CHAPTER 25 THE DRAGON EMPEROR RETURS ARC; PART 5
[DAY TWO OF THE D1 GRAND PRIX! TODAY BEGIND THE SECOND ROUND OF TALKS HE SECRET TOURNAMENT. THE COURSE FOR THE SECOND ROUND EXPLODES OFF THE TRACK INTO THE DESERT! THE CONDITIONS FOR WINNING ARE THE SAME AS THEY WERE IN THE FIRST ROUND AND THE DUELISTS WHO WILL FIGHT ON THIS URBAN COURSE ARE... HARALD VERSUS PRIMO!]
As they heard that, Naruto stood at the entrance to the stadium, looking at both Harald and Primo who sat on there duel runners, on a road that had sand on it though it was hard to see from the constant winds pushing and pulling the sand to conceal the road.
"Harald..." Naruto thought to himself but before he thought of anything else he looks to his right to find Hanabi standing there.
"Your friend duels the one who takes." Hearing that, Naruto just stares at her with confusion and before he could ask his attention was drawn back to the duel at hand having already started with Primo speeding ahead. Naruto just turns to the live video feed of it having begun.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~BACK TO HARALD AND PRIMO~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"I go first. I summon from my hang Wise Core!" With those words he summoned out a robotic looking egg.

"I then activate Pot of Greed and draw two more cars." Hearing that, Harald just watch Primo place two cards face-down and ends his turn.
"My turn!" Harald yelled while he drew one card and smiles to himself.
"I summon the tuner monster, Pole Star Heaven Valkyrie!" Harald yelled, having already made the first big move.

"When Pole Star Heaven Valkyrie was successfully summoned, by sending 2 cards from my hand to the graveyard... I can special summon two Imperial Tokens!" Hearing that, Primo just smirks at seeing the two level four tokens appear on the field.
"I'm t jumps my my two level 4 Imperial Tokens and my level 2 Pole Star Heaven Valkyrie! North Star in heaven, the king that rules the sky... Right now, bundle the pantheon of the star boundary and show the authority! Synchro summon! Descend from the heavens to the earth! THE SUPREME GOD! ODIN, FATHER OF THE AESIR!" Harald shouted while a large sand storm picked up from the distance, and from it rises a God that was far beyond the size of any gods in the history of duel monsters. Even Primo was quite shocked at the mere size of the God.

"I invoke the effect of Odin, Father of the Aesir! Influence of Rune!" He shouted which his God lifts its large weapons in the air.
"When Odin is present in the field, all spell and traps cannot affect Odin!" Heard my that, Primo looks back at the God.
"BATTLE! Odin, Father of the Aesir, attack! Heaven's Judgement!" With those words, Odin unleashes a thunder straight at his Wise Core.
"I activate my trap card! Spark Breaker! With those I can destroy one face-up monster on my furor and all other monster with the same name and destroy it!" Hearing that, Harald's eyes just widen in surprise at why he would so something like that that until he heard laughing.
"I'll be honest, I expected more." When Harald heard that, his eyes just widen from what came next.
"When Wise Core is destroyed by an effect, it will destroy all monsters that are in my side of the field, special summoning from the deck or hand... Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity, Wisel Top 3, Wisel Attack, Wisel Guard 3, and Wisel Carrier!

"They look like parts-" Harald stops there in realization which Primo could see it written all over his face.
"Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity effect activates!" With those words they all began to transform and connect to form a larger machine.

Harald just looks at the Meklord Emperor staring at him but he did notice something, on ever part of the machine emperor was a symbol showing that of Dragonic Overlord's head much to his surprise but he got serious once again.
"Odin, Father of the Aesir, attack Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity!" He commanded which Odin once again lifts its staff.
"I activate Wisel Guard 3's effect! When another monster I control is selected as an attack target, you can switch the target to this card instead but once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by battle." Primo said with a smile on his face, much to the shock of Harald at witnessing his lightning being cut in half by the machine emperor that disperses it. Seeing this, Harald just grits his teeth.
"I place one card face-down and end my turn." Hearing at, Primo draws a new card.
"I now activate Machine Emperor's effect, once per turn, I can select and equip 1 face-up Synchro Monster you control to this card." When he said that, not only Harald but also Naruto couldn't speak after what they just heard but stare with wide eyes at the card being the first to actually have an effect that equips only Synchro monsters which Harald just watched as lights come out from its chest and wrap around the God who tried struggling but to no avail and was dragged into its chest while it turns into energy.
"This card also gains ATK equal to the combined ATK of all Synchro Monsters equipped to it... So it gains an extra 4000 attack points." Hearing that, everyone just watched as its attack increases.
Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity LV1 ATK 6600
"Now, Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity...ATTACK HARALD DIRECTLY!" With that command, the Machine emperor brought its right arm back.
"I activate my tr-" Harald was cut off by his face-down card exploding into pieces.
"Sorry but Wisel Top 3's ability activates and once per turn, I can negate the activation of a Spell and Trap Cards, and destroy it." Hearing that, Harald's eyes widen even more but immediately activated his Rune Eye, only to see what he thought. The aura it gave off was something far stronger then the power like aura Naruto has.
"He's from the future too?!" Harald thought before looking up at the machine emperor that brought down its arm right on top of Harald, resulting in an explosion of sand.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~BACK WHERE NARUTO IS~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"HARALD!" Naruto shouted as he was about to run for the desert until he felt someone grab his arm and turns to see Hanabi was grabbing him.
"The medics are already on there way..." She told him yet he just pulls his arm away from her and looks at the video feed showing Harald on the sand with a broken duel runner.
"He wasn't lying..." Naruto repeated to himself with wide eyes, confusing Hanabi.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~FLASHBACK THAT MORNING~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Naruto sat by himself in the waiting room for duelists about to duel, fixing his deck yet he was staring at his Earthbound Immortal and Dragonic Overlord.
"I see you're still thinking." Hearing that, he immediately turns around to find Primo standing at the door before he walks over towards Naruto until he stood in front of him.
"What do you want-" he was cut off by Primo speaking.
"Nothing important, just hear to offer you a spot in our team that will be entering the WRGP." When Naruto heard that his eyes just widen in confusion.
"Why in gods name would I except that?" Hearing that, Primo's eye narrowed.
"Because we want to save this world and your strength would make that dream into a reality." Hearing that, Naruto's eyes just narrow.
"No... Now get lost." When he heard that, Primo just grits his teeth before turning his back to Naruto.
"I'll show you the power you could have during my next duel, I will end it fast." Primo said while he turns his back too Naruto and leaves the room.

Naruto could only watch as te unconscious Harald was being taken into the enters move by a stretcher. Naruto just stares at Harald's face as he was passed by the two men holding the stretcher and immediately grits his teeth.
"Dammit!" He shouted in anger at the fact he was right.
"You can't beat him... He'll just take your Synchro." Hearing that, Naruto just turns to the girl behind him.
"But it can't take an Earthbound Immortal..." After hearing himself day that, his eyes just widen at remembering what it will do and looks down sadly until he saw she had taken out a small box/gift.
"If you won't except the Malefic Mask then except this..." Hearing that, Naruto just takes the box and opens it which his eyes widen at what he found.
"What... What is this?" Hearing that, Hanabi just smiles.
"The only card in the world that was created from the power of your past life and the parts of a Machine Emperor." Hearing that, he just stares at the card.
