A/N: Okay I know a few of you wanted the story to involve the club, well I tried to write something but couldn't. Sorry I skipped it.

It's funny, I was thinking of a way to finish this off and realized that most of what's in this story I have some sort of connection to (maybe that's normal, I don't know). So I must subconsciously get ideas using my own past, then twist it in a way to write the chapters (except some killer chasing me, never happened…. then again I was stalked over 20 years ago) see what I mean! – spooky! And yes, I am ex-military (nothing to do with SAS though, as if!).

Anyway on with the story (almost finished).

"Riley!, Fuck...God you idiot, you almost gave us a coronary!"

"Hey Jane good to see you too." Riley chuckled, the smile on her face slowly fading as she looked at her two friends and could tell they really were in distress at her sudden appearance. At first she thought they were faking it but one look at Jane's face and she knew what a dumb ass she'd been.

Riley felt ashamed and a bit of a fool for deliberately sneaking up on the two women forgetting the real reason she was there. She was in holiday mode and too relaxed to realize she shouldn't have done what she did.

Jane and Maura had collapsed to their knees, Jane still holding protectively onto Maura cradling her head to her chest and shielding her face from what she thought was to emerge from the bushes, a gun explosion instead of a laughing colleague that popped out.

Jane lifted Maura's chin and kissed her gently on the lips "You okay sweetheart?"

"Ye-yeah I'm fine honey." She said running her hands up and down Jane's back. "but you're not." She proceeded to run her hands down Jane's arms and then held her trembling hands. "Oh Jane, honey, look at you." Pulling her hands out in front of her they were shaking uncontrollably. Maura covered her hands with her own and glared up at Riley, her disappointment and anger showing quite plainly in her deadly stare.

"Shit, guy's I'm so sorry, I-I didn't think."

"No you didn't Riley, have you forgotten why we're here? You of all people being a fellow police officer should know not to sneak up on someone, especially Jane."

Jane could feel the tremble of anger in Maura's body building, it worried her to have Maura so upset and yet she also felt proud knowing she too would go to any lengths to protect her from harm. She felt loved, wanted and cared for. Jane clasped her fiancés hand and squeezed, she wanted to calm her down.

"Maura, she didn't mean it, everything's okay, no harm done." She said in a soothing manner and kissed her once more before pulling her up. They stood there cuddling each other taking comfort from each other's embrace to calm both their nerves.

Jane gave a heavy sigh taking Maura's face in her hands, her thumbs caressing her cheeks. "Maur, tomorrow I'm going to take our mother's advice and tell Cavanaugh we're flying home in the jet. I've been so selfish and there is no reason whatsoever why we should be here. You were right love, Paddy can take care of things here, I want us to go home, in one piece, while we still can."

Maura beamed a smile. "I'd like that Jane, I'd like that very much, time to go home." She kissed her detective deep and long their legs almost giving out while becoming lost in each other. They broke a few times then went in for more, again and again, their breathing erratic as the moaning began, their arousal increasing as Jane's hand grasped Maura's ass pulling her close and grinding herself for pleasure.

"Ahem..AHEM!"

Nothing.

"Guys! Jesus enough! HEY!"

The broke apart still holding tight, their faces flush their hips still slowly grinding. Riley rolled her eyes at the two women before pulling a friend from behind herself. "Guys please meet my friend Katina."

The grinding had ceased and immediately they let go of each other their embarrassment beginning to show. They had no idea they had an audience apart from Riley. Before them stood a beautiful slender dark blonde mid 30's, intelligent looking woman. Jane's jaw dropped for a moment before smiling as her hands started to fidget. Maura on the other hand beamed a huge smile and advanced towards the woman shaking her head.

"Dr Maura Isles!, what on earth..."

"Dr Katerina Borg" Maura laughed taking the woman's hand and shaking it before giving her a hug. "I could say the same thing, unbelievable." The two doctors were almost speechless for a few minutes just taking each other's presence in not believing that they had bumped into each other in such a remote part of the world, on such a tiny little island, in such a southern part of the planet.

Riley and Jane stood in the background arms crossed watching the exchange go on before Jane turned her head to face her colleague, a smirk playing on her lips as her eyes lit up. "You little devil, so did ya?"

Riley smiled still looking at Katina and Maura. "Did I what?"

"Oh I see you don't kiss and tell huh? Good girl...she's a looker Cooper, well done girl!" Jane whispered as Riley blushed.

"Looks aren't everything Jane."

Jane still smiling "Sooooo did ya?"

"Jane honey, come here." Maura motioned them over.

The detective wiggled her eyebrows at Riley "Later Coop, give me all the intel later." She said as she passed her blushing co-worker to join her fiancé.

"Jane, this is Dr Katerina Borg, an old friend of mine that I haven't seen in years. Katerina is from Stockholm ah, that's in Sweden Jane and is a research doctor specializing in infectious diseases."

Jane held out her hand and thru clenched teeth quickly muttered "I know where Stockholm is Maura", then shook the other woman's hand. "Nice to meet you."

"Katerina this is my fiancé Jane Rizzoli, Jane's a homicide detective..."

Katina slowly stopped the handshake. "Maura, this is the Jane, the best friend Jane, and she's your fiancé?"

"That is correct."

Katina looked Jane up and down, her eye's drawn between her legs, shaking her head she announced "Maura, she's a woman."

"Katerina, we have a lot of catching up to do, a few things have changed we'll talk later, right now Jane and I have a date to keep and go parasailing before a romantic dinner here on the lagoon."

Jane poked Riley in the chest who was standing next to her. "No sneaking up on us tonight Riley, got that!"

"I value my life." She smiled at both Jane and Maura, turning to her new friend she asked "Katina, could I interest you in a stroll along the main beach then dinner at the Rock Lobster Love Shack."

"I would like that." just as they were about to leave, Jane looked a little confused.

"Um..sorry, I um don't mean to be rude", she said this looking at Katina, "but what is your name again, is it Kat-Katinia Ka..Katereena..." The blonde woman smiled at Jane's attempt to pronounce her name.

Maura stepped in to explain. "Jane honey, it's Katerina which is the long version for Katina, which both are a short version of the Swedish form of Scandinavian for Katharina which in the English version would be the name for Katherine, Kathy, Karina, Katie and the list goes on. It means 'pure' however I'm not sure if this meaning also relates if the name began with a 'C'."

Maura frowned and looked a little disappointed. Jane wrapped her arm around her waist and kissed her cheek. "It's okay Maur you don't have to know everything, leave some stuff for the internet. If you like we can look up what 'Cathy' means later."

"I would like that Jane, it's a little disturbing not knowing."

"Of course it is sweetheart, of course it is."

Jane smiled at the other two women. "Catch ya later Katina," she winked at Riley, "and I'll definitely talk to you later Riley."

Maura couldn't stop screaming, as they flew higher and higher into the sky. Jane was strapped to Maura with Maura sitting in her lap. The more Maura screamed the more Jane laughed. She couldn't help herself she thought it was hilarious as her fiancé yelled obscenities to no one but the local seagulls that glided past watching with interest as to what sort of humans they were.

Jane was laughing so much she could hardly breath, her eyes streaming with tears, her stomach muscles beginning to ache. She had no idea Maura would have a reaction like this, and she was utterly surprised to see it. Maura had totally lost it, she was off her head and insanely out of control. Jane couldn't believe that this woman disarmed a bomb last week, that could have blown everybody to high heaven and was as cool as a cucumber in doing so, and now because of taking a little joy ride in the air, she'd become hysterical. The more Jane thought about it the more she laughed and to top it off, she wondered how on earth Maura was ever going to propose when all that flew out of her mouth was obscenities.

"Who's turn to cook?" Barry quizzed the other three who were sitting watching the cricket on TV. Paddy raised his hand, pushing himself up from the lounge. "Must be mine. Good game that." He stated pointing at the tele.

"Kiwi's are thrashing the Pomes. Not like the Pomes not to put up a good fight." Ian sighed sucking on his beer.

Frost wandered over and sat down staring at the game. "I have no idea what the hell is so exciting about watching two people holding a toothpick trying to hit a little red ball. It takes the guy throwing it, half an hour just to do that and then the other guy misses it most of the time! Weird game man...so, who's playing anyway?"

"I told you."

"In English please, who's playing."

"New Zealand is batting and England is fielding." Ian waved his hands towards the galley. "Go help Paddy, you don't have a clue what's going on so go peel an onion or something." He turned his attention to Cavanaugh. "Before you start, don't you have a gun to go spit polish or something?"

Sean sniggered. "Strip, clean and oil a gun, smarty, ya spit polish boots." Ian smirked at him, pleased with himself, he'd found someone else to play with.

"What was that?" Frost's ears pricked.

"What was what?"

"That noise, hear it?"

Paddy came into the lounge area, wiping his hands on a tea towel. "Hear that...there it is again."

Ian rose from the couch switching the tele off, trying to listen for what the others had heard. "Yeah I can now, sounds like trouble." All four men ran towards the deck.

Out in the distance they could see a speed boat and hear a woman screaming in distress. Paddy looked around in all directions scouting the area for hidden danger. There was no one in sight apart from the speed boat and it's two occupants in the boat and two above the boat,...way above the boat. The boat was flying along, going at an incredible speed, circling them as it gave its two paying customers a thrill.

Frost grabbed the binoculars. "Shit its Jane and Maura." He proceeded to give a blow by blow description of Maura's discomfort and of Jane's hysterical laughter to the other two men just as the rope disconnected from the parachute. The screaming continued as they hit the water.

Ian re-emerged from inside handing Frost and Sean a beer. He indicated towards the seats on deck. "Take a load off gentlemen and watch." He then pointed his beer bottle towards the speed boat where Jane and Maura were being pulled from the water. "This is gonna be good."

The four of them couldn't stop chuckling watching Maura slap Jane as the tall detective was doubled over still laughing. "Man Maura is so pissed at Jane, look at her go for it."

"Told ya it was gonna be good." Ian swigged on his beer. "Ten bucks says Maura will forgive Jane after another two slaps."

"Really? Nah, no way, Ten bucks says she doesn't. I'd say she's gonna push Jane in the water for laughing." Frost was so certain he held his hand out for payment.

"Jane! It's not funny, I could have died and...and...oh Jane stop it!" Maura slapped her again. "Do you have any idea of the danger we were in, those birds almost attacked us as well. You know it's a well know fact..."

"Oh baby...come here honey." Jane kept her at arms length, not wanting to be slapped again, smiling and then pouting at her. "Come on babe you know you want to." She said seductively, her eyes full of lust, teasing the hell out of Maura. "Come on, come to Janie."

"Dirty play Jane, you know I can't resist you." She huffed a few more times, crossed her arms and stomped her foot trying to remain angry but couldn't. Her eyes locked onto Jane's and she melted. "Oooh Jane, God what you do to me...you are so unbelievably breathtaking an-a-and I love you so much." Maura finally smiled as she engulfed Jane in a hug while her right hand wandered towards the brunet's ass, giving it a little squeeze. She kissed her on the lips and began to smirk, shaking her head. "You know Jane, the vision I shared with you at the time seemed like a great idea. However I have come to the conclusion my style of proposing would have been a complete disaster." Maura started to laugh. "Don't hold your breath for a romantic dinner tonight Jane, knowing my luck a giant crab shall devour us both."

"That's okay baby, so long as we go together." Jane had her eyes closed rocking Maura in her arms savoring the moment.

Suddenly a warm sticky substance hit Jane in the face, as two shots rang out. Maura jerked forward causing Jane to stumble backwards and both women fell together. Jane's body crashed on the deck taking the full impact, as Maura's full weight slammed them both down, her body was covered in blood. Jane's scream could be heard for miles as one word escaped her lips..."M-MAURA!"
