Austin's POV:

I dont know what I did...I miss her soooo much. I want to believe her so much but for some reason I just cant! I dont know what to do I need help. I'm going to visit Riker. I grab my keys and hop into my car. The drive to the hospital was pure torture every song that came on reminded me of her. Whether it was a stupid love song or hr favorite song! I just can't handle it. I finally make it to the hospital. Slowly making my way out of my car and into the hospital doors I see Brooke is volunteering again today. I go over to her and she looks up and smiles at me. She nods and lets me know I can just go on ahead and see Riker. I nod at her with a smile and make my way towards my brothers room. Stalking the hallway I finally reach the scary room my brother is in and knock. He looks up and smiles a small smile. I smile back at him and sit next to him while sighing.

"What's up Austin?"

"I need some brotherly advice"

"About?"

"My relationship with Ally"

"Oh no what happened?"

"We broke up"

"Why?"

"Because I caught Ally cheating on me or well I think she cheated I don't know! What do you think I should do?"

"Well with who and how do you know?"

"With our new teacher and I got a mysterious text message with a picture but I don't know if she really did what do you think?"

"I think that you know Ally the best and you know how much she loves you so this all may just be in your head."

"You think?"

"No I know...I know you Austin I know you are scared to get hurt again and I know you feel unloved because of what I did...I know you say you forgive me and we can try and work this out but we all know you still have that wall up to protect yourself. I know you Austin and I know Ally and I know she loves you and would never hurt you like that or at all because hurting you would be hurting herself. Austin you have to start thinking with your heart not with your head. Ally loves you I highly doubt she cheated on you."

"But how do you know she didn't?"

"Austin stop being so stupid it's Ally you're talking about Ally who when I first met her back in the sixth grade wouldn't even want to hang out with Trish without telling you first. Yea now Ally maybe this bad ass hot chick but that doesn't mean the old sixth grade Ally isn't in there….she would never hurt you like that...to be honest I don't think she even could hurt you like that even if she wanted too."

"Yea but.."

"But nothing…...Did you used to think Ally loved you?"

"yes"

"and did you used to think That you could trust Ally?"

yes"

"well then why did that change"

"what?"

"well if you used to trust Ally and you used to think she loved you.. Then why did that all change?... Because of a picture! A stupid picture that was probably photoshopped! Austin...true Love is special and only comes once. And you and ally's love is between you two! Don't let anyone else affect your love and your relationship with Ally! "You would have been an amazing brother and you still are and it hurts me to see you like this"

"Austin….Don't...I'm going to be fine they say I'm getting better so don't feel bad and stop looking at me as if this is the last time you are going to see me you got it?"

"Yea I'm sorry"

"Stop apologizing too it's annoying especially since I'm not the one you should be apologizing too."

"I know I will talk to Ally soon I promise but I need some time to cool down you know."

"Okay but don't take for ever because a girl like her won't wait for long"

"I know I know so now what?"

I ask him and he just shrugs. I end up spending the rest of the day there. We just talk and talk all night, he says he is getting better but I just don't see it. Paler than a ghost with eyes as red as snow whites lips is the condition Riker is in. I can hear it in his shallow yet steady breaths that he is tired so I tell him goodnight and walk out the room to run into his doctor. Startled he looks up at me and gives me a small smile.

"Hey Austin how are you holding up?"

"I'm good just worried for him"

"There is nothing to be worried about Austin Riker and his heart is strong they aren't quite ready to leave you just yet. I'm sure Riker will soon be healthy again and you guys can do all those brother to brother things you never got too."

"I do hope so I really do because I don't know what I would do if I lost him too"

"too?"

"Huh oh yeah I just lost my girlfriend and I'm not ready to lose my brother"

"Well whoever she is….she is stupid for letting you go...you're a sweet young man austin anyone can see that."

'Yea but you see thats the thing I don't think she is the stupid one...I think I am because I am the one who let her go"

"Hey Austin?"

"Yea?"

"You know you only know you love her when you let her go"

"I know and I'm going to get her back soon"

"thats the positive attitude….Look Austin don't let this beat you down okay….You have a life ahead of you don't let your worry for your brother affect your feelings as much as you are doing right now because I'm sure whatever reason you and your girlfriend broke up was something small and your worry about your brother affected your emotions to make you throw it out of proportions am I right?"

"No it wasn't something small she cheated on me!"

"Did you ask her why? She could have been forced or blackmailed."

"No I actually-"

"Didn't even let her explain"

"No worse I didn't even tell her why I was breaking up with he I just did. I was hurt really bad I just found out that my brothers lung collapsed then found out about her whether it's true or not I just! I don't know I screwed up I really did I…..I….I have to make it better! Sorry doc thanks for the talk but I have to go!"

"Goodbye Austin and good luck"

He tells me but i don't make any gesture back I'm too busy running to my car. I need to make this right. We shouldn't be like this I love her and she loves me or at least I hope so after what I just said to her yesterday. Gosh I'm so stupid! I finally get in my car and speed off. light after light after light I'm finally in front of her house but my heart drops. The car….her car is gone….she is gone? I'm too late she waited for too long…...I'm so sorry Ally. I hit my steering wheel multiple times. I can't believe it I'm too late…..finally I couldn't hold it anymore and I cried. I cried all the tears I had for the pain of my brother and all the tears I have for the pain of my stupidity for breaking up with her.

"I'm so sorry Ally I thought I made it but your are already gone"

Where? Where is she?

Ally's POV:

I couldn't take it staying in that house sad all the time. I needed advice I needed love…..I needed my family. I look at my phone and grab it calling one number. Please pick up.

"Hello!"

"Hey Jake."

"Ally! What's wrong?"

"Ummmm alot has happened since you last left and I really need you right now."

"Oh Ally I wish I could come to you but I can't why don't you just go to Austin"

"Ummm we...we aren't talking right now"

"Don't tell me you broke up again?"

"Yea but this time I think it's permanent or for a really long time…..can I come to you since you can't come to me?"

"Of course you can Ally…..I'm not doing anything for the rest of the day so yea."

"okay I'll see you soon"

"Okay"

We hang up and I decided I will get a hotel and stay at Pennsylvania for a while at a hotel or something. I packed my bag for enough clothes for a couple weeks just in case. After all is packed I hop in my car and drive to the airport . I know this is all too much just for a break up but I really need my brother he is the only family I have left and I need him. Once I'm at the airport I go to the counter pay for my ticket to the next flight which with my luck is in an hour thank god this is the first time I'm doing something without planning first. After an excruciating couple of hours the plane lands. I hate flying it freaks me out but the people sitting next to me really helped me get through it. Finally arrived I get the first cab I see and give it Jake's address. We are there in less than 10 minutes and I'm knocking on his door he opens it and smiles at me.

"Hey come in"

"Hi"

I say while walking in. Looking around you can tell he has no roommate and this is soo his room. Chuckling a bit I turn towards him where I see a small smile with a 'come here' and I don't waste anytime and run into his arms. Warmth and love the first two things I haven't felt in a while. We stay like that for a while until he pulls away and leads me to sit on his bed. Looking at me with those eyes that are begging me to tell him what happened before he can even ask I already start to tell him the story. He nods every now and then and makes small 'mmmmmms' and 'uh huhs' too. finally finished with the story I look to him and let out a small smile.

"So thats everything."

"something just doesn't make sense"

"I explained everything exactly how it happened what doesn't make sense?"

"Austin…..the way he just broke up with you with no explanation he isn't one to do that…..especially with all the love he has for you something else terrible must of happened."

"Well thats still no excuse and if something terrible happened he would have told me"

"Not if he found out the same day he found out about you supposedly cheating"

"I guess you're right I was so sad I wrote a song for the first time in a really long time"

"really can I hear it?"

"Sur"

Before I could start singing there is a knock at the door. I look over to it then to my brother as a look of "Are you expecting someone" . Jake shakes his head and gets up to open the door. I look towards the door to see a girl. she is gorgeous and I wonder if Becca knows about her? What is she doing here?

"Oh I completely forgot I'm so sorry Lil it's just my little sister came and she is having a really bad week and so"

"No it's fine I get it...can I finally meet this sister of yours before you shoo me off like a fly?"

"I wasn't going to shoo you off and yea come on in…..Ally this is Lilly Lilly this is my little sister Ally"

"Nice to meet you Ally"

She says while sticking her hand out. I get up wipe my tears with my sleeves that I didn't even know was coming down my face with my sleeve and shake her hand which she pulls me in for a hug. Weird she is weird but I could really use the hug.

"you poor girl he must have meant a lot to you to have you crying this bad you want to talk about it...I mean I know Jake already talked to you but you need a girls advice so count me as your older sister or something! Also you probably need somewhere to stay huh?"

"I was just going to get a hotel down the street"

"Nonsense! you are staying with me no if ands or buts Ms. Ally!"

"Um Lilly what about Anna?"

"Jake shut up I know about anna who is spending the week at her parents for their birthday and anniversary okay so stop acting like Mr. Know-it-all and let me do my big sister thing"

"Um Lilly you aren't her big sister"

"Jake….honey I'm going to tell you this one more time okay…..shut up!"

Lilly says and I can't help but giggle at her. Oh I like her we are going to be the best of 'sisters' ever. Jake looks at Lilly who is looking at him with her arms crossed and a look that says I dare you so I copy her and then Jake looks at me.

'Oh really you too? Fine fine go to her dorm and have your girl moment and I'll take you both out to lunch tomorrow"

"that sounds gre-"

"sorry hon but we are going shopping tomorrow since it's my day off! Maybe after I don't know I'll text you come on Ally lets go because I know he is dying to call Becca now"

"Shut up Lil"

"Make me"

She says while sticking her tongue out at him and I laugh. they are like brother and sister and I love it but before they say anything else I grab Lilly's hand and my suitcase say goodbye to Jake and start pulling her out the door.

"Ha! See she can't wait to hang out with me! I win bye Jakey!"

She yells and I hear him chuckle while shutting his door. We walk over to her dorm and while walking I tell her everything that happened .Every time I tell the story it hurts me even more I think she notices because she doesn't push for much detail on the subject. After what felt like a lifetime we finally arrive at her dorm. I look around to see how much it represented her. Cheer magazines next to her uniform ..you wouldn't expect Lilly to be your stereotypical cheerleader but then again no one suspected me to be a bad girl either. After checking out her room I sit on her roommates bed and turn towards her.

"Okay I know you don't want to talk about it much trust me I know heartbreak but I just want to tell you based on what I have heard about you and Austins relationship even before all this you guys really love each other so don't give up not just yet...I believe in second chances and you guys deserve a second chance okay so don't let him go too fast"

" Okay Thanks Lilly"

"No problem so what do you want to do?"

"How about we get some pizza!"

"sure what kind?"

"Pepperoni I guess"

"No can do I'm allergic...how about hawaiian?"

"Yea thats my favorite not a lot of people like Hawaiian"

"Well they are weirdos!"

She says and we talk about random things and I ask her about her piercings that she has a lot of. She tells me she got them because she was a bit of a rebel teenager. The pizza came not too long after that and we grab a couple slices before she asks me now what?

"Well I would like to get to know more about you if thats okay"

"Sure girl lets see my name is Lily Scott I'm 18 19 in about a month . People might say that I am funny, smart, sarcastic, caring, beautiful."

She says while flipping her hair and laughing then continues.

"I love kids and animals! I'm majoring in medical and nursing because I want to be a pediatrician. I also want to have three kids two boys one girl kind of like me. I have two brothers one older one younger. The older one is Caleb he is 19 and the younger one is Justin he is 14. Then I have a little sister named Abigail and she is 7. We also have a dalmatian named Chloe she is such a sweetheart! I'm very competitive and I Love gymnastics, cheer, watching baseball and football oh and singing and dancing!"

"Wow"

"Yup what about you?"

"There isn't much to tell you….Um I'm Allyson Dawson but people call me Ally or Als if your special and I'm 18 I love to sing and dance too but people tell me I can't dance. Jake is the only family I have and I never had any pets sooo yea thats it oh and I write songs from time to time if I'm feeling something that needs to be expressed."

"did you write a song about what you are going through now?"

"Yea kind of it's about Austin so yea."

"can I hear it or do you have stage fright?"

"I do...I did but can I sing it for you some other time it still hurts to sing it now"

"Yea of course but I do want to hear it!"

"You will I promise well I'm tired plus we got a long day of shopping tomorrow don't we?"

"that we do Als or Ally if I'm not special"

"Lil you're special you're the sister I never had not like you need one you have a lot of family members."

"Hey you are always welcomed as family besides it would be nice to have a sister my age!"

"Haha yea I guess you are right Goodnight Lil"

Lilly whispers and turns off the light. I throw my hair in a quick bun and head off to sleep. I really hope Austin and I are okay and work this out because I miss him. I miss him alot.

Austin,a boy with strict rich parents,volunteers at Castaway's Orphanage,without his parents knowledge, and runs into Alice or Ali who has been at the orphanage her whole life with nothing of her past but a moon and star tattoo on her left shoulder. Will Austin help Ali find out about her past without his parents knowing? Is Ali's past be something that should be found?
