For that time, I was about to die, I ate some of his Future counterpart's shadows. They were tainted, darker than Ryos' normal shadows. So Salamander, you should have never fought Future Rogue, I did. I would have had the power to kill him, since I had his darker shadows as my second element." Gajeel explained.
Levy and Erza were shocked, but were just staring at him. "I guess both of us could have killed part of our family that day. You could have battled Future Rogue toe-to-toe since he had his second element, holy light. I could have gone toe-to-toe with Atlas Flame my father's Second." Natsu's eyes darkened at that thought.
"What do we do now?" Levy asked, holding her stomach. "Levy we need to tell the Headmaster about this, I have to stay with you during the entire pregnancy." "Why though?" "If our child is a Dragon Slayer than that means people will be after both of you, I want you safe. When our child is born the King and Queen determine if that child is a Slayer, if they are then that means that they will have more claim to the Earth Throne, if they want to rule, that is. If our child is not a Slayer then he or she will have less of a claim but will still be able to rule the Earth Kingdom if they so wish." Gajeel tells her.
"It's for our safety. Okay, I will stay with you." She murmured into his chest. He picked her up bridal style and carried her to the Headmaster's office.
"Headmaster, we need to tell you something important." Levy started. "What is it, child? Is something the matter?" "Somewhat…" She glanced at Gajeel and he took her hand, smiling a bit to calm her nerves.
"I'm pregnant. And during my pregnancy I need to stay with Gajeel for my safety."
To say Dumbledore was stunned was an understatement. "You… Might I ask why you need to stay with Mr. Redfox?" "I have the capability to protect both Levy and our unborn child. I intend to do just that. Also, that means she will be staying with me at all times, and since we have no classes that means either I move into the Ravenclaw House or she moves into the Slytherin House."
"How about this, I move the two of you into a larger apartment here on campus. We sometimes have teachers with young children so it is doable." Gajeel nodded his head in agreement. The couple left but Dumbledore asked them a question. "What of the other professors?" "This stays between us." Gajeel growled.
Gajeel left Levy with Juvia and Lily to get all of their belongings to be able to move into their new rooms.
