Lunarmoon was racing through the forest as fast as she could, trees going past her in a blur as she ran fast and faster and faster.
She was trying to find Echopaw. (Captain Obvious strikes again!)
The weather turned cold as she ran, snow began forming. It shouldn't snow it was new leaf!
The ground turned to ice and Lunarmoon began to slip. But she knew that she was getting closer to Echopaw now.
Soon she had found the black and white she-cat at the Gathering spot, she was atop of the rock where the leaders sat, the rock had frozen to ice and the wind was gushing and howling.
"Echopaw!" she shouted in anger, "Where did you get these powers?" (What? Jealous?)
Echopaw just smiled with pride as she looked down on her, "A powerful two-leg gave us them," she said as a powerful mini twister sucked Lunarmoon up and threw her onto the ground, "I'm capable of controlling the forces of nature; the weather, the ocean, the earth, the volcanos and anything else that causes a natural disaster," she boasted. (So... you became some sort of nature god, Echopaw?)
"Your power is no match to my super awesome power!" Lunarmoon shouted as a golden beam shot out from in front of her to Echopaw. (Arrogant little witch... *grumbles*)
The apprentice was hit and was knocked into a tree.
"See! I'm totes better than you," Lunarmoon said proudly.
Suddenly, a blue flame hit Lunarmoon right in the back knocking the beautiful she-cat forward. Turning around she glared at the sight of Blueflame.
"You got powers too now!?" she demanded "What are you able to do?"
Blueflame frowned, "This," she said as a blue fire was shot towards Lunarmoon. (Owned!)
The she cat dodged it and lunged at Blueflame, shooting a golden light of holy destruction at her, but the evil cat just turned into a fire so the light passed through her. (I don't know why, but that sentence always makes me giggle hysterically. Maybe it's the amount of exasperation in that line.)
The fire took the form of a cat but stayed its fiery self, "We swore we would kill you for killing Cometblaze, and we're going to follow up on that," she said as Echopaw stood on the other side of Lunarmoon.
Blueflame shot forward, her fiery self moving to cover and burn Lunarmoon, and at the same time, Echopaw sent forth a twister to suck her up again and drop her. But instead, the wind sucked the flame Blueflames up instead of Lunarmoon, destroying the fire and leaving her in her cat form.
"Blueflame!" Echopaw shouted as she stopped the tornado and Blueflame hit the ground.
Lunarmoon took this chance to run and get out of there. There was no way she oculd fight them on their turf, he needed to find something to give her the advantage in the fight so she ran, she ran and she ran. (Coward!)
