Chapter 24
Bella's POV
~the first day of class (month six)~
I rubbed my growing belly sitting in the kitchen. It was six in the morning and I had yet to shower or eat anything. September 3rd and I never went home. I got a new phone to, it was actually the same kind just with a new number. My old one Edward ran over with the car.
"Bella?" he asked coming into the kitchen
"I'm okay" I said
"It's okay to be nervous" he said
I sighed, I didn't want to be nervous. Being nervous showed a weakness and I didn't like to show any weakness in my life.
"Online school can still happen" he said taking my hand in his
"I know" I said intertwining our fingers
I didn't want online school, I wanted to be in school….just….I am nervous. I'm the new girl, I'm the pregnant new girl this year and that's going to draw attention to me right away. My parents won't give up on finding me either, my dad is a cop. Maybe I'll get a little lucky and Angela kept her mouth shut to my parents. She found find something to say to them like: oh Bella's pregnant, Bella's not in California….or just something.
"Don't worry Bella. How about you go get dressed and I'll make you breakfast?" he asked letting go of my hand
I stood from my seat and kissed his cheek before walking out of the room and to the bathroom where clothes of mine already laid. I smiled and turned on the shower and stripping out of my pajamas. I felt the warm water before slipping into the shower and letting it run down my back and my whole body. I did what I needed to do and slipped out of the shower drying myself off and slipping on my clothes. I pulled out my make-up and did it lightly. I blew dry my hair and smiled at the reflection in the mirror.
I should do something with my hair, so I pulled out my curling iron. I curled my hair and put away my curling iron before walking out into the kitchen where Edward was just putting out breakfast. He lifted his head to see me and grinned,
"You look lovely" he said
I blushed at his saying, I didn't think I looked lovely.
"Don't doubt you don't look good my Bella, you look….perfect" he said
"Thank you" I said sitting down at the table
He slid a plate in front of me and my mouth watered, it looked delicious.
"There's a lot of protein in this, it's good for the babies" he said
"How do you know so much?" I asked taking my fork and digging into my food
Hmm….delicious.
"I used to be teacher" he said winking at me
I giggled and ate my food. After my food was finished I looked at the clock to see it was 7:15, how time flew by.
"Do you need me to drive you to school?" he asked
"Do I have any other choice?" I asked
"You can walk" he said joking around with me
"You can drive me" I said shaking my head at him
He smiled
"Let me change and we'll get going" he said
"Okay" I said
He left the room and I took my plate and threw out the crumbs on my plate and put it in the sink. It wasn't long before he came back dressed, ten minutes maybe. I put my hand on his chest and gave him a kiss,
"Come on now, let's get going" he said putting his arm around my shoulder
I slipped on my shoes and he did to grabbing the keys to the car from the hook. Shutting off the lights we walked out and our neighbor smiled at us,
"Where are you two going so early in the morning?" she asked
"Classes" Edward said
"Well good luck" she said walking back into her apartment
We walked down to the car and I was helped in before Edward got in the driver's seat and we drove off.
"Do you think you'll be okay?" he asked
"I'm sure I'll be fine, don't worry" I said
When we pulled up to Seattle High School at 7:40 I looked over to my boyfriend and kissed him. He kissed back willingly
"3:15 don't forget" I said
"Never" he said
"Love you" I said
"Love you to baby. Take care of yourself" he said
I slipped out of the car and slung by bag over my shoulder going to the door and walking into the school. No one stared at me, that was until I got into the office and everyone's heads shot up. The office woman smiled and began shuffling her papers,
"Hi honey, I take it you're here for your schedule" she said smiling
"I am" I said
"Name please" she said
"Bridget Huffman" I lied
Apparently we couldn't put my real name in school….well because it would be way too easy for my parents to find me. She smiled and handed me my schedule
"Here you go sweetie, if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask" she said
I looked down at my schedule, English happened to be my first class. It made me blush.
"Thank you" I said turning around in the office and walking out of the office
A lot of people just talked with their friends and only stole a glance at me. I walked to my locker and threw my bag in there and actually put some things in it and out of my bag and slumped down to the ground looking over my schedule.
1st hour- English 12 Ms. Hay 7:55-8:47
2nd hour- Advanced Chemistry Mr. Nook 8:50-9:47
3rd hour- Digital Arts Ms. Ty 9:50-10:55
4th hour- Spanish 3 Mrs. Nook 11:00-11:47
Lunch
5th hour- AP Government Mr. Bell 12:20-1:15
6th hour- Free Period 1:18-2:16
7th hour- Online German 2:20-3:15
It was going to be a very interesting day…..a very interesting few months indeed.
"Bella" a voice said
I looked up and was shocked to see who I saw
So who has she seen? Huh? Huh? Huh? Can anyone guess ;)? I hope you liked the chapter! I want to inform you of something- JUST BECAUSE BELLA'S PREGNANCY WILL COME TO AND END IN "3 MONTHS" DOESNT MEAN THE STORY WILL END.
