Hey you guys! I made a new account (link is in my profile), which kinda inspired me to start back writing again. So...here I am. I'll keep the most popular stories here (which is this one and my TrueBlood one...and I think the Twilight one?) I'll update these regularly, as well as the new ones on the other account. Review, talk to me.

Much love!

Alicia sat in the dark bedroom of the old apartment.

She'd been with the Joker for two or three months, the time had all started to run together. She'd started with a spring in her step. She had a clear goal in mind. She brought her camera everywhere, she'd had sd chips full of things.

But, now, she'd stayed longer than she'd planned, indulging in more of Joker's schemes than she'd planned.

"Ya ready to let us see Dolly?" the Joker called from Downstairs.

She sighed, but stood up. She'd seen enough of the Joker's henchman get shot for dragging their feet. She'd cut her hair since joining Joker. Instead of her long locks, she shaved the sides down to a buzzcut, trimming the crown to a manageable ear length. She kept it combed out of her face.

It made getting into her costume easier.

She'd worn it, but only because the Joker practically burst into a murderous, tearful fit when she'd refused.

"But I had it made, uh, special for ya,"he whined, showing his teeth.

And he bothered her with the same line for 48 hours continuously, poking or kicking her at every opportunity.

She went down the stairs, spandex swishing as her thighs rubbed together. The men saw her before Joker did. Some of their eyes widened, others smiled.

"Well hurry!" he fussed,"I wanna see what the-hmm." He stood, a brow raised. Alicia huffed, crossing her arms

"Are you satisfied?" she hissed, tapping a red boot on the floor. The Joker started from her feet, then stopped with a toothy grin when their eyes me. He clapped his hands together happily, and the other men clapped with him.

"It suits ya, that's for sure. A worthwhile investment, I'd say."

The body suit was red and black. The left sleeve was black, the right leg black, left leg red, right arm black. The material was porous, and Alicia felt good moving in it despite it clinging to her like a second skin. There was a keyhole in the back, exposing her scarred back to the air. On her feet were knee high boots. The left one was black, the right was red. She wore black gloves. On her head was what she knew was the Joker's favorite piece: the red and black jester's cowl. Little bells tinkled on the ends, sitting on her shoulders.

She pouted as the Joker inspected her, walking closer so that he could see it from all angles. When he was satisfied, he giggled, putting his arms around her neck

"You'll fit in just fine tonight," he said. Each word was pointed, his grip on her neck getting tighter. Alicia tried to remain calm, not raising a hand to even touch him.

"What's tonight?" He cackled, choking her as he squeezed.

"Tonight is a, uh, initiation of sorts! I'm formally inviting you to my little Country Club," he swept a hand around the room. Alicia flinched, heart pounding.

"Uh..."

The Joker felt her heart through her suit, and he pulled her closer, close enough that she felt his lips curl into a devious smile.

"Change of plans," he said. pushing her away cackling. She should have known better, and she was disappointed. She'd walked into a deal with the Devil and was surprised he'd only engulfed her flames.

"What's my initiation?" she asked. She was shaking, anger and fear rocking through her. She'd known getting away would be hard, but if he was actively trying to keep her there, she doubted she'd get away.

At least not in one piece.

The Joker turned to her, smiling devilishly.

"You'll see," he giggled, running her finger down her bottom lip. She knew it to be fact she wouldn't like any of it, but she also knew she wouldn't have a choice as to whether or not she'd participate. She'd taken a dive into the deep end, and she was now unsure as to whether she could even swim.

xXx

The group went up the stairs of the mansion quickly. At first, she'd worried this Initiation thing would be terrible.

Now, as they moved up to the roof gala where Bruce Wayne was having her dinner party, she was delighted. Some of the Joker's men had gone ahead of them, holding the partygoers under control until the Joker got there. Still dressed in the costume, Joker had given her a spiked bat and a gun she'd recognized from as a Jericho 941 desert Eagle.

She wasn't big on guns, at least in terms of ownership. But she was a hell of a shot, the result of growing up under the wing of a gun enthusiast and hunter. She had one of the men drill a hole in the top and side of the bat, enough to loop a string through it so she could carry it without much hinderance.

She knew Bruce somehow managed to slip away from the gunmen, and was changing into his BatSuit.

She smiled, right behind Joker as they entered the hallway leading to their destination.

"Showtime Barbie,"Joker whispered,"remember what you're supposed to do." She nodded, bringing thick black tinted aviator goggles over her eyes. She didn't know why hid din't just get her a mask, but she didn't bother to ask either.

It was kinda cute anyway.

Joker bowed, hunching his trench-coat covered shoulders. Alicia walked through the room, gun in hand.

Her mission, she was alerted when they parked in front of the building, was to help kidnap Harvey Dent. The first was nonnegotiable, but for an added bonus, Bruce Wayne could also be taken. She smiled wide, remembering the wave of elation she'd felt when she saw the building his sky-rise was in. She moved through the crowd, wanting to distance herself as much as possible from Joker and his men. She pushed some folks around, trying to fit the part of one of Joker's thugs. Knowing Bruce, Harvey was somewhere safe and away from the Joker. Dent and Alicia had never been formally introduced, and she'd only seen him at parties.

Beside him being the presiding DA, she didn't know what Joker could want him for.

It didn't matter though, she was getting the hell out of there.

The Joker realized Harvey Dent wasn't anywhere in the room. He'd been eating shrimp puffs, casually glancing as his men moved around in the room. When he saw their target wasn't there, Alicia saw that irritation in his eyes that led to something violent.

It's probably best if I get directly in Joker's sight..he's getting pissed, she hustled to stand opposite of him, by where they'd come. He glanced at her, smiling, before turning to face the crowd.

"So, uh, good evening," he said, dropping the handful of food he'd had onto the floor,"As I'm ,uh, as I'm sure you all know, I am the Joker and...uh, these are my men," he looked at Alicia,"and lady." A murmer went through the crowd, eyes flashing to look at her .

She coughed, turning it into a high pitched giggle, and waved. The Joker looked at her, genuinely surprised she was playing.

And okaying so nicely at that.

"Aint she a doll?" he chuckled, lacing his hands together." Now, fine people, I hate to uh crash a good party but uh...I'm going to need Harvey Dent."
