So WOW. Long time no update. HOWEVER, it is not forgotten and I am almost done typing and editing my rough outline. This chapter took awhile for me to write mainly because I was working a bunch. Plus blah blah blah, excuses. I suck and I hope you all are still up to reading and finishing this. Hopefully, I can have the rest up soon. I worked at the coffee shop today so I wrote a bunch out so I can type it up and update. Honestly I really wanna finish this by the end of the year. It is possible if I have time to type.
I hope you like it and aren't too mad at me for taking so long.

Disclaimer: Sara still has a mouth and I only own Sara and the Seven. YuYu Hakusho is copyrighted and I won't make shit from this.

ENJOY!

While Sara was laying on the ground, she took a couple deep breaths. The aroma of incense burning around her was strong, but comforting at the same time.

"Once you are connected, you won't be able to get out until you have finished your task, or you get killed." Genkai warned glancing at the group of boys who tensed at the latter statement.

"Don't worry about me, this seems easier that all the other crap that they have put me through." A small smile appeared on her face. "I will be coming back."

"Alright then, let's begin." Genkai nodded to Shizuru and they both hovered their hands over Sara. The glowing aura from both women started glowing and pulsating together and the ritual had begun.

As Sara kept her eyes close, she realized that is wasn't working. She didn't feel any different and it still felt like she was lying on the floor of the temple.

"Genkai, I don't think..." She opened her eyes only to see the exact same darkness that she was seeing before. "Well, holy shit. Nevermind, I guess."

Getting up off the floor, Sara experimentally called out. Strangely enough there was no echo or reasonable light source to be seen. Calling out again, Sara got an uneasy chill and for the first time in a while realized she was utterly alone.

"You know that this is useless, Saranya." Cego's voice came from behind.

As Sara whipped around to face the voice, she felt a probing in her mind. 'Manasika...'

Sure enough, his voice followed. "You were right in thinking that you are alone. There is no one to help you this time."

"I don't need help to get you out. I can do this alone." Sara tried to remain confident, but the dread and darkness was all around her. Finally, a light appeared to her left and she started towards it cautiously. Getting closer, Sara could make out two figures and almost turned around to get away.

Sodari and Adelfos were there staring into her eyes, both smiling wickedly. Figuring it would work, Sara raised her hand and tried to use her elemental wind power. It still wasn't working.

Backing up slightly, her movements were stopped by yet another one of the siblings, Nopeus. As Tamar walked up to the captured girl, Sara couldn't help but think this was impossible.

"Looks like you all still have the stolen gifts." Her voice quivered.

Holding up a ball of energy, Tamar spoke. "We won't go back, Saranya. You are powerless to stop us now."

Outside of Sara's mind, the others could do nothing but watch her struggle and twitch every so often. The guys were wishing there was something they could do to help.

"She will be alright." Kurama whispered, as a whimper escaped Sara's lips.

Hiei could take no more, and left the room.

As Sara was down on her knees, almost to the point of tears. Six of the siblings were surrounding her, while Iyasu was trying to talk to his siblings. He was almost begging for them to stop.

"Why should we stop? Why shouldn't she get the same as us?" Manasika glanced at his sibling with disdain.

"We wouldn't have to go back to be locked up forever if we end it now." Adelfos giggled, trying to get a clear shot at Sara.

Iyasu noticed and still stood in the way. "It isn't right. Saranya has done nothing wrong. We should never subject her to this madness."

"She may have done nothing, but remember what her family did to us, Iyasu? They locked us away for all eternity!" Sodari exclaimed, trying to make her brother see.

Nopeus continued his sister's thoughts. "Why should we suffer with no chance of freedom while they lounge about?"

"Maybe we don't deserve to be free..." Iyasu sighed.

"Well why not? Shouldn't we get the same freedom as anyone else?" Cego made sense to Sara, as she glanced around at the seven siblings. They were all so sad and angry.

Tamar noticed her looking and sneered, "You think it is funny, don't you? Out tourment?"

Sara shook her head slightly. "No, I was just thinking..."

Before Sara could finish her thought, Sodari shoved Iyasu out of her way and got the opening she needed to fire a blast of wind energy at Sara.

She couldn't dodge it in time.

"Guys we have a problem!" Shizuru shouted suddenly. As Yusuke, Kuwabara, and Kurama turned back to the two women, they noticed something wasn't right.

Sara's shirt was slowly being drenched in blood. The metallic smell was slowly invading everyone's noses.

"Don't just stand there, Kurama! Get those healing plants out!" Genkai snapped the fox out of his stupor. Quickly, Kurama got to work on the plants that would help heal Sara.

"What the hell is going on in her mind?" Yusuke pondered.

"I don't think she will make it, guys." Kuwabara hung his head in shame for the words that came out of his mouth. Kurama ignored Kuwabara's thought and placed his hand over the seeping wound. His plants and energy would have to do the rest. Moving his hand away, the fox made sure the plants had taken root.

"I will be right back. Don't fret, the plants will still do their job while I am away." Kurama rose to his feet and ventured out to the porch to find Hiei, sitting stoically on the steps.

"If you are here to inform me of what is going on, I know." Hiei stately bluntly. "Leave me be."

Instead of listening to his friend, like he normally would, Kurama sat down next to Hiei. "I know how you feel about her."

Scoffing, Hiei looked at the fox demon and feigned ignorance. While Kurama gave him a look that was filled with knowing, Hiei sighed. "It isn't mutual, Kurama. I don't even know why I bothered getting attached to this stupid woman."

Kurama shook his head, not believing the words coming from Hiei's mouth. "Besides, she does have to go back home, you stupid fox. I won't ever see her again after today. That's life and it's okay that I will continue to spend my days alone. It's perfectly fine with me."

"She might not even survive to go home with the way things are going." Kurama sighed.

That was all the push Hiei needed to get up and rush inside. Kurama followed, and the situation didn't seem any better than when he left. The blood had seeped out more and was slightly dripping onto the floor. Shizuru and Genkai were keeping Sara connected, but couldn't do much more than that. As Hiei slightly shook was rage, there was only one thing he could think about.

"Send me in. I am going to save her."
