Harry ran to Hogsmeade and found a student drinking butterbeer. Harry went up to him, and quickly used Neville's wand to cast a petrifying spell. He then took the student and shouted out, "I MUST see Dumbledore! Send him over of this student DIES!"

A man ran up to him and demanded he put the student down. Harry refused, saying he needed to see Dumbledore. The man pulled out his wand and began to cast, "Secta Sempra"

If Harry pulled the student in front of him, go to chapter 44. If Harry nobly took the hit, go to chapter 37.
