The new couple is currently still hugging each other in Hibari's ward. Unnoticed by them, three pairs of eyes are watching them from the creak of the door. Gokudera is trying to hold his blushing face while Yamamoto and Dino grin like idiot. They were tent to wake Tsuna and ask him to eat breakfast together. The first thing they notice before they open the door was Tsuna's shouting and his confession. At first, Gokudera suggested them to let the two talk freely and go back later. Dino has different idea though and they ended up peeking at the two.
They were lucky enough there is no one else in the hall or they would be in trouble. Only until a minute ago though. Someone pat Dino's shoulder and when he turn a nurse's smiling face is what he face. "Excuse me, what are you three doing in front of a patient's room?"
The three of them looks like kids who just get caught doing something naughty. "A-ah, nothing. My brother is the patient in this room. We want to make sure he is not asleep before we get in, hahaha."
"Is that so? Please just get in. If other people see you like before they might think you tried to pull something bad."
"Oh yes, we are sorry. Thank you for the concern." The three of them sigh in relieve when the nurse finally go. "I thought she would report us or something. But that was fun."
"Aren't you the authority? You should be the one who warned us not encouraging us."
"Nah, it's fine doing it once in a while. Besides, I can see another side of my brother. He was so cute, and did you see Tsuna-chan's expression? Oh, being in love is good."
"What about me?" The voice surprised them. Tsuna is standing at the door way that is open by him not long ago. They made quite a noise so Tsuna went out and check. "What are you guys doing in front of the door?"
When they see Tsuna's face they suddenly remember the scene when he and Hibari kissing not long ago. They turn red a bit and try to avert a direct gaze. "Ah Tsuna, how is Hibari? Is he fine?" Yamamoto look a bit guilty now for peeking his friend.
"Kyoya is already awake for about thirty minutes. He looks fine but we need to call the doctor to make sure."
"Really? That's good! I'll call the doctor then." Dino didn't wait any long and leave his spot. Yamamoto and Gokudera curse him for leaving them behind when he was the cause of the mess.
"What's wrong with you guys? You are weird."
"No-nothing, everything is fine. Right, Gokudera?" But the later didn't answer and instead look away. Tsuna doesn't understand his friends.
Hibari got a full check and the doctor state that there is nothing wrong with the prefect's condition. He just need to rest and he would be able to go home in a month. Hibari don't like the news, a month in a hospital is just too boring and he is strong so he could recover quickly. He wants to go back to his house and rest there. You know how he likes when he wants something. After some arguing they finally agree Hibari would be discharge in three days. What a selfish. But he should have proper rest for at least three weeks at home.
"You should be glad, Kyoya. You were out for four days full, we almost thought you would never awake. Give your body some rest, everything is already fine."
Hibari sigh in annoyance at Dino's word but he accepted the advice. Tsuna promise would come every day and accompany him so he won't get bored. Hibari have a better idea and ask him to just move in. Dino is very much agreed with the idea when Tsuna himself couldn't manage to answer since he is too busy try to control his blushing. Like Gokudera would let it happen so easily.
"I understand with you being care about him, but there's no way he should live with you! You would just abuse him again especially when you have more advantage since it's in your place! Tsuna, please don't accept it."
"I don't think Tsunayoshi would mind even if I do. Besides it's not your right to decide, it's his."
"What?! You bastard, I know I couldn't trust you. You sick pervert."
"I don't need your trust, I only need him. Who're you calling pervert? Tsunayoshi always enjoy his time with me."
"Like I'll let you. And stop acting like you know everything about him!"
"I do know everything about him, every single part."
"Aaah, you sick bastard!"
"There, there, stop fighting guys. We are in a hospital, remember?" Poorly for Yamamoto none of the two care about what he said and keep mouthing each other.
"Tsunayoshi is capable of protecting himself, especially with me by his side. You're not his father and he doesn't need your permission to do anything."
"And so do you! You are also no one! Don't act like you own him!"
"He is mine."
"Okay, stop right there you two." Dino raise both his hand to make them stop their stupid fight. "Can't you see what you two did to Tsuna-chan? He is one step to blow up from embarrassment." Tsuna's face is a very dark red and it's hot as well. Talking about his private life so casually like that and moreover something so intimate, he couldn't bare being in the room. All he wants to do is make a hole and sleep like nothing is ever said. But then Dino just make everything worse. "Besides, I will be there with them too. So you don't need to worry Gokudera, I'll make sure there would be no sex with me around. At least if I caught them in act I'll do something about it. But I don't know if Tsuna-chan can hold his voice so they might do it in secret."
"Dino-san!"
"Stupid blonde."
Tsuna get even redder if possible. Hibari took one of Tsuna's hand and pull him to sit on the bed again like before. He use his other hand to touch the blushing cheek but Tsuna throw himself into Hibari and hide his face on the prefect's chest. All of them are quite surprise by the move but they understand.
"Ah, sorry Tsuna-chan. I didn't mean anything bad."
"Yeah you don't," Gokudera say it sarcastically.
Hibari cares Tsuna's hair and asked whether he is okay or not. Tsuna only nod as an answer and hugs Hibari even tighter. There was silence in the room until Tsuna finally open his mouth to say something they didn't expect. "I don't mind."
For some seconds they have no idea what the small boy mean by that. After remembering what they had been talking about for the last ten minutes, all of their eyes bulge in shock and they shout in unison. "Eeeh?!" Hibari though just smirk in victory. His face says 'I told you' specifically to Gokudera. Who thought Tsuna can be so blunt.
They make quite a ruckus in Hibari's ward since they forgot they are in a hospital, thanks to Tsuna's remark before. Hibari threaten to bite all of them to death if they don't scram in ten seconds, tonfa already in hand. The room is too crowded for his liking and he wants his rest. It doesn't need ten seconds for the three to run them self from the room, they leave in the counts of four. Tsuna still burry himself in Hibari's embrace and doesn't seem to want to let go. Hibari let him be and sleep still hugging his beloved Tsuna.
When Hibari discharged from the hospital, Yamamoto and Gokudera helped Tsuna to move to Hibari's place. Much to Gokudera's displeasure but he still helped anyway. Dino will stay for a month with them in the house before he went back to his own place out of Namimori. Kusakabe would also be there to assist his leader as usual after his daily patrol.
There's another fight when Hibari said he and Tsuna will share a room and even share bed. Yamamoto tried to calm Gokudera but the silver haired man won't even listen. This time Tsuna give Gokudera some understanding because he saw Hibari is about to throw his friend out and without mercy.
"Gokudera-kun, you trust me don't you?"
"Of course, Tsuna. It's him I don't trust," he point at Hibari rudely.
"I believe Kyoya won't force me to do something I don't like. Not to forget he still need to recover from his wound and it will be easier to treat him if we stay in the same room. I trust him, so will you trust him for me?"
Yamamoto knew this is Tsuna's win. Gokudera would never say no to Tsuna, especially when the boy asked him like this. "Well, if you say so." Tsuna give him his sweet smile and behind him Hibari smirk for another of his victory.
Three weeks no Hibari at school are enjoyed by the whole students. They are crowding around, neglect some school rules, or even running in the corridor. It's heaven for them.
"This is paradise, right Tsuna?" one of his classmate asked him. "I hope Hibari will absent more often like this." Unnoticed by the person, Tsuna almost glare at him. Of course he doesn't feel the same as they all do, he miss Hibari at school. Even thought he lives in the same house but seeing HIbari at school is different. Tsuna likes watching Hibari doing his patrol or working in his office and it's been a long time since he do that. Instead of getting angry he just sigh his boredom. School without Hibari is just not fun.
The school bell is ringing and it's a break time. Tsuna lazily get up from his seat to go to the school rooftop with his two best friends as usual. When one of the student open the door to get out he was block by someone they have been talking about. "Hi-Hibari!"
The prefect's sharp eyes stare at the boy coldly. In the middle of the room Tsuna couldn't believe what he saw. "Kyoya?" Heard his name called, Hibari turn to the person he is searching. All of Tsuna's classmates also turn to him but in shock. Their eyes follow Tsuna when the boy approaching Hibari. "You didn't tell me you would come to school today. We should just went together this morning."
"I had something to talk to the blonde first."
"Stop calling him blonde, Dino-san is your brother." Hibari glare at him but Tsuna giggle at the reaction instead. "So, what's bringing you here?"
Hibari turn around and then he glance over his shoulder before he walked away. "My office, now."
Tsuna just happy to comply. "Right behind you, Kyoya." And he follow suit right after with a bright smile on his face. Back to the class room, all of the students is somewhat forget how to move or even breathe. Yamamoto only smile when Gokudera gritted his teeth in annoyance.
"Did you see that, Yamamoto?! He said that as if Tsuna is his property!"
"It's alright, Gokudera. They are an item now anyway and Tsuna doesn't seem mind. Hibari is always like that."
The conversation between the closest person to their Tsuna seems brought all of them back to their sense. Now they are crowding around the two and their eyes shows a high level of curious. "What did you just say, Yamamoto?"
"What do you mean they are an item?"
"Is Tsuna lost his sanity again?"
"What happen to our Angel?"
"What did he mean by going together?"
They don't even give the two a chance to answer since they keep asking question after question. When Gokudera can't hold his anger anymore he shouted at them to shut up and listen. He let Yamamoto the one who answer those questions though.
"First, Tsuna is fine and he is as sane as all of us. Second, when I say they are an item that's the truth. In other word they are lover. The last, Tsuna said going together because they have been living together for two weeks. That's all."
"Eeeeeh!" Well of course the explanation just brought another question. Gokudera cursed in his head why can't they just accept the truth, shut their mouth and leave them alone. He keeps cursing in his head until he heard Yamamoto's answer at one of the question.
"Eh? It's obvious, isn't it? It's because they love each other, just like me and Gokudera," Yamamoto grab Gokudera's hand and drag him out of the class. Gokudera's face turn red and he tried to let go of his hand. Yamamoto is stronger than him so the effort is useless.
"Wh-who you said love each other?! Don't just make a false remark like that! And where are you dragging me to?"
"Ah, come on Gokudera, no need to be shy like that. I know you like me."
"Like hell I do! Let me go you baseball freak!"
Yamamoto stop walking and turn to face Gokudera. "Do I need to kiss you here so you will stop complaining?" That of course just make the other blush even more. Gokudera doesn't dare to open his mouth and just tried his best to hide his face. "As I thought." And this time Yamamoto drag Gokudera without any difficulties. What happened to the rest of the students? It's fine, they are either passed out, spacing out or screaming like crazy.
In Hibari's office, Tsuna is currently sitting on Hibari's lap while eating his lunch and the prefect reading some files. His phone is vibrating and he open it to read the message. He giggled twhen he see the content and Hibari suddenly hugs him from behind, the paper is no longer on his hand. "What's so funny, Tsunayoshi?"
"Yamamoto just text me, he said we are not the only lovey-dovey now. Took them long enough."
Hibari take the phone from Tsuna and put in on the table. He makes the boy turn and straddle him. Tsuna smile at him and let Hibari do what he wants. "We are at school, Kyoya." But Hibari doesn't seem listening. He cupped the other's face and look into his eyes deeply.
"Are you happy?"
Tsuna raised his eyebrows at the sudden question. "Of course I do. Why would you ask that?"
"Even if the whole school will hate you because you are with me?"
Tsuna take Hibari's hand that cupped him and kiss it gently. "I've told you, as long as I'm with you it's more than enough for me. Is it not enough for you?"
"Of course not, I could careless about the others."
"That's settle it then." Hibari pull him into a kiss and he shower Tsuna with love and gentleness. Something that the old Hibari never do. After he break the kiss, Hibari look at Tsuna in the eye again. His gaze telling Tsuna something and Tsuna understand what the message is. "I know, Kyoya. I love you too."
