Welcome back and misunderstanding
(Thank you so much for your reviews! It is fun reading them. Also I know some of you may be confused as to what Devil Trigger is. I will explain what it is in the next few chapters; also Sanji is gone now. Enjoy the chapter!)
It has been five days since Zolo started training to learn how to use electricity and to Sicilian he was improving in using it. Once Doflamingo was defeated and Luffy said his goodbyes to Rebecca; he, Robin, Zoro, Usopp, Franky, and Law were sailing on Bartolomeo's ship to Zou to meet the others. Robin has been on edge since she hasn't seen Zolo in days; she paced around the ship worrying over him.
Bartolomeo: Nico Robin I think it-
Zoro: don't even try; she will be like this until she see's our son
Bartolomeo: Oh I…WAIT WHAT! YOU AND ROBIN SEMPAI HAVE A CHILD!
Luffy: ya his name is Zolo! He is awesome!
Bartolomeo started to fan girl
Bartolomeo: SO AWESOME! I WANNA MEET HIM!
Zoro sweat dropped
Luffy: Ya shishishi I can't wait to see Mika and Nami!
Bartolomeo looked at Luffy in confusion. He knew of Nami but he did not know who Mika was
Bartolomeo: your navigator and who Luffy Sempai?
Luffy: my daughter Mika of course
Bartolomeo's jaw dropped and his crew all stopped what they were doing; looking at Luffy with a surprised expression
Usopp: you done said it now Luffy
Luffy: eh?
Bartolomeo and his crew: EHHHHHH!
Bartolomeo crew crowded Luffy in excitement; Luffy, Usopp, Zoro, Franky and Law sweat dropped
Crew member 1: I can't believe you have a daughter!
Crew member 2: what is she like!
Crew member 3: dumbass! She is probably like her father! Cool and Awesome
Crew member 4: and like her mother cute and sexy
With that comment Luffy went into his "father protective mode"
Luffy: the hell did you call my daughter
Bartolomeo's crew looked at Luffy in fear now. Luffy has a pissed off look that said "say one more thing about my daughter and I will inflict the same pain I did to Doflamingo to you". The crew backed away from Luffy and apologized. Franky laughed while Usopp was shaking
Usopp: J-jeez Luffy sure changes once someone brings up Mika
Franky: well of course! I mean if a guy called your little angel sexy wouldn't you be mad
Usopp: well maybe
After that incident the crew finally made it to Zou; they said their goodbyes to Bartolomeo and his crew. Bartolomeo was sad that he couldn't meet Zolo or Mika but he knew better not to try since Luffy was still pissed at the time. Once the crew made it to Zou they met Wanda and Carrot and are now on their way to meet the others. Robin was getting restless
Robin: how much longer do we have?
Wanda: about another 30 more minutes and we will be there Robin
Zoro: Robin calm down he is fine; I doubt the others would allow any-
Before Zoro could finish his sentence he saw a glimpse of a fight nearby; the others wondered why Zoro stopped talking and looked to where he was looking. They saw Zolo in the distance breathing heavy looking like he was fighting something. Before anyone could say or do anything Robin was gone along with Zoro.
Usopp: this is bad
Luffy: We gotta help to!
Franky: YOSH!
Law: jeez!
The four were about to get off the crocodiles and help but Wanda looked closer and saw Sicilian there as well talking to Zolo
Wanda: we must stop them! This is a misunderstanding!
Luffy: NANI!
Before the four could even say another word Wanda told the crocodiles they were riding to run in the direction of where Zolo was.
Meanwhile with Zolo
Sicilian and Zolo were training at the time and Zolo almost had the technique down with his hands but it was getting difficult
Sicilian: Zolo I think we should-
Before Sicilian could utter another word he sees a giant hand appear out of nowhere and try to kill him.
Sicilian: ZOLO STAY THERE!
Zolo: eh?
Before Zolo could comprehend the situation Sicilian runs to Zolo and grabs him to get him out the way. The two got out of range of the attack ( even though it was only aimed at Sicilian and Zolo was a good distance away from the attack) The hand slammed into the ground and before Sicilian could see what caused the giant hand to appear he feels a sword pointed to his neck
Zoro: Let...him…go…NOW!
Zolo: PAPA!
Zolo looked at his father and became confused
Zolo: Why is dad here?! Why is dad mad at Sicilian? Wait if dad is here then!
Just then a dark aura Robin walked to them and hands and arms sprouted on Silicon wrapping around his neck, arms and legs. The arms were ready to snap his spine in half. Zolo figured out what was going on and became frantic
Zolo: MAMA! PAPA! WAIT A MINUTE I CAN EXPLAIN!
Zoro: EXPLAIN WHAT YOU WERE ATTACKED BY HIM!
Zolo: NO I WAS TRAINING WITH Mr. SICILIAN!
Robin: what do you mean Zolo?
Zolo told Silicon to put him down and After Sicilian put Zolo down, Zolo explained to his parents what was going on along with introducing Sicilian to them. After his explanation Zoro sighed and put his swords back in their sheaths while Robin grew upset.
Robin: Zolo you should not be training right now, even with Sicilian here you could get hurt!
Zolo: but mama I want to be a better swordsman!
Robin: no butt's Zolo! You are done training today period!
Zolo was about to disagree but he saw his mother gave him the glare. Zolo knew not to argue with Robin when she had the glare.
Sicilian: I apologize for this, if I knew you two were against this-
Zoro: ya ya it is fine, all Zolo was doing was training with you no harm done. Our bad about almost killing you
Sicilian: that is alright, I guess Chopper was correct
Zoro looked at Sicilian in confusion
Sicilian: Robin is like a mother bear and Zolo is her cub.
Zoro: can't argue there
Robin turned to Zoro in annoyance, Just then the others showed up
Luffy: Yo Zolo!
Usopp: ARE YOU ALRIGHT! WHAT HAPPENED!
Franky: IT LOOKED LIKE YOU WERE FIGHTING!
Law looked at Zolo and Sicilian, and assumed what was going on with those two and sighed
Zolo: Hi everyone….I'm fine
Luffy noticed Zolo depressed/ pouting response
Luffy: what's up with you Zolo?
Robin: don't worry about it, anyway let's go meet the others
After that Zolo hopped on the alligators with his parents, Usopp, and Franky. While Sicilian hopped on the alligators with Luffy, Law, Wanda and Carrot. Zolo was in the back next to his father while Robin was in front of the two looking annoyed. The journey back at this point was quiet and it annoyed Zoro.
Zoro: jeez Zolo you got your mom mad this quick and now it is awkward
Zolo: what did I do Papa? I just wanted to train!
Zoro sighed
Zoro: Zolo you have not seen your mother in a few days and she has been worried sick about you. The last thing she wanted to see was you fighting and looking like you were about to pass out or worse.
Zolo looked down
Zolo: I'm sorry
Zoro ruffled Zolo's hair
Zoro: don't worry about it, as long as you are ok. However next time you go training make sure me or someone on the crew is with you got it.
Zolo: well….nevermind ok…
Zolo looked sad and Zoro was about to ask why but decided to against it. Zolo looked to his mom and decided to fix it. He put his small arms around her waist and put his head on her back.
Zolo: mama I'm sorry it's just….I want to be strong just like you and dad…..I don't want to lose you or anyone.
Robin smiled, she turned around and put Zolo in her lap and hugged him.
Robin: it's ok Zolo, I understand. Get some rest
Zolo: k
After that Zolo became tired and fell asleep on Robin. Robin giggled and kissed Zolo's head.
Robin: sweet dreams
She smiled happily that her son was ok. Everyone else (besides law) smiled as well. Robin looked to Sicilian
Robin: Sicilian...
Sicilian turned around to face Robin
Robin: thank you for looking after him and sorry about before
Sicilian: it is no problem; I am surprised he learned our technique
Zoro: technique?
Sicilian: Well I can't say, Zolo wanted to show you as a surprise
Zoro looked at his passed out son
Zoro: I see…
Franky: I wonder what Zolo learned?
Sicilian: you'll see
After that Law told them that he was going to go look for his crew and meet them at the village later. They said bye to him and they continued their way to the village. Once they all made it to the village and met up with the other crew members. Nami launched at Luffy with a big hug; Same with Chopper to Usopp. (Robin was holding Zolo in her arms)Luffy smiled and hugged back
Nami: Thank God you're ok!
Luffy: I missed you too Nami
Nami kissed Luffy and hugged him tight, Luffy grinned
Luffy: wait where is Mika?
Nami smiled and let go. She pointed in front of her and the crew sees Mika walking adorably to Luffy. (Note Mika is wearing footie pajamas) Luffy smiled, bent his knees and opened his arms out to Mika
Franky (crying): that is SUPER CUTE!
Once Mika was in Luffy's arms; Mika held him tight
Mika: DADA! Wuv you!
Luffy started to tear up a bit
Luffy: love you too Mika
Nami watched the two happily but then remembered about Sanji.
Nami: Luffy I'm so sorry…
Luffy picked up Mika and held her in his arms. Luffy got up to look at Nami with concern
Luffy: about what?
Nami started to tear up. Chopper, Brook, and Zolo looked down in sadness. This caught the crew's attention
Nami: Sanji is….
