"Will it help you if we go ahead and arrest Gold?"
Regina rubbed her temples and glanced down at the results of Graham's search of the Gold properties on her desk. They amounted to nothing. She wanted to go home and be with Robin and Roland and the rest of the kids, "Yeah, but he won't roll on his son. And if his son is lined up with Walsh, then it won't help us find Emma."
Aaron chuckled, "Don't be so sure about that, Regina. The state police have traced Gold out of Maine and down to Boston. Boston PD is watching him. I've got a couple of Feds coming for him soon. He'll be arrested by tonight and brought up to Augusta for holding. We'll get something out of him. We're also planning on taking Mrs. Gold into custody to see if she knows anything." He promised.
"Please do, Killian and Henry are both out of their minds. We all are. We just want Emma home." Regina pleaded with him.
"I'll do everything I can. And tell Killian thanks for the papers. They really helped tie up some of our loose ends."
"I will. Call with updates or if you need anything." Regina requested before hanging up. Picking up her cell phone, she fired off a text to the group that Gold should be in custody by dusk. With any luck, Neal or Walsh would be there with him.

"I'm not hungry, Killian." Henry murmured, staring blankly at the waffles Elsa had made them for a late breakfast.
"I know, lad, but you should eat something. You need to keep your strength up. We may need those muscles of yours." Killian teased lightly.
"I just want Mommy back." Henry sniffled before letting out a wail that Killian had never heard from him before.
Pulling Henry into his lap, Killian rocked the boy, "Me too, Henry. I want her back too. We'll get her. I promise you that we'll get her back." He pressed a kiss to the top of his head and looked over at Elsa and Ruby, both of whom were standing in the kitchen watching. August decided to go into the station with Graham and David to see if he could help track Emma down. Robin was watching the rest of the kids with Mary Margaret and Jefferson at his place. Victor was in the lab at the hospital trying to trace where the syringe and drugs had come from.

"We need gas."
"We need to keep going."
"We won't be going anywhere if we don't get gas. 'Sides, I gotta piss."
"Fine, where'd you put the drugs, she's not going to stay knocked out for long. We don't need her causing a scene when we stop."
Emma cringed as she listened to the conversation happening in the front of the van. She needed to get out of it before they stopped at a gas station. If she could get out and just run, they'd be too confused to chase after her quickly enough. Not to mention they'd have a car to deal with that they couldn't leave idle at an intersection.
Peering up, Emma watched as the car pulled off the highway. Her hands were shaking as she quietly turned and manually pulled the lock on the back door up so she could run the first chance she had. With a shaking hand on the handle, Emma watched as they stopped at a red light at the foot of the exit, forcing them to go left onto the road they were turning on. Her heart was pounding in her ears as she waited for the light to turn green. Just as the van started to crawl forward, Emma threw the door open and stumbled out.
Falling out of the van, Emma ignored the pain from the hard fall on her hands and knees on the pavement. Pushing herself up, she took off in the opposite direction the van was forced to go in. She heard shouting and one of the doors open. One of them was going to run after her. She just had to get enough space between them. Dodging in and out of what appeared to be late morning traffic, Emma risked getting hit in order to force the other man to slow down. She heard him shout in defeat.
She kept running.

Walsh narrowed his eyes as Dr. Dryer set his cell phone down. They were currently in a hotel room in Dallas, Texas, waiting out the twenty-seven hour drive it would take Dryer's men to get Emma to Texas. "What exactly happened?"
"They lost her." He muttered.
"Lost her where?" Walsh raised an eyebrow.
"Off an exit near Washington, DC, on 95 South. They pulled off for gas and she bolted." Dryer scratched the back of his head with a frown.
"I realize she was drugged, but they didn't think to restrain her in case the drugs wore off?" Walsh asked incredulously.
Dryer scowled at him, "Of course they did. She managed to cut through her bonds. Apparently the van you rented had some jagged metal that she used as a saw." He sighed, "You were right when you said she was resourceful. I just didn't think she was quite that brave."
"Neither did I. I thought she'd roll over and take it. At least in hopes of protecting Henry and that Irishman she's fucking." Walsh ran a hand over his face, "Find her. If you don't get her back you better believe she'll do everything she can to destroy Misthaven." Walsh threatened the doctor. Not to mention destroy me.

"Woody," Jasmine chased the head of her department around the office, "I just think this is something Aladdin and I should look into." She argued, waving a manilla file around in her hand as she stumbled over her heels.
Woody's gangly form came to a halt as he grabbed his cowboy hat (he was actually from Texas), and he spun around, "We take requests from police departments, not from civilians." He reminded her.
"I know we do," Jasmine held out the folder, "and there's an official request from Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson out of Boston and a cop from Texas who was working with her department, Detective Corey Jensen. Jensen has serious doubts about his Captain's ethics." She sighed, "Just look through the file. For now just send Aladdin and me. Don't officially get involved yet. Not to mention that there's a request from the Storybrooke Sheriff's Department." She begged.
Woody sighed and flipped open the file, after a moment he resigned to the fact that she was right, "Get whatever tech you need from Buzz. He'll be on standby here for you."
Jasmine beamed at him, "Thanks, Woody. Trust me, my gut tells me that this woman is in serious trouble if we don't find her soon."

Elsa smiled softly as she leaned on the railing of Killian's balcony, "Thank you, Jasmine."
"Aladdin and I are at the airport already. We'll be in Dallas in a few hours and we've been given official permission to take over the department. Chief Johnson and Detective Gabriel from Boston are coming down to assist in what they know, and Detective Jensen from the Dallas PD has been unofficially reinstated to help lead our investigation. We'll find her and we'll shut Misthaven down." Jasmine promised.
"August has done a bunch of work trying to track Emma. He's got some stuff on Dryer and the facility. He's emailing it all to you shortly." Elsa informed her, "So look out for that. If he finds anything, he'll let you know. If Emma can, she'll leave a trail for him."
"Thanks, we'll call you guys with an update as soon as we know something." Jasmine told her, "They just called our boarding call. Got to go."
"Thanks, have a safe flight." Elsa wished before hanging up. Pushing the balcony door open, she was going to announce to the room the update she'd just received, but instead she shut her mouth. Killian was asleep with Henry sprawled out on top of him on the sofa, a thick afghan tucked around both of them. Ruby, Leroy and Scarlett sat in the kitchen drinking coffee and munching on the muffins Granny had dropped by an hour before.
"Anything, sister?" Leroy asked quietly.
Elsa nodded and took a seat at the kitchen table, "They're on their way to Texas. The FBI is backing the case. They've got a few other detectives from other offices who were looking into Emma off the books and purposefully misleading Walsh."
Ruby sniffed back tears, "I just wish we knew where she was and how we could help her."
Squeezing her hand gently, Elsa replied, "We're doing all we can do, right now. At the moment you and I need to focus on taking care of Killian the best we can, so he can take care of Henry."

Emma came to a halt after a solid hour of running barefoot through the woods by the exit she'd escaped at. She knew she needed to put as much space between herself and those men on the off chance that an idiotic gas station worker believed them over her if she went running in for help. She was sure she looked like a crazy person dressed in one of Killian's oversized t-shirts and boxers and no shoes.
Okay, Emma, focus. What do you need to do next?
Find out where you are.
Taking a few more deep breaths, Emma purposefully pushed the pain in her feet and legs and the overall exhaustion she was feeling, from her mind and continued to walk in what she hoped was the direction of a town.

"Agent Aladdin Akraba," Aladdin held up his hand, "This is Agent Jasmine Akraba, we need to speak with Captain Wells."
Wells rounded the corner at the sound of his name, "Well what is going on here?" He drawled out.
Aladdin and Jasmine both slid their IDs towards the captain, "We need to speak with you, sir." Jasmine informed him.
Once they were standing in his office, Wells closed the door and turned, "And what brings the FBI to my little office."
"Under the authority of the federal government," Aladdin began, "we're taking over your office, Captain. Most notably, we're taking over the search for Emma West." Wells arched a brow at his words. Before he could protest, Aladdin continued, "Furthermore, we'll be looking into you and all of your officers to see if you were indeed unlawfully pursuing Mrs. West so that her husband, Walsh West, could illegally lock her in a sanitarium."
"Now see here," Wells began, "you have no right to come in here and accuse my people of breaking any sort of laws."
"We also have reason to believe that you and some of your officers have been taking bribes from the Walsh family going back generations. I'm sure the state will be interested in looking into that, as well." Jasmine informed him coolly.
"And where did you get this information from, exactly?" Wells asked, hooking his thumbs in his belt loops.
"Me." Detective Corey Jensen stood in the doorway, arms crossed over his chest, ankles crossed one over the other as he leaned casually in the doorway.

"In other news today, Robert Gold has been arrested for bribery, tax evasion, and murder. He is also reportedly involved in the kidnapping of Emma West, wife of oil tycoon Walsh West, who is also wanted in regards to her kidnapping. Gold's son, Baelfire Gold, also known as Neal Cassidy, is wanted in regards to Mrs. West's kidnapping, along with a bevy of other charges from multiple states. Baelfire Gold has evaded custody for the moment. Mrs. Belle Gold has also been taken into custody for questioning. So far no charges have been leveled against her. Also wanted is German national, Dr. Karl Dryer, also responsible for the kidnapping of Mrs. West. If anyone sees any of these people, they are asked to call local authorities immediately. Philip Hubert reporting."
Regina stretched, "Well, it's all over the news, that's the best we can do for now." She shut the television off in hers and Robin's bedroom before rolling over into his embrace.
Tucking her into his side, Robin murmured, "With their pictures being played on the national news, that's the best we can hope for now."
"August and Elsa are sleeping on Killian's pull out sofa, so they can help keep watch over Henry. I just wish they'd gotten Neal. That'd be one last thing for us to worry about." Regina mumbled into his shoulder.
"You don't think he'll come after Henry, do you?" Robin asked, running his fingers down her arm soothingly.
"Actually, I do." Regina admitted. "And it scares the shit out of me."
Pressing a kiss to the top of her head, Robin replied, "Try not to think about it. Henry's in the best hands he can be in right now." He assured her.
"That's what we said about Emma." Regina deadpanned.
