Hey guys. Sorry for leaving you hanging; even though I said I wouldn't. Sorry. I have been in trouble with all of my stories. With writer's block, I mean. I left my readers over there hanging as well. And for that, I apologize. In truth, I have no idea what I'm going to write, so let's just see how this turns out. Again, I'm deeply sorry.

~Epilogue~
A breeze blew calmly through the castle gardens, causing the green grass to sway slightly. A child, around the age of three, wobbled behind her six year old brother in attempt to catch up with him. The children enjoyed running around in the lush gardens. Sometimes they would stop to admire the flowers or a passing butterfly. Occasionally, they would play a short game of tag. Today, however, the two children had planned to brave the maze. The red-headed boy tugged on the hand of his blunette sister. They have finally reached the entrance of the maze.
"Are you ready Chelsey?" They boy asked his sister. The girl tugged his hand towards the entrance.
"Let's go Luke! I wanna see the center of the maze before lunch time!" She said. The boy smiled and followed his sister in. Meanwhile, their mother watched from the balcony, smiling at her two beloved children. She reminisces about her time in the castle gardens long ago. Of course she still goes in there from time to time; but she was no longer the princess. She was Laney, Queen of Peaceville. It's only been a few short years since she took the throne. But all of her citizens love her and she shows them love right back. Some go as far as to say Laney has been the best ruler they've had so far. The Queen inhaled deeply, enjoying the peaceful afternoon. There were birds chirping, she could hear her children's giggles, and there was music playing from somewhere in the castle. Laney smiled as she continued to watch her children.
It wasn't hard to find the center of the maze, which surprised the children. But they stood in awe at the beautiful scenery that greeted them. Flowers of multiple colors surrounded them and encircled a little fountain. Luke walked along the circular wall to see how many shades of colors he could find. Chelsey skipped to the bench by the fountain and sat on it. She smoothed out her pink dress as she looked at the red and blue roses. They grew up along the side of the fountain, twisting and mingling with each other.
"Just like mommy and daddy." She giggled to herself.
"What did you say?" Luke asked. She just smiled and pointed towards the roses and he nodded. "Yup. Just like them."
About ten minutes later, Laney watched as her kids came skipping out of the maze to start another game of tag. Inside the castle, the stringed instrument had stopped and footsteps made its way out onto the balcony. Laney looked over her shoulder and smiled at her husband. He blue hair was combed back and he wore casual clothing for a king. Yes, King Corey Riffin of Peaceville. Laney had known from the start he would make an excellent king. And together they worked for a peaceful kingdom, with food for everyone and no one had to be afraid. Corey sat down next to his wife and placed a loving kiss on her lips.
"Hey Lanes. Did you hear me from out here?" He asked in excitement. Laney giggled at her husband's antics and goofy expression.
"Of course, I could probably hear you fiddling with that thing from across the castle grounds." She laughed.
"Yeah, but at least it sounds awesome!" He chuckled. And she nodded in agreement. There was a knock on the door behind them.
"Your highness, lunch is ready." A maid informed them. The two nodded and Laney dismissed her. Corey stood up and offer his hand to his queen.
"Milady." He said. Laney laugh as she accepted his gesture. She turned towards the gardens, getting her children's attention.
"Luke! Chelsey! Lunch is ready!" The two children instantly rushed inside. The couple giggled at their kids. The two shared another passionate kiss. Never forgetting their struggles and the power of true love.
