A/N: BAM. Double update. You can probably tell I feel guilty!

Anyway, I'm sorry for the anticipation… all 2-3 years of it hehe… Let me know what you think of the new chapters!

Feel free to leave reviews with suggestions or your predictions on what's going to happen! I really do have big plans for this story and they're finally going to happen!

Two important things - (1) I'm thinking about getting rid of the chapter names and (2)

I'm not really going to include Jamie or his friends in the story ever. Let me know what you think about that.

Side note, I just started freshman year of college. Fanfiction found its way back to me as stress relief I guess :)

Jack landed lightly on his feet and listened intently, glancing around at all the places this boogeyman could be hiding.

Quietly, he continued forward, avoiding the jagged tips of stalagmites.

To his right, the ground dropped off into a dark abyss and to his left he felt like the cold cave walls were pushing him toward the edge.

He crept up a few flights of stairs and arrived at the giant central globe.

The oxidized brass glimmered ominously and billions of glowing lights lit up Jack's face as he approached it.

He noted a particular light in the middle of Burgess and smiled with fondness.

"Hello?" Jack whipped around in search of the word's source. Squinting, he moved past the globe toward the hanging cages Pitch had kept Tooth's fairies in.

"Lily?" He frantically weaved in between the small metal enclosures.

"Jack? Is that you?" Jack whirled around and headed in the direction of the voice.

"Lily?!" A large black birdcage came into view. It was backed up against the wall and in the middle of it sat none other than Lily.

Jack bolted to the cage.

"Lily, are you okay?!" He dropped his staff on the ground and grabbed the bars.

"No, don't!" Lily cringed as Jack ripped his hands from the metal in pain.

She looked at him and sheepishly said, "They're hot."

Unable to contain it, Jack replied with his usual sarcasm. "Noooooo… really? They're hot you say?"

Lily let out a small laugh and stood up. The smirk disappeared from Jack's face as he asked if she was alright.

"He didn't hurt you did he?" Lily shook her head.

"No. I'm just the bait. You do realize that he was luring you here, right?"

Jack sighed and nodded. With disbelief plain in her voice, she asked, "Then why did you come?"

Jack looked down, his cheeks flushing with embarrassment. "I - I uh…" Lily squinted at his face and smirked.

"Are you… are you blushing?"

He turned an even deeper red and stammered, "NO. No, I'm just... it's hot. Anyway, I came because it was getting boring without you around. The kangaroo's been busy with important Easter stuff so I couldn't… you know… mess with him and stuff."

Lily's mischievous smile widened. "Awwww! You miss me, don't you, Jack Frost." Jack waved his arms around and sighed loudly in frustration.

"Gahh that's not the point. I have to get you out of here." He was expecting a cheeky comeback but was met with silence.

He looked up at Lily to see her face even paler than normal. Her bright blue eyes were wide with fear and she had shrunk toward the back of the cage.

"Lily? Are you alri—"

"Well, look what the cat dragged in. Jack Frost… I told you I would get my revenge."
