Chapter 25
Fixing Grades
December 1, 1998
"Bad Wolf?" Grimm asked.
"What?" I growled.
"You can't give everyone C's and FF's because you have a daughter. Fix them." He demanded and left.
"... Fine." I took the papers back and started whiting out ones that deversed better or worse. Not my fault there are mostly C's.
"Hello, Mr. Bad Wolf?" The brown haired teen, Jack B. Nimble asked.
"Are you serious?" I asked him.
"Yeah." He nodded, "How do you get to Ms. Goose's house?"
"As in Mother Goose?" He nodded again.
"My sister is her part time maid." He explained.
"Why didn't you go her office?" I sighed.
"... How do you get to her office?" He asked.
"You're so dumb." I got up and led him to her office. She was busy so I had to take back to my room. He sat in at a desk. I went back to grading papers. I sighed as I worked. I should have thrown a few A's and DG's in as well.
"How's your kid?" Jack said suddenly.
"Uh, she's good." He remembered Cerise?
"Ok. My niece and nephew are good, too." He shut up after that. I finshed the papers and took him back to Mother Goose's office. She directed him to her house and we left. I figured he'd get lost and blame me. He had to take his niece and nephew to the school daycare.
"Woofie." The girl grabbed for me.
"No, I'm Bad Wolf. Not a doggie." I told her.
"WOOFIE." She insisted. I let her pat my cheek.
We got back to school and got the kids were they needed to go. He left to go to his class. Why does he trust me? And why do I help him? Next time, I'll send him away.
