Sorry for the delay in episode. I know it's been over a month. I have been so busy the past month, its ridiculous.
Read: I was going to do the other Ezria scene in 3x10, but I didn't really want to. If you want to see me write it, I would happily do it, I don't mind. Here's the next scene. 3x11.
*Aria's POV*
I opened the door to Ezra's apartment. I looked in, he was asleep on his bed, facing the wall, and he looked peaceful. I silently closed the door and put my stuff down on the table. I walked over to his bed and crawled on top.
"Hey. You're still sleeping?" I said. He then woke up, turning to look at me. I handed him the flowers.
"Am I?" He said.
"Happy Birthday," I said, leaning back.
"Ah, give me a second." He said, sitting up, groggily. "I'll be more charming when I'm awake. I was up late. Really late."
"Why?" I asked, "When we got off the phone you were almost done with work."
"Yeah, I got sidetracked." He said, and he seemed, distant, he then snapped back. "I wrote an email…to Maggie."
"Oh," Was all I could say. Maggie. I know he was over her and past all that, but still, I didn't like that he didn't tell me and it was still awkward when she was brought up, although that only happened once since he told me he was officially over her and what happened. (A/N just added that in thought it would add to Aria's feelings about Maggie and what happened.)
"I didn't send it." He said, which, I know it was wrong, but it made me feel better.
"Why not?"
"What if her life spiraled out of control after my mom sent her off?" He said, and I felt bad for him, and for feeling glad he didn't see the email. I know it was bugging him, not knowing what happened to Maggie, he was over her and what happened and then I had to bring it up all over again.
"Wait, two days ago you were assuring me that Maggie was ancient history, you had moved on. Why you suddenly assuming the worst? What happened?"
"Hearing what my mother did to you at the museum really threw me."
"Hey, you're not spending your birthday like this." I said, trying to act light and happy, hoping to help him feel better. "So just call her and see how she is."
"I can't. It's not fair for me to crash into her life. I just wanna know if she's okay." He said, and I could see how much this was bothering him and I hated it, I wish I could just set his mind at ease.
If you want to see the scene where Aria goes to see Maggie, let me know and I will put it in the next episode.
Hey, sorry it was short; if you want to see the rest of the episode I will upload it either next weekend or the weekend after that.
