Naruto watched Sasuke from the opposite side of the table. Sasuke had his "studying glasses on" and was currently stressing out over the upcoming exams. Naruto didn'tknow why. Sasuke almost always got near perfect scores on everything, so why should he be stressed out?

"Oi Sasuke, want to take a break? Come ooon, let's go do something else."

Sasuke glanced up from his book and looked at Naruto. "No."

"Why not," Naruto asked.

"Because the test is tomorrow. Stop asking me. If you want to do something else hangout with Kiba." Okay so it wasn't Naruto's first time asking. More along the lines of fifth

Naruto slumped his shoulders. "But Kiba's studying." Sasuke gave him a look that basically said' I'm studying too.' Naruto pursed his lips. "Well Kiba needs it!"

Sasuke sighed. Why wouldn't Naruto just be quiet? He loved him and all, but that didn't mean he couldn't be annoyed by him. And instead of keeping him from studying, shouldn't Naruto be studying too? "Naruto, just go read a book or something."

Naruto frowned and begrudgingly grabbed a book off the table. Silence for the first time. Thank the gods.

"Hey otouto what are you doing?" Itachi said from the living room, just coming down the stairs. Sasule face palmed himself.

"Can you guys just leave." Sasuke asked. Itachi lifted his eyebrows and Naruto had an offended face.

"what did I do? I'm reading!"

"You guys are being distracting. It's annoying."

"But-"

"leave."

Naruto muttered "ass," and slow got up, heading towards the door. Itachi shrugged his shoulders and followed the blonde out. Sasuke could hear the door shut and silence was back. Maybe Sasuke was being a little unfair to the two, but he really wanted to concentrate his work and not get distracted.

"Don't mind him Naruto, he's just a bit stressed out." Itachi said. "I'm about to go to your house, want me to give you a ride?"

For a second Naruto wondered why Itachi was going to his house, but then shrugged it off. "No thanks, I'm going to go take a walk. "

"Okay then see you later." Itachi turned around and headed for his car, waving Naruto goodbye. Naruto waved back and walked the opposite direction, wondering what to do and where to go. Maybe he should've gone with Itachi.

Naruto found himself walking to the store out of boredom to rent a few movies and get some snacks. "Man, there's nothing to do." He thought out loud and headed towards the candy aisle. Naruto picked out a bag of dark skittles. When he tried to put it in the basket, the bag fell onto the floor. He sighed. Nothing was going good today. Not even putting a bag of candy into a basket!

Naruto went down to pick it up, but something caught his eyes. The most amazing invention in the whole world. A billion ideas popped into his head at once. "If I get this, I can go back and bug Sasuke, not be bored, and distress him at the same time. Heh." Was his excuse for buying it. Okay, so maybe he just did it to give him something to do. Naruto grabbed the candy and headed for the checkout stands.

Sasuke was kind of regretting kicking Naruto out of his house. It was too quiet and lonely inside. He was basically done studying already. Maybe he should call him… no.

Sasuke took off his glasses and looked at his phone. 'Call Naruto. Phone ring now." He chanted in his head. What surprised him was that the second after he thought that, the phone rang. And sure enough it said," Dobe."

"Hn." He said in the phone the second he answered.

"Teme open the door."

Pause pause pause.

"Why?"

"Just do it!"

Sasuke hung up his phone and headed to the door while smirking. See, the world loved him.

Sasuke twisted the golden knob of his front door and once it was open he was greeted by the smiling face of Naruto's, who was currently kneeling on the floor with a ringpop placed on his finger. "Wha-"

"Will you marry me?" Naruto asked him looking up to see his face.

Sasuke looked at Naruto for a moment. Naruto looked back. Moments of silence crept between them and Naruto's smile transformed into a frown. "Well, what are you waiting for?"

Sasuke started chucking and Naruto glared while beginning to stand up. "You were supposed to say,' Oh Naruto the great, of course I would marry you. I would love to devote my life to you instead of studying any day." He said, slipping the grocery bag up his arm for a better grip.

"Dobe, what was that for?"

Naruto shrugged and stepped inside of the house. "I don't know you seemed stressed, so I thought this would cheer you up… and I was bored."

Sasuke tch'd.

"Weeeeell now that you seem more happy I guess I'll be going back to my house and watching movies with your brother."

"Itachi's at your house?"

"Yep. He's invading my couch and I have to claim it mine again before he and Kyuubi ruin it." He said, scrunching up his nose and backing up to the door. "See you tomorrow-

"Stay here." Sasuke stopped him from leaving, knowing he'd miss his blonde if he left now.

Naruto tilted his head to the side. "I thought you had to study."

"I'm basically done and I'd rather just watch a movie with you or something."
Naruto smiled and basically ran to the couch. "Ah, you'd love the movie I rented!" Sasuke smiled a bit while he watched Naruto look through the bag. When he sat beside him, he took out the hand with the ringpop and licked it.

"My answers yes, but if we actually do get married I'll be the one proposing."

Naruto smiled again. "What do you mean if?"

Sorry for not updating yesterday, but something went wrong with my wifi connection. (Soory, I cant make it up by posting one more day. I have to end this on the anniversary.)
